Definitions
- the invention relates to a board-like gliding device in the shape of a ski or snowboard, as specified in claim 1.
- a generic, board-like sliding device is disclosed.
- a plate-like force transmission element is provided, which is supported on the top of the actual sliding board body.
- the top of the plate-like power transmission element is provided for supporting a binding device, which serves for releasable connection with a sports shoe, if necessary.
- At least in the region of the binding mounting zone at least one form-locking connection is provided between the lower side of the plate-like force transmission element and the upper side of the sliding board body, which is formed by integrally formed, ridge-like and / or wart-like elevations on the underside of the plate-like Kraflübertragungsiatas and by corresponding groove-like depressions in the top of the Gliding board body is formed.
- This positive connection is positioned near the longitudinal central axis of the sliding board body, in particular arranged in alignment with fastening screws for the assembly of jaw members of the binding device.
- the fastening screws for mounting the jaw body of a binding device are anchored directly in the plate-like, relatively thick-walled crane transmission element and the tips of the screws can protrude into the afford and / or wart-like elevations on the underside of the plate-like force transmission element in order to achieve an increased pull-out strength.
- an increased pull-out strength of the binding screws is achieved by the plate-like force transmission element is formed by a multilayer composite body comprising a plurality of adhesively interconnected layers, between which at least one core element is arranged.
- the US 5,447,322 A describes a ski having a lower gliding board body and an elongated stiffening element attached to the upper side thereof, which is coupled to the upper surface of the gliding board body by a flexible or partially rigid connection.
- the lower gliding board body is defined by a standard ski construction by adhesively bonding several strength-relevant layers and a core member.
- the stiffening element which extends over more than 50% of the length of the sliding board body, is designed as a multilayer sandwich construction according to a first embodiment ( Fig. 3 ) connected to the top of the glide board body via an elastically compliant adhesive layer.
- This multilayer, sandwich-type reinforcing element has on its upper side and on its side walls on a decorative cover layer, which determines the appearance of the stiffening element.
- the multilayer sandwich construction for the stiffening element is complex in terms of production technology and causes increased production costs. Furthermore, the elastically flexible bonding of the stiffening element to the top of the gliding board body is technically difficult and the resulting mechanical behavior of the ski is only partially satisfactory. According to a second embodiment ( Fig.
- the DE 101 26 121 A1 describes a ski consisting of a ski body and a connectable with this via coupling devices, plate-shaped upper part.
- the plate-shaped upper part is connected by screw connections to the ski basic body, wherein between the distal end portions of the upper part and the ski basic body a displacement in the longitudinal direction is allowed, so that in a sag of the ski no mutual stiffening occurs. Otherwise, the plate-shaped upper part lies blunt on the planar upper side of the ski basic body.
- the plate-shaped upper part can also be formed as a spring element, which has a spacer in the binding mounting area, to ensure a support of the spring element relative to the top of the ski basic body.
- the WO 00/10659 A1 describes a further structure of a board-like sliding device, which essentially comprises two components arranged one above the other.
- the upper part is formed by a cross-sectionally substantially C-shaped profile element which, in conjunction with a cross-sectionally T- or I-shaped guide rail at the top of the ski basic body builds a mutual positive connection.
- This T-resp. I-shaped guide rail which is provided for releasably releasable, positive connection with the longitudinal slot on the underside of the C-shaped upper part, is integrated into the structure of the ski basic body.
- This positive connection on the one hand counteracts a distancing between the upper part and the ski basic body in the vertical direction to the running surface of the ski basic body.
- the present invention is based on the object to provide a board-like gliding device in the shape of a ski or snowboard, which offers the operational advantages or the improved performance of a multi-part, in particular composed of upper and lower parts, board-like sliding device while still the lowest possible production costs caused.
- a board-like sliding device according to the features in claim 1.
- An essential advantage of the claimed, board-like sliding device is that it offers a high level of functionality or performance and can still be produced or constructed relatively inexpensively. Above all, acting as a force transmission element upper part of the board-like sliding device is relatively inexpensive to produce and yet he offers the desired mechanical properties that affect the mechanical properties of the underlying sliding board body advantageous.
- a relatively thin-walled embodiment of the power transmission element in the form of a shell body compared to the sliding board body it can reliably absorb or transmit the forces and loads that occur.
- the corresponding compression strength of the comparatively thin-walled power transmission element is achieved primarily by the substantially U-shaped cross section of the shell body.
