Description

The invention relates to a Deckenluftauslass for air conditioning systems for mounting at a distance below a ceiling of a room to be ventilated with a, in particular elongated, at least one Zulufteinlass inlet air inlet chamber and with a on at least one side of the Zuluftkammer and separated by a partition from the Zuluftkammer side chamber, wherein in each partition at least one, in particular designed as a nozzle, recess for influx of supply air from the supply air chamber is provided in the respective side chamber and wherein each side chamber at least one heat exchanger is induced by the room air due to the induction by the supply air in the side chamber and each side chamber has at least one outlet opening.

Such ceiling air outlets are known in various designs. They are to distribute the supply air supplied by an air conditioner more or less evenly in the room. Room air is induced by the supply air. The outlet openings are located in the area of the underside of the ceiling air outlet. So that the outflowing air is blown as large as possible into the room, is a Deflection of the air required in the area of the outlet opening. This leads to a loss of pressure and to an undesirable noise. From the DE 103 28 615 A1 discloses a ceiling diffuser according to the preamble of claim 1, in which a circulating air flow L 2 drawn laterally into the ceiling diffuser and the combined airflow L 1 and L 2 in the opposite direction between the ceiling K and the sucked air recirculation flow L 2 again is blown out.

The object of the invention is to provide a ceiling air outlet, which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages and allows blowing at a reduced pressure drop and at the same time reduced noise.

This object is achieved by a Deckenluftauslass with the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments are defined in the subclaims.

In the embodiment according to the invention, the flow of supply air passing through the recess flows approximately horizontally into the side chamber. Room air is induced in the side chamber. As each outlet opening in Aligned escape to its corresponding recess, there is no deflection, so that the air, consisting of the supply air and the induced room air, horizontally - at least substantially horizontally - is blown out into the room. Thus, the air is led laterally out of the ceiling air outlet into the room. Due to the invention Design, the pressure loss is significantly reduced because no deflection is required. The surface obtained by the surface element can be used, for example, for insulation.

In the surface element components such as lights, fire detectors or the like, arranged. These can be embedded, for example, in the surface element. This is advisable if between the surface element and the preferably centrally arranged Zuluftkamner a cavity is provided in which protrude the components. For supplying, for example, cables or the like, a tube may be provided which is guided by the Zuluftkammer and protrudes with its one end into the cavity.

Each side chamber can be arranged over its entire height at the same height as the supply air chamber. But it is also quite possible that at least one side chamber is only in one area at the same height as the Zuluftkammer. The surface element may be flat.

The outlet opening of at least one side chamber can be designed as an outlet gap extending over the entire length. A continuous outlet gap is also understood to mean an embodiment in which separating plates which carry, for example, the surface element are provided in the region of the outlet gap.

The supply air chamber may have a quadrangular, in particular square, cross-section. Usually, the supply air chamber in the region of one of its two end faces on a round Zuluftstutzen, with the ceiling air outlet can be connected to an air conditioning system.

In at least one side chamber, the heat exchanger can be arranged on the upper edge of the side chamber. The heat exchanger can be oriented, for example, horizontal, but also inclined.

The flow cross-section of at least one recess may be variable. For this purpose, for example, a slider be provided, which releases the corresponding recess more or less.

The ceiling air outlet may be trapezoidal, in particular wider below, formed. Of course, other embodiments are possible.

Das Flächenelement kann seitlich überstehend ausgebildet sein. The surface element may be formed laterally projecting.

In the Fig. 1 to 5 an inventive ceiling air outlet is shown, which is mounted at a distance below a ceiling 1 of a room to be ventilated. The ceiling air outlet comprises an elongate supply air chamber 2, which has a quadrangular cross-section in the illustrated embodiment. At the in Fig. 1 illustrated right end of the supply air chamber 2 of the Deckenluftauslasses a round Zuluftstutzen 3 is provided as a supply air inlet.

As in Fig. 1 to recognize the Deckenluftauslass touches in the installed state with its right end a room wall 4. The right end of the Deckenluftauslasses is connected to existing on-site supply lines 5. This in Fig. 1 illustrated left end of the supply air chamber 2 is formed closed. The front side, a head part in the form of a diaphragm 6 is provided at this end. Since the panel 6 is formed protruding on the upper side relative to the general extent of the Deckenluftauslasses, only touches the upper edge of the panel 6, the ceiling 1 while the Deckenluftauslass over its entire length seen from the ceiling 1 is spaced.

On each side of the supply air chamber 2 each side chamber 7 is provided, each side chamber 7 by a Partition 8 is separated from the supply air chamber 2. In the illustrated embodiment, each side chamber 7 is only at its same upper level at the same height as the supply air chamber 2.

In each partition wall 8 a plurality of recesses 9, which are for example punched out nozzles, are provided for the inflow of supply air (arrow 10) from the supply air chamber 2 into the respective side chamber 7.

In each side chamber 7, a heat exchanger 11 is provided in the region of the upper edge of the Deckenluftauslasses, is induced by the room air (arrow 12) by the supply air (arrow 10) in the side chamber 7. In the illustrated embodiment, the room air (arrow 12) in the upper region of the Deckenluftauslasses, namely from above the upper edge of the Deckenluftauslasses induced. Each side chamber 7 is open in the region opposite the supply air chamber 2 to form an outlet opening 13. Each outlet opening 13 of a side chamber 7 is designed as an outlet gap extending over the length of the side chamber 7.

On the underside facing the space to be ventilated, the ceiling air outlet has an air-impermeable surface element 14 which covers the ceiling air outlet on the underside. The surface element 14 is formed laterally projecting in the illustrated embodiment. In order to increase the stability, separating plates 15 are provided over the longitudinal extension of the ceiling air outlet, which, inter alia, fix the partition wall 8 relative to the planar element 14. The Deckenluftauslass has a trapezoidal configuration and is wider below than formed above.

Since the side chambers 7 are only in the upper region at the same height as the supply air chamber 2, a cavity 16 is provided between the supply air chamber 2 and the surface element 14. This cavity 16 serves to accommodate portions of components 17, such as lights, fire detectors, sprinklers or the like, which are preferably arranged centrally in the surface element 14.

In the in Fig. 5 illustrated embodiment is shown as a component 17, for example, a sprinkler. As can be seen from the sectional view, a pipe 18 leads vertically through the supply air chamber 2, so that one end terminates in the cavity 16. This pipe 18 is a conduit through which, for example, a piping for the sprinkler can be performed. In Fig. 4 is shown as a component 17, a fire detector.

Each outlet opening 13 is aligned in alignment with the corresponding recess 9, so that the incoming air flowing through each recess 9 (arrow 10) in the side chamber 7 is not deflected and in so far the air (arrow 19) resulting from the supply air (arrow 10 ) and the room air (arrow 12), is blown horizontally from the ceiling air outlet.
