Abstract
Description
- Die Neuerung betrifft einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Berufs- und Sicherheitsschuh.
- Es ist bekannt, im Fersenbereich von Schuhen sogenannte Absorberelemente einzusetzen, die eine Stoßdämpfung beim Gehen und Stehen bewirken und den beim Laufen auftretenden Stoß gegenüber den Fußgelenken und der Wirbelsäule mildern sollen. Derartige Absorberelemente bestehen aus einem im Wesentlichen flächigen Kunststoffgebilde, in dessen Inneren ein Gel aufgenommen ist, welches die eigentliche Stoßdämpfung bewirkt.
- Aus dem Gebrauchsmuster
DE 201 11 468.2 U1 ist ein Schuh bekannt, bei dem im Fersenbereich in der Laufsohle ein Dämpfungselement und im Fersenbereich in der Brandsohle ein Absorberelement vorgesehen ist, wodurch im Fersenbereich des Schuhs eine gute Dämpfung entstehender Druckwerte erzeugt wird. - Der Neuerung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Berufs- bzw. Sicherheitsschuh zu schaffen, der eine optimale Druckverteilung und Stoßdämpfung gewährleistet.
- Diese Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß durch einen Schuh, insbesondere Berufs- und/oder Sicherheitsschuh, gelöst, mit einem Schaft und mit einer mit dem Schaft verbundenen Sohle aus vorzugsweise antistatischem Material, wie Polyurethan, und mit einer im Schuh angeordneten Brandsohle, auf welcher gegebenenfalls eine Decksohle aufliegt, wobei in der Laufsohle im Fersenbereich ein Dämpfungselement eingelassen ist, welches aus einem elastischen Material, wie vorzugsweise Latex besteht, wobei das Dämpfungselement mit seiner oberen Fläche im wesentlichen zur Oberfläche der Laufsohle fluchtet, bei dem die Brandsohle im Fersenbereich mit einer Aussparung versehen ist und innerhalb dieser Aussparung ein Absorberelement aufnimmt, welches im wesentlichen oberhalb des Dämpfungselementes angeordnet ist, wobei das Absorberelement fest mit der Brandsohle verbunden ist, bei dem in der Brandsohle ein weiteres Absorberelement im Bereich des Fußballens ausgebildet ist.
- Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Neuerung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
- Die Neuerung schafft einen Schuh, bei dem im Fersenbereich mindestens zwei, gegebenenfalls drei Dämpfungselemente übereinanderliegend vorgesehen sind, die den im Fersenbereich entstehenden Druck dämpfen und somit nicht direkt an die Gelenke und die Wirbelsäule weitergeben. Der beim Gehen im Fersenbereich erzeugte Druck wird wirkungsvoll aufgefangen bzw. in großem Umfange absorbiert, wodurch der Bewegungsapparat des die Schuhe tragenden Menschen spürbar entlastet wird.
- Bei dem neuerungsgemäßen Schuh ist zusätzlich zu dem Absorber- und Dämpfungselement im Fersenbereich in der Brandsohle im Bereich des Ballens ein Absorberelement vorgesehen, so dass dort auftretende Stöße während des Bewegungsablaufes aufgenommen werden. Neu ist auch, dass diese Gelteile aus einem leitfähigen antistatischen Polyurethan gefertigt werden.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind sowohl im Fersenbereich als auch im Ballenbereich der Decksohle dämpfende Abschnitte ausgebildet, so dass im Fersenbereich insgesamt vorzugsweise zueinander fluchtend, bzw. übereinanderliegend insgesamt drei druckdämpfende bzw. - absorbierende Elemente und im Ballenbereich zwei druckdämpfende bzw. - absorbierende Elemente angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, dass beim Abrollen des Fußes über den gesamten Bereich eine optimale Druckabsorption gewährleistet wird.
- Bei einer Ausführungsform der Neuerung ist der Schuh im Fersenbereich mit einem in die Laufsohle eingelassenen Dämpfungselement versehen, während die Brandsohle eine oberhalb dieses Dämpfungselementes befindliche Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Absorberelementes aufweist.
- Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform wird oberhalb der Brandsohle eine Decksohle verwendet, die aus einem elastischen Material, vorzugsweise Polyurethanschaum besteht und die mit den Dämpfungselementen im Fersen- und Ballenbereich versehen ist.
