Definitions
- the invention relates to a divisible rifle with a preferably removable barrel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a rifle is also referred to as "Take Down” in technical terms.
- Such rifles are known and used for military purposes, but especially as hunting weapons.
- the divisibility fulfills two purposes in particular.
- the barrel can be replaced in this way, for example, to change the caliber of the weapon.
- the ease of transport is in the foreground, so that for example in the mountains or on safari the weapon can be stowed in the backpack.
- this makes it easier to carry the partially heavy weapons, and on the other hand, the sensitive components of the weapon can be protected against knocks and bumps.
- the GB 573,694 describes an automatic firearm such as a submachine gun, which consists of three parts, namely a running part, a support body and a rear shaft part. Shank part and supporting body can be connected to each other with the help of a bayonet lock. Magazine, trigger mechanism and chamber are assigned to the central support body.
- the US 529 455 concerns a rifle with a detachable barrel.
- the thread can be quickly assembled and secured in this way by a combined plug-in rotary movement.
- a disadvantage of the known rifles is that the disassembly or assembly of the rifle parts takes too long, because screws or other fastening means must be operated. Often even special tools are required. Another disadvantage is the lack of precision of the connection, so that no repeatable shooting behavior of the weapon is ensured after assembly. In some known rifles, the weapon after use also difficult to share because, for example, conical fits stuck due to thermal expansion.
- This object is achieved according to the invention with a divisible rifle having the features in claim 1.
- Coupling elements which are joined together without play by a plug-in rotational movement, require no tools and the joined end position is always reproducible, without the thermal expansion of the material or the tightening behavior of clamping screws or screws play a role.
- the coupling elements could be the parts of a bayonet catch act.
- the leadership of the coupling parts takes place here, as is known, radially on a sleeve which is provided with corresponding slots, the counterpart having in the slots engaging bolts.
- the coupling means consist on the one hand of a holding plate provided with an opening, wherein the inner contour of the opening is not circular, and on the other hand of a clutch disc whose outer contour corresponds at least partially with the inner contour of the opening, that the clutch disc can be inserted into the opening of the retaining plate according to which the clutch disc can be braced by a relative rotational movement in the retaining plate.
- the coupling elements engage here apparent end into each other, which allows a particularly space-saving arrangement and a tight fit.
- the venezköntur the opening on the support plate may not be circular, because this would not allow overlapping of the contours on the support plate or on the clutch disc.
- the inner contour of the opening on the holding plate could be designed quite differently, such as e.g. elliptical or polygonal. It is also not absolutely necessary that the outer contour of the clutch disc corresponds exactly to the inner contour of the opening on the retaining plate. Required is only a partial overlap of the contours after mating of the coupling elements and after a certain rotational movement.
- the inner contour of the opening on the retaining plate has a plurality of radially recessed recesses and radially projecting retaining webs
- the outer contour of the coupling disk has a plurality of radially projecting coupling webs
- the coupling webs are slidable through the recesses on the retaining plate and rotatable by means of the rotational movement behind the retaining webs.
- the contact surfaces between retaining webs and coupling webs can be inclined in such a way to a plane lying in the direction of rotation, that in the course of the rotational movement, the coupling means are backlash against each other tensioned.
- a play-free assembly could be achieved in other ways, for example by built-in spring elements or the like.
- the clutch disc has a plurality of uniformly angular pitch distributed in a star shape over the circumference coupling webs, wherein the retaining plate has as many recesses or retaining webs. This makes it particularly advantageous to achieve a self-tightening twist lock and a play-free fit of the components.
- the clamping force of the coupling elements is distributed uniformly over the entire circumference. If eight coupling webs are arranged at an angular pitch of 45 ° on the clutch disc, only a very short rotation of 22.5 ° is required to clamp the two coupling elements.
- the retaining plate is part of a closure housing or it is connected to this, wherein the closure housing is integrated in the buttstock.
