Definitions
- the invention relates to a catch lever for a trigger device, in particular in the handle of a closure and a security device having firearm, in particular rapid firearm, wherein the catch between a lock arresting the locking position and the lock is not locked position adjustable.
- the sear (s) When the trigger (a) is operated, the sear (s) lowers until it releases the lug; The lock is released and the weapon starts with continuous fire. If the trigger (a) is released, then the sear (s) jumps back up into its locking position, behind the latching lugs and holds the shutter in its fire-ready position (rear position). The sustained fire breaks off.
- a pure trigger guard is often used, although precludes the unintentional actuation of the trigger, but not a yielding of the Abzugsss Hecks due to acceleration forces, for example, when the loaded, tensioned and deducted machine gun falls from a truck.
- the further malfunction may occur here that the weapon fires uncontrollably even with interrupted trigger action.
- High actuating forces of the actuator for the safety device may cause the fuse to jam the locking finger (i) in the catch lever (f) so that the sear (s) remains out of engagement with the detent lug on the catch.
- This malfunction may occur when the shutter is back on its way forward immediately after the trigger operation, and a power failure causes the trigger to be released at the same time and the actuator acting on the fuse will return it to its "safe" position. Position presses.
- the catch lever (f) and the sear (s) are in their release position, and the securing finger (i) dips into the securing recess on the securing device (here: the backup roller (w)).
- the backup roller (w) in the direction of "safe” blocks the locking finger (i) their travel and the edge of the securing recess may be pressed so firmly against the securing finger (i) that the catch lever (f) despite spring action not can move into its locking position.
- the catch lever (f) is jammed over the securing finger (i) and the cap moves freely firing back and forth until the ammunition supply is interrupted (see Fig. 9 ).
- a securing element is provided, which cooperates with the securing device (for example, a backup roller) so that it is always - regardless of the position of the closure or the catch lever - can be brought into their secure position.
- the safety device can act both on the trigger and on the catch lever.
- an additional spring element is required to ensure the locking function, and the sling and its pivoting suspension must receive the full force of the leading closure.
- the relatively small catch and its suspension are exposed to high dynamic loads. A possible breakage or failure of the sling, its suspension in the catch lever and / or the spring element have the effect in the worst case on the weapon function, that fires the weapon regardless of the position of the fuse and the trigger until the entire ammunition is fired.
- the force of the spring element must be matched exactly to the force acting on the catch spring force. Otherwise, the catch driving over the catch also presses the catch lever down into the handle. This may interfere with the interaction of the fuse element with the backup roller.
- the invention provides an improved catch lever, namely with the subject of the present claim 1, ie with a catch lever with the features mentioned, in which the catch lever has a securing element which is adjustable relative to the catch between a release and a backup position.
- the securing element assumes its release position when the returning closure engages the catch lever and exerts an actuating action on the securing element in the rearward direction. In this position (the release position), the securing element does not attack the securing device, even if it assumes its security, and the catch lever can be brought into its non-arresting position. This means that the closure after the firing - recoil caused - or can be brought unhindered over the sinking catch lever for back loading
- the fuse element takes its backup position in auf Maisdem on the catch lever or on this adjacent closure, when the closure exerts an actuating action on the securing element in the forward direction and adjusted in the securing position.
- the securing element engages the securing device, if this simultaneously assumes its safe position, and sets the catch lever itself in its locked position.
- the catch lever can be robust and stable designed for the high stresses that occur when interacting with the closure, while the fuse element does not have to endure high mechanical stress through the closure, but can be designed especially with regard to the reliable interaction with the safety device.
- this arrangement allows actuation of the securing device in any functional state of the weapon, without components of the fuse element and the actual securing device collide with each other.
- the catching function of the stable sear stroke on the catch lever is not impaired in case of a malfunction of the securing element. That is, the risk of unchecked continued shooting weapon, in which the trigger is not operated, is largely excluded compared to the known from the prior art solutions, at least significantly reduced.
- a weapon with such a catch lever can also be loaded in the secured state, and the safety device of the weapon is effectively operable in any functional condition.
