Claims (14)

  1. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) pour un cylindre d'isolation (7) d'une installation de revêtement, en particulier d'une installation de revêtement électrostatique, comportant
    a) un guidage de tige de piston pour le guidage mobile dans la direction axiale d'une tige de piston (11), ladite tige de piston (11) portant un piston racleur (8) pour racler les résidus de peinture adhérant sur la paroi intérieure du cylindre d'isolation (7), et
    b) un premier joint d'étanchéité (17) pour étancher le guidage de la tige de piston par rapport à la tige de piston (11),
    caractérisée par
    c) un deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) pour étancher le guidage de la tige de piston par rapport à la tige de piston (11), ledit deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) étant agencé en étant décalé axialement par rapport au premier joint d'étanchéité (17).
  2. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un espace pour fuite (20), qui est disposé dans la direction axiale entre le premier joint d'étanchéité (17) et le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) et dans la direction radiale entre la tige de piston (11) et le guidage de la tige de piston, et qui reçoit une fuite en cas d'inétanchéité du premier joint d'étanchéité (17).
  3. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par
    a) une forure (21) partant de l'espace pour fuite (20) pour évacuer la fuite hors de l'espace pour fuite (20), et/ou
    b) un capteur de fuite destiné à détecter la fuite, ledit capteur de fuite étant disposé dans l'espace pour fuite ou étant relié à l'espace pour fuite via la forure.
  4. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un troisième joint d'étanchéité (19) destiné à étancher le guidage de la tige de piston par rapport à la tige de piston (11), ledit troisième joint d'étanchéité (19) et le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) étant disposés en étant décalés axialement.
  5. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tige de piston (11) porte, sur un côté, le piston racleur (8) et, sur l'autre côté, un piston pneumatique (10), qui est logé de manière mobile dans un vérin pneumatique (9).
  6. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée
    a) en ce que le premier joint d'étanchéité (17) et le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) sont des joints pour peinture humide et sont disposés sur le côté du cylindre d'isolation (7), et
    b) en ce que le troisième joint d'étanchéité (19) est une garniture d'étanchéité pneumatique et est agencé sur le côté du vérin pneumatique (9).
  7. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier joint d'étanchéité (17) et/ou le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) et/ou le troisième joint d'étanchéité (19) comportent plusieurs arêtes d'étanchéité (22, 23), qui assurent l'étanchéité par rapport à la paroi latérale de la tige de piston (11).
  8. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier joint d'étanchéité (17) et/ou le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) sont réalisés dans un matériau d'étanchéité thermoplastique, en particulier en polytétrafluoréthylène ou en polyéthylène.
  9. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier joint d'étanchéité (17) et/ou le deuxième joint d'étanchéité (18) comportent un ressort métallique.
  10. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée
    a) en ce que la tige de piston (11), sur sa surface étanche, présente une rugosité de surface avec un coefficient de rugosité Rz < 20 µm, Rz < 10 µm, Rz < 5 µm ou Rz < 2 µm, et/ou
    b) en ce que la tige de piston (11), sur sa surface étanche, présente un pourcentage de portée de matière de plus de 60 %, 70 % ou 80 %, et/ou
    c) en ce que la tige de piston (11), sur sa surface étanche, est munie d'un revêtement de surface réduisant l'usure.
  11. Garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon la revendication 10, caractérisée
    a) en ce que le revêtement de surface est formé par une couche de carbone de type diamant, en particulier en Dylin® ou DLC™, et/ ou
    b) en ce que le revêtement de surface est déposé par un procédé de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur assisté par plasma ou par un procédé de dépôt physique en phase vapeur.
  12. Dispositif d'alimentation en produit de revêtement, comportant un cylindre d'isolation (7) pour l'isolation électrique des pièces à un potentiel différent, caractérisé par une garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  13. Procédé d'exploitation pour un dispositif de revêtement, en particulier une installation de revêtement électrostatique, comportant un cylindre d'isolation (7) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un piston racleur (8) est guidé par une tige de piston (11), ladite tige de piston (11) étant guidée dans un guidage de tige de piston muni d'une garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12), caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'isolation (7) est balayé entre le piston racleur (8) et la garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston (12) avec un produit de nettoyage ou avec un produit de revêtement.
  14. Procédé d'exploitation selon la revendication 13, caractérisé
    a) en ce que le balayage est effectué régulièrement, et/ou
    b) en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité pour tige de piston comporte au moins deux joints d'étanchéité (17, 18) décalés dans la direction axiale, lesquels délimitent un espace pour fuite (20), ledit espace pour fuite (20) étant balayé.
