Description
TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to compartments for shelves, in particular for shelves, in particular retrofittable compartments, which can initially be provided independently of the shelf or shelf in order to be advantageously mounted in an individual configuration on the respective shelf. The present invention is also related, on the one hand, to a manufacturing process for such compartments and, on the other hand, to an assembly process for such compartments, in particular optimized in each case with regard to the minimum possible material and cost/time expenditure. Last but not least, the present invention also relates to the use of such compartments for equipping trays, in particular for the purpose of precisely positioned arrangement of machine elements along a mechanical engineering value chain, especially in the field of internal intralogistics. In particular, the invention relates to a device and uses according to the preamble of the respective independent claim.
HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
When it comes to stationary or location-based storage and provision (so-called intralogistics), particularly of machine elements, semi-finished products, finished products, operating resources or even bulk goods (here also generally referred to as storage parts), e.g. in mechanical engineering or electrical companies, there are high demands on positional accuracy (storage location of the goods ) and accessibility/availability/reachability of the goods stored on shelves, for example; Last but not least, there are also high demands on the way warehousing is carried out in terms of fire protection, e.g. when it comes to the materials used for shelves and the compartments arranged in/on them. For example, in the context of the following storage types, shelves are used on which the goods or tools or similar items are kept ready: automatic shelving systems, high-bay warehouses, tray warehouses, parts warehouses. Even in comparatively small or medium-sized companies (SMEs), it may be necessary to equip shelves with shelves (movable shelves/compartments), if necessary even to purchase high-bay warehouses and to store the goods specifically in terms of their number and size/geometry in delimited storage areas on the respective shelf or . Place the tray on the shelf, e.g. in a storage lift. Depending on the design of the goods to be stored, it is desirable to spatially divide the shelves or trays into a large number of receiving areas, which ideally are geometrically or at least in size (length and width) adapted to the goods to be stored are or remain customizable to a certain extent.
According to the state of the art, for many storage concepts, a subdivision of the shelves in two dimensions through structural specifications in at least the longitudinal or transverse direction (depth) is recommended, in particular according to the smallest possible standard grid in order to offer numerous subdivision options. The division can be done, for example, using standardized compartments, which are made of plastic or metal, for example. Compared to plastic, metallic compartments offer the advantage of better fire protection, which may be important depending on the location. Metallic compartments, for example, have a variety of plug-in options, i.e. the respective receiving area can be individually adjusted in at least one spatial direction, at least in terms of size. For example, a plug-in grid is provided either in the longitudinal or transverse direction, into which a respective partition bulkhead or similar partition can be inserted. Such systems have the advantage of a comparatively high degree of variability and are therefore suitable for numerous different applications, but also bring with them some disadvantages, in particular a comparatively high use of materials, a comparatively large space requirement (partially taking up the space strictly intended for storage by the compartments themselves), comparatively high costs, comparatively high weight, comparatively high potential for errors during assembly (be it with regard to the definition of the receiving areas, or with regard to connecting the individual components of the compartment to one another). However, especially in high-bay warehouses with a large number of shelves arranged one above the other, it can be of great benefit to significantly reduce the use of materials and weight, and last but not least, to simplify the assembly of the compartments. There is therefore interest in possibilities to design such compartments, in particular metallic ones, as optimally as possible for use in high-bay warehouses and/or on shelves, be it in terms of their own weight, be it in terms of fire protection and/or in terms of material use and space requirements.

Based on the current state of technology, there is a need for compartments that can be provided as simply and cost-effectively as possible. Last but not least, in view of the high loads and material costs, especially in large high-bay warehouses in the field of intralogistics, there is also interest in compartments that require as little material as possible.
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER ERFINDUNGSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The task is to provide a metallic compartment for shelves, in particular for shelves of high-bay warehouses, by means of which, on the one hand, a comparatively low material requirement and, on the other hand, a low weight and good fire protection properties can be achieved. It is also the task of designing a metallic compartment specifically for use in/on shelves of mechanical engineering or electrical companies in such a way that, with the minimum possible material requirement, there is also the minimal possible space requirement for the compartment in terms of the storage space provided by the shelf. Last but not least, it is the task to design a metallic compartment that is optimized in this respect in such a way that it can be handled in a comparatively simple and safe manner from production to assembly on the respective shelf (floor), be it along the logistics chain or during the actual assembly on the respective shelf.
