Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a parasol with a support tube and attached to the support tube screen.
During the use of umbrellas, it is often desirable to have in its grip area a storage facility for example, a beverage bottle, a book or other object. The known parasols offer this at most unsatisfactory possibilities. The corresponding objects must therefore be stored either on or on a couch, a deck chair or on the floor.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an opportunity in an object which - as is the case with a parasol - has an at least substantially vertically aligned support tube to attach an accessory that the object, such as a parasol, provides additional functionality. According to the invention, a table should be able to be used as stable as possible and space-saving especially under a parasol even on uneven ground.
This object is achieved in an umbrella according to the invention by an additional device which has fastening means and at least one functional means, which gives the parasol an additional function, wherein the fastening means are provided for attachment of the functional means on the support tube, the fastening means also have at least one flange, the Arrangement is provided around the support tube, wherein the functional means is at least indirectly load-bearing connected to the at least one flange, and at least one insertable in the at least one flange carrier, on which the functional means is rotatably attachable.
To solve this problem, the invention is initially based on the idea that the already existing support tube, which may be formed as a shield tube and / or standpipe to include in the solution and to use for this. This especially with regard to this, as this usually already has a high load capacity. The invention therefore provides an attachment according to the invention, which includes a functional means to attach to the support tube of the parasol. The additional device according to the invention should have at least one attachable to the support tube flange on which the functional means via at least one support, preferably rotatably supported. With such, preferably as a parasol complementary kit, offered additional equipment can be equipped with structurally simple means the parasol or other support tube with additional functionality. In order to achieve the additional functionalities, it is again not necessary to realize for the functional means its own complete load transfer, this can be done using the load-removing means of the parasol and the support tube. The functional agent can thus be brought under very little effort under a parasol used. The functional means, such as a table, this requires no space below the parasol.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the functional means may be rotatable or pivotable, whereby the functional agent can be placed variably and thus the usability of the functional agent can be further improved. The rotation or pivoting of the functional means can be achieved in various ways. In a preferred embodiment, the carrier can for this purpose be arranged rotatably in the at least one flange, in particular be detachably inserted therein. The functional agent may in this case be firmly connected to the at least one carrier.
In another embodiment, the flange itself may be rotatably disposed about the support tube. A rotatable flange can be realized, for example, by a part that is secured against rotation on the support tube, and a bearing flange rotatably supported by means of a rotary bearing, such as a roller bearing. The at least one carrier for the functional agent can in this case be rotatably mounted on the flange.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the functional means itself can be arranged rotatably or pivotably on the carrier. The carrier itself can be fixedly secured to the flange in this embodiment of the invention.
Finally, in a further preferred embodiment, a plurality, preferably two, carriers may be provided, wherein the plurality of carriers are rotatable about at least two different pivot axes. The pivotable about the support tube functional means may be arranged on at least one of the carrier relatively movable, in particular longitudinally displaceable. In this way, functional means can be attached to the support tube in a particularly stable manner, which despite the high stability can be pivoted about the support tube and can thus be aligned in the desired manner during use.
It has proven to be expedient if the at least one support is mounted on two bearing points arranged one above the other on the support tube. A structurally simple and therefore inexpensive preferred embodiment can provide that the lower bearing is designed as a kind of pressure plate, which preferably rests only loosely against the support tube without the use of an attachment. For this purpose, the shape of the pressure plate can be adapted to the tube shape, which may in particular result in a positive engagement with the carrier tube. The at least one carrier may also be rotatably mounted in or on the pressure plate. By acting on the pressure plate via the at least one carrier weight of the functional means which can act as torque on the pressure plate, causes a pressing of the pressure plate against the support tube and thus a self-stabilization of the storage of the functional agent.
The at least one carrier may preferably be made entirely or at least partially of metallic round material. Since round material is a mass semi-finished product, it is thus possible to manufacture the at least one carrier in a particularly favorable manner.
As a functional means can be advantageously provided in particular a table top. As a result, the functionality of a parasol can be supplemented particularly advantageous. Parasols are often used in situations where a shelf in the shade area of the parasol is desired. The for a usual Table required footprint, however, reduces the usable shaded area of the parasol. By the invention, however, it is now possible to avoid this disadvantage and to arrange a table or a table top under a parasol, without reducing the usable shaded area of the parasol. According to the invention, the table can be arranged on the support tube, in particular exclusively on the support tube, of the parasol. The optionally provided pivoting of the table should be done with advantage in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support tube. This pivot plane is preferably at least substantially coincident with a storage area of the table resulting from the top of the table top.
The object is also achieved by an additional device according to
With such an accessory can be retrofitted after the purchase of a parasol virtually every parasol with additional features. It can thus be attached to virtually every parasol a table top. Due to the structurally simple structure, such additional equipment can also be offered as kits, which can be attached by the user of the parasol itself to the latter. With such an additional device can also create a very simple way a bar table, which can be used for example in the garden or in the restaurant. At such a bar table, the table top can be mounted pivotally in a favorable manner. In addition, such a bar table with little effort and is degradable. As in the garden as well as in the catering the facilities different weather or different needs should be easily and quickly adaptable, such a bar table for such applications is particularly suitable.
The invention comprises as a standalone solution also a bar table with a table base on which a substantially vertically aligned support tube is mounted, which carries at least one table top using fastening means, characterized in that the fastening means comprise as a top bearing a surrounding the support tube mounting ring on at least one carrier can be used, which is also mounted on a lower bearing point arranged below the mounting ring, wherein the table top can be attached to a substantially horizontally extending portion of the at least one carrier. Such a bar table, which can be used for example in the garden or in the catering, can thus be formed in a particularly simple manner using the means of the additional device according to the invention and disassemble when not in use again with little effort.
The present invention also includes an embodiment in which each detected embodiment may be configured as an assembly kit and offered as such to the end user. The specified in the claims and the description relative positions of the individual composable elements are thus in the case of a kit only intended as intended position information to understand.
Further preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the claims, the description and the drawings.

In the area of a
The

In further embodiments, not shown, one or more of the inserts may also be provided with two integrally connected parts, which are pivotable about a hinge, such as a plastic film hinge to each other. The pivot axis of this hinge preferably runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the support tube.

In two mutually
The

In each of the two

Finally, the additional device according to the invention can also be arranged on other support tubes as those of parasols. In particular, it is possible to form pivotable bar tables by a base and a support tube or the like extending vertically upwards. Instead of a hollow cylindrical tube and those of solid material or those with other cross-sections may be provided as circular cross-sections, wherein the mounting rings of the cross-sectional shape of the respective tube or alternatively provided for receiving rod should be adapted. Such an adjustment can in turn also be made through operations. The upper end of the support tube should be arranged in such a trained bar table at a height corresponding to the maximum height of a bar table.
