Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein, insbesondere ein Sofa oder einen Sessel, mit einem Sitzteil und einem Rückenteil.
  • Derartige Sitz-/ Liegemöbel werden häufig so ausgestaltet, dass der Benutzer durch Verstellen von Elementen des Sitz-/ Liegemöbels, beispielsweise des Rückenteils, die Sitzposition bzw. allgemein die Benutzungsposition verändern kann.
  • Sitz-/Liegemöbel gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 sind in US 4 167 288 A und US 2 288 775 A beschrieben. Weitere verstellbare Sitz-/Liegemöbel sind in DE 101 52 227 A1 und DE 94 04 143 U1 offenbart.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel zu schaf fen, das vielseitig verstellbar ist, wobei eine einfache und komfortable Bedienung gewährleistet sein soll.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, welcher ein Sitz-/Liegemöbel, insbesondere Sofa oder Sessel, mit einem zwischen einer Sitzposition und einer Ruheposition höhenverstellbaren, eine Anlehnfläche aufweisenden Rückenteil und einem durch Neigungsverstellung seiner Sitzfläche zwischen einer Sitzposition und einer Ruheposition bewegbaren Sitzteil betrifft, wobei das Rückenteil und das Sitzteil derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, dass eine Verstellung des Rückenteils eine Verstellung des Sitzteils bewirkt und/oder umgekehrt.
  • In der Sitzposition befindet sich die Sitzfläche des Sitzteils bevorzugt in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Position, während sich die Anlehnfläche des Rückenteils in einer üblicherweise gegenüber der Vertikalen leicht geneigten Position befindet, welche ein bequemes, mehr oder weniger aufrechtes Sitzen ermöglicht. Beim Verstellen in die Ruheposition wird die Neigung des Sitzteils verändert und aufgrund der Kopplung zugleich die Höhe des Rückenteils verstellt. In dieser Ruheposition ist bevorzugt der Winkel zwischen der Anlehnfläche des Rückenteils und der Sitzfläche des Sitzteils größer als in der Sitzposition. Somit ist in der Ruheposition erfindungsgemäß das Sitzteil als Rückenstütze und bevorzugt das Rückenteil als Kopf- oder Nackenstütze wirksam.
  • Während das erfindungsgemäße Sitz-/ Liegemöbel also in der Sitzposition eine konventionelle Sitzhaltung des Benutzers ermöglicht, befindet sich dieser in der Ruheposition eher in einer liegenden Stellung, wobei sich in der Regel der Kopf in einer höheren Position als die Füße befindet. Diese Ruheposition stellt eine beispielsweise zum Fernsehen oder zum Lesen besonders geeignete Benutzungsposition dar. Die Kopplung zwischen Sitzteil und Rückenteil erlaubt eine besonders komfortable Bedienung, da zum Verstellen des erfindungsgemäßen Sitz-/Liegemöbels zwischen der Sitzposition und der Ruheposition in der Regel nur eine einzige Bedienhandlung erforderlich ist.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind das Sitzteil und das Rückenteil durch wenigstens eine Zwangsführung miteinander gekoppelt. Hierdurch ist eine besonders einfache und zuverlässige Kopplung von Sitzteil und Rückenteil möglich.
  • Die Zwangsführung weist vorzugsweise eine an dem Rückenteil angeordnete Kulisse auf, in welcher ein am Sitzteil angeordneter Mitnehmer drehbar und verschiebbar geführt ist.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Rückenteil zur Höhenverstellung, bevorzugt zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel zu seiner Anlehnfläche, verschiebbar an einem Grundkörper gelagert, wobei insbesondere das Rückenteil zusätzlich zwecks Neigungsverstellung der Anlehnfläche relativ zum Grundkörper verschwenkbar ist. Durch die Verschiebbarkeit des Rückenteils lässt sich die Höhenverstellung auf eine konstruktiv besonders einfache Weise verwirklichen. Durch die Neigungsverstellung der Anlehnfläche relativ zum Grundkörper ergibt sich eine weitere Verbesserung des Benutzungskomforts, da sich die Neigung der Anlehnfläche noch besser an unterschiedliche Erfordernisse in der Sitz- bzw. Ruheposition anpassen lässt.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass das Sitzteil zur Neigungsverstellung über wenigstens einen Führungshebel, insbesondere über eine Viergelenkhebelanordnung, einen Vierpunkt-Schwenkbeschlag oder über Parallellenker, schwenkbar an einem Grundkörper gelagert ist. Hierdurch lässt sich die Kinematik, die zur Verstellung des Sitzteils erforderlich ist, konstruktiv besonders einfach verwirklichen.
