Abstract

On a counter (10) having supports (20) at the front, bearing blocks (40) are located at the support ends, on which a seized front pane (15) can be pivoted by means of a holder profile between a closed position (15.1) when the counter body is covered and an open position when the counter body is freely accessible. The support (20) is located in the front region of the counter body. The pivot axis (18) for the front pane (15) runs horizontally. In order to support the pivoting movement of the front pane (15), a lifting aid (50) is provided. In order to improve the counter (10), it is proposed to use two open partial profiles (21, 31), which in the closed position (15.1) are directed toward each other with the openings thereof and enclose a hollow space (28) between them. Said hollow space (28) is used to receive the lifting aid (50) in the closed position (15.1). The one open partial profile (21) is idle and part of the support (20), while the other (31) also moves during pivoting and is part of the holder profile (30). The holder profile (30) holds the lateral edge of the front pane (15) and together with the support (20) is disposed in a vertical plane. The horizontal pivot axis (18) runs perpendicularly to said plane.

Description

The invention is directed to a counter specified in the preamble of claim 1. Art in this counter there is a sitting on the actual counter body essay, which is bounded on the front by a pivoting windshield and up through a resting horizontal tray. The shelf and the windscreen are usually made of transparent material, such as glass, to allow the customer to view the goods deposited on the counter body. This consideration is disturbed in the known counters.

A well-known counter of this kind is in Fig. 13 shown, to which reference is made. There sits a bearing block 40 'for the pivotal movement of the windshield 15' on a horizontal support section 70, which 'engages around an upper edge 35 of the windshield 15'. To control the pivoting movement 71 serving lifting aids 50 'are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the holding profile 70 level. In order to cover the lifting aids 50 'in the closed position of the windshield 15', they must be arranged either inside the front upstanding support 20 'or inside the support arms 16', which carry a cover plate 16 '. In the transition area between the closed front panel 15 'and the tray 16' extends the aforementioned holding profile 70 for the front window 15 ', which obstructs the consideration of the goods for the customer located on the front of the counter. Such a disturbing retaining profile 70, which is in some cases still an additional resting cover at the front end of the tray 16 'is opposite, the important task in the closed position to close a gap between the front glass 15' and the tray 16 '. In this known counter 10 'is the horizontal pivot axis 18' of the front panel 15 'behind the closed windshield 15', if you look at the counter 10 'from the front.

There are counters of another kind, where instead of a flat front screen a so-called panoramic screen is used. The panoramic window consists of two sections, which are integrally formed and merge into one another via a curvature course. These two sections have a dual function. The first section acts as a windshield and the second section forms the shelf. That is from the DE 32 35 371 A1 or DE 32 24 721 A1 seen. Because of the one-piece, there are no dirt gaps and no impairment at the sight of the goods presented in the counter body, but the panoramic window is very expensive and has a high weight. The high weight makes the pivoting movement more difficult. Seen from a front-side viewer, lies in the closed position, the horizontal pivot axis of the panoramic window far behind its front disc portion.

As the DE 40 04 796 C1 shows, there are also counters with panoramic windows, where the supports instead of the front in the rear area of the counter body protrude. Such back supports hinder the loading of the counter and its handling by an operator who is on the back of the counter. In this regard, the counters mentioned above with the generically mentioned in claim 1 front supports are cheaper.

The DE 295 11 331 U1 shows a counter of another kind, in which not only the front screen pivotally, but also the horizontal tray are slidably mounted. The pivoting on the one hand and the pushing on the other hand are coupled together and require a space-consuming transmission. The invisible arrangement of a lifting aid for pivoting the front panel is not possible at this counter, because the horizontal pivot axis for the windscreen is positioned in the disc plane.

From the DE 90 04 215 U1 is a counter known that has no support arms at the free end of their supports. A resting, horizontal shelf is not provided. The local support consists of a U-profile and a cover strip attached thereto. Inside the U-profile sit foot-side fasteners for the support and a support bracket for a lifting aid for a swivel front window, the pivot bearing sits in the U-profile inside. When swiveling the windscreen, the lifting aid remains inside the profile interior closed by the cover strip from the U-profile. For this, the U-profile must have a correspondingly large profile width. This requires a high cost of profile material and causes correspondingly high costs.

