Definitions
- the present invention relates to a flexible insole, or insole for closed shoes with a one-piece sole position and about directly or indirectly laminated insole made of breathable material, wherein the one-piece sole position has a foot facing inner surface and an outer surface facing away from the foot and the sole position is genoppt on one side , wherein the bottom layer consists of shock-absorbing plastic.
- the actual outsoles of the shoes should be robust and resistant to abrasion, which is at the same time virtually synonymous that the sole is relatively hard.
- the soles of the shoes should cushion at least some of the bumps that occur on each kick.
- various outsoles are known which have at least in the heel area an intermediate layer of shock absorbing material. This problem about the insole, or soles insole, this is not known.
- virtually all flexible insoles, or insoles are provided with a sole position, which serve a single function. In fact, the conditions are focused a sole for different functions on two main areas, namely on the one hand in the heel area, in which the transpiration is relatively low and in a front area, where the shock-absorbing function is low, but the transpiration is more significant.
- an insole for a shoe with a sole position which has from the outer surface up to the inner surface extending nubs, all of which are hollow and have vents at the apex of the nubs.
- the knobs are designed either over the entire surface of the same height, or different heights, the different heights of the knobs causes a footbed-like structure of the insole.
- the function of the sole is the same over the entire surface.
- the second version has the disadvantage that the foot practically covers the rear ventilation and this is ineffective.
- the inner or insole is designated overall by 1.
- This base layer 2 always has a base sole layer 2.
- This base layer 2 has an outer surface 3 and an inner surface 4.
- the outer surface 3 is the side facing away from the foot, while the inner surface is the side facing the foot.
- the pimples all have a base in the form of elongated rectangles. The longitudinal edges of these bases are all parallel to each other and perpendicular to the foot longitudinal direction. It can be clearly seen that the nubs nevertheless form different structures and thus form two different functional zones.
- a first functional zone 20 is used for shock absorption and is denoted by 20, while a second functional zone of the rear ventilation is used and is denoted by 30.
- the first functional zone 20 is located in the heel area, while the second functional zone 30 covers the remainder of the sole.
- the nubs in the first functional zone, for shock absorption, are designated by 5, those in the second functional zone for the rear ventilation by 6.
- the pimples are similar in that they always form the shape of rectangular truncated cones.
- the nubs 5 of the first functional zone 20 are substantially larger than the nubs 6 in the second functional zone.
- the nubs in the first functional zone 20 serve, as already mentioned, the shock absorption.
- the bottoms of the truncated conical nubs in the functional zone 20 have an aspect ratio of about 2 to 3.
- the top surfaces of these nubs in the first functional zone have an aspect ratio of about 1 to 2.
- the nubs 5 in the shock absorption functional zone to be described herein are arranged in that the bases of adjacent knobs, both on the longitudinal edge and on the broad edge, touch each other. Consequently, these are arranged densely.
- the lengths of the base areas of the dimples are 15 millimeters and the broad edge is 10 millimeters, compared to the lengths of the top surfaces in this example about 10 millimeters and the broad edges 5 millimeters.
- the dimples change shape while keeping the volume at least approximately equal. In concrete terms, this means that the nubs change slightly in height, with the inclined side surfaces of the truncated pyramids arching outwards at the same time. The vibrations generated in one occurrence are largely absorbed in the material. All nubs are fully filled and not permeable to air. Also, the whole is Heel area, ie the area of the first functional zone 20, free of perforations. This also makes sense, since experience shows that the sweat secretion in the heel area is low.
- the nubs 6 are made much smaller in the second functional area 30. In contrast to the nubs in the functional zone 20 for shock absorption, these nubs need only absorb low impact forces and cause low vibration damping. Therefore, these nubs are arranged relatively far apart, so as to provide a relatively large volume of air, so as to prevent saturation of this air with welding steam as possible. This is achieved in that the nubs, which run like the previously described nubs 5 in rows, but here are arranged at a distance on the outer surface 3. In other words, the longitudinal edges and the broad edges of adjacent nubs do not touch.
