Description

The present invention relates to a locking device with a locking element, which is automatically moved by a remote-controlled electromagnetic door opener in normal operation between a closed position and an open position, wherein the locking element is biased in normal operation in the closed position, wherein an actuating device is provided, via which the locking element in normal operation, when the bias voltage is in the open position, manually from the closed position into the open position is movable.
Out WO2008 / 03152 A2 a locking device is known in which an automatically actuated by means of electromagnetic door latch element can also be opened manually by means of door handle, as long as the locking element is biased by a compression spring in the direction of open position in a normal operation. However, if the locking element is in the closed position and the compression spring is damaged, the door can not be opened automatically by means of electromagnetic door openers or manually by means of door handle.
Out EP 2 423 414 A1 It is known that a locking bolt can be mechanically brought into a release position by manual operation of the cylinder lock, even if a compression spring of the locking bolt is damaged. Such mechanical closing devices, for example door locks, can not be actuated automatically.
On the other hand, in the prior art mechanical closing devices are known which are actuated automatically. Automatic actuation is performed regularly using a remote-controlled electromagnetic door opener. In normal operation, the operation of a pusher is not required for opening the door lock. The disadvantage of such a door lock is that mechanical components in the door lock can fail, and then the opening by means of the electromagnetic door opener and its locking is not possible. A user will then stand in front of a locked door and can not open the locking device.
The locking devices of the aforementioned prior art have a locking element, which is biased in a closed position by a compression spring in the direction of the open position. Upon actuation of an electromagnetic door opener and thereby unlocking the bolt is automatically withdrawn with the assistance of the compression spring in the open position.

If the compression spring is damaged or has lost its spring force, the locking element can not or only partially be retracted to the open position upon actuation of the electromagnetic door opener.

The locking device then remains locked despite actuation of the electromagnetic door opener.

The object of the present invention is therefore to develop a locking device of the type mentioned in such a way that it can be manually operated in an automatic normal operation in the presence of disturbance in an emergency operation to release a lock.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The invention is also achieved by the method according to claim 10.

With the present invention, it is possible to manually open a normally automatically locking and opening closure device during normal operation, even if the locking element is no longer biased in the closed position and can no longer support a movement of the locking element in the open position. This allows a user to manually open the locking device if the automatic opening fails.

A further advantage of the present invention is that the actuating device mechanically triggers an unlocking device in emergency operation. The unlocking device is provided to release the locked in the closed position locking element to move it into the open position can. In normal operation, the unlocking device is automatically triggered. In an emergency operation, the actuating device now triggers the unlocking device manually mechanically, so that the path of the locking element into the open position is free.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the releasable unlocking device is blocked at a stop and can be manually separated from it in an emergency operation.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator has a Includes emergency lever which engages the unlocking device. An actuation of the actuating device causes the emergency lever to engage the unlocking device and then triggers it to lift the blocking of the locking element in the closed position, so that with continued actuation of the actuating device, the locking element can be brought into the open position.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the emergency lever engages upon actuation of the actuating device to the unlocking device. This makes it possible to release the unlocking of the stop.
For the release, it is advantageous that the emergency lever has a free end, which actuates the unlocking device on actuation of the actuator and separates it from the stop.
A further advantage of the present invention is that the separation of the unlocking device from the stop causes the locking element to be moved to the open position upon continued actuation of the actuating device. The separation of the unlocking device is thus carried out such that the blocking of the locking element in the closed position canceled and the movement of the locking element can be carried out unhindered in the open position.
A further advantage is that the unlocking device has a pivot axis about which the unlocking device can pivot during operation of the actuating device in emergency operation. This allows the separation from the stop easily done.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator comprises a pusher releasably connected to a nut. In emergency operation, the pusher may be inserted into the nut of the closing device to move the locking element manually from the closed position to the open position.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the nut is connected to the latch member which acts on the emergency lever upon actuation of the pusher. Thereby, the force exerted on the pusher force is transmitted directly via the nut and the latch member on the emergency lever, so that the free end of the emergency lever can act on the unlocking device to trigger this. The latch part is over the lever device coupled to the locking element such that the locking element is movable upon actuation of the pusher in the open position. This makes it possible to effect by pressing the pusher and the movement of the locking element from the closed position to the open position when the emergency lever has separated the unlocking device from the stop.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the latch member is coupled to a latch member, such that the latch member is movable upon actuation of the latch in an open position. This makes it possible to use the locking device with the emergency opening in conjunction with locks that have a trapping element.

This causes the release of an unlocking device 13 and thereby the release of the spring action of the compression spring 11 and thus the withdrawal of the locking element 3 in the open position ( Fig. 3 ).