- Im folgenden wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform des neuerungsgemäßen Schuhs anhand der Zeichnung zur Erläuterung weiterer Merkmale und Vorteile beschrieben. Es zeigen:

- Wie sich aus
Fig. 1 ergibt, hat die Sohle 1 einen vorzugsweise umlaufenden Rand 2, der dazu dient, den nicht dargestellten Schaft gegenüber der Sohle zu befestigen, beispielsweise zu verkleben oder auf andere Weise zu verbinden. Vorzugsweise werden derartige Schuhe derart hergestellt, dass der fertige Schaft in eine Form eingelegt und mit Polyurethanschaum zur Bildung der Sohle umspritzt wird. - Wie sich aus
Fig. 1 ergibt, befindet sich in der mit 3 bezeichneten Brandsohle im Fersenbereich eine Öffnung 5, in die ein Absorberelement 6 im Wesentlichen bekannter Art eingesetzt ist. Die Brandsohle 3 ist im Fersenbereich ausgespart und die Aussparung 5 dazu dient, das Absorberelement 6 aufzunehmen. Das Absorberelement 6 wird gegenüber der Brandsohle 3 fixiert, vorzugsweise dadurch, dass ein am Absorberelement 6 umlaufender Rand 6a mit der Brandsohle vernäht wird. - Das Absorberelement 6 hat im wesentlichen flache Gestalt und ist vorzugsweise aus einem Material auf Polyurethan-Basis hergestellt, welches absorbierende Wirkung hat. Der umlaufende Rand 6a des Absorberelementes 6 besteht beispielsweise aus zwei miteinander verschweißten Lagen oder Schichten, von denen die eine die obere und die andere die untere Fläche des Absorberelementes definiert. Innerhalb des umlaufenden Randes 6a wird der das Gel, vorzugsweise auf Polyurethan-Basis aufnehmende Zwischenraum definiert.
- Die Öffnung oder Aussparung 6 im Fersenbereich der Brandsohle 3 entspricht vorzugsweise im wesentlichen der Größe des Gel-Behältnisses, wobei die Dimensionierung des Absorberelementes 6 so gewählt ist, dass der umlaufende Rand seitlich über die Aussparung 5 hinwegsteht und ein leichtes Befestigen des Absorberelementes 6 gegenüber der Brandsohle 3 ermöglicht.
- Die Brandsohle 3 wird im allgemeinen fest mit dem nicht dargestellten Schaft vernäht.
- Gemäß der Neuerung ist die im Wesentlichen oder vorzugsweise aus Polyurethanschaum bestehende Laufsohle im Fersenbereich mit einem Dämpfungselement 9, das vorzugsweise aus Latex besteht, versehen, wie dies aus
Fig. 2 hervorgeht, wobei das Dämpfungselement 9 und das Absorberelement 6 vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen gleiche Form haben und übereinanderliegend vorgesehen sind. - Das Dämpfungselement 9 ist mit seiner Oberfläche im wesentlichen fluchtend zur oberen Fläche der Laufsohle 10 ausgerichtet, infolgedessen zwischen dem Dämpfungselement 9 und dem Absorberelement 6 ein direkter Kontakt besteht. Das Dämpfungselement 9 wird vorzugsweise in die Laufsohle 10 eingegossen.
- Weiterhin ist die Brandsohle 3 im Ballenbereich mit einem Absorberelement 7 ausgerüstet, welches an die Form eines Fußballens angepasst ist. Das Absorberelement hat ebenfalls einen umlaufenden Rand, wie in Bezug auf das Absorberelement 5 beschrieben ist, um das Absorberelement 7 gegenüber der Brandsohle 3 vorzugsweise durch Vernähen zu befestigten. Das Absorberelement 7 ist in einer Aussparung 7a angeordnet, die in der Brandsohle 3 ausgebildet ist und im Wesentlichen der Form des Absorberelementes 7 entspricht.
- Oberhalb der Brandsohle 3 befindet sich eine Decksohle 12 (
Fig. 2 ).
