Definitions
- the invention relates to an insulating web for connecting two profile elements of a thermally insulated profile, preferably a window, a door, a gate and / or a facade, with at least two terminal connection strips for connecting the insulating bar with the profile elements.
- the invention also relates to a thermally insulated profile, preferably a window, a door, a gate and / or a facade comprising two profile elements, an insulating material provided between the two profile elements and at least one insulating web connected at opposite ends to the two profiles.
- Windows, doors, gates, facade elements and the like can be formed from thermally insulated profiles or have thermally insulated profiles. These profiles contain for the purpose of thermal insulation in their interior a heat-insulating material, such as a foamed plastic.
- a heat-insulating material such as a foamed plastic.
- the profile elements must be connected to each other in addition to the insulation material via stiffening elements. To ensure that this does not affect the heat transfer resistance, care must be taken to ensure that the stiffening elements do not form cold bridges.
- the problem here is that more stable materials usually have a higher thermal conductivity, so that an increase in stiffness regularly with a Reduction of the heat transfer resistance must be bought.
- isolation bars There are basically two different types of isolation bars. Some isolation bars are designed as thin but massive profiles. Other isolation webs are designed as hollow profiles. The cavities or hollow chambers of the hollow sections to reduce the heat transfer through the insulating web. In general, there are many different isolation bars, each with different advantages and disadvantages. There is thus further need for optimization in this regard.
- the object of the present invention is to design the aforementioned and previously described in more detail insulating web and the thermally insulated profile in such a way and that with respect to the profile, a better relationship between the mechanical properties on the one hand and the thermal properties on the other.
- a Isoliersteg characterized in that in addition at least one hollow profile section and at least one solid profile bar portion are provided, wherein the at least one hollow profile section is connected to a terminal block, wherein the hollow profile section is connected to the profile bar section and wherein the terminal strips without alternative the profile bar section are interconnected.
- thermoly insulated profile according to claim 12, characterized in that the insulating web is an insulating web according to one of claims 1 to 11.
- the invention has recognized that neither insulating webs in the form of hollow profiles, nor insulating webs without hollow profiles embody a superior design principle when it comes to an optimal combination of mechanical and thermal properties.
- the invention has recognized that just in the combination of these two design principles can have a significant potential to better match the properties of the isolation webs or to improve overall, not by any combination, but by a very specific, namely the in Claim 1 specified, combination.
- the hollow chamber profile acts stiffening.
- the two wall elements of the hollow chamber profile section as a whole form a rather broad material cross section, preferably a wider material cross section than in the region of the profile bar section, whereby the stability and rigidity are also improved. If the sum of the wall thicknesses of the two wall elements of the hollow profile section is wider than the wall thickness of the profile bar, which will usually be the case, the hollow chamber profile section will regularly be preferred from a mechanical point of view, while the profile bar section will be preferred regularly from a thermal point of view.
- the invention has further recognized that despite the overall good mechanical properties and based on the profile actually good thermal properties due to the provision of insulating hollow chambers is not appropriate to let pass through the hollow section section from a terminal block to the opposite terminal block. At least in a central region of the insulating bar a lower stability and rigidity than adjacent to the terminal block is usually required. It is therefore altogether advantageous to accept in the middle region of the insulating web inferior mechanical properties by making use of a solid profile bar section instead of a hollow section section there.
- the section bar section requires significantly less space, so that at least in the central region of the insulating bar instead of the hollow chamber profile section an even better insulating Material, such as a foamed plastic, can be provided. As a result, the insulating effect of the profile is improved overall. At the same time, however, where high stability and rigidity are actually required, namely adjacent to the connection strips, sufficient mechanical stability and strength are provided.
- thermally insulated profile which can be formed using the insulating web described, so on the one hand very good thermal properties can be achieved with an overall very high stability and rigidity of the profile on the one hand.
- a solid section bar section is understood as meaning a profile section of the insulating bar which does not define any internal hollow chambers, that is to say has a solid construction, and which, preferably in a cross section of the insulating bar, is rod-shaped.
- the profile bar section does not have to be rectilinear in this cross-section, ie without curvature, although this may generally be preferred in order to improve the rigidity.
- a hollow chamber profile section in contrast to the profile bar section, such a profile section is understood which defines at least one inner hollow chamber, that is to say ultimately designed as a hollow profile section.
- the hollow chamber is surrounded by at least two wall sections of the hollow chamber profile section.
- the hollow chamber preferably extends longitudinally to the insulating web.
- the at least two Terminal strips each connected to a hollow section section.
- the at least two terminal strips may be provided on the same side of the insulating bar.
- terminal strips may be provided at opposite ends of the insulating web, each adjacent to a hollow section section.
- At least two hollow chamber profile sections are preferably each connected to a section bar section, in turn, to achieve the best possible combination of stability and thermal insulation relative to the thermally insulated profile.
- this is preferably true not only for certain hollow chamber profile sections, but preferably for all hollow chamber profile sections of the insulating web.
- it is suitable for a structurally simple and from a thermal point of view favored insulating web, when the at least two hollow chamber profile sections are directly or indirectly connected to the same profile bar section.
- the profile bar section should not be too short with respect to the length of the insulating web.
- the profile bar portion extends at least over 20% of the length of the insulating bar.