In case of failure of the compression spring 11, the automatic opening of the locking device 1 using the electromagnetic door opener can not be done. The bias of the locking element 3 is then eliminated, so that even upon release of the unlocking device 13, the withdrawal of the locking element 3 in the open position is not possible.

In such a case, there is an emergency operation according to the invention. The locking device 1 has an actuating device 15, by means of which the locking element 3 can be moved manually from the closed position into the open position in an emergency operation when the bias voltage has fallen into the open position. The actuating device 15 comprises the unlocking device 13, which is mechanically triggered in emergency operation. The unlocking device 13 cooperates with a stop 14. In the in Fig. 2 illustrated closed position pushes the unlocking device 13 with an edge against the stop 14 and thus blocks a movement of the locking element 3 in the open position.

The unlocking device 13 is pivotally mounted about an axis 17 and has a hook-shaped projection 19 on an upper side.

The unlocking device 13 has a recess 21, in which the hook-shaped projection 19 engages. The hook-shaped projection 19 of the unlocking device 13 is by a spring 24 ( Fig. 1 ) biased in the direction of the recess 21. In the closed position, the unlocking element 13 blocked at the stop 14. This is the locking element 3 held in normal operation against the action of the compression spring 11 in the closed position. Even in emergency operation, the blockage causes the locking element 3 can not be returned to the open position.

In der vorliegenden AusfĆ¼hrungsform greift das freie Ende 25 an den hakenfƶrmigen Vorsprung 19 der Entriegelungseinrichtung 13 an.For this reason, the actuating device 15 includes an emergency lever 23 which engages with a free end 25 of the unlocking device 13. In the present embodiment, the free end 25 engages the hook-shaped projection 19 of the unlocking device 13.

The emergency lever 23 is positively connected to a latch member 27. In the latch member 27, a nut 29 is formed, in which a pusher (not shown) can be inserted releasably but functionally fixed. A clockwise rotation of the pusher in the nut 29 causes the latch member 27 to also rotate in a clockwise direction. The positive connection between the latch member 27 and the emergency lever 23 is released and the emergency lever 23 is rotated due to the rotation of the latch member 27 in the opposite direction, so that the free end 25 of the hook-shaped projection 19 against the biasing force of the spring 24 from the recess 21 out and moved around the pivot axis 17 around. This results in that the unlocking device 13 moves out of the blocking engagement on the stop 14 and is released or separated therefrom.

The latch member 27 also has a lever piece 31 that, upon rotation of the latch member 27 clockwise abuts an arcuate portion 33 of a lever member 35 so that it rotates counterclockwise. The lever member 35 is fixed with one end 37 on the locking element 3, so that this 27 upon further rotation of the latch member back into the in Fig. 3 shown opening position is pulled.

The latch member 27 rotates by actuation of the nut 29 inserted pusher. In other embodiments, other manual actuation elements may be provided which cause the release device 13 to be triggered. There are also embodiments conceivable in which the unlocking device 13 is integrally formed and the triggering takes place in other ways.

In Fig. 3 is schematically the in Fig. 2 shown system of emergency opening after this has been successfully carried out and the locking element 3 is in the open position. On the way from the closed position to the open position, the latch member 27 is rotated by an angle from the closed position. The lever piece 31 has migrated to the circular arc-shaped portion 33 to the outside. The positive connection between the latch member 27 and the emergency lever 23 is almost completely canceled. The latch member 27 has encountered in its rotation with an edge 39 on a projection 41 of the emergency lever 23, this approach 41 has taken a piece and thereby causes the rotation of the lifting member 31 in the opposite direction. By the rotation of the lever member 35, the locking element 3 was taken to the open position.

In the present embodiment, a trap element 5 is also shown. In other embodiments, the closing device according to the invention may also be present without a trap element. Typically, in the embodiment as a door lock and a trap is provided. In the present embodiment, the latch member 27 is movably connected to the latch member 5. For this purpose, the latch part 27 comprises a first extension piece 43, which in the closed position (FIG. Fig. 2 ) engages vertically in the catch element 5. At the extension piece 43 is a web 45, which engages horizontally in the closed position in the latch member 5 in the closing direction in the closed position. The web 45 is guided horizontally over a distance and the extension piece 43 abuts on a side facing away from the faceplate 9 to a projection 47 at. Upon actuation of the pusher and thus the latch member 27 in a clockwise direction, the extension piece 43 abuts the projection 47, whereby the latch member 5 from the in Fig. 2 shown closed position in the in Fig. 3 shown opening position is withdrawn. The actuation of the actuating device 15 thus simultaneously leads to the withdrawal of the catch element 5 and to the withdrawal of the locking element 3. In the in Fig. 3 shown opening position, the user can open the moving part, for example, a door without obstruction.

After replacement of the defective compression spring 11, the closing device can be operated automatically again using the electromagnetic door opener. The emergency operation is then completed.