- the embodiment according to claim 2 has the advantage that the securing element only assumes its securing position when the closure rests from behind on the catch lever and thus on the securing element.
- the catch lever is freely movable in all other positions of the shutter and there is no danger of malfunction: Example the above-mentioned jamming of the closure on the catch lever.
- the solution according to claim 3 has the advantage that the catch lever can be lowered in securing its captive safety device exclusively by means of the returning shutter by the shutter brings the fuse element from its backup position in its release position and makes the catch lever so mobile.
- the securing element has a first adjusting element, which cooperates with the closure and over which it is adjustable in its securing position, and a securing part which acts on the securing device.
- First actuator and security part can be designed and arranged as required for their respective function (claim 4).
- the securing element is arranged in the region of a sear formed on the catch, engaging in the locking position on the closure sear.
- a sear is particularly suitable to attack stably on the closure. Due to the arrangement of the securing element in this area, the closure with the same effective areas, which allow its locking on the sear or on the catch lever, cause the adjustment of the fuse element in the backup position.
- the reliability of the security element is increased again by the stress of the first control element is reduced. This is achieved by the fact that the first actuator is located in fitting trim inside the sear profile.
- the blocking or locking function on the closure is exerted exclusively on the sear; the securing element does not experience any additional loads and, in particular, does not absorb any loads applied by the closing spring via the closure to the catch lever or the withdrawal lugs.
- a second actuating element is provided on the securing element, which is entrained by the returning closure and thereby the securing element itself is adjustable in its release position, so that a securing part is also in the assumed security position of the securing element outside the effective range of the security device.
- the second control element is designed as a control cam, which cooperates with a corresponding control profile on the closure.
- Control cam and control profile can be precisely coordinated with each other, for example, to ensure that the emergency and auxiliary latching functions of the shutter on the catch lever remain unaffected.
- a corresponding control profile can also be retrofitted to already available closure elements, in particular milled.
- the design of the fuse element as a slide according to claim 9 allows a functionally reliable, shielded arrangement of the fuse element in the catch lever.
- the sliding direction is approximately in the direction of the closure, whereby the stress of the securing element can be kept as low as possible when actuated by the closure.
- the claims 10 to 13 relate to an embodiment in which the securing element is designed as a pivot lever.
- the pivot axis extends transversely to the direction of the closure (claim 10). This also runs for the pivot lever, the actuating direction according to the direction of the closure.
- the actuating direction (the auf Maisden closure) can be deflected in a different direction of securing the second lever arm.
- the two lever arms for example, form an angle to each other.
- the travel and the safety path can be of different lengths.
- the Adjusting element having first lever arm is formed shorter than the securing member having second lever arm, the travel can be comparatively short and the required Sich ceremoniessweg be designed by the appropriate choice of leverage so long that sufficiently large distances are available to the effective range of the safety device to leave or get into this.
- the securing part with respect to the required active surfaces and its mechanical stress correspondingly large or stable be formed.
- the pivot axis can in one embodiment by the center of gravity of the pivot lever, so this is dynamically balanced, i. Transverse accelerations acting on the weapon can not bring the pivoting lever out of its securing position.
- the self-locking design of the relevant for the securing effect active surfaces on the security part or the corresponding counter surface on the security device further increases the security effect. It prevents - even with a high load of the sear against the securing effect - the effective surface of the security part and the opposite surface of the security device can slide off each other and so the backup function can be disturbed. Such loads can occur, for example, at high dynamic loads (blows) on the weapon or when the trigger with high force against the securing effect should act on the catch lever; for example, when the trigger is operated by a motor against the securing device.
- Claim 13 relates to a trigger device with a catch lever according to the invention.
- the claim 14 relates to a handle with a trigger device according to the invention, which can be replaced, for example, with appropriate design against a conventional handle without the specified security functions. It is provided with one or more interfaces, via which the trigger or the securing device can be coupled directly or indirectly with an actuating element for the actuation thereof.
- a weapon with such a handle is particularly suitable for a so-called weapon station.
- Claim 15 finally relates to a weapon with a catch lever according to the invention, a trigger device according to the invention or a handle according to the invention.
