Definitions
- the invention relates to a vehicle door having a door latch and at least one mine protection bar.
- Such doors have a device for a too fast opening and a device to assist in opening and are referred to in practice in their dual function as braking devices.
- a vehicle door which is characterized in that the opening / closing of the door as well as the release / locking of a mine protection lock and the operation of a braking device is effected by a single handle. This is to prevent a person from activating the door as well as the braking device, but then by inadvertently not actuating the handle for locking the anti-mine bar so that full protection against mines or other threats is not given.
- This solution enables a so-called one-hand operation.
- this solution has the disadvantage of being prone to failure. In particular, when the door is open and the mine protection is inadvertent closing and associated unwanted destruction of the mine protection is not excluded.
- the invention is based on the idea of opening the door by a lever, etc., and releasing or closing the anti-mine bar and, associated therewith, the braking or damping device (device) by means of a further lever or handle.
- the mine guard and the door opening / closing support are operated with a handle
- the door opening itself is operated with a separate one. This ensures that the door can only be opened, even if the mine protection has been unlocked / are, because only then the door opening supporting device is released.
- the door lock can be locked by the mine protection bar.
- the latching or latching of the door latches into the door lock can also take place when the mine protection latches have not yet latched into the door pillar or door frame of the vehicle.
- the position of the anti-mine bar itself is better taken into account, so that the entire closing and opening system of the door can now be primed on the mine protection bar.
- the door itself need not be held with a second hand to prevent the door from being opened by the braking device if the anti-mine bar has not been unlocked since the braking device is blocked in this case.
- the construction thus allows one-handed operation - with only one hand - too.
- the handle for the opening of the door is similar in a preferred embodiment that of a known from the civilian, attracting itself to lever. Associated with this, albeit a small advantage, is the fact that the opening of the door for a driver or front passenger is accompanied by familiar habits when opening vehicle doors.
- the lever can also be designed as a pivotable lever in the plane. Alternatives are also conceivable.
- the second handle for unlocking / locking the mine guard (s) is forcibly guided in a guide so that it can not undergo any other movement.
- the movement of the lever is in this case preferably a pivoting parallel to the vehicle door down or up from a normal position out.
- the handle can be kept in turn with the help of another damper in its lower end position and in its normal position.
- the guide is preferably integrated into the reinforcement against lateral blast / shock.
- Fig. 1 is a vehicle door 1 with an unspecified safety window 2 for an armored vehicle (not shown) shown.
- the vehicle door 1 has a handle 3 - as a door handle 3 - for opening the door 1 and another handle 4 - as a protective handle 4 - for unlocking and locking one or preferably even two mine protection bars 5, 6 and closing the door.
- the first handle 3 is preferably spring loaded and resembles a civilian handle.
- the second handle 4 can be pulled, pushed, pushed or moved or pivoted in a different way.
- the handle 4 is movable parallel to the vehicle door 1 or pivotable.
- the handle 4 is preferably guided in a recessed grip 11 with guide 15 (FIG. Fig. 2 ).
- At 16 is a door cover, as they are known from the civil sector.
- the first handle 3 is mechanically coupled to a so-called door opener system or door lock 7.
- the second handle 4 is mechanically connected to the two lead bolts 5, 6 and can be fixed by a damper 8 in its two end positions.
- the second handle 4 with a braking device 9 - here a damper system - which is responsible for the opening of the door 1 responsible, connected via a linkage 10.
- the handle 4 itself has a spring which presses the handle 4 in the normal position or normal position, which also serves as support for the actuation of the handle 4.
- the axis of rotation of the door 1 is marked with 12.
- a preferred textile material 13 determines the end stop of the door 1, wherein the opening angle for the door 1 can be adjusted by this band 13, etc., which could be done for example via a carriage not shown with detents.
- Fig. 3 shows the door 1 off Fig. 1 with trough 11 included Fig. 2 .
- Fig. 4 shows the closed door 1 with inserted mine protection bars 5, 6 (without trough 11).
- Fig. 5 Of the Fig. 5 is the door 1 in a representation removed from the outside.
- the door 1 has for closing the door 1 from the outside a "mushroom" 14, whose function will be described below with.
- the protective handle 4 is (pressed by a spring) in the normal position or normal position, the anti-mine bars 5, 6 are retracted, the piston rod of the damper system 9 released.
- the door handle 3 is pulled to itself.
- Connected to the door opener is released in the door lock 7, the door 1 is released, the opening of the door 1 supported by the released piston rod.
- the opening angle of the door 1 is limited by the textile tape 13.
- the damper 9 is switched by the action of the protective handle 4 and a unit 17, so that the damper 9 can now be pulled to.
- the protective grip 4 is held for this purpose or pulled (with the door 1) to itself until the door 1 has latched or fallen into the door lock 7. This avoids that the damper 9 is switched again and the door 1 can open the door 1 during closing again.
- the protective handle 4 is adjusted or rotated downwards within the guide 15, so that the anti-mine bars 5, 6 are inserted.
- the protective handle 4 which is responsible for the release of the anti-mine bars 5, 6 locks the door lock 7 and this and therefore does not release. Accordingly, the protective handle 4 must first be guided to its normal position, so that the door lock 7 can be released by actuating the door handle 3.
- the protective handle 4 can be brought from the outside with the aid of a wrench, socket wrench or the like from this end position in the normal position.