- the retaining plate is a separate component, which is inserted precisely into an end face of the closure housing and releasably secured by four countersunk screws on this.
- the retaining plate made of high-strength chrome steel or even be made of titanium, while the closure housing could for example consist of a high-alloy aluminum material.
- the clutch disc is part of a tether or is connected thereto, with the tether being integrated into the forend. Again, it is mainly manufacturing reasons or the choice of material, which can make it seem advantageous if the clutch disc is designed as a separate component. This can be held in a rotationally fixed manner, for example by means of a polygon fit on a front side of the tether and be releasably secured by means of a central fastening screw.
- closure housing and the tether may be latched to each other when reaching the assembled position by means of locking means or be locked together by means of locking means. This ensures that the components can not accidentally come loose.
- an anti-rotation device is alternatively or additionally achieved in other ways.
- parallel and mutually corresponding guide grooves may be arranged on the closure housing and the running support piece, wherein a closure can be pushed onto the closure housing, which has guide rails guided in the guide grooves, which form an anti-rotation lock between the closure housing and the running support piece.
- This closure may, for example, be a straight-pull closure whose locking head engages in the sleeve head of the cartridge chamber assigned to the barrel. It has thus proved to be particularly advantageous to divide the weapon immediately behind the cartridge chamber, so that cartridge chamber and barrel can be integrally formed. This guarantees a high hit reliability despite divisible weapon.
- the rifle has a receptacle for a telescopic sight, which is completely associated with the barrel attached to the forearm.
- the riflescope for the division of the rifle does not have to be removed at all.
- the riflescope must be precisely adjusted when placed in order to ensure accuracy. This adjustment thus always remains even at the pitch of the rifle.
- closure would not necessarily have to be a straight-pull closure.
- the invention is not necessarily limited to a bolt action rifle.
- the division according to the invention could also be used with other types of rifles.
- additional parts are removable.
- the barrel is in any case additionally detachable from the forearm, although connecting screws must be solved.
- a rifle 1 in the present case a bolt action rifle with straight-pull closure of a barrel 2, which is preferably removably mounted on a forearm 3, and from a buttstock 4.
- Foreshortening and buttstock consist for example of a multi-glued precious wood.
- a closure housing 15, for example made of steel with a trigger 36 is integrated into the buttstock 4 and firmly connected, for example, with screws not visible here.
- a tether 20, which may also be made of steel, is connected in a similar manner to the forearm 3.
- FIG. 2 On the barrel 2 receiving means 34 are arranged for a telescopic sight 33. How out FIG. 2 can be seen, the rifle is divided immediately behind the cartridge chamber 32 between the closure housing 15 and the tether 20. The riflescope 33 can also be removed, but could also be evident on the barrel 2 at the pitch of the rifle.
- the straight-pull closure 29 has a locking head 30 which, depending on the position of the closure, protrudes beyond the closure housing 15 and engages in the sleeve head 31 of the cartridge chamber 32 in the assembled state.
- a guide rail 30 In FIG. 2 also visible is a guide rail 30, in reality a parallel pair of rails, on which the closure on the closure housing is displaceable.
- a clutch disc 8 which is associated with the tether 20. The counterpart of the clutch disc 8, namely the holding plate 5 is based on the FIGS. 3 to 5 described in more detail below.
- FIG. 3 shows the substantially approximately cuboid closure housing 15, in which in this manner not described in detail here, the trigger device is arranged.
- the lock housing also forms the magazine shaft for Nachladepatronen.
- the closure housing is provided with two parallel guide grooves 27, in which the closure is guided with its guide rails 28.
- a retaining plate 5 is inserted accurately.
- the holding plate 5 has an opening 6 with an inner contour 7, which forms radially recessed recesses 10 and radially projecting retaining webs 11 ( Fig. 4 ).
- a total of four sink holes 18 are arranged, which allow the attachment of the holding plate 5 by means of countersunk screws 17.
- a recess 19 is provided for a latching connection.
