Unter Komfortschließen kann beispielsweise verstanden werden, dass neben den Türen auch sämtliche Fenster geschlossen und verriegelt werden. Ebenso könnte ein eigener Betätigungsbereich am Aktuator 40 an einer Fahrzeugtür zum Öffnen der Kofferraumklappe vorgesehen sein.
Die unterschiedlichen Betätigungsbereiche können dabei durch verschiedene Betätigungsbereiche an einem Betätigungselement 10 oder auch durch die Verwendung mehrerer Betätigungselemente 10 vorgesehen werden.

Claims (17)

  1. Handle for doors or flaps, in particular on vehicles,
    with an activating element (10) such as a button or switch into which a handle (50) is integrated and which features at least a partial, elastic sealing element (30) and a rigid housing element (20),
    characterized in that,
    a switch plate (21) with a minimum of one sealing edge (22) is provided,
    whereby, the sealing edge (22) can be brought into operative connection with the elastic sealing element (30) in such a way that the sealing edge (22) protrudes partly into the material of the sealing element (30) and so that the inside (13) of the activating element (10) seals opposite the outside (14).
  2. Handle in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that a base for the housing (23) is provided, which ensures operative connection between the sealing element (30) and the sealing edge (22).
  3. Handle in accordance with claim 2, characterized in that, due to the assembly of the base of the housing (23), the operative connection between the sealing element (30) and sealing edge (22) is attained.
  4. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the base of the housing (23) on the housing element (20) supported, in particular, supported so that it can be released, preferably using a snap, clip or push-in connection, or by inserting, by the interconnection of a guide (26) on the housing element (20) and an opposing guide (27) on the base of the housing (23).

  7. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that electrical wires (11) are provided, through which the signals generated by the activating element (10) can be transmitted to a control unit,
    whereby, these wires (11) can be at least partially arranged in a bracket (25) which, preferably, is formed by the housing element (20) and the switch plate (21).
  8. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 7, characterized in that an actuator (40) is provided through which the activating element (10) is manually activated.
  9. Handle in accordance with claim 8, characterized in that, when installed, the sealing element (30) is arranged between the actuator (40) and the activating element (10).
  10. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the actuator (40) features retainers (41) and the activating element (10) features opposing retainers (12) which, when installed, interact in order to prevent unintentional displacement (44) of the actuator (40),
    whereby, the retainers (41) and opposing retainers (12) can also be designed as a single part with the actuator (40) or the activating element (10) and/or, the opposing retainers (12) are preferably provided on the lobes (34) at the top (33) of the sealing element (30).
  11. Handle in accordance with claim 10, characterized in that a stabilizing component (43) is provided, which interposes the operative connection between the retainers (41) and the sealing edge (12).
  12. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the housing element (20), the base of the housing (23) and/or the assembly (24) are connected to the handle (50), in particular, connected so that they can be released, preferably by a snap-on, plug-in or clip connection (51), whereby, preferably a clip element (28) is provided on the housing element (20) and/or on the base of the housing (23) .
  13. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 12, characterized in that, when installed, the housing element (20), the base of the housing (23) and/or the assembly (24) is supported by the handle (50) in its position.
  14. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 8 to 11 and 12 or 13, characterized in that the actuator (40) and the activating element (10), the housing element (20) and/or the assembly (24) are arranged so that, when activating the actuator (40), no mechanical overload can be exerted on the activating element (10).
  15. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the handle (50) and/or the activating element (10) is used when manually activated to effect opening, closing, locking and/or unlocking of a lock on the door or flap of the vehicle.
  16. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the activating element (10) and/or the actuator (40) features multiple activation areas (42), whereby, when activating different activation areas, different functions on the vehicle and closing system are triggered.
  17. Handle in accordance with one of the claims 1 to 16, characterized in that the actuator (40) and/or housing element (20) and/or the switch plate (21) and/or the base of the housing (23) comprises of synthetic material, in particular from a dimensionally stable synthetic material.
