Claims (16)

  1. Véhicule comportant un entraînement de roue médiane, en particulier fauteuil roulant ou fauteuil roulant verticalisateur, comportant un châssis (11) et un dispositif d'assise (19) disposé sur le châssis (11), sachant que le châssis (11) présente une partie avant (21) et une partie arrière (23) reliées entre elles de manière articulée au moyen d'une articulation (25), ainsi que deux roues médianes (13) pouvant être entraînées de manière motorisée séparément l'une de l'autre, deux roues avant (15) et au moins une roue arrière (17), les roues avant pouvant être entraînées de manière motorisée séparément l'une de l'autre, et dans lequel des moyens d'entraînement (37, 37') sont prévus, lesquels permettent de déplacer la partie avant (21) du châssis (11) par rapport à la partie arrière (23) pour changer la distance entre les roues avant (15) et le sol, et dans lequel les roues avant (15) sont adaptées pour être maintenues hors de contact avec le sol, alors que les roues médianes (13) restent en contact avec le sol.
  2. Véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie avant (21) forme un levier à deux bras, les roues médianes (13) étant disposées sur un bras (29) et les roues avant (15) étant disposées sur l'autre bras (31).
  3.   6. Véhicule selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la roue médiane (13), la roue avant (15) et éventuellement la roue auxiliaire (43) sont en liaison fonctionnelle entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne sans fin (45), d'une courroie dentée sans fin, d'une transmission par engrenage, d'un arbre cardan ou d'un autre dispositif.
  7. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la roue arrière (17) est avec suspension.
  8. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel deux roues arrière (17) sont prévues, et dans lequel les roues arrière (17) sont disposées sur une bascule (49) qui peut être pivotée autour d'un axe de pivotement (51) central.
  9. Véhicule selon la revendication 8, dans lequel un élément articulé à ressort sert d'axe de pivotement (51).

  15. Véhicule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel le véhicule est un fauteuil roulant.