The invention is based on the object at a counter referred to in the preamble of claim 1 type to allow trouble-free viewing of the presented goods from the front of the counter and thereby make invisible to the pivoting movement of the windshield lifting aids. This is inventively achieved by the measures listed in claim 1, which have the following special significance.

In the invention, two mutually cooperating open part profiles are provided, which are directed with their openings against each other and hereinafter referred to as "open sub-profiles" to be called. The one open partial profile is part of the support and the other part of the holding profile for the windscreen, which is not the horizontal upper edge of the windscreen, but the vertical lateral edge of the windscreen embraces. The holding profile and the lifting aid are located in a common vertical plane, which is perpendicular to the windscreen. In the pivot position of the windshield, the two open sub-profiles form a cavity between them, which serves to receive the lifting aid. The profile of the support and the holding profile of the disc together produce a receptacle to make the lifting aid invisible in the closed position. Then adjoins the shelf without disturbing foreign profiles directly to the windscreen. Thus, for a viewer on the front, even in this transitional area between the pane and the plate, the viewing of the goods presented in the counter body is not hindered by cover material that does not cover the material.

In the invention, the horizontal pivot axis is arranged in a plane located in front of the windscreen, when looking at the counter from the front side. This leads to a large tilt angle between the closed and open position of the windscreen. In the open position, the windscreen is pivoted far up and allows a comfortable cleaning of the counter body from the front side. The lifting aids reliably support the windscreen in its open position. Because of the far forward set pivot axis, the front edge zone of the shelf can project beyond the front window. Thus, the gap between the windscreen and the tray is well covered and the risk of contamination of the interior of the counter prevented. Additional covering agent is not required in the invention.

For the aforementioned wide upward pivoting of the windshield is favored when its horizontal pivot axis is arranged in front of or in the region of the front boundary of the shelf. It is recommended that the bearing block, on which sits the horizontal pivot axis of the windscreen to build from two connecting links, of which one member sits on the support. This will be referred to hereinafter as the "support connection member". The other member of the bearing block sits on the holding profile of the windshield, which is why it should be referred to below as a "disk-connection member". At the aforementioned disc connecting member is a pivot stop.

In the closed position of the windshield, this pivot stop abuts a counter-pivot stop, which is located on the support connection member. For a compact design, it is desirable to integrate the disk-side point of attack of the lifting aid, which may consist of a pivot point of the gas spring, in the disk connection member.

It is advantageous to form the last-mentioned members of the bearing block in the following manner. The disk connection member should be an L-angle, one L-leg forms the bearing for the horizontal pivot axis. The other L-leg creates the point of attack of the lifting aid. If a gas spring is used as a lifting aid, this additional L-leg may be the point of articulation of this gas spring. The aforementioned disc connecting member of the bearing block is arranged in that L-leg, where the point of attack for the lifting aid is located. The attachment of the L-leg takes place in the bottom of the web wall by a U-shaped part profile of the disc holding profile. It is useful to make the end of the L-leg forked. Then, in fact, each fork can produce a bearing tab for articulating the associated gas pressure spring end. This bearing lobe supplements the L-elbow from the disk connection member to a Z-shape.

Nach der Montage des Thekenbeschlages liegt die vordere Kante der Ablageplatte an dieser Rippe an.The post connection member from the bearing block is formed as a plate which sits after its attachment to the upper front end of the support. The mounting end of the support bracket for the tray is advantageously sandwiched between the plate of the support connection member from the bearing block on the one hand and the upper end face of the support on the other hand clamped. On the upper surface of the plate from the column connection member sits a towering rib. After fitting the counter fitting, the front edge of the shelf lies against this rib.

The Fig. 1 shows the perspective view of the counter according to the invention 10. The counter 10 consists of a base forming the counter body 11, which is indicated only by dashed lines, and from a seated thereon counter top 12, with which the invention is concerned. To the front side 13 of the counter 10 is located in the counter top 12 a pivoting front windscreen 15. Die Fig. 1 shows the windscreen 15 in one by a Auxiliary line 15.1 illustrated closed position. As a result, the counter interior 17 is protected from the counter front side 13, but the goods presented there are clearly visible to the observer located on the front side 13 through the disc 15.