- the claimed, board-like gliding device compared to the known from the prior art designs relatively lightweight buildable, without any strength or stability problems.
- the overall relatively low total mass of the shell body in conjunction with the underlying sliding board body also favors the performance of the board-like sliding device during its intended use.
- the marked force transmission element is thus relatively light weight, sufficiently stable, easy to produce and advantageous in conjunction with the sliding board body.
- a relatively low height of the board-like Sliding device can be achieved after the lateral legs of the power transmission element at least partially extend in groove-shaped recesses on the upper side of the sliding board body.
- the lever effects occurring between the board-like sliding device and its user can be kept low during use of the board-like sliding device, so that the risk of injury to the user is minimized.
- the stability or effectiveness of the power transmission element in the assembled state can be increased by the measures marked, although the wall thicknesses are relatively low or can be greatly reduced.
- the robustness of the board-like sliding device or its arranged on the top shell body is significantly increased.
- this results in a high breaking strength despite relatively thin wall thicknesses of the shell body, since the underside of the shell body can be supported on the upper side of the sliding board body in a load-bearing manner.
- the risk of breakage or damage of the thin-walled shell body can be minimized or significantly reduced.
- the forces occurring from the thin-walled shell body which is preferably formed from plastic, can be easily absorbed even when impact, for example, starting from a sports shoe, which is usually made of hard plastic.
- the measures according to claim 4 provide a shell body, which easily withstands the loads occurring.
- the mass of the overall structure reduced or kept as low as possible and still achieved the required stability or the desired bending stiffness of the overall structure.
- the shell body of vertical loads which emanate from the binding device, decoupled or at least partially decoupled.
- the planned mechanical interaction between the force transmission element and the sliding board body is favored.
- the load or control forces exerted by the user of the board-like sliding device act directly on the sliding board body, whereby the control or sliding behavior is favored.
- the relatively thin-walled shell body is also protected against excessive loads and the risk of breakage or damage thereof is effectively minimized.
- the number of components required for the construction of the sliding device is kept as low as possible, which has a positive effect on the total resulting production costs. Furthermore, a direct as possible power transmission or mechanical coupling between the binding device and sliding on the respective substrate sliding board body is achieved.
- the upper side of the sliding board body can be made relatively planar and in the original state or after production has no podium-like elevations, which would adversely affect the production process.
- an abrupt elevation on the upper side of the sliding board body can be avoided by the separately executed support elements, which are preferably combined to form a structurally independent insert part.
- the separate formation of an insert part or of supporting elements so the grinding process of the sliding board body can be performed without distinctive, podium-like elevations are present at the top of the sliding board body, thereby improving the sanding of the tread surface.
- the measures according to claim 11 are advantageous, since thereby the required tear resistance for the fastening screws of the binding device or its guide rail arrangements or binding plates can be easily achieved or ensured.
- the fastening screws in the sliding board body which in comparison to the relatively thin-walled shell body has a significantly greater thickness, can be reliably anchored or screwed in by default substantially.
- the relatively thin-walled shell body which would be difficult to apply the required pull-out forces, is thus completely unbound by a holding function for the binding device.
- this creates a direct and thus, as far as possible, delay-free coupling of forces between the binding device and the sliding board body which is decisive for the tracking.
- the measures according to claim 13 it is possible to perform the shell body relatively thin-walled, while still withstanding the bending stresses occurring easily.
- the effect or the influence of the force transmission element with respect to the sliding board body is sufficiently distinctive and effective.
- the shell body is a predominantly on thrust or pressure or train claimed or acting element, while the gliding board body withstands the usually occurring during operation bending loads and is primarily dimensioned in terms of the required bending stiffness or breaking limits
- Another significant advantage of this embodiment is that the free leg ends of the relatively thin-walled shell body or the relatively sharp-edged end portions of the legs can not lead to injury to the user or from third parties after they at least partially extend in the groove-shaped depressions on the top of the sliding board body.
- a development according to claim 16 is advantageous in that bending-related Relatiwerschiebtingen between the power transmission element and the GleitbrettSh is opposed with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sliding board body elastically resilient resistance.
- such relative displacements are quasi cushioned and gradually limited after covering a defined Relativverschiebungsweges.
- This path limitation is dependent on load or force.
- a bending-dependent relative movement between the power transmission member and the sliding board body is gradually stopped.
- a preferred embodiment of a board-like sliding device 1 with improved handling characteristics, in particular striking damping or cushioning properties in an exploded view is shown schematically.
