Definitions
- the present invention relates to a scaffold construction
- a scaffold construction comprising a main frame with stacked scaffolding frames with first longitudinal stems and first crossbars to which are connected via connections scaffold floors, in particular mounted, and having a second frame, in particular a platform scaffold staircase, with stacked scaffolding frames with second longitudinal stems and second cross bars, connected to the scaffolding floors or stair units, in particular hung, are and in particular with an inboard unit wherein the first and second crossbar of the main frame and the second frame are substantially present in the same height level, and a coupling unit having a first longitudinal shaft of the main frame and a second longitudinal shaft of the second framework via a first or second connection unit releasably connects.
- stair towers are used, which are mounted directly next to the scaffolding.
- the longitudinal stems of the platform scaffold staircase are arranged as close to the longitudinal stems of the scaffold, so that the distance between the pedestal of the platform scaffold staircase and the scaffold floor of the scaffold is not too large.
- the longitudinal stems of the platform scaffold staircase must be connected to the adjacent longitudinal stems of the scaffold.
- rotary joints or short scaffold tubes are used with two normal couplings. This type of connection creates a relatively large gap between the podium of the platform scaffold staircase and the scaffold deck of the main scaffold.
- the gap can be minimized in practice when the superior field of the platform scaffold staircase is moved in the longitudinal direction of the frame and then moved closer to the main frame by the stems are offset from each other. However, it is not possible to get the pedestal scaffolding up close to arrange the main frame that no gap is formed. In that regard, constructions must be used that cover this gap or minimize within acceptable limits.
- Known stairway crossing consoles for closing the gap are relatively complex individual structures, which have a connection to the longitudinal stems and also a pipe connector for the connection of an inner railing, which can be formed in the stairwell of scaffolding parts.
- cover sheets are known, which are mounted fixing on the top of the platform scaffold staircase and the top of the scaffold deck of the main frame in the region of the gap.
- An alternative mounting arrangement for an indoor railing is that it is connected to the underside of the stair string.
- a well-known inner rail unit with a bracket unit with at least two parallel legs and at least two spaced apart to the terminal units to the bottom side connection to a stair string with two parallel spaced bearing legs whose distance is slightly greater than the thickness of the stair string is characterized in that the Legs are designed as hooks.
- connection unit is detachably connectable via two connection units with two longitudinal stems and which has a connection unit in the region between the connection units, to which the two connection units are connected frontally.
- the connection units are designed as half-shell elements, which are braced by a screw connection with the respective scaffolding handle.
- the connection unit is not suitable to be used as a support unit for a scaffold floor.
- the DE 199 46 929 A1 discloses a device for connecting two adjacent scaffolding posts of a system scaffold for retrofitting non-rectangular floor plans.
- a connecting piece is used which has at least two connecting heads, which are designed as wedge heads, which are hammered in the assembly in recesses of rosettes of the connecting longitudinal stems.
- connection unit for connecting four scaffolding posts is described, which is a quadrangular contour, wherein in each corner region formed as a half-coupling terminal unit is present.
- the connection units are connected to one another via edge supports and diagonally extending supports. This connection unit is not suitable to connect adjacent scaffolding constructions without gaps with the use of additional scaffolding floors.

- a structurally particularly simple and high carrying capacity ensuring embodiment, which can also be economically produced is characterized in that the bearing unit has two U-profile areas arranged one above the other, wherein the first or second connection unit connected to the lower profile area, in particular welded.
- the U-profile areas correspond to U-profiles, which are also used in the production of scaffolding frames, so that an extremely economical production is guaranteed, that is, no specially designed profile must be developed to implement the storage unit.
- the bearing unit can also be designed as a hollow profile unit, in particular a rectangular, square or round tube profile, or other profile.
- the longitudinal axis of the hollow profile is arranged perpendicular to the imaginary connection axis of the two connection units, so that the connection of the additional scaffold floor can be hung in a simple manner.
- the hollow profile can also be arranged so that its longitudinal axis runs parallel to the imaginary connection axis of the two connection units, so that the connection of the additional framework floor can be placed over the profile from above.

- a major advantage of the scaffold construction with coupling unit according to the invention is that the U-distance coupling replaces the rotary coupling frequently used in the prior art, which causes less additional costs and for the closing of the gap between the scaffold staircase and the main frame standard floors, preferably with 19 cm (centimeters ) Width, can be used from the material inventory of the scaffolder. Such series trays are in fact used as scaffolding floor for main scaffolding.
- the frame structure according to the invention with inner girder unit is based on the following known features: A bracket unit with at least two parallel legs and at least two spaced arranged to the connection units for bottom connection to a stair string with two parallel spaced bearing legs whose distance is slightly greater than the thickness of Stair string and is characterized by the fact that the free end portions of the connection units protrude beyond the stair string in the state connected to the stair string and can be braced by means of a tensioning construction on the stair string.
- the clamping connection is characterized in that it is designed as a screw connection.
- clamping structure or screw connection has a unit connected to a bearing leg via a rotation axis, which is pivotally and releasably braced to the other bearing leg.
- an advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the legs have a different length and at the opposite end portion of the end leg connecting profile is arranged, whose inclination to the Thighs essentially corresponds to the inclination of a stair string.
- a structurally particularly simple, economically producible and easy-to-install advantageous development is characterized in that the screw has a rotatably mounted on the end portion of a bearing leg bolt which forms the axis of rotation, and at right angles to the bolt a threaded rod is connected, in a the opposite leg existing upwardly open slot is inserted and can be clamped from the outside by means of a nut.