- Fig. 1 the handle 1 is attached to a housing of a weapon, not shown, in which a movement path for the shutter 3 partially shown is defined.
- the trajectory of the closure runs along the axis of the soul. 5
- the handle has at its front a trigger guard 7, in which from the top of the handle 1, a trigger 9 dips, which is pivotally mounted about a transverse axis of the axis 5 to the trigger axis 11 in the handle 1.
- the upper spring leg 19 presses a two-armed catch lever 21 at its rear lever arm 23 attacking counterclockwise upwards in its locking position.
- the front lever arm 25 extends above the trigger axis 11 and a trigger roller 27, which sits on the trigger 9.
- the catching lever 21 itself is pivotally mounted in the handle 1 on a lever axis 29 running transversely to the axis of the soul 5.
- a sear 31 is shown, which represents a detent lug 33 on the closure 3 and this holds in its cocked fireproof position ( Fig. 1 ).
- release latch 53 When lowering the rear end 23 of the catch lever 21 whose front end 21 is raised and engaged at a catch catch 51 provided there by a release latch 53.
- the release latch 53 is suspended by a pin 54 against the force of a pawl spring 55 pivotally on the trigger 9. After releasing the trigger, the release latch 53 holds the rear end 23 and the sear 31 of the catch lever 21 outside the path of movement of the shutter (position Fig. 5 ).
- the withdrawal device of the first embodiment ( Fig. 1 ) is arranged in the rear end of the rear lever arm 23, a slider 101, the rear end face 103 forms an actuating element on which the adjacent detent lugs 33 can engage.
- the slider 101 In its rest position (II), the slider 101 is under the action of a running inside the rear lever arm 23 spring assembly 104 by the amount D backwards out of the rear lever arm 23 out.
- the latching lug 33 of the closure 3 pressing against the rear end face 103 of the slide 101 from behind displaces the slide 101 against the action of the spring arrangement 104 approximately in the direction of the core axis 5 by the amount D in the rear lever arm 23 into the securing position I of the slide.
- its rear end face 103 closes with the rear end face of the sear 31, so that the control element lies completely inside the sear profile.
- the rear end face of the sear 31 prevents the closure moves further forward when the sear 31 is in its locking position (see Fig. 1 . 2 and 3 ). At the same time it is thus ensured that the slider 101 itself is only slightly loaded by the leading or adjacent closure 3.
- the load of the slide 101 itself results only from the restoring force of the spring assembly 104, which must overcome the leading closure 3.
- the substantial load and stress through the closure 3, on the other hand, is experienced by the sear 31 or the catch lever 21. This also minimizes the risk of overload or malfunction of the slider 101.
- the slider 101 has from the adjusting element (here: its rear end face 103), starting from a downwardly extending finger 105, which forms a securing part and with a Securing device 40 cooperates.
- the illustrated securing device 40 comprises a securing roller 41, which is provided with a recess 43. Rotationally fixed to the backup roller 41, a latching tab 45 and a protruding from the housing (not shown) actuating lever is connected, via which the backup roller 41 between the "safe" - and the firing position can be rotated. These two positions are defined by two recesses 49 on the latching tab 45 and a fixedly arranged resilient latching arrangement 47, which engages in one of the two recesses 49.
- the locking tab 45 has a securing lug 46.
- the securing lug 46 behind a corresponding securing extension 10, which projects from the trigger 9 to the rear in the housing 1.
- a two-armed pivot lever 201 is provided instead of the slider 101, which is arranged around a transverse to the axis of the soul 5 pivot axis 202 in the rear lever arm 23 of the catch lever 21.
- An upper lever arm 203 of the pivot lever 201 forms with its rear end face the adjusting element on which the detent lugs 33 adjusted at Abzugss Heck 31 closure 3, the pivot lever 201 against the force of a spring assembly 204 in the backup position, so that a lower lever 205 of the Swing lever 201 as a securing part in the effective range of the securing device 40 moves (see FIGS. 2 and 3 ).
- the upper pivoting lever arm 203 completely immersed in the profile of the draw-off lug 31st
- this safety device is analogous to the safety device described in connection with the first embodiment.
