  2. Aid (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the movable element (106) is conformed so as to revert to the free position under its own weight.
  3. Aid according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the first gripping surface (104) is flat.
  4. Aid (100) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that each gripping surface (104, 108) is covered with a non-slip material.
  5. Aid (100) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the attachment means comprises a shoe (150) provided for fixing onto the mounting, a foot (112) integral with the base (102), said shoe (150) and said foot (112) having additional securing means which enable the foot (112) to be detachably secured to the shoe (150).
  6.
