Dabei ist die Sperrklinke 28 vorteilhaft in ihrem der Sperrnase 30 zugewandten Bereich aus elastischem Material gestaltet, so dass diese gesperrte Vorschließ-Stellung des Schließhakens 14 mittels der Sperrklinke 28 zugleich gedämpft ist. Mit der derartigen Anordnung ist gewährleistet, dass bei einem Bewegen des Karosseriebauteils von seiner Offen-Lage in seine Geschlossen-Lage zunächst der Schließbügel 16 an dem Schließhaken 14 in einer gedämpften Vorschließ-Stellung gehalten wird, aus der er manuell nicht herausbewegt werden kann. Claims (10)

  1. Lock (10) for a body part of a vehicle which can be moved from an open position into a closed position, in particular a flap or door of the vehicle, having a closing hook (14) which can move from a pre-closing position to a fully closed position while in the closed position, in which the closing hook (14) is held in the pre-closing position by a pawl (28), which prevents the closing hook (14) from moving into the fully closed position, in which the closing hook (14) is mounted on a pivot axis (18) on a support plate (12) of the lock.
  2. Lock according to Claim 1, in which the pawl (28) is in a locking position to prevent the closing hook (14) from moving into the fully closed position and is forced resiliently back into this locking position.
  3. Lock according to Claim 1 or 2, in which a closing lever (24) is provided to move the closing hook (14) from the pre-closing position into the fully closed position and the pawl (28) can also be moved with the closing lever (24).

  7. Lock according to one of Claims 1 to 6, in which the closing hook (14) is held in a damped manner in the pre-closing position.
  8. Lock according to one of Claims 1 to 7, in which the pawl (28) is in a locking position to prevent the closing hook (14) from moving into the fully closed position and can be manually moved back out of this locking position.
  9.
