Dispositif de fermeture provisoire (1) d'un élément ouvrant (2) sur un élément support (3), l'élément support (3) comprenant une paroi (4) comportant une face intérieure (5), une face extérieure (6) et au moins un alésage principal (7) traversant ladite paroi (4), l'alésage principal (7) présentant au moins une première (8a) et une deuxième (8b) surfaces sensiblement en regard, ledit dispositif (1) comprenant : - un corps (9) comportant des moyens de blocage (10) de l'ouvrant (2); - au moins un moyen de fixation principal (11) non élastique ou non mobile pour coopérer avec l'alésage principal (7) de l'élément support (3), le moyen de fixation principal (11) présentant : i. une extrémité (12) pour pénétrer dans l'alésage principal (7) et venir en butée contre la face intérieure (5) de la paroi (4) dans une position d'accrochage ; ii. une base (13) présentant au moins un degré de mobilité disposée dans l'alésage principal (7) et apte à venir en contact et en appui sur au moins la première surface (8a) dudit alésage principal correspondant ; - un socle (14) apte à venir en butée contre la face extérieure (6) de la paroi (4) dans la position d'accrochage ;
ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un verrou (15), lequel est monté mobile par rapport audit corps (9), le verrou (15) présentant au moins deux positions alternativement ouverte ou fermée, la position fermée étant définie de telle sorte que ledit verrou (15) est apte à venir en contact et en appui sur au moins la deuxième surface (8b) de l'alésage principal (7) pour supprimer tout degré de mobilité du moyen de fixation principal (11), ledit dispositif de fermeture provisoire (1) étant en outre moulé monobloc.
Device for temporarily closing (1) an opening element (2) on a support element (3), the support element (3) comprising a wall (4) having an inner face (5), an outer face (6) and at least one main bore (7) passing through said wall (4), the main bore (7) having at least a first (8a) and a second (8b) substantially facing surfaces, said device (1) comprising: - a body (9) having locking means (10) of the opening (2); - at least one main fastening means (11) non-elastic or non-movable to cooperate with the main bore (7) of the support member (3), the main fastening means (11) having: i. an end (12) for penetrating into the main bore (7) and abutting against the inner face (5) of the wall (4) in a latching position; ii. a base (13) having at least one degree of mobility disposed in the main bore (7) and adapted to come into contact and bear on at least the first surface (8a) of said corresponding main bore; - a base (14) adapted to abut against the outer face (6) of the wall (4) in the attachment position;
said device being characterized in that it comprises at least one latch (15), which is movably mounted relative to said body (9), the latch (15) having at least two alternately open or closed positions, the closed position being defined such that said latch (15) is adapted to come into contact and bear on at least the second surface (8b) of the main bore (7) to eliminate any degree of mobility of the main fastening means (11), said temporary closure device (1) being further molded in one piece.
