Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlsystem (1) in einem Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Kühlkreislauf, in welchem zumindest ein Verbrennungsmotor (2), eine Pumpe (3) und eine Kühleinrichtung (4) angeordnet sind, wobei
- eine die Pumpe (3) umgehende Kurzschlussleitung (5) vorgesehen ist, die eine Druckseite mit einer Saugseite der Pumpe (3) verbindet,
- im Bereich der Kurzschlussleitung (5) eine Ventileinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die zumindest zwischen zwei Stellungen verstellbar ist,
- in der ersten Stellung der gesamte Kühlmittelstrom durch die Kurzschlussleitung (5) und in der zweiten Stellung vorzugsweise der gesamte Kühlmittelstrom durch den Verbrennungsmotor (2) und nicht durch die Kurzschlussleitung (5) strömt.
