Claims (23)

  1. Silo destiné au stockage et au déchargement dosé par gravité de matériau en vrac selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par un système (101) comprenant des instruments de contrôle (103) pour commander la distribution dosée du matériau en vrac hors du silo (102), dans lequel le système de commande est équipé d'appareils de télétransmission de données (106) pour la télétransmission sans fil de données, qui se trouvent en possession d'un utilisateur (107) et qui sont en mesure d'établir une liaison à distance avec les instruments de contrôle (103), afin de transmettre à ces instruments de contrôle (103) des informations sur un code d'identification de l'utilisateur (107) et sur une quantité de matériau en vrac demandée par l'utilisateur (107).
  17. Silo selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que lesdits appareils de télétransmission de données (106) comprennent un corps de réception (106a) avec un clavier (106b), qui se trouve en possession dudit utilisateur (107) et qui est en mesure d'envoyer des données sans fil auxdits instruments de contrôle (103), qui sont à leur tour reliés à au moins un appareil d'affichage (108), visible par l'utilisateur, pour des informations concernant les opérations qui sont en cours d'exécution.
  18. Silo selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que lesdits appareils de télétransmission de données (106) comprennent un dispositif d'entrée de données avec écran, qui se trouve en possession dudit utilisateur (107) et qui est en mesure d'envoyer des données sans fil auxdits instruments de contrôle (103).
  19. Silo selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que lesdits instruments de contrôle (103) sont en mesure de produire une routine de contrôle pseudo-aléatoire, qui peut être affichée sur ledit appareil d'affichage (108) et qui comprend de nombreuses actions de retour, qui peuvent être demandées audit utilisateur (107) pour que l'opération de déchargement puisse être libérée; dans lequel lesdits instruments de contrôle (103) sont équipés d'un récepteur, qui est en mesure de contrôler les messages en retour fournis par l'utilisateur (107) au moyen du clavier (106b).
  20. Silo selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que lesdits appareils de télétransmission de données (106) sont en mesure d'envoyer aux instruments de contrôle (103) des données relatives audit code d'identification de l'utilisateur (107) en même temps que la transmission des données individuelles concernant les opérations en cours d'exécution.
  21. Silo selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que lesdits instruments de contrôle (103) sont en mesure de changer d'un état non prêt à l'emploi à un état prêt à l'emploi, après qu'ils aient reçu des appareils de télétransmission de données (106) les données d'identification et que le code d'identification soit autorisé pour la distribution du matériau en vrac hors du silo (102).
  22. Silo selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 21, caractérisé en ce que lesdits instruments de contrôle (103) sont en mesure de contrôler, pour chaque demande reçue des appareils de télétransmission de données (106), si les données d'identification associées à ladite demande concordent avec les données d'identification, qui ont déclenché le dernier changement de l'état non prêt à l'emploi à l'état prêt à l'emploi.
  23. Silo selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 22, caractérisé en ce que lesdits instruments de contrôle (103) sont en mesure de changer d'un état prêt à l'emploi à un état non prêt à l'emploi, lorsqu'ils n'ont pas reçu de données des appareils de télétransmission de données (106) pendant un laps de temps prédéterminé.
