Claims (9)

  1. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung, umfassend ein säurefunktionelles (Meth)-acrylatcopolymer und einen Aziridin-Vernetzer der Formel:

    wobei
    R2 für -H oder -CH3 steht;
    R3 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für H oder eine C1-C4-Alkylgruppe steht;
    z für 0, 1 oder 2 steht;
    A für -O-R6-Z oder -N(R3)R8 steht,
    R8 für H, C1-C4-Alkyl oder -R6-Z steht,
    R6 für eine zweiwertige Alkylen- oder Arylengruppe steht und
    Z für eine wasserlöslichmachende Gruppe steht.
  2. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Aziridin-Vernetzer die Formel:

    aufweist, wobei
    R2 für -H oder -CH3 steht;
    R3 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für H oder eine C1-C4-Alkylgruppe steht;
    z für 0, 1 oder 2 steht;
    X1 für -NR3- oder -O- steht,
    R6 für eine zweiwertige Alkylen- oder Arylengruppe steht und
    Z für eine wasserlöslichmachende Gruppe steht.
  3. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, wobei es sich bei der wasserlöslichmachenden Gruppe um eine kationische, anionische, zwitterionische oder nichtionische wasserlöslichmachende Gruppe handelt.
  4. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das säurefunktionelle (Meth)acrylatcopolymer
    i. 85 bis 99 Gewichtsteile eines (Meth)acrylsäureesters eines nichttertiären Alkohols;
    ii. 1 bis 15 Gewichtsteile eines säurefunktionellen ethylenisch ungesättigten Monomers;
    iii. 0 bis 10 Gewichtsteile eines nicht säurefunktionellen, ethylenisch ungesättigten polaren Monomers;
    iv. 0 bis 5 Teile Vinylmonomer und
    v. 0 bis 5 Teile eines multifunktionellen (Meth)acrylats,
    bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Gesamtmonomer, umfasst.
  5. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend 0,005 bis 5,0 Gewichtsteile des Aziridin-Vernetzers, bezogen auf 100 Teile des Copolymers.
  6. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Copolymer 1 bis 5 Gewichtsteile Acrylsäure und 1 bis 5 Gewichtsteile eines polaren Monomers umfasst.
  7. Vernetzbare Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei es sich bei der Zusammensetzung um eine wässrige Emulsion handelt.
  8. Klebeartikel, umfassend die vernetzte Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 und eine flexible Rückschicht.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Haftklebstoffs, bei dem man
    a) ein Copolymer, umfassend
    i. 85 bis 99 Gewichtsteile eines (Meth)acrylsäureesters eines nichttertiären Alkohols;
    ii. 1 bis 15 Gewichtsteile eines säurefunktionellen Monomers;
    iii.0 bis 10 Gewichtsteile eines zweiten, nicht säurefunktionellen polaren Monomers;
    iv. 0 bis 5 Teile Vinylmonomer, mit
    b) einem Aziridin-Vernetzer der Formel:

    wobei
    R2 für -H oder -CH3 steht;
    z für 0, 1 oder 2 steht;
    A für -O-R6-Z oder -N(R3)R8 steht,
    R3 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für H oder eine C1-C4-Alkylgruppe steht;
    R8 für H, C1-C4-Alkyl oder -R6-Z steht,
    R6 für eine zweiwertige Alkylen- oder Arylengruppe steht und
    Z für eine wasserlöslichmachende Gruppe steht;
    vereinigt und die Mischung zur Herbeiführung von Vernetzung erhitzt.