- a ski 2 is shown whose sliding or cornering behavior and its inherent dynamics are advantageous for a plurality of users, with only the most essential components being shown by way of example in the accompanying figures.
- only the most essential sub-components, in particular the sliding board base body and the plate-like or strip-like force transmission element are illustrated in individual figures.
- the board-like sliding device 1 defines a ski 2 or a snowboard.
- a ski 2 is to be used in pairs, whereas the user of a snowboard is supported with both feet on a single sliding board body.
- this comprises at least one binding device 3, which can be designed as a safety trigger binding or as a relentless coupling coupling.
- the bottom side sliding board body of the sliding device 1 is designed in sandwich or monocoque construction, as in Fig. 2 is exemplified. That is, a plurality of layers are adhesively connected to each other and together form the one-piece main body of the sliding device 1. In a manner known per se, these layers form at least one strength-relevant upper flange 4, at least one strength-relevant lower flange 5 and at least one core 6 arranged therebetween.
- the upper belt 4 and / or the lower belt 5 can be formed from at least one plastic layer and / or metallic layer and / or fiber layer and / or epoxy resin layer or the like.
- the core 6 can - as known per se - made of wood and / or foam plastics. In this case, the core 6 essentially distances the strength-relevant upper flange 4 from the strength-relevant lower flange 5 of the sliding device 1.
- the sliding board body is also possible to design the sliding board body as a hollow body or hollow profile.
- the upper side 7, ie the upper outer surface of the sliding board body, is formed by a covering layer 8, which predominantly fulfills a protective and decorative function.
- the lower side 9, ie the lower surface of the gliding board body, is formed by a tread covering 10, which has the best possible sliding properties with respect to the corresponding ground, in particular with respect to snow or ice.
- the cover layer 8 may extend at least in sections over the side cheeks of the sliding board body and form a box-like structure together with the tread surface 10, as in particular the cross-sectional view according to Fig. 2 can be seen.
- the lateral edges of the tread 10 are preferably limited by control edges 11, 12, preferably made of steel, to allow as exact as possible or largely non-slip guidance of the sliding device 1, even on relatively hard ground.
- control edges 11,12 - Fig. 2 - are rigidly connected to the structure, in particular with the outsole or the lower flange 5 of GleitbrettSh.
- the control edges 11, 12 - as known per se - positively and non-positively defined in Gleitmaschinenum.
- the tread surface 10 is firmly connected over its entire, the core 6 facing flat side with the Gleitmaschineied, in particular with the lower flange 5.
- the tread surface 10 is bonded over its entire surface with the surrounding components of the sliding board body.
- the above-described construction significantly determines the strength, in particular the bending behavior and the torsional stiffness of the lower or bottom side sliding board body.
- These strength values are predetermined or predetermined by the materials used and layer thicknesses or layer geometries and by the connection methods used.
- the cover layer 8 of the sliding board body is preferably designed as a plastic layer which is decorated on at least one side.
- This cover layer 8 forms the predominant section of the top 7 of the sliding board body.
- this cover layer 8 also clad at least partial sections of the outer longitudinal side walls.
- the respective layers or layers can also be formed multiple times or individual layers and layers can also be functionally combined or combined.
- an elongated force-transmitting element 13 is supported on the sliding board body at least within partial sections in a force-transmitting or load-transmitting manner.
- a structurally predefined Taill réelle or side shape of the sliding board body results in a varying width in the longitudinal direction of the slider 1 width 14 or 14 'of the slider 1 and / or the power transmission element 13, as best of Fig. 1 is apparent.
- a width of the plate-like Kraflübertragungsettis 13 is preferably selected smaller in all longitudinal sections, as the corresponding width 14, 14 'of the Gleitbrett emotionss within the same or congruent longitudinal section.
- the force transmission element 13 preferably does not project beyond the longitudinal side edges of the gliding board body. As a result, despite a highly effective power transmission element 13, a high passenger or. Injury resistance of the sliding device 1 can be achieved.
- the Krafi undergraduatetragungselement 13 may be formed with respect to at least one of its distal end portions also wedge, arrow or staircase-shaped tapering, as in Fig. 1 was hinted at.
- the power transmission element 13 can be significant changes in driving behavior, especially regarding the sliding behavior and the inherent momentum or the so-called "rebound" after the discharge of the slider 1, as occurs in particular at the curve exit, without structurally complex, costly or the weight of the ski 2 significantly increasing measures must be taken.