  • Vorzugsweise sind das Sitzteil und der Führungshebel Bestandteile einer Kniehebelanordnung. Dadurch lässt sich das Sitzteil auf einfache Weise in einer gewünschten Verstellposition arretieren, wobei eine einfache Bedienbarkeit gewährleistet bleibt.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind das Sitzteil und/oder das Rückenteil mit wenigstens einer Verstellvorrichtung, insbesondere einem Motorantrieb, einer Feder oder einer Gasdruckfeder, gekoppelt, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Verstellbewegung des Sitzteils und/oder des Rückenteils zu bewirken oder zumindest zu unterstützen.
  • Ein Motorantrieb ist also nicht zwingend. Alternativ kann z.B. auch ein - gegebenenfalls durch einen mechanischen Kraftspeicher unterstützter - Rasterbeschlag vorgesehen sein. Die Verstellvorrichtung kann einen zur Unterstützung der Verstellbewegung in Richtung der Ruheposition ausgebildeten Kraftspeicher umfassen. Diese Unterstützung kann entgegen der Richtung der Schwerkraft erfolgen, so dass die Verstellbewegung in Richtung der Sitzposition und damit entgegen der von dem Kraftspeicher ausgeübten Kraft mit Unterstützung durch das Körpergewicht des Benutzers erfolgen kann. Dadurch ist die Verstellung zwischen den Positionen des Sitz-/Liegemöbels in beide Richtungen einfach und komfortabel.
  • Es ist möglich, dass das Sitzteil mittels einer Kniehebelanordnung entgegen einer durch den Kraftspeicher ausgeübten, in Richtung der Ruheposition wirkenden Kraft in der Sitzposition gehalten wird. Dadurch erübrigt sich ein Vorsehen einer separaten Arretiervorrichtung.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein Auflageteil vorgesehen, welches eine Sitz-/Liegefläche aufweist, die an die Sitzfläche des Sitzteils anschließt, wobei in der Sitzposition die Sitzfläche und die Sitz-/Liegefläche in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen. Bei dem Auflageteil kann es sich um ein separates Möbelteil handeln, welches an das Sitz-/Liegemöbel angefügt wird. Es ist aber auch möglich, das Auflageteil als integralen Bestandteil des erfindungsgemäßen Sitz-/Liegemöbels auszubilden, welches insbesondere zusammen mit dem Sitzteil und dem Rückenteil an einem gemeinsamen Grundkörper angeordnet ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Sitz-/Liegemöbel als Eckelement für ein Mehrsitzersofa ausgebildet. Derartige Eckelemente weisen oftmals aufgrund ihrer größeren effektiven Sitztiefe einen geringeren Sitzkomfort als die übrigen Sitzplätze des Mehrsitzersofas auf. Die Ausgestaltung eines Eckelements als Sitz-/Liegemöbel gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung gibt diesem Eckelement somit eine zusätzliche Funktionalität. Dabei bilden in der Ruheposition das Sitzteil und das Rückenteil in der vorstehend erläuterten Weise eine Stütze für den Rücken bzw. den Kopf des Benutzers, während ein oder mehrere weitere Sitzplätze des Mehrsitzersofas als Auflageteil für die Beine dienen.