- the pivot lever 201 With the pivot lever 201, however, very short travel paths of the upper lever arm 203 can be realized by the lower lever arm 205 is formed longer than the upper lever arm 203. A short pivoting of the upper lever arm 203 causes a long pivoting path of the lower lever arm 205 out.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 show a further embodiment of a handle 1, which in its construction and in its function substantially in the FIGS. 2 to 7 shown handle corresponds.
- a pivot lever 301 is provided to the lower lever arm 305 engages a spring assembly 304 (in the rear end 23 of the catch lever 21).
- This spring assembly 304 pushes the pivot lever 301 counterclockwise in its backup position. This means that the catch lever 21 - regardless of the position of the closure 3 - is always held in its locking position when the securing device 40 assumes its security (see FIG. 8 and 9 ).
- a second control element 306 is formed here as a control cam.
- First and second actuator 303, 306 are pivotable together about the pivot axis 302. That is, the pivot lever 301 can be deflected via the second actuator 306. If this happens in a clockwise direction, the lower lever arm 305 disengages from the securing device 40 and releases the catching lever 21, so that its rear end 23 or the withdrawal lug 31 can be lowered.
- FIG. 9 shows a closure position, in the returning closure 3 (in the direction of arrow) with the control profile 307 on the control cam (the second actuator 306) engages and the pivot lever 301 in the clockwise direction against the spring assembly 304 deflects and brings the pivot lever 301 in its release position (II), in it does not engage with its lower lever arm 305 on the securing device 40.
- the detent lug 33 pushes the rear end 23 of the catch lever down.
- the shutter 3 moves back so far until the second actuator 306 (the control cam) is incident in a recess 307a of the control profile 307.
- the catch lever 31 is pressed under the action of the trigger spring (leg spring 13) with its rear end 23 upwards.
- the sear 31 falls in front of the detent lug 33 and blocks the flow of the shutter 3.
- the pivot lever 301 assumes its backup position again and the catch lever 21 is blocked in its locked position, as long as the securing device 40 is in its safety.
- the spring assembly 304 also presses the front edge of the Raststollens 33 on the upper Schwenkhebelarm 303 and pushes it into the profile of the sear 31 (see FIGS. 2 to 7 illustrated second embodiment).
- the second actuating element (the control cam 306) in this embodiment allows reliable control of the pivoting lever 301 without the spring arrangement 304 (FIG. Fig. 8 and 9 ). Because the pivot lever 301 is reliably brought in returning cover 3 by the control profile 307 in its release position ( FIG. 9 ) and in the leading shutter on one of the locking lug 33, which acts on the first adjusting element 303 (upper Schwenkhebelarm), and the securing element 301 (pivot lever) in its securing position brings (see FIG. 8 ). That is, the desired backup function is reliably ensured without spring assembly 304 or even in case of malfunction (broken springs).
- the securing device is designed as a rotatable securing roller 41 with corresponding recesses 43.
- the securing device is designed as a sliding safety, in which a corresponding securing profile is formed either transversely to the axis of the soul 5 or parallel to the axis of the soul 5.
- Such a safety slide then has a corresponding securing profile with recesses and active surfaces, which cooperates analogously to the described backup roller 41 with the fuse element 21 arranged on the fuse element (for example, a slider 101 or a pivot lever 201).
- Such a safety slide can also be coupled directly with a corresponding actuator or an actuator which controls the weapon, for example, in a weapon station.
- 9 separate interfaces are provided on the trigger, where such actuators or actuators can be arranged.
- a fourth embodiment of a handle 1 with a catch lever 21 according to the invention is in the Figures 10-12 shown.
- This is a so-called machine grip, which is used for example in a weapon, which is used in a so-called weapon station.
- the trigger 109 is formed here by a pulling piece 109a fastened to an actuating rod 109c with a trigger element 109b hinged thereto.
- Fang lever 21 and pivot lever 201 correspond in their function - with slightly modified geometry - in connection with the Figures 2-7 illustrated embodiment.
- the backup roller 40 is here by a Fuse slide 140 replaced, which is actuated via a locking bar 141.
- FIG. 10 shows the handle 1, in which the securing device 140 occupies its firing position (unlocked).
