Claims (8)

  1. Skibremsvorrichtung, verbindbar mit einer Alpinskibindung, deren Vorderbacken (1) zwei symmetrische Backen (2) beinhaltet, die jeweils einen Dorn (3) aufweisen, der dafĂĽr bestimmt ist, mit einer entsprechenden Ă–ffnung in einem vorderen seitlichen Teil eines Skischuhs in Eingriff zu treten, sowie Hebelmittel (4), die dafĂĽr ausgelegt sind, zwei Stellungen fĂĽr die Backen (2) zu definieren: eine geschlossene eingerastete Stellung (C) und eine offene, nicht eingerastete Stellung (A) in Bezug auf den Skischuh, wobei die Vorrichtung (10) Folgendes beinhaltet:
    eine Trägerplatte (11), die zur Befestigung am vorderen Teil der Vorderbacken (1) bestimmt ist;
    ein Schwingelement (12), das scharnierbeweglich mit der Platte (11) verbunden ist und zumindest eine Zinke (120) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, an einer Seite des Skikörpers (T) zu wirken, wobei das Schwingelement (12) beweglich ist zwischen einer Ruhestellung (R) und einer Arbeitsstellung (L), in der die zumindest eine Zinke (120) jeweils relativ zu der Sohle (S) des Skis angehoben ist beziehungsweise unterhalb der Sohle (S) hervorragt, um in eine darunterliegende schneebedeckte Oberfläche einzudringen;
    federelastische Mittel (13), die mit dem Schwingelement (12) verbunden und dazu vorgesehen sind, das Schwingelement (12) in die Arbeitsstellung (L) zu verschieben; Betätigungsmittel (14), die mit den Hebelmitteln (4) der Vorderbacken (1) und mit dem Schwingelement (12) verbunden und dazu vorgesehen sind, das Schwingelement (12) in dessen Ruhestellung (R) in der eingerasteten Stellung (C) der Backen (2) zu halten, und ferner dazu vorgesehen sind, eine Schnappdrehung des Schwingelements (12) in Richtung dessen Arbeitsstellung (L) durch Wirkung der federelastischen Mittel (13) zu ermöglichen, und zwar nach dem Umschalten von der eingerasteten Stellung (C) in die nicht eingerastete Stellung (A) der Backen (2);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel (14) Folgendes beinhalten:
    einen rechtwinkligen Kipphebel (140), der über eine horizontale Achse scharnierbeweglich mit der Trägerplatte (11) verbunden ist, an einem Ende mit dem Schwingelement (12) verbunden ist und dazu vorgesehen ist, synchron dazu eine Schwingbewegung auszuführen;
    einen Dorn (40), der seitlich von den Hebelmitteln (4) hervorragt und dazu bestimmt ist, in Anschlag gegen einen Absatz (141) zu liegen zu kommen, der seitlich an diesem rechtwinkligen Kipphebel (140) an dessen verbleibendem gegenüberliegendem Ende ausgefertigt ist, um den Kipphebel (140) in Phasenbeziehung mit der eingerasteten Stellung (C) der Backen (2) in einer Stellung zu blockieren, die der Ruhestellung (R) des Schwingelements (12) entspricht, wobei der Dorn (40) in Phasenbeziehung mit der Umschaltung in die nicht eingerastete Stellung (A) der Backen (2) in eine nicht mit dem Absatz (141) in Eingriff stehende Stellung überführt wird, um eine gemeinsame Schnappdrehung des rechtwinkligen Kipphebels (140) und des Schwingelements (12) in die Arbeitsstellung (L) des Schwingelements (12) zu ermöglichen.
  2. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwingelement (12) gabelförmig ausgebildet ist und zwei Zinken (120) aufweist, die an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Skikörpers (T) angeordnet sind.
  3. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absatz (141) mit dem Körper des rechtwinkligen Kipphebels (140) über eine schräge Ebene (142) verbunden ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine leichte elastische Verformung des rechtwinkligen Kipphebels (140) und demzufolge einen rastenden Eingriff zwischen dem Dorn (40) und dem Absatz (141) zu bewirken, während eine manuell ausgelöste Bewegung des Schwingelementes (12) aus dessen Arbeitsstellung (L) in dessen Ruhestellung (R) infolge des Erreichens der eingerasteten Stellung (C) der Backen (2) mit dem Skischuh ausgeführt wird.
  4. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der rechtwinklige Kipphebel (140) an einem Ende davon, das mit dem Schwingelement (12) verbunden ist, mit einem geformten Fortsatz versehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, die Spitze eines Skistocks aufzunehmen, mit der die manuelle Drehung in die Ruhestellung (R) ausgelöst wird.
  5. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit dem Schwingelement (12) verbundene Verbreiterungs- und Verengungsmittel (15) beinhaltet, die dazu bestimmt sind, eine Querposition der zumindest einen Zinke (120) relativ zu dem Skikörper (T) derart zu ändern, dass sich die Zinke (120) innerhalb des Skikörpers (T) befindet, wenn sie in ihrer Ruhestellung (R) ist, und an dessen Seite befindet, wenn sie ihre Arbeitsstellung (L) einnimmt.
  6. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbreiterungs- und Verengungsmittel (15) zumindest eine schräge Anschlagwand (150) beinhalten, die fest mit der Trägerplatte (11) verbunden und dazu bestimmt ist, das Schwingelement (12) in der Nähe von dessen Ruhestellung (R) abzufangen, um das Schwingelement (12) derart elastisch zu verformen, dass die zumindest eine Zinke (120) innerhalb der Querabmessungen des Skikörpers (T) zurückkehren kann.
  7. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Schaltmittel (16),beinhaltet, die manuell betätigt werden können zwischen einer ersten Stellung (W1), in der das Schwingelement (12) in dessen Ruhestellung (R) blockiert ist, und einer zweiten Stellung (W2), in der sich das Schwingelement (12) frei drehen kann.
  8. Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltmittel (16) aus einem Knopf (160) bestehen, der drehbar mit der Trägerplatte (11) verbunden ist.