  • Alternativ ist es auch möglich, das erfindungsgemäße Sitz-/Liegemöbel als Récamière, Ottomane oder Chaiselongue auszugestalten, dem mit der Erfindung eine Zusatzfunktionalität verliehen wird.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Ein erfindungsgemäßes Sitz-/Liegemöbel 10 umfasst gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 einen Grundkörper 12 zur bodenseitigen Aufstellung des Sitz-/Liegemöbels 10, an dem in noch näher zu erläuternder Weise ein Rückenteil 14, ein Sitzteil 16 und ein Auflageteil 18 angeordnet sind.
  • Eine Sitzfläche 46 des Sitzteils 16 und eine Sitz-/Liegefläche oder Auflagefläche 48 des Auflageteils 18 liegen in der Sitzposition (Fig. 1) in einer gemeinsamen, annähernd horizontalen Ebene. Das Auflageteil 18 kann je nach Anforderung mit unterschiedlicher Länge ausgeführt werden, wie es durch die Strichelung angedeutet ist. Anstelle des bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel am Grundkörper 12 angeordneten Auflageteils 18 kann das Auflageteil auch durch ein separates Möbel, etwa einen Hocker, gebildet sein.
  • Das Rückenteil 14 weist eine Anlehnfläche 44 auf, welche in der Sitzposition eine übliche Neigung, beispielsweise etwa 70°, bezüglich der Horizontalen aufweist.
  • Das Sitzteil 16 ist mittels einer Viergelenkanordnung oder eines Vierpunkt-Schwenkbeschlags schwenkbar am Grundkörper 12 angelenkt. Der Vierpunkt-Schwenkbeschlag umfasst zwei Führungshebel 20, 22, deren jeweiliger erster Endabschnitt schwenkbar am Grundkörper 12 angelenkt ist. Der zweite Endabschnitt des Führungshebels 22 ist an einer Lasche 24 angelenkt, die an der Unterseite des Sitzteils 16 befestigt ist. Der zweite Endabschnitt des Führungshebels 20 ist an einer weiteren Lasche 26 angelenkt, die von der Lasche 24 beabstandet ebenfalls an der Unterseite des Sitzteils 16 befestigt ist. Der Führungshebel 20 weist ungefähr die doppelte Länge wie der Führungshebel 22 auf und ist in einem der Lasche 26 zugewandten Bereich gekröpft.
  • An der Rückseite des Rückenteils 14, also an der der Anlehnfläche 44 gegenüberliegenden Seite, ist ein Schwenk-Schiebebeschlag 38 angeordnet, welcher eine annähernd parallel zur Anlehnfläche 44 verlaufende Kulisse 40 aufweist. In der Kulisse 40 ist ein Zapfen 42 aufgenommen, der an einem am Grundkörper 12 angeordneten Tragarm 36 befestigt ist. Der Schwenk-Schiebebeschlag 38 ermöglicht sowohl eine Höhenverstellung als auch eine Neigungsverstellung des Rückenteils 14.
  • An der Rückseite des Rückenteils 14 ist weiterhin ein in Art eines Schwenk-Schiebebeschlags ausgestalteter Kulissenarm 28 mit einer leicht gekrümmten Kulisse 30 angeordnet, wobei ein die Kulisse 30 aufweisender Abschnitt des Kulissenarms 28 das Rückenteil 14 nach unten überragt. In der Kulisse 30 ist ein an der Lasche 26 des Sitzteils 16 befestigter Mitnehmer 32 schwenkbar und verschiebbar geführt.
  • Das Sitz-/Liegemöbel 10 weist ferner einen Motorantrieb 34 auf, der schwenkbar am Grundkörper 12 angelenkt ist. Ein linear antreibbarer Abschnitt des Motorantriebs 34 ist an der Lasche 26 angelenkt.
