Claims (22)

  1. Gerät zum Frisieren, das mindestens umfasst:

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät Spannmittel (11) umfasst, die zwischen der Reibstange (10) und der ersten Backe (1) liegen, und die dazu neigen, die Reibstange von der ersten Backe (1) zu entfernen.
  2. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element, das mit der Reibstange (10) kooperiert, von der zweiten Backe (2) getragen wird.
  3. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel, die dazu neigen, die Reibstange (10) von der Backe zu entfernen, Federn (11) sind.
  4. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsfläche neben der ersten Reibstange (10), durch eine bewegliche Glättungsplatte gebildet ist, die relativ zu der ersten Backe (1) beweglich ist.
  5. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Glättungsplatte (10) relativ zu der ersten Backe (1) unbeweglich ist.
  6. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Spannmittel (8) umfasst, die zwischen der Glättungsplatte (7) und der ersten Backe (1) angeordnet sind, und die dazu neigen, die Glättungsplatte von der ersten Backe (1) zu entfernen.
  7. Gerät zum Frisieren nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmittel (8), die der Glättungsplatte (7) zugeordnet sind, eingerichtet sind, auf die Glättungsplatte (7) eine geringere Spannung als die Spannung auszuüben, die auf die Reibstange (10) durch die zugeordneten Spannmittel (11) ausgeübt wird.
  8. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Backe (2) zumindest eine Gegenreibstange (20,36) umfasst, die sich gegenüber von jeder Reibstange (10) befindet, wobei die die Gegenreibstange (36) relativ zu der benachbarten Arbeitsfläche beweglich ist.
  9. Gerät zum Frisieren, das mindestens umfasst:
    - zwei Backen, eine erste (1) und eine zweite (2), die länglich sind und gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, um zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position beweglich zu sein, in der sie durch gegenüberliegende Arbeitsflächen einen Bereich zur Behandlung von Haaren definieren,
    - elektrische Heizmittel, die mindestens einer der Arbeitsflächen zugeordnet sind, wobei die erste Backe (1) mindestens eine Reibstange (10,31) umfasst, die relativ zu der benachbarten Arbeitsfläche (Si) und relativ zu der ersten Backe (1) beweglich ist und eingerichtet ist, mit einem gegenüberliegenden Element zu kooperieren, um in der geschlossenen Position der Backen auf einer Haarsträhne einen Zugbereich zu definieren, der während der Verschiebung des Gerät auf die Haarsträhne eine Zugkraft ausübt, die größer als die Zugkraft ist, die durch den Bereich zur Behandlung erzeugt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Reibstange (31) von einem freien Ende eines Arms (32) getragen wird, der mit einem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der ersten Backe (1) angelenkt ist,
    - die Arbeitsfläche neben der Reibstange (10) durch eine Glättungsplatte (7) gebildet wird, die relativ zu der ersten Backe (1) in Translation in einer Richtung senkrecht zu einer Längsachse der ersten Backe (1) beweglich ist,
    - die erste Glättungsplatte (7) mit einem Zugfinger (33) verbunden ist, der eingerichtet ist, eine Zugkraft auf den angelenkten Arm (32) auszuüben, wenn sich die erste Glättungsplatte (7) in Translation entgegengesetzt zu der Reibstange (31) bewegt.
  10. Gerät zum Frisieren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die erste Backe (1) eine zweite Reibstange (31) umfasst, die gegenüber der ersten Reibstange (31) relativ zu der Glättungsplatte angeordnet ist und die von einem freien Ende eines zweites Arms (32) getragen wird, der mit einem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der ersten Backe (1) angelenkt ist, wobei die zweite Reibstange (31) eingerichtet ist, mit einem Element gegenüber der zweiten Backe (2) zusammenzuwirken, um einen zweiten Zugbereich zu definieren, der einen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist, der höher als der Reibungskoeffizient des Bereich zur Behandlung ist,
    - die Glättungsplatte (7) mit einem zweiten Zugfinger (32) verbunden ist, der eingerichtet ist, einen Zug auf den angelenkten Arm (32) auszuüben, wenn sich die Glättungsplatte (7) in Translation entgegengesetzt zu der zweiten Reibstange (31) bewegt.