This object is achieved by a compartment according to
Bereitgestellt wird ein Gefach für Regale, insbesondere für Regalböden von z.B. Hochregalen/Hochregallagern, insbesondere für Tablare, insbesondere zur Anordnung von einzelnen Maschinenelementen (z.B. Kupplungskomponente) und/oder Schüttgut (z.B. einer Vielzahl von Schrauben, Lagerringen, o.dgl.), insbesondere bei standortgebundener Lagerhaltung, wobei das Gefach mehrere in einer ersten Raumrichtung ausgerichtete erste Gefachabschnitte und mehrere in einer zweiten Raumrichtung ausgerichtete zweite Gefachabschnitte aufweist;
Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass die ersten und zweiten Gefachabschnitte aus Blech gebildet sind (bevorzugt jeweils ausgehend von Flachmaterial) und einwandig ausgestaltet sind, insbesondere in einer Wandstärke von kleiner gleich 2mm. Dies liefert unter anderem einen vorteilhaften Kompromiss aus Materialeinsatz, Montageaufwand, Eigengewicht, Skalierbarkeit, Individualisierbarkeit bzw. Variabilität, Robustheit, Brandschutz, Eigenplatzbedarf, Bereitstellungsaufwand, insofern also einen vorteilhaften Kompromiss hinsichtlich einer sehr breiten Palette unterschiedlicher Anforderungen sei es hinsichtlich der Konzipierung, Erstellung, Montage und/oder des Dauereinsatzes des Gefachs (bzw. der sehr zahlreichen Gefache) insbesondere in großen Lager-/Regalsystemen.A compartment is provided for shelves, in particular for shelves of, for example, high-bay racks/high-bay warehouses, in particular for trays, in particular for the arrangement of individual machine elements (e.g. coupling components) and/or bulk goods (e.g. a large number of screws, bearing rings, or the like), in particular for location-based storage, the compartment having a plurality of first compartment sections aligned in a first spatial direction and a plurality of second compartment sections aligned in a second spatial direction;
According to the invention, it is proposed that the first and second compartment sections are formed from sheet metal (preferably each starting from flat material) and are designed to be single-walled, in particular with a wall thickness of less than or equal to 2mm. This provides, among other things, an advantageous compromise between the use of materials, assembly effort, weight, scalability, customizability or variability, robustness, fire protection, space requirement, provision effort, in this respect an advantageous compromise with regard to a very wide range of different requirements, be it in terms of design, creation, assembly and/or the continuous use of the compartment (or the very large number of compartments), especially in large storage/shelving systems.
If, according to the present disclosure, sheet metal is mentioned, this is to be understood synonymously as a metallic flat material, in particular an initially completely flat/level, i.e. two-dimensional flat material, which, if required, can also be formed into a sheet with a three-dimensional cross-sectional profile, in particular into a sheet with an L-shaped cross-sectional profile.
If, according to the present disclosure, the term compartment is generally referred to, this is to be understood as synonymous with, in particular, a metallic plug-in compartment, whereby the term “plug-in” refers to a form-fitting coupling of the compartment sections to one another, i.e. does not refer to a possible coupling with/to an edge region of a shelf/shelf base.
über welche Höhe sich die hier beschriebenen Gefachabschnitte mindestens erstrecken sollten (z.B. im Bereich von 3cm bis 6cm).If, according to the present disclosure, location-based storage is used, this is synonymous to mean on-site storage, for example in a high-bay warehouse, i.e. without the goods changing their location in the stored arrangement (apart from, for example, re-sorting or new ones Arrangement within a warehouse, especially a high-bay warehouse). In other words: the goods to be stored are stored at a specific location and should not be transported from A to B in this state, i.e. not stored in any vehicle. In this respect, the person skilled in the art can also recognize, in particular on a product-specific basis, to what extent the recording areas described here must be separated from one another, i.e., for example, clarify the question of how high or over what height the recording areas described here are The compartment sections described should at least extend (e.g. in the range from 3cm to 6cm).
The present invention also makes a contribution to the interface between providers of warehouse logistics solutions (intralogistics) on the one hand and users on the other hand, especially since warehouse logistics solution providers cannot usually offer compartments individually tailored to individual customers, at best in individual cases. In this respect, the present invention also enables simpler/more efficient implementation and assembly of compartments in intralogistics systems that already exist or have been delivered or installed on site, in particular order picking and provision systems such as high-bay warehouses with trays.
Personalized terms, as long as they are not formulated here in the neuter, can apply to all genders within the scope of the present disclosure. Any foreign language expressions or abbreviations used here, e.g. material/material information, are industry-standard technical terms and are familiar to the person skilled in the art or can be assigned to the person skilled in the art, unless explicitly explained otherwise here.
Werkstoffnummer 1.0917 oder 1.0226, also Stahlblech bzw. In other words, the present invention can also be described as follows: The compartment described here can advantageously be used as an adaptable metal compartment (system), in particular for industrial high-bay use and with advantageously minimized fire loads, for example in an arrangement in drawers and in/on Shelves. The two types of compartment sections described here form carefully designed and extremely robust components that are also optimized in terms of cost and weight, which also enable easy adaptation to individual requirements, particularly in terms of size, shape and function. For example, the (multiple) first compartment sections are provided in the form of L-profile sheets (e.g. in the transverse direction); For example, the (multiple) second compartment sections are provided in the form of groove-profile sheets (e.g. in the longitudinal direction). For example, the first compartment sections are slotted/punched (top edge/top) and folded with an L-sectional profile (bottom edge), and for example, the second compartment sections are slotted/punched with an L-shaped groove profile (bottom edge). Both types of compartment sections are advantageously provided or formed from high-quality metal (for example DX51d+Z or material number 1.0917 or 1.0226, i.e. sheet steel or steel strip, in particular coated, rolled and/or galvanized/hot-dip galvanized), in particular comparatively soft unalloyed steels, e.g. hot-dip refined. Such materials (e.g. according to EN 10 142) enable high strength and durability of the compartment, thus promoting reliable and long-term use with minimized fire loads, i.e. with high safety, especially in interior rooms and warehouses. Hot-dip galvanizing protects the material very effectively (and cost-effectively) against corrosion and also enables a material surface that can be sufficiently accepted in both aesthetic and functional terms. The compartment (system) can be designed to be individually adjustable in length and width, which means that it can be easily adapted for different drawers, shelves, shelves, in particular for application-specific integration into industrial shelving systems or shelf lift systems. A standardized/standardizable adaptation can be provided or implemented: The compartment (system) can be easily adapted to different requirements both in terms of division (delimitation of the individual recording areas) and in size (in particular length, height of the compartment sections). The (metal) compartment system described here simplifies orderly storage, especially in drawers and on shelves. It is characterized by high-quality materials, very good adaptability to individual needs and great versatility, and it can be used or implemented for a variety of applications while at the same time minimizing fire loads (particularly in high-bay systems and other comparable environments).