- the retaining webs 11 have only about half of the total width of the entire holding plate 5.
- the rear abutment surfaces 13 of the retaining webs 11 are provided relative to the plane of the holding plate or to the plane of rotation with a very small angle tilt of, for example, 0.5 ° or less.
- the opening 6 has a total of eight recesses 10 in a regular angular pitch ⁇ of 45 °.
- the apex lines of the retaining webs 11 and the foot lines of the recesses 10 extend approximately on concentric circles.
- FIG. 6 shows the tether 20 with an end face 21 in which a polygon recess 23 is inserted.
- a threaded bore 25 is arranged in the center of the polygon recess .
- a ball catch 26 is fixed, which carries in a known per se a compressible against a spring tension ball inside.
- the barrel 2 is fixed with its cartridge chamber 32 on the tether.
- the sleeve head 31 at the end of the cartridge chamber protrudes slightly beyond the end face 21.
- the clutch disc 8 has a specific outer contour 9 which forms a total of eight individual star-shaped coupling webs 12.
- the clutch disc has a polygonal disk 22 which fits precisely into the polygon recess 23 on the tread piece 20 is inserted. How out FIG. 7 it can be seen, the attachment of the clutch disc 8 by means of a central fastening screw 24, which can be rotated for example via a hexagon socket.
- the coupling webs 12 are also arranged in a regular angular pitch of 45 °.
- a over the entire outer contour chamfer 37 facilitates the insertion of the clutch disc in the opening of the holding plate.
- the wall thickness of the individual coupling webs 12 likewise corresponds approximately to half the wall thickness of the retaining plate 5, so that the coupling disc inserted into the retaining plate does not protrude beyond the retaining plate.
- the contact surface 14 on the coupling webs 12 is similar to the contact surface 13 provided on the retaining webs 11 with the same inclination angle ( Fig. 9 ). From the FIGS. 9 and 10 It can be seen that between the polygon disc 22 and the coupling webs 12 is still a cylindrical collar 38 is arranged.
- FIG. 11 shows the situation shortly before the assembly of retaining plate 5 and clutch disc 8.
- the tread 20 and the clutch disc 8 is brought into the Einschiebeachse 38, and twisted at an angle of 22.5 ° relative to the closure housing 15.

- the individual coupling webs 12 brace behind the retaining webs 11 on the retaining plate.
- the rotational movement takes place in a clockwise direction with respect to the viewing plane, wherein the sleeve head protruding beyond the end face 21 can be turned into the correct position on one side of the closure housing 15 because of the recess 39.
- the end face 21 is firmly on the support plate 5.
- the ball of the ball catch 26 engages in the recess 19.
- a bolt may be provided which locks the two parts together. After assembly of the rifle, the closure can be advanced again, so that the guide rails of the closure also penetrate into the tread piece 20 and thus also cause an anti-rotation.

Description
The invention relates to a divisible rifle with a preferably removable barrel according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a rifle is also referred to as "Take Down" in technical terms. Such rifles are known and used for military purposes, but especially as hunting weapons.
The divisibility fulfills two purposes in particular. On the one hand, the barrel can be replaced in this way, for example, to change the caliber of the weapon. For hunting weapons, however, the ease of transport is in the foreground, so that for example in the mountains or on safari the weapon can be stowed in the backpack. On the one hand, this makes it easier to carry the partially heavy weapons, and on the other hand, the sensitive components of the weapon can be protected against knocks and bumps.

A disadvantage of the known rifles is that the disassembly or assembly of the rifle parts takes too long, because screws or other fastening means must be operated. Often even special tools are required. Another disadvantage is the lack of precision of the connection, so that no repeatable shooting behavior of the weapon is ensured after assembly. In some known rifles, the weapon after use also difficult to share because, for example, conical fits stuck due to thermal expansion.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a rifle of the type mentioned, which can be divided quickly and without additional aids and reassembled, with the highest precision and thus a reproducible shooting behavior is ensured in any situation. This object is achieved according to the invention with a divisible rifle having the features in claim 1.