  11. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der letzten beiden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die zweite Backe (2) eine Gegenreibstange (36) umfasst, die von einem freien Ende eines Armes (37) getragen wird, der mit einem entgegen gesetzten Ende an der zweiten Backe (2) angelenkt ist, wobei sich die Gegenreibstange (36) gegenüber der Reibstange (31) der ersten Backe (1) befindet, um den Zugbereich zu bilden,
    - die Arbeitsfläche der zweiten Spannbacke (2) neben der Reibstange (31) von einer zweiten Glättungsplatte (5) gebildet wird, die relativ zu der zweiten Backe (2) in Translation in einer Richtung senkrecht zu einer Längsachse der zweiten Backe (2) beweglich ist;
    - die zweite Glättungsplatte (5) mit einem Zugfinger (38) verbunden ist, der eingerichtet ist, eine Zugkraft auf den angelenkten Arm (37) auszuüben, wenn sich die Glättungsplatte (5) in Translation entgegengesetzt zu der Gegenreibstange (36) bewegt.
  12. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der letzten beiden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die zweite Backe (2) eine zweite Gegenreibstange (36) umfasst, die sich gegenüber der ersten Gegenreibstange (36) relativ zu der zweiten Glättungsplatte (5) befindet und die von einem freien Ende eines zweiten Arms (37) getragen wird, der mit einem gegenüberliegenden Ende an der zweiten Backe (2) angelenkt ist, wobei die zweite Gegenreibstange (36) eingerichtet ist, mit der zweiten Reibstange (31) der ersten Backe (1) zusammenzuwirken, um den zweiten Zugbereich zu definieren,
    - die zweite Glättungsplatte (5) an einem zweiten Zugfinger (38) verbunden ist, der eingerichtet ist, einen Zug auf den zweiten angelenkten Arm (37) auszuüben, wenn sich die zweite Glättungsplatte in Translation entgegengesetzt zu der zweiten Gegenreibstange (36) bewegt.
  13. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der offenen Stellung der Backen jede Arbeitsfläche (S1, S2) von einer Backe (1, 2) relativ zu jeder Reibstange zurückgezogen ist, die von der Backe getragen wird.
  14. Gerät zum Frisieren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert des Zurückziehens (r), der senkrecht zu der Arbeitsfläche gemessen wird, zwischen 0,1 mm und 5 mm ist.
  15. Gerät zum Frisieren, das mindestens umfasst:
    - zwei Backen, eine erste (1) und eine zweite (2), die länglich sind und gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, um zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position beweglich zu sein, in der sie durch gegenüberliegende Arbeitsflächen einen Bereich zur Behandlung von Haaren definieren,
    - elektrische Heizmittel, die mindestens einer der Arbeitsflächen zugeordnet sind,
    wobei die erste Backe (1) mindestens eine Reibstange (10, 31) umfasst, die relativ zu der benachbarten Arbeitsfläche (Si) und relativ zu der ersten Backe (1) beweglich ist und eingerichtet ist, mit einem gegenüberliegenden Element zu kooperieren, um in der geschlossenen Position der Backen auf einer Haarsträhne einen Zugbereich zu definieren, der während der Verschiebung des Geräts auf die Haarsträhne eine Zugkraft ausübt, die größer als die Zugkraft ist, die durch den Bereich zur Behandlung erzeugt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Backe mehrere Reibstangen (40) umfasst, die jeweils relativ zu der benachbarten Arbeitsfläche (S1) in einer Richtung parallel zu einer Längsachse (L) der ersten Backe (1) beweglich sind, und die jeweils einen Zahn (40) bilden, der mit einem Gegenzahn (40) zusammenwirkt, um einen Zugbereich zu definieren.
  16. Gerät zum Frisieren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Gegenzahn von der ersten Backe (1) getragen wird.
  17. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Gegenzahn von der zweiten Backe (2) getragen wird.
  18. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibstange durch zusätzliche Mittel zur elektrischen Heizung erwärmt wird.
  19. Gerät zum Frisieren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibstange durch die elektrischen Heizmittel der benachbarten Arbeitsfläche erwärmt wird.
  20. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Reibstange (10,31) in thermischem Kontakt mit einer Glättungsplatte (5,7) ist, die auf der gleichen Backe (1,2) platziert ist.
  21. Gerät zum Frisieren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Reibstange aus einem straffenden und eine erhöhte Temperatur widerstehenden Material besteht oder zumindest teilweise mit diesem verkleidet ist.
  22. Gerät zum Frisieren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Material ein Silikon ist.
