Claims (2)

  1. Accumulateur (10) pour un système de réfrigération d'automobile comprenant un élément de carter tubulaire (11) adapté pour loger un ensemble de conduites (40, 60) au sein duquel un fluide frigorigène s'écoule ensuite, dans lequel il est muni d'un fond (12) adapté pour fermer une première extrémité (11') de l'élément tubulaire (11) et muni d'une paire de raccords (14a, 14b) respectivement pour des conduites d'entrée (31) et de sortie (32) de fluide frigorigène, et dans lequel il peut être fermé de manière étanche à une seconde extrémité (11") de l'élément tubulaire (11) opposée à la première, au moyen d'un capuchon (20), dans lequel ledit accumulateur de forme sensiblement cylindrique est muni dudit élément tubulaire (11) et dudit capuchon (20) constitués d'aluminium et dudit ensemble de conduites (40) constitué de plastique, dans lequel ledit ensemble de conduites (40) est constitué en deux coques plastiques soudées l'une à l'autre, dans lequel le capuchon (20) est constitué en forme de dôme et destiné à être au moins partiellement inséré dans l'élément tubulaire (11), au moyen d'une portion d'insertion (21) avec un diamètre plus petit par rapport au diamètre interne de l'élément tubulaire (11) et se terminant avec une butée circonférentielle (22) sur laquelle, par le biais d'un soudage par explosion à impulsions magnétiques, une portion d'extrémité (13) de l'extrémité (11") de l'élément tubulaire (11) est déformée et façonnée jusqu'à ce que les plans cristallins des surfaces en contact des deux pénètrent l'un dans l'autre en formant sensiblement un corps unique et en obtenant ainsi l'étanchéité.
  2. Accumulateur (10) pour un système de réfrigération d'automobile comprenant un élément de carter tubulaire (11) adapté pour loger un ensemble de conduites (40, 60) au sein duquel un fluide frigorigène s'écoule ensuite, dans lequel il est muni d'un fond (12) adapté pour fermer une première extrémité (11') de l'élément tubulaire (11) et muni d'une paire de raccords (14a, 14b) respectivement pour des conduites d'entrée (31) et de sortie (32) de fluide frigorigène, et dans lequel il peut être fermé de manière étanche à une seconde extrémité (11") de l'élément tubulaire (11) opposée à la première, au moyen d'un capuchon (20), dans lequel ledit accumulateur de forme sensiblement cylindrique est muni dudit élément tubulaire (11) et dudit capuchon (20) constitués d'aluminium et dudit ensemble de conduites (40) constitué de plastique, dans lequel ledit ensemble de conduites (40) est constitué en deux coques plastiques soudées l'une à l'autre, dans lequel le capuchon (20) est constitué de forme sensiblement plate et destiné à être au moins partiellement inséré dans l'élément tubulaire (11), au moyen d'une portion d'insertion (21) avec un bord circonférentiel (21') ayant un diamètre plus petit par rapport au diamètre interne de l'élément tubulaire (11) et se terminant avec une butée circonférentielle (22), sur ledit bord circonférentiel (21') et sur ladite butée circonférentielle (22), une portion d'extrémité (13) de l'extrémité (11") de l'élément tubulaire (11) étant déformée et façonnée au moyen d'un soudage par explosion à impulsions magnétiques jusqu'à ce que les plans cristallins des surfaces en contact des deux pénètrent l'un dans l'autre en formant sensiblement un corps unique et en obtenant ainsi l'étanchéité.
