Definitions
- the invention relates to a mounting plug for mounting an anchor sleeve on a formwork according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- anchor points for a climbing formwork, a climbing frame or the like have to be introduced into a concrete element to be produced from fresh concrete, for example a concrete wall reinforced with steel.
- anchor sleeves are each mounted by means of a mounting plug to a formwork used in the production of the concrete component and poured together with the mounting plug in the fresh concrete. While the anchor sleeves remain permanently in the concrete component and thus form the anchor points, the assembly plugs used must be removed again after the setting of the fresh concrete and stripping the formwork from the concrete component produced.
- the mounting plugs at least in one of the prior art counting embodiment on a screwed into the anchor sleeve threaded shaft and are usually attached to the formwork with the usual nails on construction.
- the assembly plug In order for the assembly plug to be able to separate again from the anchor sleeve after the fresh concrete has set and to be removed from the concrete component, penetration of fresh concrete and other contaminants into the threaded connection of the anchor sleeve with the assembly plug must always be avoided. Otherwise, the assembly plug can not be solved in the worst case, or only with an undesirably high cost of the anchor sleeve and removed from the temporarily solidified concrete component.
- the threaded portion of the anchor sleeve can be so dirty with (hardened) concrete that it is useless as an anchor point for Gesimskappenschalung, climbing formwork or a scaffold or the like.
- a cladding tube made of fiber concrete is used, which pushed in the sense of a protective sleeve on the anchor sleeve or the shaft of the mounting plug and clamped by screwing the anchor sleeve on the mounting plug between the mounting plug and the anchor sleeve (axially) becomes.
- the Fiber cement pipe remains after stripping together with the anchor sleeve in the concrete component produced.
- the document DE 72 30 171 U discloses a mounting plug according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the disclosure WO 2009/071579 A1 An anchoring element to which components can be anchored directly.
- the anchoring element has a cylindrical base body with two conical end portions and consists of several individual parts.
- the object of the invention is in contrast to provide a mounting plug, which is easily detachable from the concrete and provides better protection against the ingress of dirt or moisture in the anchor point.
- the advantage associated with the assembly plug according to the invention consists essentially in the fact that this is easier to handle and at the same time an improved protection of coupled with the mounting plug anchor sleeve to prevent ingress of fresh concrete or other contaminants.
- the mounting plug is screwed with its threaded shank so far into the mounting sleeve until its stop surface sealingly abuts the anchor sleeve.
- the use of a fiber cement pipe used in the prior art as a protective cover is unnecessary, which offers corresponding time and cost advantages.
- the mounting plug can be nailed via its passage in a conventional manner to a formwork. In addition, the passage provides the opportunity, the mounting plug, in particular from a back of the formwork ago by means of a guided through the formwork without screw nut or the like.
- the mounting plug or the anchor sleeve can be mounted particularly securely on the formwork. Changes in position of the mounting plug or the anchor sleeve relative to the formwork can be safely avoided even at higher mechanical loads, as can occur when using a concrete vibrator. Overall, the anchor sleeve can thereby be positioned within the concrete component to be created much more reliable in a predetermined manner and aligned with respect to the concrete component / its surface.
- the assembly plug according to the invention can also be more easily and safely unscrewed from the cast-in anchor sleeve on the drive profile and thereby removed without much effort from the (solidified) concrete component. This can also be done by means of motor support, for example by means of a compressed air or electrically operated turning tool, which can significantly speed up and simplify this previously time-consuming and power-consuming step.
- the main body of the mounting plug has two longitudinal sections with different conicity.
- a near-surface wall portion of the recess produced by the mounting plug in the concrete component to the surface of the concrete component can be formed approximately perpendicular.
- a penetration of dirt and moisture is counteracted in the generated anchor point, which is advantageous in terms of protection of the anchor sleeve or the anchor point from corrosion.
- One of the two and / or both longitudinal sections have different axial lengths, wherein the longitudinal section associated with the threaded shaft has a length corresponding to the threaded shaft of the mounting plug or is shorter than the threaded shaft.
- the sealing function of the mounting plug according to the invention can be further improved in that the stop surface of the mounting plug made of plastic, Rubber or other sufficiently elastically deformable material (elastomer) is made.
- the abutment surface of the mounting plug can then be axially pressed against the anchor sleeve by way of the threaded engagement with an internal thread of the anchor sleeve so that the abutment surface of the anchor sleeve abuts in a fully sealing manner.
- Smaller unevenness of the stop surface or one of the stop surface of the Montagsstopfens associated contact surface of the anchor sleeve can be compensated in this way, as well as located between the stop surface and the contact surface impurities.
- the mounting plug can be made of a metal or even a total of a plastic. In the case of a mounting plug made entirely of a plastic, it is possible to dispense with a separate sealing body, such as a rubber sealing ring or the like, which forms the stop surface. This is advantageous for the handling of the assembly plug according to the invention.
- the threaded shank of the main body preferably has a self-locking (external) thread.
- This will on the one hand a loosening of the threaded connection of the mounting plug with the anchor sleeve, i. an undesirable change in position of the anchor sleeve relative to the mounting plug, as may occur when introducing fresh concrete into the mold formed by the formwork or the use of a (concrete) vibrator avoided.
- an occurrence of leaks in the threaded connection between the mounting plug and the anchor sleeve is thereby counteracted, so that penetration of fresh concrete and / or cement slurry into the threaded portion of the anchor sleeve can be safely avoided.
- the mounting plug can be completely screwed into the anchor sleeve even with larger amounts of impurities, ie the abutment surface of the corresponding contact surface of the anchor sleeve for (sealing) system can be brought, it has proved to be advantageous if the main body in the region of its stop surface in addition , preferably circular groove for receiving impurity particles and the like.
- the total length of the main body of the mounting plug is preferably aligned to a static reasons and from the point of view of corrosion protection of the anchor sleeve desired concrete coverage of the anchor sleeve in the concrete element.
- the main body preferably has, at its rear end, a formwork contact surface which projects radially inwards from its lateral surface, i. in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the base body, extending.
- the shuttering contact surface of the mounting plug preferably projects beyond the drive profile in the axial direction to the rear.
- a consolidated and sealed installation of the mounting plug on the formwork can be further improved by the formwork contact surface having a chamfered inner peripheral portion.
- the drive profile is preferably an external hexagon.
- the assembly plug can also be subjected to a sufficiently high torque required for removal from the hardened concrete, even under unfavorable conditions in the construction sector.
- the drive profile can also be an outer six-round, through which the torque over a large area, ie with less surface pressure, can be introduced into the drive profile. It is understood that in principle any common drive profile, such as a tensioner (Two-hole), hexagon socket, hexalobular, or the like. Can be used.
- the invention relates to a mounting plug for mounting an anchor sleeve on a formwork to preciselybeton Schlieren this in a concrete component to be created.
- the mounting body has a conical base body which is provided at its front end a threaded shank which can be screwed into the anchor sleeve and at its rear end with a drive profile for a rotary tool.
- the mounting plug has an axially extending through the main body and the threaded shank passageway for fixing the mounting plug to the formwork and arranged at the front end of the body annular abutment surface for the anchor sleeve, which projects in the radial direction over the threaded shaft.
- passage channel for manufacturing reasons, may also be closed, but only to the extent that this passage can be pierced by a fastener.

Description

Fig. 2 ).
Fig. 3 ).
