Claims (8)

  1. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane pour raccordement à un réseau de distribution avec deux parties de vase (2, 3), qui sont raccordées l'une à l'autre de manière étanche à la pression et aux fluides dans une zone de liaison périphérique (4), dans lequel l'espace interne du vase fermé formé par les deux parties de vase (2, 3) est séparé par une membrane (6) plate ou en forme de demi-coque en un espace d'eau (7) et un espace de gaz (8), dans lequel l'espace d'eau (7) peut être relié au réseau de distribution via une tubulure de raccordement (5), dans lequel la membrane (6) est formée d'une matière plastique d'au moins une couche et est reliée sur son bord externe (10) à la périphérie à un élément d'étanchéité (11), dans lequel le bord externe (10) de la membrane (6) est intégré de manière étanche aux fluides à l'élément d'étanchéité (11, 11') dans la zone de liaison (4) entre les deux parties de vase (2, 3), caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) est appliqué sur le bord externe (10) et en ce que la membrane est formée d'une matière plastique imperméable aux gaz.

    le bord externe (10) de la membrane (6) est relié à un élément d'étanchéité (11) sur la face supérieure et sur la face inférieure, respectivement.
  3. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'étanchéité (11') est conformé en C et enserre le bord externe (10) de la membrane (6) sur la face supérieure et la face inférieure.
  4. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'étanchéité (11, 11') est constitué d'une mousse étanche appliquée sur la bord externe (10) de la membrane (6).
  5. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon la
    revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les deux parties de vase (2, 3) sont reliées l'une à l'autre avec adaptation de formes dans la zone de liaison (4) par serrage du bord externe (10) de la membrane (6).
  6. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la membrane (6) est formée d'un mélange de matières plastiques.
  7. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la membrane (6) est formée d'un matériau composite d'au moins deux couches avec une première couche en matière plastique élastique et une deuxième couche reliée à la première couche et formée d'une matière plastique élastique imperméable aux gaz.
  8. Vase d'expansion à pression de membrane selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la membrane (6) présente une structure à trois couches, dans laquelle la troisième couche est constituée d'une matière plastique élastique.