It has been shown that the compartment described here is of great benefit, especially for the following types of warehouse, especially since the equipment of these types of warehouse allows for strong economies of scale and quantity effects, not least due to the high number of shelves or shelves, and thus also high cost advantages in terms of procurement costs and assembly effort: automatic shelving systems, high-bay warehouses, small parts warehouses, electronics warehouses, spare parts warehouses, surgical instruments warehouses, paternoster warehouses, buffer warehouses, tray warehouses, parts warehouses, shipping warehouses.
In contrast to the compartments described here, shelves in many storage configurations are made up of at least double-walled sections (at least in one of the spatial directions), in which the respective side of the double-walled section forms a plug-in structure for individual plug-in bulkheads to be plugged between the double-walled sections; on the one hand, the material used or the dead weight is comparatively high, on the other hand, a comparatively large amount of floor space is occupied/obstructed by the compartment as such, ie a relatively large amount of space is lost. a similarly high proportion of the valuable storage space is lost, particularly when a frame structure is usually provided around the at least double-walled sections (usually necessary for structural stabilization alone in the case of previously known compartment solutions). Another disadvantage of these previously known solutions can be seen in the often very finely divided subdivision of the slots (although this is often touted as an advantage by the manufacturers): When the storage areas are individually configured by the institution operating the storage facility, a comparatively high potential for error and also a high amount of time spent defining the position and size of the individual storage areas (particularly due to incorrect slot selection for the respective bulkhead) cannot be easily avoided.
According to one embodiment, the first and/or second compartment sections have a wall thickness (and thus also a thickness or a dimension in cross-sectional width) of less than or equal to 2 mm, in particular less than or equal to 1.5 mm. On the one hand, this promotes minimal use of material, and on the other hand also an advantageously low dead weight or advantageously low material costs.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections are formed from hot-dip galvanized sheet metal (flat material) or from hot-dip galvanized sheet metal strips (flat material). According to one exemplary embodiment, the entire compartment and thus a compartment structure formed by the compartment sections consists of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. This also promotes a high level of longevity and robustness and a high level of rigidity, at least when they are arranged one on top of the other.
It has been shown that hot-dip galvanized flat material is preferred as a starting material for creating the compartment, also in terms of high durability with the minimum possible surface treatment effort. In particular, punching and optionally forming can be carried out in such a way that surface treatment is not lost at the punched or optionally bent interface; in particular, punching can be implemented or carried out in such a way that surface treatment (especially hot-dip galvanizing) is pulled/placed over the punching surface (front edge of the material separation).
According to one embodiment, the first compartment sections extend over the entire extent of the compartment or compartment structure in the first (intended) spatial direction, and/or the second compartment sections extend over the entire extent of the compartment or compartment structure in the second (intended) spatial direction. This can further simplify the structural design and thus also the assembly of the compartment structure and also simplify scaling; an assembler only has to handle two different types of compartment sections (only two different components) in order to be able to assemble the compartment or create it on the respective shelf. Last but not least, this also promotes very time-efficient assembly: for example, a base area of 2-3m 2 can be structured or divided into the desired receiving areas based on just five, six or seven compartment sections (first and second), in particular without having to use tools.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections are stamped parts, wherein the first compartment sections are advantageously bent/stamped parts with a bending/forming section and/or wherein the second compartment sections are advantageously pure stamped parts without a bending/forming section. This further minimizes the manufacturing effort. It has been shown that an advantageously high structural strength/stiffness of the compartment sections coupled to one another can be achieved in a simple manner by at least one of the types of compartment sections having a three-dimensional shape (or a two-dimensional cross-sectional profile). A two-dimensional cross-sectional profile here is to be understood in particular as an L-profile (not mathematically two-dimensional, but rather two-dimensional, assuming that the cross-sectional profile of the sheet metal strip-like flat material described here is linear in the geometrically unformed, possibly rolled initial shape, i.e. has no significant cross-sectional width, hence here is referred to as one-dimensional).