- the nubs here have a top surface whose longitudinal edges to the width also have a length ratio of 2 to 1, concretely here are the top surfaces in length about 4 millimeters long and 2 millimeters in width. In the base of the truncated pyramids, the lengths of the longitudinal edges are 5 millimeters and the length of the width is 3 millimeters. If one thus compares the top surfaces of the nubs in the first zone with the top surfaces of the nubs in the second zone, these have an area ratio of about 1 to 6 in the specific case, preferably, this ratio is approximately of the order of 1 to 4 to 1 to 10.
- the longitudinal edges of adjacent nubs 6 in the second functional region are spaced apart by approximately the width of the top surface of these nubs. Specifically, this distance will preferably be between 1 to 4 millimeters.
- there is a plane area of the outer surface 3 of the basic sole layer 2. The sense of spacing and arrangement of the nubs in rows not only means to achieve the largest possible volume of air below the outer surface 3 of the base sole layer 2 but also to facilitate the rolling movement of the foot.
- the nubs in the second functional zone 2 are also arranged such that the nubs of one row are offset relative to the nubs of the adjacent row by approximately half the nub length, including the space between two adjacent nubs of the same row to each other. This offset causes the sole transverse to the longitudinal direction has a sufficient rigidity, since a tilting torque across the longitudinal direction is not desirable.
- perforations 7 are also attached accordingly. These perforations 7 are evenly distributed. they lay in each case between two adjacent rows in such a way that they are arranged in the one row between two adjacent knobs and in the preceding row approximately centrally with respect to the longitudinal edge of that knob.
- the massage layer 10 advantageously consists of a latex with fine, open pores. Such a situation is breathable.
- the massage site 10 has elevations 11, as in the FIG. 1 represented distributed over the entire inner or insole, according to the doctrine of reflexology.
- the distribution of the surveys according to the FIG. 1 forms the distribution that is effective for a general well-being.
- the massage layer 10 is provided on the one hand in the edge region 14 only the edge with adhesive. This area is designated 14.
- the adhesive region 15 can be over the entire surface, since this surface corresponds to the first functional zone 20 in which air-permeable perforations can be dispensed with. Since the inner surface 4 of the sole position 2 is flat, even a marginal gluing is a safe Bonding, as this is over the entire surface and not only punctually, as in known basic sole layers according to the prior art. Finally, a covering sole 13 is attached above the breathable massage layer 10.
- the insole 13 may be provided on the adhesive side with a powder dot coating, so that the sole is uniformly connected to the massage layer 10. Again, it is possible to glue the insole 13 only along the edge with the massage layer.
- Another likewise preferred solution may be that all layers are sewn together at least marginally. Experiments in which one has additionally attached a sewing seam through all three layers, and also around the elevations 11, have particularly preferred results.
- the massage layer 10 may instead of surveys according to the embodiment, shown in the FIGS. 1 and 3 , be realized with slightly increased massage knobs, which cause only a slight irritation of the sole of the foot. According to investigations, such Noppung causes an excitation of the digestive tract and should thereby cause a weight loss.
- Such a solution is in the FIGS. 5 and 6 shown.
- the insole has 13 recesses 16 which extend around the dimpled areas 17 to release the massage naps 18 accordingly.
- the insole 13, the massage layer 10 and the sole layer 2 by means of seams 19 connected to each other. These seams 19 extend on the one hand along the entire sole contour and on the other hand along the contour of the various dimpled regions 17 along the edges of the recess 16.
- the insole is preferably made of leather or textile material. These materials are not only breathable, but also moisture absorbent. As a result, the moisture is absorbed by the skin and vaporized through the breathable layers through promoted to the function zone for the rear ventilation. Accordingly, the insole 13 may be additionally provided with perforations. These perforations are not mandatory in the preferred choice of material here and are also attached only in the front foot area, as the FIG. 1 shows.
- the massage layer is preferably made of latex.
- Other elastomers for example synthetic rubber, thermoplastic rubber or block co-polymers as well as thermoplastics come into consideration, wherein these materials are preferably added antibacterial additives. Is the massage layer 10 in the embodiment according to the FIGS. 5 and 6 realized, so provided with nubs, so are not particularly resistant to abrasion latex versions hardly in question.
- Elastomers in the form of thermoplastics and block co-polymers are particularly suitable for the basic sole layer 2.
- the materials provided herein are merely examples, and those skilled in the sole making art will be able to vary the choice of materials according to their own experience.