Coupling elements, which are joined together without play by a plug-in rotational movement, require no tools and the joined end position is always reproducible, without the thermal expansion of the material or the tightening behavior of clamping screws or screws play a role. The coupling elements could be the parts of a bayonet catch act. The leadership of the coupling parts takes place here, as is known, radially on a sleeve which is provided with corresponding slots, the counterpart having in the slots engaging bolts.
The coupling means consist on the one hand of a holding plate provided with an opening, wherein the inner contour of the opening is not circular, and on the other hand of a clutch disc whose outer contour corresponds at least partially with the inner contour of the opening, that the clutch disc can be inserted into the opening of the retaining plate according to which the clutch disc can be braced by a relative rotational movement in the retaining plate. The coupling elements engage here apparent end into each other, which allows a particularly space-saving arrangement and a tight fit. Evidently, the Innenköntur the opening on the support plate may not be circular, because this would not allow overlapping of the contours on the support plate or on the clutch disc. In principle, however, the inner contour of the opening on the holding plate could be designed quite differently, such as e.g. elliptical or polygonal. It is also not absolutely necessary that the outer contour of the clutch disc corresponds exactly to the inner contour of the opening on the retaining plate. Required is only a partial overlap of the contours after mating of the coupling elements and after a certain rotational movement.
Further advantages can be achieved if the inner contour of the opening on the retaining plate has a plurality of radially recessed recesses and radially projecting retaining webs, and if the outer contour of the coupling disk has a plurality of radially projecting coupling webs, wherein the coupling webs are slidable through the recesses on the retaining plate and rotatable by means of the rotational movement behind the retaining webs. The contact surfaces between retaining webs and coupling webs can be inclined in such a way to a plane lying in the direction of rotation, that in the course of the rotational movement, the coupling means are backlash against each other tensioned. Of course, a play-free assembly could be achieved in other ways, for example by built-in spring elements or the like.
Particularly advantageous, the clutch disc has a plurality of uniformly angular pitch distributed in a star shape over the circumference coupling webs, wherein the retaining plate has as many recesses or retaining webs. This makes it particularly advantageous to achieve a self-tightening twist lock and a play-free fit of the components. The clamping force of the coupling elements is distributed uniformly over the entire circumference. If eight coupling webs are arranged at an angular pitch of 45 ° on the clutch disc, only a very short rotation of 22.5 ° is required to clamp the two coupling elements.
The retaining plate is part of a closure housing or it is connected to this, wherein the closure housing is integrated in the buttstock. For manufacturing reasons, it is advantageous if the retaining plate is a separate component, which is inserted precisely into an end face of the closure housing and releasably secured by four countersunk screws on this. In this way, the retaining plate made of high-strength chrome steel or even be made of titanium, while the closure housing could for example consist of a high-alloy aluminum material.
The clutch disc is part of a tether or is connected thereto, with the tether being integrated into the forend.
The closure housing and the tether may be latched to each other when reaching the assembled position by means of locking means or be locked together by means of locking means. This ensures that the components can not accidentally come loose.
But it is also conceivable that an anti-rotation device is alternatively or additionally achieved in other ways. Thus, parallel and mutually corresponding guide grooves may be arranged on the closure housing and the running support piece, wherein a closure can be pushed onto the closure housing, which has guide rails guided in the guide grooves, which form an anti-rotation lock between the closure housing and the running support piece.
This closure may, for example, be a straight-pull closure whose locking head engages in the sleeve head of the cartridge chamber assigned to the barrel. It has thus proved to be particularly advantageous to divide the weapon immediately behind the cartridge chamber, so that cartridge chamber and barrel can be integrally formed. This guarantees a high hit reliability despite divisible weapon.
