Claims (6)
- Wärmetauscher (1), umfassend eine Gruppe von Platten (10), welche zwischen einander Kreisläufe (2, 3) von Fluid definieren, welches abwechselnd zirkuliert, mithilfe von Dichtungen (4), welche zwischen jedem Paar von zwei benachbarten Platten eingesetzt sind, wobei die Dichtungen die Dichtheit des zwischen jedem Paar von benachbarten Platten definierten Volumens gewährleisten, wobei jede der Dichtungen eine obere Fläche gegenüber einer der beiden benachbarten Platten aufweist, wobei die obere Fläche vor Kompression zwischen den beiden benachbarten Platten einen spitzenförmigen Abschnitt und einen konkaven Abschnitt beiderseits der Spitze aufweist, wobei jede Platte mindestens eine Führungsausschneidung (5) umfasst, welche an mindestens einem ihrer Enden ausgespart ist und es ermöglicht, jede Platte (10) innerhalb eines Gestells (6) zu führen, wobei der Wärmetauscher Folgendes umfasst:- zwischen jedem Paar von zwei benachbarten Platten und in der Nähe der Führungsausschneidung (5), mindestens ein Distanzstück (7), das dazu bestimmt ist, komprimiert zu werden und das in Kontakt mit den beiden benachbarten Platten (10, 11) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Distanzstück (7, 17) das Kippen einer Platte in Bezug auf die andere beim Anziehen verhindert und vor Kompression eine Stärke aufweist, welche mindestens gleich derjenigen der Dichtung ist, wobei jedes Distanzstück (7) eine Ausstülpung der Dichtung (4) ist; und- einen Verbindungsabschnitt (9) zwischen jeder Dichtung (4) und jedem Distanzstück (7), wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (9) eine geringere Stärke als diejenige der Dichtung (4) aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Distanzstück in eine Nut (8) eingesetzt ist, welche in einer der Platten (10) ausgespart ist, mit welcher sie in Kontakt kommt.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Distanzstück (7, 17) eine im Wesentlichen quaderförmige Form aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Distanzstück (7, 17) eine höhere Komprimierbarkeit als diejenige der Dichtung (4) aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanzstücke (7, 17) und die Dichtungen (4) aus einem gleichen Material hergestellt sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanzstücke (7, 17) und die Dichtungen (4) aus zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sind.