- the correspondingly changed driving behavior of such a ski 2 is thereby also for users with average driving skills or also for users; which operate only occasionally ski sports, clearly recognizable or perceptible.
- the acceptance of use can be increased or the enjoyment of the use of such Schier 2 can be significantly increased.
- the power transmission member 13 extends from the binding mounting portion toward the rear end portion as well as toward the front end portion of the gliding board body, as best shown in FIG Fig. 1 is removable. This makes it possible to change the driving behavior of the sliding board body by means of the power transmission element 13 clearly or to influence significantly.
- the distal ends of the force transmission element 13 are relative to the upper side 7 of the sliding board body in the longitudinal direction relatively movable, so that relative displacements between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body are made possible when the corresponding sliding device 1 is subjected to a sag or bending.
- the force transmission element 13 is supported within its longitudinal extent, at least in partial sections on the upper side 7 of the sliding board body load or force transmitting from.
- the underside of the force transmission element 13 is supported almost over the entire surface on the top side 7 of the gliding board body.
- the support zones are positioned at least in the end portions of the power transmission element 13 such that the power transmission element 13 at least in its end portions load or force transmitting on the underlying sliding board body is supported.
- the force transmission element 13 extends over more than 50% of the length to the rear end of the gliding board body, starting from a binding mounting center point 15 provided by the manufacturer of the gliding board body and at the same time covering more than 50% of the length to extends to the front end of the sliding board body. It is advantageous if the crane transmission element 13 extends in about 51% to about 96%, preferably over 66% to 86% of the projected length of the sliding board body. By projected length is meant the length of the sliding board body in top view.
- the longitudinal extension of the power transmission member 13 is substantially limited in that the power transmission member 13 is not intended to extend into the upwardly bent blade portion or end portion of the sliding board body so as not to interfere with the relative displacements between the ends of the power transmission member 13 and the sliding board body this leaf-spring-like packet of force transmission element 13 and sliding board body is subjected to a downward deflection or an increase of the binding mounting portion or of the middle portion relative to the end portions.
- the upwardly curved blade portion of the sliding board body would block against the front end of the force transmission element 13 or inhibiting forces would occur if the force transmission element 13 would extend into the blade portion of the sliding board body in rectilinear or in the same upward curved shape.
- the force transmission element 13 which may be partially performed, for example, plate-like, in about two-thirds to about nine tenths, for example, about three quarters of the length of the gliding board body between the binding mounting center point 15 and the respective end of the gliding board body or with respect to the overall length of the gliding board body, a good balance is achieved between weight optimization and stability or functionality of the entire gliding device 1.
- the power transmission element 13 is arranged between the sliding board body and the binding device 3 for a user's shoe.
- a binding device 3 is arranged above the force transmission element 13.
- the binding device 3 can comprise a front and a heel piece, which are connected to the sliding board body either directly or with the interposition of a guide rail arrangement 15a, 15b. The binding device 3 is therefore supported with the interposition of the plate or strip-like power transmission element 13 on the actual sliding board body.
- the positive coupling means 17 is designed such that it allows mutual longitudinal displacements or compensating relative movements between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body in the longitudinal direction of the sliding board body when the sliding board body and the force transmission element 13 is subjected to a deflection, as for example when driving through depressions occurs.
- the positive coupling means 17 further formed such that there are relative displacements between the Kraflübertragungselement 13 and the sliding board body in the transverse direction to the longitudinal extent and substantially parallel to the tread surface 10 of the sliding board body as possible prevents or such displacement tendencies increased resistance sets.
- the at least one positive coupling means 17 relative displacements between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body in the longitudinal direction of the sliding board allows body, but lateral deviating movements between the force transmission element 13 and the top 7 of the sliding board body optionally inhibits, as shown in a synopsis of Fig. 1 and 2 is recognizable.
- This partially acting positive connection between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body can thus effect a direct or instantaneous transmission of forces between the Kraflübertragungselement 13 and the sliding board body without the sliding board body would be blocked in its bending behavior of the power transmission element 13.
- the positive coupling means 17 between the bottom 16 of the power transmission element 13 and the top 7 of the sliding board body can also be designed such that a defined, lateral clearance between the respective positive locking elements is designed to avoid deadlocks and under adverse conditions, such as under the influence of ice or snow, to prevent freezing between the power transmission element 13 and the sliding board body.