- the influence of the hollow chamber profile on the insulating bar is not too large and thus enough space for the section bar section and / or an additional, insulating Material is available, it makes sense if the hollow section section extends over less than 40%, preferably less than 30%, more preferably less than 20%, of the length of the insulating web.
- the length of the hollow chamber profile section can also be dependent on whether hollow chamber profile sections are provided on opposite connection strips. In that case, it is generally more favorable if the length of each individual hollow-chamber profile section is smaller. This, too, is derived from the previously discussed in detail mechanical and thermal properties of a hollow chamber profile section on the one hand and a profile bar section on the other.
- the at least one hollow profile section can be arranged in each case on the first half of the length of the insulating web.
- the at least one hollow-chamber profile section does not protrude beyond the median plane between the two terminal strips. Centered on the insulating web so a profiled rod section is provided which creates space between the profile elements for a relation to the insulating better insulating material and has a smaller material cross-section for the heat transport as the hollow chamber profile section.
- the at least one hollow profile section adjacent to the profile bar section can taper at an angle of 35 ° to 55 °.
- the hollow section section can leak at this angle and in go over the profile bar section. It is particularly preferred in this context if said angle is substantially 45 °.
- the hollow chamber profile section is therefore preferably rather gradually than abruptly in the profile bar section.
- the at least one hollow profile section adjacent to the terminal block at an angle between 70 ° and 110 ° widen. Since a good stability of the insulating web is provided adjacent to the terminal strip, so a relatively large volume of the hollow section section can be obtained without too much discontinuity in the profile of the insulating over a short distance. Particularly good results could be obtained if said angle between 85 ° and 95 °, in particular about 90 °, was.
- the profiled rod section can be arranged laterally offset from a connecting straight line between the two terminal strips.
- the profile bar section can then define a uniform connection plane of the insulating bar.
- At least one hollow-chamber profile section and / or at least one profiled rod section can have a functional profile section.
- the functional profiled portion may be the stability of the insulating web and the connection or interaction with adjacent functional portions of the thermally insulated Serve profile. Therefore, the at least one functional profile section may preferably extend laterally to the remaining insulating web and / or protrude laterally outward from the remaining insulating web.
- the terminal strips can have a, preferably dovetailed, expansion for attachment in a groove of a profile element.
- the at least one adjacent terminal strip can be formed in two parts, wherein the two parts of the terminal block are connected to opposite wall elements of the hollow chamber profile section. It then results, for example, a gap, starting from the hollow chamber of the hollow profile section through the adjacent terminal block.
- the insulating bars can be formed as an extruded profile.
- a material from a thermal point of view preferably a plastic in question, in the case of an extruded profile, preferably thermoplastic.
- the thermally insulated profile it is preferable if two insulating webs are provided and the insulating webs define an insulation chamber filled by a, preferably foamed, insulating material.
- the insulating material can be inserted into the insulation chamber and / or attached to at least one insulating web.
- the thermal insulation of the entire profile can be improved. From a constructive point of view and for a quicker and easier assembly, it makes sense if the two insulating bars are constructed substantially identical.
- a thermally insulated profile 1 which comprises two profile elements 2.3, which are connected to each other via two outer insulating 5.
- the profile elements 2, 3 may be made of a metallic material, preferably aluminum, while the insulating webs 5 may be made of plastic extruded profiles.
- the profile elements 2, 3 have, for their connection with the insulating webs, 5 grooves 6 into which the terminal strips 7 of the insulating webs 5 are inserted.
- the grooves 6 and terminal strips 7 are formed in the illustrated and so far preferred thermally insulated profile 1 corresponding to each other and formed dovetail-shaped here.
- the grooves 6 and the insulating webs 5 form a flat outer termination of the thermally insulated profile 1.
- the space 8 enclosed by the profile elements 2, 3 and the insulating webs 5 is at least substantially filled with an insulating material 10.
- the insulating material 10 is a foamed plastic, in particular polyurethane.
- insulating bar 5 is shown, as in the in Fig. 1 Profile 1 has been used.
- a respective hollow chamber profile section 11 follows.
- the wall thickness of the terminal block 7 is divided, so that two wall elements 12,13 arise, which are spaced apart by a gap or cavity 14. These two wall elements 12,13 run initially, ie starting from the terminal strips 7 at an angle of about 90 ° apart.
- each hollow-chamber profile section 11 the two wall elements 12,13 again converge toward one another, specifically at an angle of approximately 45 °.
- the wall elements 12,13 together provide a larger area material cross section based on the material of the insulating strip 5 as the section bar section 15th
- the profile bar section 15 also extends in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. In the in the Fig. 2 illustrated cross-section of the insulating bar 5, the profile bar section 15 has a rod-shaped appearance. The profiled rod section 15 and the hollow chamber profile sections 11 are formed in alignment with one another and form a common outer plane 16.
- the profile section 15 extends in the illustrated and so far preferred insulating web 5 over about 30% of the length of the insulating strip 5, d. H.
- the two Holschprofilabitese 11 each extend over about 10% - 25% of the length of the insulating strip 5.
- the remaining part of the insulating strip 5 is formed by the terminal blocks 7.
- the Indian Fig. 3 represented us so far preferred insulating web 5 'corresponds in a basic structure with respect to the terminal strips 7, the hollow section sections 11 and the profile bar section 15 of the in the Fig. 2

Abstract
