As shown in fig. 1, the door lock mechanism 100 includes an electromagnet 1 fixed on the mounting base 1 and a locking component connected with a push rod 3 of the electromagnet 2, wherein the electromagnet 2 is connected with a control system. The locking assembly comprises a connecting rod 12 fixedly connected with the first push rod 3 and a bolt 13 fixed with the connecting rod 12, a bolt guide sleeve 14 matched with the bolt 13 is arranged on the mounting seat 1, and a shifting block 12-1 is arranged on the connecting rod 12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the first electromagnet 2 is disconnected, the first push rod 3 pushes the latch 13 to move leftwards to lock the lifting door 18, the first electromagnet 2 is attracted to drive the latch 13 to move rightwards to unlock the lifting door 18, and thus locking and unlocking of the lifting door 18 are achieved.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the door lock self-locking mechanism 200 includes a manual unlocking assembly 201 and a hooking assembly 202, the manual unlocking assembly 201 includes a rotating shaft 4 rotatably disposed on the mounting seat 1 and a first locking plate 5 fixed on the rotating shaft 4, an unlocking hole 6 is disposed on the rotating shaft 4, and the unlocking hole 6 is a hexagonal inner hole and is adapted to a hexagonal key. In this embodiment, the mounting seat 1 is further provided with a lock plate-guiding seat 16, and the rotating shaft 4 is disposed on the lock plate-guiding seat 16, so as to ensure stability of the lock plate-2 during rotation and prevent the phenomenon of deflection and loosening.
As shown in fig. 5, the hooking component 202 includes a second electromagnet 7 fixed on the mounting base 1, a second locking plate 8 rotatably disposed on the mounting base 1, and a connecting rod 9, one end of the connecting rod 9 is connected with a second push rod 10 of the second electromagnet 7, the other end is slidably disposed in a sliding groove 11 of the second locking plate 8, and the second electromagnet 7 is connected with the control system. The mounting seat 1 is also provided with a second locking plate guide seat 17, and the second locking plate 8 is arranged on the second locking plate guide seat 17 through a shaft. The second electromagnet 7 can be rotated and swung around the shaft by the attraction and disconnection of the second electromagnet 7, the second electromagnet 7 is disconnected under a general state, the second electromagnet 7 is vertical to the horizontal direction, and the self-locking of the second electromagnet 7 can be released by the attraction of the second electromagnet after the two locking plates are self-locked.
As shown in fig. 4, the first locking plate 5 includes a first locking plate body 5-1, the first locking plate body 5-1 is provided with a self-locking hanging piece 5-2 with an inclination angle and a J-shaped poking piece 5-3, and the poking piece 5-3 is matched with the poking block 12-1. As shown in fig. 5, the second locking plate 8 includes a vertical portion 8-1 and a horizontal portion 8-2 with an inclined angle, the horizontal portion 8-2 is adapted to the self-locking hanging piece 5-2, and the chute 11 is disposed on the vertical portion 8-1.
The self-locking hanging piece 5-2 is mutually engaged with the inclined angle on the horizontal part 8-2, and the arrangement of the inclined angle makes the locking plate I5 and the locking plate II 8 easier to be hung, and makes the locking plate II difficult to be loosened after being hung, so that the self-locking is firmer. The lower part of the poking piece 5-3 is a semicircle, the poking block 12-1 is a small cylinder corresponding to the semicircle, which can prevent the locking piece 5 from rotating anticlockwise and separating from the poking block 12-1 greatly when unlocking manually, and can effectively provide prompt information for the unlocking person. The lock plate one limit stop 15 arranged on the mounting seat 1 can effectively limit the clockwise rotation angle of the lock plate one 5, on one hand, prompt information is provided for an unlocking person during manual unlocking, and on the other hand, the depth of inserting the bolt 13 into the lifting door 18 can be adjusted and limited.

Under normal conditions, the latch 13 of the door lock mechanism can be opened and locked by opening and closing the electromagnet one 2. When the emergency such as outage, door lock device malfunction happen, bolt 13 can't be opened through electro-magnet one 2, accessible manual unblanking, and through hexagonal key rotation locking plate one 5 when manual unblanking makes it stir locking subassembly, makes bolt 13 remove and reaches the purpose of unblanking. And when the door is unlocked manually, the first locking plate 5 and the second locking plate 8 are in contact and self-locking, so that the locking assembly is prevented from locking the door again. When the emergency disappears, the electromagnet II 7 is attracted, the locking plate II 8 is pulled anticlockwise through the push rod II 10, and meanwhile, the electromagnet I2 is disconnected, and the locking plate I5 is pulled clockwise through the shifting block 12-1, so that the locking plate I5 and the locking plate II 8 are separated from each other, and the self-locking is released.