- the actuators or the safety bar 141 and the trigger bar 109c are controlled so that in a malfunction (power failure, cable break, other malfunction) the trigger bar 109c is adjusted against the direction of the arrow (set fire) and the safety slide 140 in the in Fig. 11 and 12 shown safe position is brought. This is always possible by the catch lever 21 according to the invention, without the closure position or movement must be observed. Malfunction and the position of the trigger bar 109c of the fuse bar 141 and the fuse slide 140 can be detected by sensors and corresponding signals are processed in a controller.

Description
The invention relates to a catch lever for a trigger device, in particular in the handle of a closure and a security device having firearm, in particular rapid firearm, wherein the catch between a lock arresting the locking position and the lock is not locked position adjustable.
Fig. 8 ).
- Below the path of movement of the closure (not shown) is a handle in which a trigger (a) is pivotally mounted. Whose transverse pivot axis is located in the upper middle region of the trigger, so that the rear, upper trigger part when pressing the trigger back a curved path. This rear, upper part of the trigger acts on the front end of a catch lever (f), which in turn is mounted, pivotable about a transverse axis, in the weapon housing or in the handle. The rear end of the catch lever (f) is designed as a sear (s). If the trigger (a) is pivoted by a spring to its rest position forward, then swing the front end of the catch lever (f) - also under spring action - down, and its rear end with the sear (s) upwards. This position of the trigger lug is the locking position (see
Fig. 8 ). Trigger (a) and catch lever (f) can each be cushioned or biased by its own or a common spring and are pressed by this in their rest position (trigger) or their locking position (catch lever).
Now, when the shutter is withdrawn from its forward position, it moves with its underside the sear (s) and thus the rear end of the catch lever (f) down while he runs over the sear (s). If a locking lug, at the bottom is formed of the closure, has run over the sear (s), then this snaps up and behind the catch lugs. The weapon is now excited and ready to fire.
Das Dauerfeuer bricht dadurch ab.When the trigger (a) is operated, the sear (s) lowers until it releases the lug; The lock is released and the weapon starts with continuous fire. If the trigger (a) is released, then the sear (s) jumps back up into its locking position, behind the latching lugs and holds the shutter in its fire-ready position (rear position). The sustained fire breaks off.
As a backup, a pure trigger guard is often used, although precludes the unintentional actuation of the trigger, but not a yielding of the Abzugssstollens due to acceleration forces, for example, when the loaded, tensioned and deducted machine gun falls from a truck.
Fully automatic weapons, which work according to the functional principle described above, are increasingly used in so-called weapon stations. In these, the lafettierten weapons are remotely aligned via actuators and actuated by acting on trigger and safety device actuators (e.g., electromagnetic). In order to provide the greatest possible security here as well, these actuators are designed such that in the event of malfunction (for example, power failure) the triggering operation is interrupted and the safety device is set to "safe" regardless of the state of the weapon.
In this extraction device, an additional spring element is required to ensure the locking function, and the sling and its pivoting suspension must receive the full force of the leading closure. The relatively small catch and its suspension are exposed to high dynamic loads. A possible breakage or failure of the sling, its suspension in the catch lever and / or the spring element have the effect in the worst case on the weapon function, that fires the weapon regardless of the position of the fuse and the trigger until the entire ammunition is fired. In addition, the force of the spring element must be matched exactly to the force acting on the catch spring force. Otherwise, the catch driving over the catch also presses the catch lever down into the handle. This may interfere with the interaction of the fuse element with the backup roller.
In contrast, the invention provides an improved catch lever, namely with the subject of the
In this position (the release position), the securing element does not attack the securing device, even if it assumes its security, and the catch lever can be brought into its non-arresting position. This means that the closure after the firing - recoil caused - or can be brought unhindered over the sinking catch lever for back loading
The fuse element, however, takes its backup position in auflaufendem on the catch lever or on this adjacent closure, when the closure exerts an actuating action on the securing element in the forward direction and adjusted in the securing position. In this position (the backup position), the securing element engages the securing device, if this simultaneously assumes its safe position, and sets the catch lever itself in its locked position.