Description
The invention relates to a vehicle door having a door latch and at least one mine protection bar. Such doors have a device for a too fast opening and a device to assist in opening and are referred to in practice in their dual function as braking devices.
This is where the invention with its task to carry out a vehicle door of the aforementioned type so that an all-round function of the door and a safe operation of the or the mine protection bar is guaranteed.
The object is achieved by the features of
The invention is based on the idea of opening the door by a lever, etc., and releasing or closing the anti-mine bar and, associated therewith, the braking or damping device (device) by means of a further lever or handle. Thus, although the mine guard and the door opening / closing support are operated with a handle, the door opening itself is operated with a separate one. This ensures that the door can only be opened, even if the mine protection has been unlocked / are, because only then the door opening supporting device is released. Furthermore, it is provided that the door lock can be locked by the mine protection bar. On the other hand, the latching or latching of the door latches into the door lock can also take place when the mine protection latches have not yet latched into the door pillar or door frame of the vehicle.
By separating the actual door opening of the brake device, the position of the anti-mine bar itself is better taken into account, so that the entire closing and opening system of the door can now be primed on the mine protection bar. The door itself need not be held with a second hand to prevent the door from being opened by the braking device if the anti-mine bar has not been unlocked since the braking device is blocked in this case. The construction thus allows one-handed operation - with only one hand - too.
The handle for the opening of the door is similar in a preferred embodiment that of a known from the civilian, attracting itself to lever. Associated with this, albeit a small advantage, is the fact that the opening of the door for a driver or front passenger is accompanied by familiar habits when opening vehicle doors. Of course, the lever can also be designed as a pivotable lever in the plane. Alternatives are also conceivable.
In a preferred embodiment, the second handle for unlocking / locking the mine guard (s) is forcibly guided in a guide so that it can not undergo any other movement. The movement of the lever is in this case preferably a pivoting parallel to the vehicle door down or up from a normal position out. The handle can be kept in turn with the help of another damper in its lower end position and in its normal position. For its part, the guide is preferably integrated into the reinforcement against lateral blast / shock.
When closing, especially from the outside, it is ensured that this can not take place when the anti-mine bar is inserted.

The first handle 3 is mechanically coupled to a so-called door opener system or
The axis of rotation of the

Based on the figures, the interaction of the individual modules will be highlighted.
The
To close the
The closing of the
An emergency opening is ensured by the fact that even if the mine protection has been inserted, the
