  • Capsules have for some time been present on the market for producing a drink, for example a coffee drink.
  • Such capsules comprise a watertight plastic container for preserving the integrity of an aromatic essence present therein until the time of its use, wherein its cover and its base, after the removal of their suitable aluminium plates, are perforated by suitable perforator members, present in the seat of the infuser apparatus in which the capsule is housed, in order to create an entrance path for the infusion water and an exit path for the infusion.
  • Such capsules have various drawbacks, including the fact that for their perforation, only extraneous elements present in their housing seat are employed. This requires a correct positioning of the capsule in its housing seat, in order to be subjected to a precise perforation, given that an incorrect perforation risks negatively influencing the infusion by distorting the optimal infusion paths inside the container or the optimal pressure conditions inside the container during the infusion. In addition, a distorted perforation can also cause material detachments, which contaminate the infusion, as well as the undesired exit of coffee powder from the capsule.

Claims (24)

  1. Behälterkapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) für Pulver einer aromatischen Essenz zur Zubereitung eines Aufgusses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Behälter (2) umfasst, der eine perforierte Basis (4) aufweist, die Teil der Kapselwand ist und auf der Außenseite mit einem Schutzelement (5) bedeckt ist, sowie ein Perforationselement (6) an der Innenseite des Schutzelements (5) und zu betätigen durch den im Behälter (2) erzeugten Fluiddruck, sodass das Austreten des Aufgusses aus dem Behälter (2) ermöglicht wird.
  2. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der Basis (4) durch einen Filter (9) bedeckt ist.
  3. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationselement (6) fest mit der Basis (4) verbunden ist, die aufgrund des im Behälter (2) erzeugten Fluiddrucks verformbar ist.
  4. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) einer elastischen oder elastoplastischen Verformung unterliegt.
  5. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) eine oder mehrere Versteifungsrippen besitzt, um dem Innendruck des Behälters (2), im Wesentlichen nicht verformt, bis zu einem bestimmten Schwellenwert entgegenzuwirken.
  6. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) eine Verformungsrichtung aufweist, die parallel zu einer symmetrischen Achse (7) des Behälters (2) verläuft, die sich orthogonal zu einer Abdeckung (3) des Behälters (2) und zur Basis (4) des Behälters (2) erstreckt.
  7. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationselement (6) sich in Längsrichtung parallel zur symmetrischen Achse (7) von einer mittigen Position der Basis (4) erstreckt.
  8. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) eine Aluminiumplatte ist.
  9. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) eine Einbuchtung zur Innenseite des Behälters (2) aufweist, dass das Schutzelement (5) umkreisend mit dem Umfang der Basis (4) verbunden ist und dass das Perforationselement (6) aus der Außenseite der Basis (4) in einem zwischen der Basis (4) und dem Schutzelement (5) begrenzten Bereich hervortritt.
  10. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter (9) starr ist und auf der Innenseite der Basis (4) orthogonal zur symmetrischen Achse (7) des Behälters (2) ruht, sodass eine Druckkraft auf die Basis (4) ausgeübt wird, vorwiegend ausgerichtet entlang der Verformungsrichtung.
  11. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiterer Papierfilter (11) mit der Innenseite des Filters (9) verbunden ist.
  12. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationselement (6) fest mit der Basis (4) verbunden ist und eine Einheit mit ihr bildet.
  13. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationselement (6) einen Spitzenendabschnitt (13), liegend auf einer abgeschrägten Ebene zur symmetrischen Achse (7), aufweist.
  14. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) mehrere kalibrierte Löcher (15) besitzt.
  15. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Perforationselement (6) ein kalibriertes Loch (17) an der Erweiterung eines kalibrierten Lochs (18) der Basis (4) besitzt.
  16. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter (9) aufgrund des Fluiddrucks, der im Behälter (2) erzeugt wird, verformbar ist, und dass das Perforationselement (6) fest mit dem verformbaren Filter (9) verbunden ist.
  17. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Filter (9) einer elastischen oder elastoplastischen Verformung unterliegt.
  18. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) starr ist und ein Positionierungsloch (19) des Perforationselements (6) besitzt.
  19. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (4) einen Eindruck (20), geeignet zur Aufnahme des verformbaren Filters (9) während dessen Verformung, aufweist.
  20. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) umkreisend mit dem Umfang der Basis (4) und mit dem Umfang des Positionierungslochs (19) des Perforationselements (6) verbunden ist.
  21. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (3) mindestens eine erleichterte Durchbruchformung (21) für den Eintritt eines Aufgusswassers in den Behälter (2) aufweist.
  22. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Strichcode für ihre Identifizierung aufweist.
  23. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strichcode auf dem Schutzelement (5) positioniert ist.
  24. Kapsel zum Einmalgebrauch (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Strichcode Informationen verschlüsselt, die eine automatische Programmierung der Kaffeemaschine, die diese liest und erkennt, bewirken.
