Definitions
- the invention relates to a subdivision arrangement for a load-carrier according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a subdivision arrangement is known from US 2004/0145287 A1 known.
- the side walls not only a located in the main surface, parallel to the bottom extending lower groove, but in addition to an upper side of the upper walls extending upper groove.
- the side walls are connected by angled corner connectors, which extend over the entire height of the side wall.
- At the upper end of each corner connector is a projection which engages in the upper groove from above, and a further projection engages under tension laterally in the lower groove.
- T-shaped connecting elements are provided, which are plugged onto the respective partition wall and embrace them, engage with respective projections on both sides in the lower grooves of the partition wall and engage with a further projection from above into the upper groove of the side wall.
- this subdivision arrangement does not allow any flexibility with regard to its height. It is also not possible to use this subdivision arrangement in a load-carrier which has larger dimensions than the delivered length of the subdivision arrangement permits.
- the U.S. Patent 4,362,251A describes a partition assembly having sidewalls with grooves parallel to the underside of the sidewalls.
- the grooves are undercut and allow fasteners such.
- B. insert corner connectors in the grooves or lock.
- a disadvantage of the subdivision arrangement described is the lack of flexibility and the lack of possibility for expansion, since the subdivision arrangement offers no possibility for variation of the height and elongate extension of the side walls. Likewise, the stability of the side walls is ensured solely by the corner connecting elements, which can lead to a lack of stability or connection strength under heavy use.
- the patent WO 90/15906 A describes a system for the construction of partitions.
- the partitions consist of individual panels, which have legs on their upper and lower sides, which can be inserted into one another. As a result, several panels can be connected vertically and vary the height of the partition.
- the panels are also equipped with transverse to the bottom slots, in which fasteners can be used for longitudinal connection with other panels or for cross-connection with angled arranged panels. This subdivision arrangement can not be extended later after the assembly, without releasing already assembled panels from one another, in order to use corresponding connecting elements.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a load-carrier with subdivision arrangement, which allows the greatest possible flexibility in terms of usable dimensions - in particular in terms of height. This object is achieved with a load-carrier according to claim 1.
- Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
- the load-carrier according to the invention equipped with a subdivision assembly in a modular manner.
- subdivision walls either further profiled side walls or profileless partitions can be clipped.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storage device 1 in the form of a mechanical cabinet shown, which consists essentially of two successively arranged shelf frame 2 (see also Fig. 2 ), in which a plurality of provided with a bottom 8, relatively flat, cassette-like load-carriers 3 on lateral support angles 2a is einlagerbar.
- the up to one square meter or even larger load-carriers 3 are hereby picked up by a feeder platform 4 from an in / out opening 5 and transported to the respective compartment in the rack frame 2.
- the outsourcing takes place in the reverse manner, by the respective load-carrier 3 is pulled by corresponding support brackets 2a at a predetermined location of the shelf frame 2, then moved by the feeder platform 4 on the input / Auslagerebene 7 of the input / Ausausö réelle 5 and then is pushed into this.
- the control of the storage or retrieval is generally carried out processor-controlled by means of a drive device, the control part is mounted, for example behind a schematically illustrated here control panel 12, with the specific shelves can be selected in the shelf frame 2.
- a height sensor can also be provided, which detects the height of the storage goods carrier 3 to be stored, with this space being assigned a corresponding space in the shelf frame 2. As a result, the storage space usage in the storage device 1 is increased.
- chain drives 14 with which the respective load-carriers 3 can be taken from the storage opening 5 and can be pushed out onto these.
- a front or rear engagement profile 21 is provided for the chain drives 14, as shown in FIG Fig. 2 as a sectional view of the storage device 1 according to Fig. 1 is shown.
- the arrangement of the two shelf frame 2 and the feeder platform 4 can be seen, with the after loading of a load-carrier 3 by hand, by robot or other storage and retrieval unit, the load-carrier 3 to the assigned storage space in the shelf frame 2 are movable. This is done by height movement of the feeder platform 4 z. B. by means of a closed rope strand. The platform is guided in the height direction on a guide rail 6.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a part of a preferred embodiment of a specific for a load-carrier 3 subdivision assembly 9 shown according to the invention.
- the partition assembly 9 comprises profiled side walls 70, 71 which are connected at right angles to each other.
- the profile of the side walls 70, 71 is mirror-symmetrical; however, this may be different in other embodiments.
- the side walls 70, 71 have longitudinally extending grooves 76.
- the grooves 76 each have an undercut, ie, the two groove edges 77 defining the groove opening have a smaller spacing from one another than the groove base. If two side walls 70, 71 are to be connected at right angles to each other
- Corner connector 20 (see. Fig. 5 ) engaged in the grooves 76 or clipped.
- the corner connector 20 may instead - if the mounting state still allows - laterally inserted into the grooves (from the end) without a latching operation.
- four side walls 70, 71 can be connected to the outer wall of a substructure 9 lining a load-carrier 3.
- the corner profile formed in this case is very accurate.
- two side walls 70 can be arranged one above the other by a corresponding latching profile 73 is clipped at the lower end of a side wall 70 on an associated undercut latching projection 72 at the top of another side wall 70.
- the locking projection 72 extends in the height direction of the side wall 70, 71. In this way, it is sufficient to produce sidewall profiles in two or three different heights and then put together by suitable combination to a desired overall height.
- T-shaped side wall connectors 40 are used, which have a flat portion 41 for clipping into the grooves 76. Perpendicular to the flat portion 41, two sections 42, 43 via two angles 44, 45 are mounted parallel to each other at a distance from each other. In the distance between the sections 42, 43 can then be a thin, profileless and inexpensive to produce partition 80 are used. In the embodiment according to Fig. 3 four sidewall connectors 40 are used per partition 80 in each side wall 70, but depending on the circumstances, more or less sidewall connectors 40 may be used.
- Two side walls 70 and / or 71 can also be connected to one another in a straight line by latching planar connecting elements 30 into the grooves 76 of the two side walls to be connected.
- the entire partition assembly 9 is modular, both in terms of height and length of the respective side wall profiles.
- only a few different items must be made to still achieve a high variability of the subdivision assembly 9.
- the achievable thereby higher quantities have an advantageous effect on the manufacturing cost.
- a further stabilization and more visually appealing design of the subdivision arrangement 9 is achieved if cover elements 10, 50, 60 are used to cover the connection sites between individual side walls 70, 71 and / or partitions 80.
- the side walls can be made in continuous casting of plastic or metal and are therefore inexpensive.
- the corner connectors 20, connecting elements 30 and side wall connectors 40 as well as the cover elements 10, 50, 60 can be made of plastic or metal.
- the subdivision arrangement can be assembled in a corresponding storage goods carrier 3 or a drawer. It can the
- Subdivision arrangement 9 for a variety of heights and various dimensions are composed of very few individual parts.
- the ability to connect the profiles in the longitudinal direction allows for cheap storage dimensions - such as in the shipping warehouse - and shipping dimensions.
- unitary packaging can be used, which not only has a positive effect on the price, but also on the delivery times.
- the subdivision assembly 9 at any time be changed later, in particular be extended, which increases the flexibility even more.

Two
In this way, the
A further stabilization and more visually appealing design of the
From the above description it is clear that the assembly of a correspondingly configured
The side walls can be made in continuous casting of plastic or metal and are therefore inexpensive.
Finally, it is possible, with increased stability requirements, to fasten the
It should be understood that the features of the invention described with reference to individual embodiments, such as the configuration of the profile of the side walls as well as the other components of the partitioning arrangement, may also be present in other embodiments, unless otherwise stated.