According to an exemplary embodiment, the first compartment sections have an L-shaped cross-sectional profile, with the first compartment sections advantageously forming a component of the compartment that is coupled from below, i.e. the component to be placed on the shelf as intended as the first component. Last but not least, such a design also facilitates the assembly or assembly of the compartment or the compartment structure.
It should be understood that the concept according to the invention of providing the individual compartment sections starting from flat material as sheet metal (strips) in a particularly slim manner by implementing two-dimensional single-walled compartment sections for both the first type and can also be implemented for the second type; However, with regard to the inherent stability of the first and second compartment sections inserted into/on top of one another, it can be advantageous to provide at least one of these two types as a three-dimensionally formed sheet metal, in particular with an L-shaped cross-sectional profile, which provides a support surface in the area of the lower edge. This makes it possible to improve both the manner of storage on the shelf and the inherent stability of the coupled compartment structure. Nevertheless, it should be understood that even with a strict two-dimensional design of both types, the compartment structure can be supported as a flat material on the edge areas of the respective shelf or shelf, i.e. can ensure sufficient structural rigidity at least when inserted/mounted into/on the shelf. In this respect, three-dimensional shaping is also to be understood as an optional further development, which the person skilled in the art can implement in an application-specific manner, particularly with regard to the design of edge areas of the shelf. By forming a three-dimensional shape (i.e. a two-dimensional cross-sectional profile), an additional manufacturing step must be provided, but this can optionally also be combined with a further (stamping) manufacturing step, in particular in a stamping-bending process. The assembly also does not become more complex due to a three-dimensional shape of at least one type of compartment sections (here the first compartment sections), but rather simpler, because the first compartment sections can also be positioned/set up more easily on the respective shelf or arranged in an at least approximately vertical orientation, before the second compartment sections are attached.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections together form the compartment structure, in particular with at least positive interlocking. This also favors the minimally complex structure of the compartment described here.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections are designed to be pluggable onto one another, in particular with at least one of the first compartment sections in a mirror-inverted arrangement/orientation (on the respective shelf) and with the second compartment sections all in the same arrangement/orientation. As a result, a comparatively rigid structure can also be formed based on a comparatively simple/cost-effective configuration of the two types of compartment sections. It is to be understood that a mirror-inverted arrangement/alignment of one of the first compartment sections (when arranged as intended on the shelf) makes it possible to make maximum use of the maximum storage area provided by the respective shelf. The division or the slot grid can be coordinated with this, in particular depending on the individual length of the first compartment sections for each shelf.
Aus der vorliegenden Offenbarung geht hervor, dass die hier beschriebene Gefachstruktur unterschiedliche Konfigurationen ermöglicht, insbesondere eine Konfiguration mit zumindest an einer Seite frei auslaufenden Enden wenigstens eines Typs der Gefachabschnitte und eine Konfiguration mit zumindest an einer Seite im Wesentlichen am Randbereich des Regalbodens am anderen Typ Gefachabschnitt gelagerten Enden wenigstens eines Typs der GefachabschnitteIt is apparent from the present disclosure that the compartment structure described here enables different configurations, in particular a configuration with ends of at least one type of compartment section running freely on at least one side and a configuration with ends of at least one type of compartment section mounted on at least one side essentially at the edge region of the shelf on the other type of compartment section
According to one embodiment, the first and second compartment sections couple to one another in a purely form-fitting manner (without frictional connection), in particular at slots that are geometrically designed to correspond to one another and are aligned at least approximately vertically (or orthogonally to the longitudinal/transverse extension). Last but not least, this also simplifies the manufacture, provision and assembly.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the second compartment sections advantageously form a component of the compartment that is coupled from above. This also promotes advantageous assembly by first placing the, for example, significantly longer first compartment sections on the shelf and then attaching the easier-to-handle second compartment sections.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the compartment or the compartment structure is formed from the first and second compartment sections in a form-fitting arrangement which is plugged onto one another, in particular exclusively from the first and second compartment sections. This promotes the advantageously slim design described here and easy/quick assembly.
According to one embodiment, the compartment is formed from only two different components, namely exclusively from the first and second compartment sections. This allows the complexity of the compartment system to be drastically reduced, which also makes it easier to customize it for specific applications.
According to one embodiment, the first compartment sections are slotted at their upper edge and the second compartment sections are slotted at their lower edge, each to form a positive coupling (or a positive gen coupling section or part) by plugging the first and second compartment sections onto one another, in particular slotted over at least approximately half the height of the respective compartment section. In this way, an assembly sequence can also be implicitly specified by the design of the coupling sections for the entire compartment structure, in particular with the (all) first compartment sections already in an arrangement resting on the shelf base before the (all) second compartment sections are coupled to the first compartment sections, in particular are only plugged onto the first compartment sections.
