Claims (3)

  1. Fadenschneidvorrichtung (100) für eine Nähmaschine, umfassend:
    ein Schneidmesser (2), welches eine Schneidkante (2a) umfasst und dazu dient, eine Drehung in eine Anfangsposition und in eine Faden-schneidposition, welche von der Anfangsposition zu einer Stichpunktseite hin vorgerückt ist, auszuführen;
    ein bewegliches Messer (3), welches - in dieser Reihenfolge - in die Anfangsposition, in eine Fadenfangposition, welche ausgehend von der Anfangsposition vorgerückt ist, und in die Fadenschneidposition, welche ausgehend von der Fadenfangposition zurückgezogen ist, gedreht wird und dazu dient, einen Spulenfaden (112) und einen Nadelfaden (T1) im Zusammenwirken mit dem Fadenschneidmesser (2) in der Fadenschneidposition zu schneiden; und
    ein Klemmglied (4) zum Zwischenschalten und zum Halten des Spulenfadens (112) zwischen dem Klemmglied (4) und dem beweglichen Messer (3) über eine durch eine elastische Deformation aufgebrachte elastische Kraft, wobei das Klemmglied (4) einen ersten Zwischenschaltbereich (41a) umfasst zum Zwischenschalten des Spulenfadens (112) zwischen dem ersten Zwischenschaltbereich (41a) und dem beweglichen Messer (3), wenn das bewegliche Messer (3) von der Fadenschneidposition in die Anfangsposition zurückgeführt wird,
    wobei das bewegliche Messer (3) einen Fangbereich (3d) umfasst zum Fangen des Spulenfadens (112) in der Fadenfangposition,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führungsnut (3g) an einer innenseitigen Fläche des beweglichen Messers (3) gebildet ist, welche dem Klemmglied (4) gegenüberliegt,
    wobei das Klemmglied (4) einen zweiten Zwischenschaltbereich (41b) umfasst zum Zwischenschalten des Spulenfadens (112) in Anlage an einen ersten Anlagebereich, welcher ausgehend von dem Fangbereich (3d) an einer Spitzenseite des beweglichen Messers (3) bereitgestellt ist, wenn das bewegliche Messer (3) in der Fadenschneidposition platziert ist, und
    wobei der Spulenfaden (112), welcher in der Fadenschneidposition über den zweiten Zwischenschaltbereich (41b) zwischengeschaltet ist, in den ersten Zwischenschaltbereich (41a) überführt und über den ersten Zwischenschaltbereich (41a) gehalten wird, wenn das bewegliche Messers (3) in die Anfangsposition zurückgeführt wird, und
    wobei ein Ende des beweglichen Messers (3) mit dem Fangbereich (3d) des beweglichen Messers (3) verbunden ist und das andere Ende des beweglichen Messers (3) ausgehend von dem einen Ende auf Seiten eines Spitzenendes des beweglichen Messers (3) in einer innenseitigen Fläche des beweglichen Messers (3), welche dem Klemmglied (4) gegenüberliegt, platziert ist.
  2. Fadenschneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Tiefe der Führungsnut (3g) kleiner ist als eine Dicke des Spulenfadens (112).
  3. Fadenschneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Führungsnut (3g) in einer Längsrichtung des beweglichen Messers (3) zwischen dem Fadenfangbereich (3d) und einem zweiten Anlagebereich ausgebildet ist, welcher an dem beweglichen Messer (3) bereitgestellt ist und an einem Spitzenende des Klemmglieds (4) anliegt, wenn das bewegliche Messer (3) in der Anfangsposition platziert ist.
