Le procédé selon l'invention (S1 à S4) sert à traiter des données d'un appareil ménager (1), le procédé présentant au moins les étapes suivantes: détermination (S1) des données de l'appareil ménager (1), intégration (S2) d'au moins une partie des données déterminées dans un profil d'utilisateur et production (S3) d'au moins une partie du profil d'utilisateur à des fins d'information. L'appareil ménager (1) selon l'invention est conçu pour mettre en œuvre les étapes du procédé selon l'invention en rapport avec l'appareil ménager (1). Dans le système selon l'invention composé d'un appareil ménager (1) et d'au moins une unité extérieure (7), l'appareil ménager (1) et l'unité extérieure (7) sont conçus pour coopérer en vue de mettre en œuvre du procédé selon l'invention.