The formation of the positive coupling sections or the corresponding slots over at least approximately half the height of the respective compartment section also promotes a particularly stable coupled or nested compartment structure.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections have at least one (slot) grid for predefining a desired relative arrangement (or the respective coupling position) of the first and second compartment sections each relative to one another, in particular having a (slot) grid at least two different grids, for example a first grid of 6cm and a second grid of 10cm or a first grid of 12cm and a second grid of 20cm (in particular second compartment sections), and / or a first grid of 6cm and a second grid of 10cm and a third grid of 15cm or a first grid of 13cm and a second grid of 20cm and a third grid of 30cm (especially first compartment sections). Last but not least, this can also ensure a certain degree of variability for variations by the buyer/end customer, particularly in connection with on-site assembly on the respective tray, e.g. with regard to the dimensioning of the receiving areas in at least one of the spatial directions. It has been shown that based on two to three different grids of the respective grid on the two types of compartment sections, a very high level of variation can be achieved.
Diese konstruktive Vorgabe erleichtert auch eine Skalierung und das Implementieren einer vergleichsweise hohen Variabilität basierend auf möglichst einfach und kostengünstig ausgestalteten Blechstreifen-Komponenten (erste und zweite Gefachabschnitte).Optionally, the grid or grids can also be predefined by specifying five or six length dimensions, in particular by an absolute length of the respective compartment section and by five length dimensions/length dimension specifications relating to the respective (longitudinal) position of a positive coupling section (in particular a punched slot) or a distance to at least one adjacent positive coupling section. Details on this can also be found in the attached drawings. This design specification also facilitates scaling and the implementation of a comparatively high level of variability based on sheet metal strip components that are designed to be as simple and cost-effective as possible (first and second compartment sections).
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first and second compartment sections can be arranged in/on the respective shelf in a purely form-fitting, interlocking manner without further assembly/fastening means, in particular can be assembled without tools. As a result, handling during assembly/assembly can also be made easier and, in particular, can be made particularly time-efficient.
According to one embodiment, at least two first and at least two second compartment sections together form the compartment structure by at least positively interlocking with one another, wherein the compartment structure is scalable in size and optionally also variable in the grid by at least positively coupling the addition of at least one further first compartment section and/or at least one further second compartment section. This can also make it easier to implement very different shelf sizes or base geometries.
The inventive design of the compartment also makes it possible to design the first (longer) and/or second (shorter) compartment sections not at least partially over the entire width or depth (extension) of the shelf, but at least partially only over a width/depth of e.g. 50%, for example offset from one another, in particular in order to maximize the variability in terms of the size/shape of the receiving areas. In this way, a particularly high level of variability can be achieved even when only a few different predefined grids are specified.
According to one embodiment, the first compartment sections extend in the intended arrangement on a/the respective shelf at least approximately orthogonally to the second compartment sections. This shows one of the particularly advantageous and practical implementations in which the respective shelf is divided into the receiving areas (each with a rectangular base area) in an effective and space-saving manner.
According to one embodiment, the first and second compartment sections, in a manner coupled to one another as intended, delimit Arrangement of a large number of receiving areas, each with a rectangular base. This also facilitates space-saving storage of, for example, rotationally symmetrical or circular cross-section machine elements and similar bearing parts.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the first compartment sections extend in the intended arrangement on a/the respective shelf in the longitudinal direction, with the second compartment sections extending in the intended arrangement on a/the respective shelf in the transverse direction. This crosswise arrangement can also lead to a particularly advantageous subdivision of the available storage space with regard to the edge regions of shelves that are usually parallel or at an angle of 90° to one another. The first compartment sections are usually longer in terms of amount than the second compartment sections, particularly in an implementation for shelves that are usually significantly wider than they are deep, for example in an implementation for shelves of high-bay warehouses.
According to one exemplary embodiment, one/the lower edge/side of the first compartment sections is designed flat in the manner of a support surface for the respective shelf, in particular formed at a 90° angle. On the one hand, this provides good stability and rigidity, and on the other hand, it also facilitates assembly or assembly, especially when forming a compartment structure without the use of fasteners such as screws. Advantageously, one/the lower edge of the second compartment sections is designed to be slotted according to at least one predefined grid, with the respective slot optionally also comprising a lateral slot recess in the manner of an L-leg, in particular geometrically exactly corresponding to the support section of the first compartment sections. On the one hand, this enables a comparatively stable structure and arrangement on the respective shelf, and on the other hand, a flush demarcation to the shelf and under the individual receiving areas can also take place, i.e. a demarcation without significant air gaps or similar play. Last but not least, material waste can also be minimized with this design.
According to one embodiment, a/the upper edge of the first compartment sections is designed to be slotted according to at least one predefined grid. Last but not least, this also enables a grid that is independent of the grid selected for the second compartment sections, so that a particularly high degree of size variability can be achieved. Advantageously, a/the upper edge of the second compartment sections is designed to be continuously straight. Last but not least, this also promotes a flush finish of the compartment structure in the upward direction, i.e. a level formed by the upper edges of the first and second compartment sections, on which, for example, a machine element to be stored or removed from the warehouse can be temporarily positioned for a short moment, e.g. for the purpose of detailed inspection before the tray is stored again in the high-bay warehouse. In other words: the compartment sections that are plugged onto one another can provide a flat intermediate storage level by means of their upper edges.
According to one embodiment, the first and second compartment sections have at least approximately the same height. This also promotes an interaction of the compartment sections to form a structured plane in the upward direction.