The counter interior 17 is closed at the top by a shelf 16, which advantageously also consists of glass and therefore allows a good front view of the presented goods. While the tray 16 rests, the windscreen 15 is at an in Fig. 1 pivotally drawn horizontal pivot axis 18 pivotally. This makes it possible for the windscreen 15 from its in Fig. 1 shown closing position 15.1 in a Fig. 2 apparent open position to pivot, which is marked there by an auxiliary line 15.2. The pivoting movement angle 19 between the closed position 15.1 of Fig. 1 and the open 15.2 of Fig. 2 is very large and is z. B. 160 °. As a result, undisturbed accessibility of the counter 10 is secured from the front side 13. The pivotal movement of the windshield 15 is supported by a lifting aid 50, which consists in the present case of a gas spring. This gas spring 50 secures at a large pivoting angle 9 and the open position 15.2.

The position of the windshield 15 and the tray 16 in the counter top is first determined by supports 20 and seated on them support arms 60. The supports 20 are attached to the counter 10 close to the front side 13 of the counter body 11 and protrude in the embodiment perpendicular to. However, the supports 20 could also assume an inclined position. In any case, it is important that the opposite rear side 14 of the counter 10 is without such supports and therefore ensures trouble-free accessibility to the counter interior 17 for an operator located there.

But to the profiles of the counter top 12 also includes a holding profile 30, which, like Fig. 3 illustrates, in the same plane as the support 20 extends and the vertical lateral edge 60 of the disc 15 engages. Like that too in Fig. 3 drawn pivot axis 18 shows, this runs vertically to the determined by the support 20 and the holding profile 30 level. In this level of 20, 30 is also the associated support arm 60 is arranged in addition to the gas spring 50, such as Fig. 3 shows.

As Fig. 4 illustrates, the column cross-section consists of two structurally interconnected hollow sub-profiles 22, 23. The front-side hollow sub-profile 22 extends in this way on the in Fig. 3 designated 24 lower support portion 24, while the overlying upper support portion 25 is open and therefore hereinafter referred to as "open sub-profile 21" to be referred to. This open-part profile 21 is formed by cutting away the front wall 26 of the front hollow section 22. So arises from Fig. 7 apparent opening 27, the hollow partial profile 22 of Fig. 4 into the open subprofile of Fig. 7 converts.

In Fig. 5 the corresponding cross section of the holding profile 30 is shown. Also, the holding profile 30 has an open part profile 31, which also has an opening 32. In contrast to the support 20, the open part profile 31 extends from the holding profile 30 over its entire length. The holding profile 30 also has one Fig. 5 identifiable retaining groove 33, which, as already said, the lateral edge 35 of the front panel 15 surrounds and eg by the Fig. 7 apparent clamping means 34 holds. Alternatively, the windshield 15 could also be easily glued on the front side of the holding profile 30. In the latter case, the retaining groove 33 could be omitted.

The in closed position of Fig. 1 resulting special relationships between the two profiles 20, 30 are made FIGS. 7 and 8 to recognize. The Fig. 7 shows a horizontal section with located in the closed position front screen 15 and that in the region of the upper support portion 25 and Fig. 8 a corresponding horizontal section in the lower column section 24. This results from the sectional view VII - VII or VIII - VIII of Fig. 6 , How out Fig. 7 can be seen, the mentioned openings 27, 32 of the two open sub-profiles 21, 31 facing each other and then form a self-contained Cavity, which serves to accommodate the lifting aid or - in the present case - the gas spring 50. Then the gas spring 50 is invisible from the outside.

As Fig. 6 can be seen, the two ends of the gas spring 50 are arranged in the cavity 28, namely an upper 51 and a lower 52 pivot point for their pivot bearing. The cavity 28 opens only when the windscreen 15 in their off Fig. 2 . 3 and 9 apparent disclosure 15.2 is brought.

In the counter 10 according to the invention, a bearing block 40 serves for the pivotal mounting of the front screen 16, whose appearance is made Fig. 9 combined with 10 and 11 results. The bearing block 40 consists of two connecting members 41, 42 which are hinged together by a bearing pin 43. This bearing pin 43 determines the aforementioned horizontal pivot axis 18. The one connecting member 41 is seated on the support 20 and should therefore be referred to hereinafter as "support connection member". The other member 42 is on the holding profile 30 with the front screen 15 in conjunction and should therefore be called "mirror-connecting member" mutatis mutandis.