Die Decksohle 12 besteht vorzugsweise ebenfalls aus einem elastischen Material, vorzugsweise PUR-Material, während das Dämpfungselement 9 vorzugsweise aus Latex besteht. - Im Falle des Einsatzes einer Decksohle 12 aus einem PUR-Material trägt dieses Material zu einer weiteren Stoßdämpfung im Fersenbereich bei, wodurch eine dreifache Dämpfung der im Fersenbereich entstehenden Stöße bzw. Druckwerte erreicht wird.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Decksohle 12 sowohl im Fersenbereich als auch im Ballenbereich mit einem zusätzlichen Abschnitt vergleichbar hoher Dämpfungseigenschaft versehen, im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Abschnitten der Decksohle, wodurch im Fersenbereich eine Dreifachdämpfung und im Ballenbereich eine Zweifachdämpfung hervorgerufen wird. Diese Dämpfungsabschnitte im Fersen- und Ballenbereich, die in
Fig. 2 mit 12a und 12a bezeichnet sind, sind hinsichtlich ihrer Erstreckung an die Formgebung der Absorberelemente in der Brandsohle 3 angepasst, müssen aber nicht identische Größe haben, wie die Absorberelemente 6 und 7 in der Brandsohle 3. - Die Dämpfungselemente 12a, 12b in der Decksohle 12 werden vorzugsweise durch Einmischung zusätzlichen Materials in das elastische Material der Decksohle 12 gebildet, um in deren Bereichen eine bessere Dämpfung als in den übrigen Bereichen der Decksohle 12 zu gewährleisten.
- Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Absorberelemente 6, 7 von antistatischer Eigenschaft, so dass eine elektrische Leitung zwischen Deck- und Laufsohle sowohl über den Fersenbereich als auch über den Ballenbereich gewährleistet ist. Damit können derartige Schuhe auch ohne Weiteres in Krankenhäusern eingesetzt werden. Damit bieten diese Schuhe eine konstante Antistatik vorzugsweise für die Elektronik- und Halbleiterindustrie (ESD-Bereiche) und gewährleisten damit sowohl eine sehr gute Dämpfung als auch eine stabile Antistatik, vor allem für die ESD-Bereiche, d. h. einen Durchgangswiderstand von 7,5 · 105 Ohm bis 3,5 · 107 Ohm.
- Das feste Einbringen des Absorberelementes 6 in die Brandsohle 3 hat weiterhin zum Vorteil, dass ein Verrutschen des Dämpfungselementes 6 wirksam verhindert wird und auch durch orthopädische Einlegesohlen die Dämpfungselemente erhalten bleiben.
- Das Dämpfungselement 9, vorzugsweise aus Latex, wird neuerungsgemäß während des Gießens der Laufsohle 10 in die Laufsohle eingegossen und besteht vorzugsweise aus leitfähigem Latex.
- Die Laufsohle 10 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem antistatischem Material, vorzugsweise besteht die Laufsohle aus Polyurethanschaum.
Claims (7)
- Schuh, insbesondere Berufs- und/oder Sicherheitsschuh,
mit einem Schaft und mit einer mit dem Schaft verbundenen Sohle aus vorzugsweise antistatischem Material, wie Polyurethan, und mit einer im Schuh angeordneten Brandsohle (3), auf welcher gegebenenfalls eine Decksohle (12) aufliegt, wobei in der Laufsohle (10) im Fersenbereich ein Dämpfungselement (9) eingelassen ist, welches aus einem elastischen Material, wie vorzugsweise Latex besteht,
wobei das Dämpfungselement (9) mit seiner oberen Fläche im wesentlichen zur Oberfläche der Laufsohle (10) fluchtet, bei dem die Brandsohle (3) im Fersenbereich mit einer Aussparung (5) versehen ist und innerhalb dieser Aussparung (5) ein Absorberelement (6) aufnimmt, welches im wesentlichen oberhalb des Dämpfungselementes (9) angeordnet ist,
wobei das Absorberelement (6) fest mit der Brandsohle (3) verbunden ist, und in der Brandsohle (3) ein weiteres Absorberelement (7) im Bereich des Fußballens ausgebildet ist,
und wobei die Absorberelemente (6, 7) antistatische Eigenschaft aufweisen, so dass eine elektrische Leitung zwischen Decksohle (12) und Laufsohle (10) über den Fersenbereich und über den Ballenbereich erfolgt. - Schuh nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brandsohle (3) im Bereich des weiteren Absorberelements (7) eine Aussparung (7a) zur Aufnahme des Absorberelements (7) aufweist. - Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absorberelemente (6, 7) einen umlaufenden Rand aufweisen, der mit der Brandsohle (3) fest verbunden, vorzugsweise vernäht ist. - Schuh nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Brandsohle (3) eine Decksohle, vorzugsweise aus PUR-Schaum, angeordnet ist, die im Fersenbereich als auch im Fußballenbereich mit dämpfenden Bereichen (12a, 12b) versehen ist. - Schuh nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (6) mit einem Gel auf Polyurethan-Basis versehen ist. - Schuh nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (9) im Fersenbereich der Laufsohle (10) in die Laufsohle (10) eingegossen ist. - Schuh nach wenigstens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (9) aus Latex, insbesondere elektrisch leitfähigem Latex besteht.