According to one embodiment, one or more lower edges/sides of the respective compartment section is designed as a support edge/side, i.e. it is designed to rest on the respective shelf in a linear/surface manner as intended. Last but not least, this also promotes a high level of stability for the entire compartment structure, without the need for additional force-fitting/form-fitting and/or material-fitting fastening means.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the compartment is designed to be frameless, in particular with free end sections of both the first and the second compartment sections extending freely in both opposite spatial directions. Last but not least, this also simplifies application-specific configuration and also has the advantage that no frame parts unnecessarily restrict/occupy the available/usable storage area.
According to one embodiment, the compartment is designed in the manner of an inlay or an insert assembly and is set up to be inserted into an area delimited by the corresponding shelf, in particular with possibly laterally supporting interaction with the edge area at the respective free end of the respective compartment section. This also facilitates implementation as a retrofit option, in particular independently of a value chain for the respective high-bay warehouse or the respective shelf.
According to one embodiment, the compartment is designed/configured for intended support on an at least approximately horizontally aligned plane, in particular with the first and second compartment sections in a arrangement resting on the same level, in particular with the first and second compartment sections in an arrangement that ends at the top on the same level. This also facilitates the comparatively simple implementation described here on (any) flat surfaces or shelves, largely independent of the respective application or storage purpose or a specific structuring or similar texture of the surface of the respective shelf (the compartment sections advantageously only rest on top, so do not have to be screwed to the shelf or otherwise anchored or coupled).
According to one embodiment, the compartment, in particular the first compartment sections, has/have a scalable length of at least 2m in the longitudinal direction, e.g. scalable in 5cm or 10cm increments; and/or the compartment, in particular the second compartment sections, has/have a scalable length of at least 0.5m in the transverse direction, e.g. scalable in 5cm or 10cm increments. This also promotes the high variability and easy adaptability described here.
According to one exemplary embodiment, the compartment can be provided by a plurality of first and second compartment sections, each in sheet metal strip form (flat material or optionally also formed, in particular into a sheet metal with an L-cross-sectional profile) on a pallet or similar standardized means of transport, in particular for preparing the compartment sections for assembly on the respective shelf. This also promotes a particularly lean value chain when creating and providing the compartment sections, and can therefore further simplify or accelerate the assembly/assembly process.
Abmessungen.According to one embodiment, the first compartment sections can be individually designed and scaled based on five or six length dimension specifications, and/or the second compartment sections can be individually designed and scaled based on five or six length dimension specifications, in particular based on the following length dimension specifications: absolute length dimension relating to the absolute length of the respective compartment section, and four or five relative length dimension specifications relating to the respective (longitudinal) position of a positive coupling section (in particular punched slot) or a distance to at least one adjacent positive coupling section. This also promotes a high degree of flexibility/variability with regard to the advantageously good/easy implementability described here for very different applications or dimensions.
Skalierung. The aforementioned object is also achieved by a shelf with at least one compartment according to the present disclosure, in particular a shelf designed as a tray, in particular with a compartment that only rests therein and is possibly supported laterally/laterally on edge areas of the shelf. This makes it possible to realize the aforementioned advantages, in particular with regard to simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific customization or scaling.
The aforementioned object is also achieved by a shelf with at least one compartment according to the present disclosure, in particular with the compartment in an arrangement on a respective shelf of the shelf, in particular with at least one of the shelves designed as a tray. This makes it possible to realize the aforementioned advantages, in particular with regard to simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific customization or scaling. For example, the shelf is designed as a high shelf and is equipped with numerous trays arranged on both sides of a shaft, for example with around ten or twenty trays per side (and a corresponding minimum number of compartments). The individual compartments can optionally have individualized receiving areas in terms of size and/or geometry.
According to one embodiment, the shelf has an edge region on at least one shelf of the shelf in the first and/or second spatial direction, which interacts with the first and/or second compartment sections in a delimiting manner and supports them on their lateral edges, in particular an edge region that is at least approximately vertically aligned. This type of primarily purely supporting integration or embedding of the compartment structure in the shelf also enables maximum variability or independence from the design of the respective shelf/shelf. In other words: The compartment described here can already be implemented if a flat surface is present, and largely regardless of whether this surface has a certain configuration/condition, e.g. can be structured or can be coupled with fastening means such as screws. This also promotes broad applicability.
Skalierung. The aforementioned object is also achieved by a compartment for shelves, in particular for shelves in the form of shelves, the compartment having a plurality of first and second compartment sections made of sheet metal, each designed with a single wall, which can be fitted into one another in a form-fitting manner (for example a compartment according to the present disclosure), produced by punching and thereby also slotting the first and second compartment sections to form corresponding positive coupling sections. This makes it possible to realize the advantages mentioned above, particularly with regard to high fire protection, simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific individualization or scaling.
The compartment is advantageously further manufactured by forming, in particular bending the first compartment sections in the area of their lower edge to form a cross-sectional profile that differs from a flat, level flat material design, in particular to form a sheet with an L-shaped cross-sectional profile. This also facilitates the integration of good rigidity even if the compartment structure is formed without additional fastening/assembly means based only on a plug-in connection (positive coupling).