In this solution, the functions "locking the shutter by the catch lever" and the actual backup function "fixing the catch lever in the locking position" constructively independent, so that each component or component (here: the catch and the fuse element) optimal for its task can be designed and designed.
The catch lever can be robust and stable designed for the high stresses that occur when interacting with the closure, while the fuse element does not have to endure high mechanical stress through the closure, but can be designed especially with regard to the reliable interaction with the safety device.
At the same time this arrangement allows actuation of the securing device in any functional state of the weapon, without components of the fuse element and the actual securing device collide with each other.
Furthermore, the catching function of the stable sear stroke on the catch lever is not impaired in case of a malfunction of the securing element. That is, the risk of unchecked continued shooting weapon, in which the trigger is not operated, is largely excluded compared to the known from the prior art solutions, at least significantly reduced.
Finally, a weapon with such a catch lever can also be loaded in the secured state, and the safety device of the weapon is effectively operable in any functional condition.
The developments according to the
The embodiment according to claim 2 has the advantage that the securing element only assumes its securing position when the closure rests from behind on the catch lever and thus on the securing element. In other words, the catch lever is freely movable in all other positions of the shutter and there is no danger of malfunction: Example the above-mentioned jamming of the closure on the catch lever. The solution according to
The securing element has a first adjusting element, which cooperates with the closure and over which it is adjustable in its securing position, and a securing part which acts on the securing device. First actuator and security part can be designed and arranged as required for their respective function (claim 4).
In accordance with
Due to the development according to claim 6, the reliability of the security element is increased again by the stress of the first control element is reduced. This is achieved by the fact that the first actuator is located in fitting trim inside the sear profile. The blocking or locking function on the closure is exerted exclusively on the sear; the securing element does not experience any additional loads and, in particular, does not absorb any loads applied by the closing spring via the closure to the catch lever or the withdrawal lugs.
In the embodiment according to
According to claim 8, the second control element is designed as a control cam, which cooperates with a corresponding control profile on the closure. Control cam and control profile can be precisely coordinated with each other, for example, to ensure that the emergency and auxiliary latching functions of the shutter on the catch lever remain unaffected. In addition, a corresponding control profile can also be retrofitted to already available closure elements, in particular milled.
The design of the fuse element as a slide according to
The
The pivot axis extends transversely to the direction of the closure (claim 10). This also runs for the pivot lever, the actuating direction according to the direction of the closure.
Due to the design as a two-armed pivoting lever according to
If the lever arms have different lengths, as indicated in claim 12, then the travel and the safety path can be of different lengths. Especially when the the Adjusting element having first lever arm is formed shorter than the securing member having second lever arm, the travel can be comparatively short and the required Sicherungsweg be designed by the appropriate choice of leverage so long that sufficiently large distances are available to the effective range of the safety device to leave or get into this. Thus, the securing part with respect to the required active surfaces and its mechanical stress correspondingly large or stable be formed.
The pivot axis can in one embodiment by the center of gravity of the pivot lever, so this is dynamically balanced, i. Transverse accelerations acting on the weapon can not bring the pivoting lever out of its securing position.
The self-locking design of the relevant for the securing effect active surfaces on the security part or the corresponding counter surface on the security device further increases the security effect.
The claim 14 relates to a handle with a trigger device according to the invention, which can be replaced, for example, with appropriate design against a conventional handle without the specified security functions. It is provided with one or more interfaces, via which the trigger or the securing device can be coupled directly or indirectly with an actuating element for the actuation thereof. A weapon with such a handle is particularly suitable for a so-called weapon station.