  • Um das Sitz-/Liegemöbel 10 von der Sitzposition (Fig. 1) in die Ruheposition (Fig. 2) zu verstellen, wird der Motorantrieb 34 durch Betätigung eines nicht dargestellten Bedienelements in Gang gesetzt, um das Sitzteil 16 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn zu verschwenken. Dabei stößt das Sitzteil 16 von unten an das Rückenteil 14 an und verschiebt dieses nach oben. Im Verlauf der Verstellbewegung wandert der Mitnehmer 32 in der Kulisse 30 nach oben, bis er kurz vor oder beim Erreichen der Ruheposition des Rückenteils 14 am oberen Ende der Kulisse 30 anstößt, das Rückenteil 14 noch um ein bestimmtes Maß verschiebt und es schließlich in der Ruheposition arretiert.
  • Während der Verstellung von der Sitzposition in die Ruheposition erfährt der Mitnehmer 32 neben einer Verlagerung in vertikaler Richtung auch eine Verlagerung in horizontaler Richtung, so dass sich die Kulisse 30 ebenfalls um ein bestimmtes Maß in horizontaler Richtung verlagert und dadurch das Rückenteil 14 derart verschwenkt wird, dass es nunmehr eine flachere Neigung, beispielsweise 55°, aufweist.
  • Hierdurch wird das Rückenteil 14 in eindeutig definierter Weise verlagert, während auch das Sitzteil 16 durch die beiden Führungshebel 20, 22 entlang eines eindeutig definierten Weges bewegt wird.
  • Zum Verstellen des Sitz-/Liegemöbels 10 von der Ruheposition (Fig. 2) in die Sitzposition (Fig. 1) wird der Motorantriebdurch 34 durch Betätigung des nicht dargestellten Bedienelements in umgekehrter Richtung in Gang gesetzt, um das Sitzteil 16 in Richtung des Uhrzeigersinns zu verschwenken. Im Verlauf der Verstellbewegung wandert der Mitnehmer 32 entlang der Kulisse 30, bis er an ihrem unteren Ende anstößt und damit das Rückenteil 14 nach unten verschiebt, sofern es sich unter dem Einfluss der Schwerkraft nicht schon selbsttätig in Richtung der Sitzposition verstellt hat. Dabei wird auch die Neigung des Rückenteils 14 wieder in Richtung der ursprünglichen, steileren Neigung verstellt.
  • Die Konturen von Rückenteil 14, Sitzteil 16 und Auflageteil 18 sind derart aufeinander abgestimmt, dass sich sowohl in der Sitzposition als auch in der Ruheposition ein geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild ohne störende Spalten zwischen Rückenteil 14, Sitzteil 16 und/oder Auflageteil 18 ergibt. Wahlweise kann auch ein durchgehender Bezug vorgesehen sein.
  • Grundsätzlich erlaubt der Motorantrieb 34 eine stufenlose Verstellung, so dass das Sitz-/Liegemöbel 10 auch in beliebige Zwischenpositionen verstellt werden kann.
  • Anstelle des Motorantriebs 34 kann auch eine manuelle Verstellung vorgesehen sein. Zur Arretierung in einer bestimmten Verstellposition kann anstelle des Motorantriebs 34 ein Rasterbeschlag vorgesehen werden. Zur Unterstützung der Verstellbewegung kann zusätzlich oder alternativ z.B. auch eine Gasdruckfeder vorgesehen werden.
  • Der Vollständigkeit halber sei angemerkt, dass die vorstehend erläuterten Beschlagelemente zur Verstellung und/oder Befestigung des Rückenteils 14 und des Sitzteils 16 in Fig. 1 nur einmal dargestellt sind. Es versteht sich, dass diese üblicherweise in einer gleichartigen Anordnung auf beiden Seiten des Sitz-/Liegemöbels 10 vorhanden sein können, wobei einzelne Elemente, insbesondere der Motorantrieb 34, auch nur einmal vorgesehen werden können. Der Motorantrieb 34 kann wahlweise seitlich oder mittig angeordnet werden.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt ein als Eckelement 10 ausgebildetes, vorstehend erläutertes Sitz-/Liegemöbel 10 als Bestandteil eines Mehrsitzersofas 50, welches im rechten Winkel zueinander an dem Eckelement 10 angeordnete Sitzelemente 52, 54 umfasst. Die Sitzelemente 52, 54 sowie das Eckelement 10 umfassen jeweils feststehende Rückenlehnen 56. Das Eckelement 10 weist neben der feststehenden Rückenlehne 56 die vorstehend beschriebene Anordnung mit dem höhenverstellbaren Rückenteil 14 und dem neigungsverstellbaren Sitzteil 16 auf. Das Sitzelement 52 bildet das Auflageteil 18.