The compartment is advantageously further produced by inserting/placing first compartment sections on the shelf aligned in a first spatial direction and by inserting/placing second compartment sections on the shelf and thereby coupling the second compartment sections with the first compartment sections in the area of the corresponding form-fitting ones Coupling sections to form receiving areas. This also promotes quick/easy implementation and assembly.
If, according to the present disclosure, we speak of fitting together or positive coupling, this highlights the advantage that the compartment sections can interact with each other in a form-fitting manner with little or no force/friction to form the compartment structure. Of course, the person skilled in the art can also implement a force-fitting connection, e.g. for applications in which a particularly firm/secure support of the compartment structure is desired. The person skilled in the art can provide such an optional further development based on a purely positive coupling in an application-specific manner without having to deviate from the present inventive concept.
The compartment can advantageously be produced in connection with the following steps: providing flat material or sheet metal; Punching or comparable shaping process relating to the outer contour of the respective compartment section; Forming the first compartment sections to form a support surface that is at least slightly enlarged compared to the edge of the material/wall thickness, in particular by bending, optionally by a combined punching-bending process; optionally (optionally) any post-processing and/or surface finishing steps.
The compartment can advantageously be mounted in/on the respective shelf in connection with the following steps, optionally with at least partially automated execution of the assembly process, e.g. by means of a robot placed in a shaft of a high-bay warehouse: Inserting/placing first compartment sections; Inserting/placing second compartment sections and thereby coupling the second compartment sections with the first compartment sections, to form the compartment structure and thereby define or form the receiving areas. It is to be understood that the first and second compartment sections advantageously extend over the entire corresponding extent/extension of the shelf; in other words: the shelf can already be completely divided in depth by the first compartment sections, and the shelf can be completely divided in width by the second compartment sections. Thus, the respective shelf can be completely divided by just a few coupling processes, in particular two, three or four plug-in processes. Last but not least, this can also be achieved in a very time-efficient manner. Even if a shelf needs to be divided differently after some time of use, adjustments can be made quickly and easily by repositioning the same or new compartment sections, especially without any tools and without (additional) assembly fasteners.
Advantageously, the respective compartment or compartment section can also be equipped with at least one identification feature, e.g. a barcode, RFID tag or the like. This can also facilitate at least partially automated handling, particularly in connection with equipping very large (high-bay) warehouses.
Skalierung. The aforementioned object is therefore also achieved by compartments that are produced by a manufacturing process for producing compartment sections from flat material by punching and optionally at least partially also by forming (in particular in a punching-bending process, in particular in a combined punching-bending system), in particular of compartments previously described above, whereby the manufacturing method can in particular include the following steps: deployment of first and second sheet metal strips; Punching first and second compartment sections from the first and second sheet metal strips; Reshaping a lower region of the first compartment sections, in particular for the purpose of Forming an L-section profile. This makes it possible to realize the advantages mentioned above, particularly with regard to high fire protection, simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific individualization or scaling.
Such compartments for shelves, in particular for shelf floors of e.g. high-bay racks/high-bay warehouses, in particular for trays, preferably have a plurality of first compartment sections aligned in a first spatial direction and a plurality of second compartment sections aligned in a second spatial direction, wherein the first and second compartment sections are made of sheet metal and are designed as single-walled, in particular with a wall thickness of less than or equal to 2 mm.
The manufacturing process can also include a post-processing and/or surface finishing step. Such additional procedural measures can also be implemented depending on the respective application, e.g. with regard to different types of shelves/surfaces.
The manufacturing process can also include the application-specific assembly of a predefined/predefinable number of first compartment sections and a predefined/predefinable number of second compartment sections to form an application-specific compartment assembly. This step, which is advantageously automated/automatable in connection with the punching and forming, can also be understood as a preparatory provision step and therefore represent a transitional step in connection with a provision/assembly process.
The compartments described here can advantageously also be designed/manufactured/provided with the inclusion of a computer program product for the design, manufacture and/or provision of application-specific compartments, with the computer program product comprising commands which, when the computer program product is executed on a computer, cause the computer to do so /to control/regulate the manufacturing method described here and/or the provision method described here and/or to guide it via a user interface for an application-specific design of such a compartment, in particular by querying length information for the compartment sections and desired grids and/or by querying geometric ones Sizes (in particular width and depth) of the shelf to be equipped and / or by querying the geometry and / or size of the desired recording areas, in particular with the computer program product set up for the computer-aided design, manufacture and / or provision of compartments according to the present disclosure. Based on the advantages mentioned above, this also facilitates automation of the respective process on the one hand, and user interaction on the other hand, particularly for the purpose of targeted application-specific individualization. The computer program product can also be implemented based on at least one algorithm for generating an application-specific grid based on user input at least with regard to an absolute (length) measurement and at least one geometric specification (e.g. minimum side length, in particular with a square base) regarding the recording areas to be formed.