- When loaded weapon of the
shutter 3 is located with itsdetent lug 33 on the rear end face of theAbzugssstollens 31 and therear end face 103 of theslider 101, which occupies the backup position (position I). Thefinger 105 is here in the effective range of the securingdevice 40. Therecess 43 in the securingroller 41 is in the "safe" position (position A). Thefinger 105 rests with its active surface 105 a on the outer peripheral surface of the securingroller 41. Thus, theslider 101 supports therear lever arm 23 and thus the sear 31 down against thebackup roller 41 from. The sear can not be removed from its locked position; not even if the additional trigger safety, which is formed by the securinglug 46 and the securingextension 10, would be omitted and thetrigger 9 would be actuated. - If now the securing
device 40 is brought into its "fire" position by turning the securingroller 41, therecess 43 assumes the position B and is located in the region of thefinger 105; At the same time, the securinglug 46 assumes a position lying outside the effective range of the securing extension 10 (in FIGFig. 1 not shown, see analogFig. 3 ). - Now, if the
trigger 9 is actuated, thefront lever arm 25 of thecatch lever 21 is pressed clockwise upward on the take-offroller 27 and therear lever arm 23 is pivoted with the sear 31 and theslider 101 down into thehousing 1. Thefinger 105 enters therecess 43 in thebackup roller 41, theshutter 3 is released and moves forward (see analogFig. 4 ). - In this case, the
front lever arm 25 is caught with thecatch 51 in therelease latch 53, so that thecatch lever 21 remains with the sear 31 with thetrigger 9 released within the handle 1 (this position is analogous toFig. 5 shown). - The
slider 101 assumes its rest position, in which itsrear end face 103 protrudes to the rear from the sear 31 and thefinger 105 extends outside the effective range of the securing device 40 (position II, in FIGFig. 1 shown in solid lines). - In normal weapon function, the forward moving
shutter 3 introduces a new cartridge, is then thrown backwards by the recoil generated during firing, thereby triggering thetrigger pawl 53, which releases thecatch 51. This moves - under the action of theupper spring leg 19 of the leg spring 13 - thecatch lever 21 with itsrear lever arm 23 upwards. The returningshutter 5 displaces therear lever arm 23 back down and that over appropriately trained run-off slopes 32 which extend approximately from the Raststollenkante obliquely backwards above. In this case, the closing spring is stretched until the movement of theclosure 3 is reversed again and thedetent lug 33 rests against the rear end face of the sear 31, thereby displacing theslider 101 at its rear end face 103 forwards into therear lever arm 23. - In a malfunction (misfire, malfunction in the flow, etc.), the
shutter 3 does not run back, but remains between the trigger assembly and cartridge chamber. Also in this case, the securingdevice 40 can be actuated, since thefinger 105 is in its rest position II outside the effective range of thebackup roller 41. Theslider 101 does not hinder the operation of the securingdevice 40. The securingdevice 40 can be moved out of the "fire" position into the "safe" position. - To remedy the malfunction, the shutter is returned manually (fully charged). When loading is also the
trigger pawl 53 is actuated and therear lever arm 23 dives with the sear 31 from the housing profile upwards in the movement path of the closure. The loading is possible even in the "safe" position of the securingdevice 40, since theslider 101 is located with thefinger 105 in its rest position II outside the effective range of the securingdevice 40 and the load exerted on therear lever arm 23 during lowering of thebackup roller 41 is not obstructed. - After loading the latching
lug 33 of theshutter 3 is again on the sear 31 of thecatch lever 21, after he has previously moved theslider 101 on therear end face 103 engaging in thecatch lever 21 into its backup position I. The finger 105 (in its backup position inFig. 5 dashed lines) is in the effective range of the securingdevice 40 and the weapon is immediately in the secure state. - Now all the necessary work in the front of the weapon can safely be performed without the
shutter 3 can solve by accidentally pressing thetrigger 9. - About the relative to the sear 31
adjustable slider 101 with the attacking on the securingdevice 40finger 105 ensures the following: First, the gun can be loaded in a secure state, since theslider 101 with thefinger 105 only in the effective range of thesecurity device 40 is when theshutter 3 with itsdetent lug 33, therear end face 103 of theslider 101 has pushed so far into thecatch lever 21 until it is flush with the rear end face of theAbzugssstollens 31 and the detent lugs 33 thus abuts the sear 31. On the other hand, the weapon can be secured in any condition, even if theshutter 3 is in front of the handle and therear lever arm 23 is lowered in the handle 2, since theslider 101 in its rest position II with thefinger 105 outside the Effective range of the securingdevice 40 runs.

The functionality of this safety device is analogous to the safety device described in connection with the first embodiment.

In the embodiments described above, the securing device is designed as a