- the positive coupling means 17 between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body by no means must represent a backlash-free side guide or a guide link. Rather, a relatively play involving engagement between the power transmission element 13 and the sliding board body, as shown in the illustrations according to the 4 and 5 can be seen by way of example, as a positive coupling means 17 to understand.
- a mutual coupling via the coupling means 17 is in fact already present when the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body engage with each other or partially merge into each other, as shown in the illustrations according to the Fig. 1 . 2 and 4, 5 can be seen by way of example.
- Coupling means 17 or in combination with a positive coupling means 17 also achieved by at least one screw 18 between the power transmission element 13 and the sliding board body or supported.

- the force transmission element 13 is connected to the gliding board body via a plurality of connecting zones 19 which are distanced from one another in the longitudinal direction of the force transmission element 13.
- three connection zones 19 are provided, in each of which there is a screw 18 with the sliding board body.
- At least the distal connection zones 19 are formed as longitudinal guides, which allow a relative displacement between the force transmission element 13 and the sliding board body as a result of bends or bends of the sliding board body, but prevent as far as possible lateral deviation movements or lift-off movements between the sliding board body and the force transmission element 13.
- an elongate opening or slot is formed in the force transmission element 13 within at least one connection zone 19, which is penetrated by a suitable screw 18, so that longitudinal compensation movements are made possible within the respective connection zone 19 when the board-like sliding device 1 of a through or Bending is subjected.

- This elastically flexible connecting means 20 may for example be formed by a block of an elastomeric plastic, which is inserted into at least one elongate opening of the power transmission element 13 and bending-related displacements between the power transmission element 13 and the sliding board body in the longitudinal direction of the slider 1 elastically yielding resistance opposes.
- the elastically flexible connecting means 20 is penetrated by the screw 18, wherein with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sliding device 1 preferably in front of and behind the corresponding shank of the screw 18, the elastically flexible connecting means 20 is arranged.
- the connection zones 19 or their screw connections 18 can be designed according to the disclosures in AT 504 800 A1, which is based on the Applicant.

- the height 36 of the support members 34, 35 is slightly larger than the wall thickness 22 around the Breakthroughs 32, 33, so that starting from the binding device 3 and its guide rail assembly 15a, 15b no loads or no significant pressure forces on the shell body 21 in the vertical direction to the tread 10 are exercised. Accordingly, between the top of the shell body 21 and the bottom of the guide rail assembly 15a, 15b, a clearance or minimum gap 37 of at least 0.1 mm to 3 mm is provided.

- the insert member 38 may include a plurality of support members 34, 35 which are interconnected via narrow connecting webs 40, wherein the corresponding connecting webs 40 extend between the support members 34, 35 in corresponding recesses 39 in the top 7 of the sliding board body, as in Fig. 4 is exemplified.
- the shell body 21 is within the mounting portion for a binding device 3 - Fig. 1 - Protected against lifting from the top 7 of the sliding board body by being held between the bottom of a mounted binding device 3 and a mounted guide rail assembly 15 a, 15 b and the top 7 of the sliding board body.

The present invention is based on the object to provide a board-like gliding device in the shape of a ski or snowboard, which offers the operational advantages or the improved performance of a multi-part, in particular composed of upper and lower parts, board-like sliding device while still the lowest possible production costs caused.
This object of the invention is achieved by a board-like sliding device according to the features in
Above all, by the further development measures according to claim 2 relatively inexpensive, yet sufficiently stable power transmission elements can be created. Through the use of plastic and the use of a forming tool, which transforms a substantially sheet-like element made of plastic or a multilayer, planar plastic composite element under the action of heat and pressure and optionally integrally connected, the production costs for the power transmission element can be significantly reduced. In particular, each power transmission element relatively short production cycles can be achieved. This also reduces the costs required for the manufacture of the board-type gliding device.
By the measures according to
The measures according to
Of particular advantage is also the development according to
By the measures according to
Advantageous is also an embodiment according to
By the measures according to
Also by the measures according to
The measures according to
Furthermore, the measures according to
By means of the measures according to
Bruchgrenzen dimensioniert istThe measures according to
Of particular advantage are the measures according to
Of advantage is also the measure according to
Finally, a development according to

The distal ends of the
The
To obtain advantageous effects, it is expedient if the

It is essential that the

Overall, it should be noted that the flexural rigidity of the sliding board body is substantially higher than the bending stiffness of the
The embodiments show possible embodiments of the board-like sliding