How best Fig. 10 can be seen, the support connecting member 41 consists essentially of a plate 44, which in the fastening case, such as Fig. 6 shows, at the upper end face 29 of the support 20 is attached. The attachment is effected by means of a threaded screw 38 which is screwed into a Gegenwindestück 39. The counter-threaded piece 39 is arranged in the interior of the one hollow partial profile 23 of the support 23. The plate 44 has a plate extension 45 in the direction of the windshield 15, at the front of which is a bearing 46 for the mentioned bearing pin 43 is located. In this front area also protrudes a rib 47, which, according to Fig. 9 , rests against the front edge of the shelf 16 in the case of installation.

At this attachment of the support connection member 41 and the associated support arm 60 is involved. As Fig. 6 illustrates, the support arm 60 is provided in its front region with a remote mounting end 61, which sandwiched in the fastening case between the plate 44 of the support connection member 41 on the one hand and the here stepped stepped support end 29 on the other hand is clamped. The aforementioned threaded screw 68 even passes through an inner wall in the mounting end 61 of the support arm 60. In the invention, therefore, the bearing block 40 and its attachment 38, 39 also serves to attach the support arm 60 to the support 20th

The appearance of the other, belonging to the bearing block 40 disc connection member 42 is indeed off Fig. 9 but best Fig. 11 to recognize. The disk connection member 42 initially consists of an L-angle, which has two L-legs 48, 49. At the one L-leg 48 is the complementary bearing 36 for the aforementioned bearing pin 43 of Fig. 9 , At the other L-leg sits a pair of bearing lugs 59 for the above-mentioned upper articulation point 51 of the gas spring 50. In addition, there is also a remote attachment point 58 for attaching this disc-connecting member 42 on the holding profile 30 at this L-leg 49.

How that happens is over Fig. 9 to recognize. The U-shaped open part profile 31 from the holding section 30 has a web wall 37, which in the vertical section of Fig. 9 hatched. At the bottom of this web wall 37, this second L-leg 49 of the disk connection member 42 is located and is screwed in the region of the attachment point 58.

Das Lagerlappen-Paar 59 weist in Gegenrichtung zu den die Lagerstelle 36 aufweisenden anderen L-Schenkel 48.The two bearing lugs 59 on this second L-leg 49 are located at a fork 57 in the lower end region. This results in forks there, each carrying one of the two bearing lugs 59. In the intervening fork spacing, the upper articulation point 51 of the gas spring 50 is inserted and articulated by a bearing pin. Is in Fig. 9 to recognize. Seen in side view, arises from the L-angle 48, 49 of the disc-connecting member 42, a Z-shape. The bearing lug pair 59 points in the opposite direction to the other L-leg 48 having the bearing point 36.

An analog linkage also takes place at the lower pivot point 52 of the gas spring 50, as shown in Fig. 9 can be seen. It is a bearing piece 53 inserted into the U-interior of the open sub-profile 21 of the support 20 and there by means of a Fig. 9 fixed screw 54 fixed. Also, the bearing piece 53 is forked, which again creates a bearing lobe pair 55, as Fig. 12 shows. In between, the gas spring 50 engages with its lower pivot point 52, where the desired bearing point is created by a bearing pin.

The related to Fig. 2 described pivoting movement 19 of the front screen 15 is possible because, as from Fig. 6 shows, the pivot axis 18 in a plane in front of the windshield 15 is when the windscreen 15 assumes its closed position 15.1 and you the counter 10 of the invention in the direction of the arrow 56 of Fig. 6 viewed from the front of the counter. The pivot axis 18 is in the region of the front boundary of the tray 16, namely the aforementioned rib 47, on which it rests with its front edge 62. In closed position, according to Fig. 6 , The cover 16 extends beyond the upper edge of the windscreen 15. It comes to a Fig. 6 apparent supernatant 63. This is the in Fig. 6 recognizable gap 64 between the front screen 15 and the cover 16 is hidden.

The two connection members 41, 42 of the bearing block 40 can also cooperate with each other in the sense of a stop, unless alternatively or additionally further stop means, such as rubber profiles, in the closed position 15.1 take effect. The relevant resources on the bearing block 40 are best from Fig. 9 as well as 10 and 11. The disk connecting member 42 has a pivot stop 65 in the transition region between its two L-legs 48, 49 in the form of a slope. A corresponding counter-slope is provided on the plate 44 of the support stop member 41, whereby there the counter-pivot stop 66 is formed.