Likewise, it has proven to be useful if the rifle has a receptacle for a telescopic sight, which is completely associated with the barrel attached to the forearm. In this way, the riflescope for the division of the rifle does not have to be removed at all. As you know, the riflescope must be precisely adjusted when placed in order to ensure accuracy. This adjustment thus always remains even at the pitch of the rifle.
Of course, the closure would not necessarily have to be a straight-pull closure. The invention is not necessarily limited to a bolt action rifle. The division according to the invention could also be used with other types of rifles. Finally, it does not matter if additional parts are removable. For example, the barrel is in any case additionally detachable from the forearm, although connecting screws must be solved.

- Dismantleable weapon (1) with a barrel (2) which is fastened to a fore-stock (3), the fore-stock being connectable releasably to a backstock (4) with the aid of coupling means, the coupling means having coupling elements which are assigned to the fore-stock (3) and to the backstock (4) respectively and which can be joined together, free of play, as a result of a plug-and-turn movement, the coupling means consisting, on the one hand, of a holding plate (5) provided with an orifice (6), the inner contour (7) of the orifice being of non-circular form, and, on the other hand, of a coupling disc (8), the outer contour (9) of which matches at least partially with the inner contour of the orifice in such a way that the coupling disc can be braced in the holding plate as a result of a relative rotational movement, characterized in that the holding plate (5) is an integral part of a breach housing (15), the breach housing being integrated into the backstock (4), and in that the coupling disc (8) is an integral part of a barrel holding piece (20), the barrel holding piece being integrated into the fore-stock (3).
- Weapon according to Claim 1, characterized in that the inner contour (7) of the orifice (6) on the holding plate (5) has a plurality of radially set-back recesses (10) and of radially protruding retention webs (11), in that the outer contour (9) of the coupling disc (8) has a plurality of radially protruding coupling webs (12), the coupling webs (12) being capable of being pushed through the recesses (10) on the holding plate (5) and of being turned behind the retention webs (11) by means of the rotational movement.
- Weapon according to Claim 2, characterized in that the contact faces (13, 14) between the retention webs (11) and the coupling webs (12) are inclined with respect to a plane lying in the direction of rotation, in such a way that, in the course of the rotational movement, the coupling means can be tensioned, free of play, with respect to one another.
- Weapon according to either one of Claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the coupling disc (8) has a plurality of coupling webs (12) distributed in a star-shaped manner over the circumference at a uniform angular pitch (α), and in that the holding plate (5) has the same number of recesses (10) or retention webs (11).
- Weapon according to Claim 4, characterized in that eight coupling webs (12) are arranged on the coupling disc (8) at an angular pitch of 45°.
- Weapon according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the holding plate (5) is inserted with an exact fit into one end face (16) of the breach housing (15) and is fastened releasably to the latter by means of four countersunk screws (17).
- Weapon according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the coupling disc (8) is held fixedly in terms of rotation, with an exact fit, on one end face (21) of the barrel holding piece (20) by means of a polygonal fit (22, 23) and is fastened releasably by means of a central fastening screw (24).
- Weapon according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that, when the joined-together position is reached, the breach housing (15) and the barrel holding piece (20) can be latched with one another by latching means (19, 26) or can be locked with one another by locking means.
- Weapon according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that parallel guide grooves (27, 27') corresponding with one another are arranged on the breach housing (15) and on the barrel holding piece (20), and in that a breach (29) can be pushed onto the breach housing and has guide rails (28) which are guided in the guide grooves (27, 27') and which form an anti-twist device between the breach housing (15) and barrel holding piece (20).
- Weapon according to Claim 9, characterized in that the breach (29) is a straight-pull breach, the locking head (30) of which engages into the sleeve head (31), assigned to the barrel (2), of the cartridge store (32).
- Weapon according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that it has a receptacle (34) for a telescopic sight (33), the said receptacle being assigned completely to the barrel (2) fastened to the fore-stock (3).
- Weapon according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the barrel contains a cartridge store (32) formed in one piece with the barrel (2), and the weapon (1) can be dismantled directly behind the cartridge store.
