Die Geschirrspülmaschine weist einen Spülbehälter 1 auf, der aus einer in der Fig. 3 beispielhaft gezeigten ebenflächigen Mantelplatine 3 hergestellt ist. Das Aufbringen der mit Kreuzschraffur dargestellten Korrosionsschutzschicht aus Acrylharzlack 27 erfolgt dabei gemäß der Fig. 3 ausschließlich in dem, das Dichtbett 6 bildenden Bereich der Mantelplatine 3. Die in der Fig. 3 noch als separates Bauteil vorgehaltene Blechleiste 22, welche in einem geformten und zusammengebauten Zustand auch die innere Nutwand 21 bildet, wird an ihrer, in Zusammenbaulage der Türdichtung 7 zugewandten Oberfläche ebenfalls mit der Korrosionsschutzschicht aus Acrylharzlack 27 versehen. Erst nach Aufbringen der Korrosionsschutzschicht aus Acrylharzlack 27 wird der Biege- und Fügeprozess zur Herstellung des Spülbehälters 1 und damit auch des Dichtbetts 6 gestartet, bei dem zunächst die Mantelplatine 3 um die gestrichelt angedeuteten Biegeachsen zu einem Behältermantel gebogen wird und anschließend die stufenförmige Ausprägung in die Vorderseite des Behältermantels eingeformt wird.Based on Fig. 3 a further variant for applying the corrosion protection layer of acrylic resin lacquer 27 is shown, in contrast to Fig. 2 is already applied to the still planar jacket 3 prior to a shaping of the washing compartment 1 and thus the sealing bed 6. Claims (7)

  1. Method for manufacturing a dishwasher, in particular a household dishwasher, with a door sealing element (7) at least partially surrounding a loading opening (5) of the dishwasher which can be closed by an appliance door (23), which door sealing element (7) is inserted into a sealing bed (6) embodied in a groove-shaped manner with two side walls (17, 21) and a sealing base (13), and for the formation of said sealing bed a sheet metal strip (22) is connected to a container wall (9) of a washing container by forming a connecting joint or a capillary gap (29), wherein in an application step prior to inserting the door sealing element (7) a liquid lacquer (28) is applied as a corrosion protection layer at least on the surface of the sealing base (13) of the sealing bed (6) facing the door sealing element (7), and wherein in a curing step the liquid lacquer (27) is cured, characterised in that an acrylic resin lacquer (27) is used as the liquid lacquer (27), that the acrylic resin lacquer (27) is introduced into the connecting joint or into the capillary gap (29) using capillary forces and that the acrylic resin lacquer (27) is cured in the connecting joint or in the capillary gap (29).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that in a moulding step at least subareas of the sealing bed (6), in particular together with at least one container wall (9) of the washing container, are moulded from a casing plate (3).
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the groove-shaped sealing bed (6) embodied with two side walls (17, 21) and a sealing base (13) is manufactured at least partially, in particular completely, from a Cr steel sheet.
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the acrylic resin lacquer (27) is applied with a material strength in a range of 1 to 5 µm, in particular in a range of 2 to 3 µm.