  • In der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Ruheposition ist das Rückenteil 14 als Kopf-oder Nackenstütze, das Sitzteil 16 als Rückenstütze und das Auflageteil 18 als Beinauflage für einen Benutzer 58 wirksam.
  • In Abwandlung der Anordnung von Fig. 3 ist es auch möglich, das Mehrsitzersofa 50 nach Art einer Récamière oder einer Ottomane auszubilden. In diesem Fall können die feststehenden Rückenlehnen 56 des Sitzelements 52 und des Eckelements 10 entfallen bzw. durch niedrigere Armlehnen ersetzt werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Sitz-/Liegemöbel, insbesondere Sofa oder Sessel, mit einem zwischen einer Sitzposition und einer Ruheposition höhenverstellbaren, eine Anlehnfläche (44) aufweisenden Rückenteil (14) und einem durch Neigungsverstellung seiner Sitzfläche (46) zwischen einer Sitzposition und einer Ruheposition bewegbaren Sitzteil (16), wobei das Rückenteil (14) und das Sitzteil (16) derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, dass eine Verstellung des Rückenteils (14) eine Verstellung des Sitzteils (16) bewirkt und/oder umgekehrt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in der Ruheposition das Sitzteil (16) als Rückenstütze wirksam ist.
  2. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in der Ruheposition der Winkel zwischen der Anlehnfläche (44) des Rückenteils (14) und der Sitzfläche (46) des Sitzteils (16) größer ist als in der Sitzposition.
  3. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in der Ruheposition das Rückenteil (14) als Kopf- oder Nackenstütze wirksam ist.
  4. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (16) und das Rückenteil (14) durch wenigstens eine Zwangsführung miteinander gekoppelt sind.
  5. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Zwangsführung eine an dem Rückenteil (14) angeordnete Kulisse (30) aufweist, in welcher ein am Sitzteil (16) angeordneter Mitnehmer (32) drehbar und verschiebbar geführt ist.
  6. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Rückenteil (14) zur Höhenverstellung, bevorzugt zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel zu seiner Anlehnfläche (44), verschiebbar an einem Grundkörper (12) gelagert ist, wobei insbesondere das Rückenteil (14) zusätzlich zwecks Neigungsverstellung der Anlehnfläche (44) relativ zum Grundkörper (12) verschwenkbar ist.
  7. Sitz-/Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (16) zur Neigungsverstellung über wenigstens einen Führungshebel (20, 22), insbesondere über eine Viergelenkhebelanordnung oder über Parallellenker, schwenkbar an einem Grundkörper (12) gelagert ist.
  8. Sitz-/ Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitzteil (16) und/oder das Rückenteil (14) mit wenigstens einer Verstellvorrichtung, insbesondere einem Motorantrieb (34), einer Feder oder einer Gasdruckfeder, gekoppelt sind, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Verstellbewegung des Sitzteils (16) und/oder des Rückenteils (14) zu bewirken oder zumindest zu unterstützen.
  9. Sitz-/ Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein Auflageteil (18) vorgesehen ist, welches eine Sitz-/ Liegefläche (48) aufweist, die an die Sitzfläche (46) des Sitzteils (16) anschließt, wobei in der Sitzposition die Sitzfläche (46) und die Sitz-/ Liegefläche (48) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen.
  10. Sitz-/ Liegemöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Sitz-/Liegemöbel als Eckelement (10) für ein Mehrsitzersofa (50) ausgebildet ist.