Skalierung. The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a retrofittable compartment for shelves, in particular for shelves in the form of shelves, the compartment initially being able to be provided independently of the shelf, the compartment having a plurality of first and second single-walled compartment sections made of sheet metal, which are form-fitting can be mounted so that they can be plugged into one another, the compartment sections being designed as stamped parts, in particular in a hot-dip galvanized design, in particular compartment according to the present disclosure, the compartment with the compartment sections being supported in a form-fitting nested/coupled arrangement on at least one edge region of the shelf, in particular by means of the free ends of the compartment sections, especially in frontal contact of the free ends at the edge areas. This makes it possible to realize the advantages mentioned above, particularly with regard to high fire protection, simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific individualization or scaling.
It should be understood that the free ends of the compartment sections advantageously only come into contact with the respective edge area on the front side, i.e. they do not have to/should not intervene in any structure. In other words: the edge area of the shelves can also remain flat or largely unstructured and does not have to meet any positioning requirements. Rather, the compartment can position/arrange/structure itself relative to one another through the positive coupling of the first and second compartment sections and define the receiving areas. This also provides even greater independence from a specific design/configuration of the respective shelves and their edge areas, so that a specific implementation of the present compartments for a wide variety of applications is further facilitated.
Skalierung. The aforementioned object is also achieved by using a compartment according to the present disclosure for storing storage parts on a shelf designed as a tray in a shelf used for intralogistics, for example, in particular in a shelf of a high-bay warehouse, in particular for storing the storage parts along a value chain, for example in mechanical engineering, wherein the first and second compartment sections are plugged onto one another in a coupling manner in the region of slots aligned at least approximately in the height direction without further assembly fastening means, wherein the receiving areas defined by the first and second compartment sections of the compartment each have a rectangular base area, wherein the first and second compartment sections rest on the shelf and preferably form a compartment structure plane that is flat/level at the top. This makes it possible to realize the advantages mentioned above, in particular with regard to high fire protection, simple production, simple assembly and simple application-specific customization or scaling.

DETAILLIERTE BESCHREIBUNG DER FIGURENDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The invention is first explained with general reference to all reference numbers and figures. Special features or individual aspects or aspects of the present invention that are clearly visible/representable in the respective figure are addressed individually in connection with the respective figure.
The
Koordinatenachsen x, y, z (längs, quer, hoch). In this respect, the present invention also relates to a
In this respect, the present invention also relates to a user interface 30 and a computer program product for the computer-aided design, manufacture and/or provision of application-specific designed compartments, with the computer program product comprising commands which, when the computer program product is executed on a computer, cause the computer to control/regulate a design process described here and/or the manufacturing process described here and/or the provision process described here and/or to direct the user interface for an application-specific design of such a compartment, in particular by querying length information for the compartment sections and desired grids and/or by querying geometric sizes of the shelf to be equipped in each case and/or by querying geometry and/or size of the desired receiving areas, in particular based on at least one algorithm for generating an application-specific grid based on user inputs at least relating to an absolute (length) dimension and at least one geometric specification relating to the receiving areas to be formed by the compartment, in particular based on at least a partial selection of the following (Length) dimensions for first compartment sections: X0 absolute length, X1 first length dimension relating to a first grid, X2 second length dimension relating to a second grid, X3 third length dimension relating to a third grid or a third repeating distance, X4 fourth length dimension relating to a fourth grid or a fourth repeating distance, X5 fifth length dimension relating to a fifth grid or a fifth repeating distance; and/or based on at least a partial selection of the following (length) dimensions for second compartment sections: Y0 absolute length, Y1 first length dimension relating to a first grid, Y2 second length dimension relating to a second grid, Y3 third length dimension relating to a third grid or a third repeating distance, Y4 fourth length dimension relating to a fourth grid or a fourth repeating distance, Y5 fifth length dimension relating to a fifth grid or a fifth repeating distance; and/or based on a dimension specification Y11 for the width/depth of the support surface 11,2 of the first compartment sections. A height dimension specification Z1 relating to the coupling sections (in particular slots) may also be of interest; By default, the height dimension Z1 can be 50% of the height of the respective compartment section (or the sheet metal strips used or bent). The
In this respect, the present invention also relates to a compartment that can be manufactured/manufactured by a method according to the following steps: first manufacturing step S1: provision of sheet metal strips; second manufacturing step S2: punching compartment sections; third manufacturing step S3: forming (in particular bending) at least one type of compartment sections, with step S3 optionally being carried out in combination with step S2. A user interaction and/or control specification R0 can take place between the individual steps.
- First assembly step S11: Inserting/placing the first compartment sections on the respective shelf; second assembly step S12: Inserting/placing the second compartment sections on the shelf and positively coupling the second compartment sections with the first compartment sections; third assembly step S13: securing the position (optional). Of course, these assembly steps can also be automated, e.g. carried out with the aid of robots, e.g. by means of a robot arranged on a lift in a high-bay warehouse, which has access to a large number of compartment sections provided. This is useful, for example, when retrofitting a very large high-bay warehouse. User interaction and/or control/regulation specifications R0 can take place between the individual steps.

It can also be seen from the figures and the individual exemplary embodiments that the
The person skilled in the art can see in particular from the figures that the at least essentially form-fitting coupling described here, formed by the slot-like sections 11.3, 12.3 on the
