Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Anschlusssystem zum Auflegen bzw. Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines mehrpaarigen Datenkabels an Anschlusspaare einer Datenbuchse.
- RJ45-Datenbuchsen verfügen über vier Anschlusspaare zum Auflegen bzw. Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines vierpaarigen Datenkabels, wobei jedes Anschlusspaar der Datenbuchse dem Auflegen bzw. Anschließen eines Aderpaars des Datenkabels dient. Um das Anschließen der Aderpaare des Datenkabels an die Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse zu erleichtern, ist den Anschlusspaaren der Datenbuchse eine Farbcodierung zugeordnet, die der farbigen Ummantelung der Adern der Aderpaare des Datenkabels entspricht. Die Farbcodierung ist dabei nach der TIA/EIA 568 A Norm bzw. der TIA/EIA 568 B Norm ausgeführt. Beim Auflegen der Aderpaare des Datenkabels an die entsprechenden Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse müssen nach dem Stand der Technik die Adern mindestens zweier Aderpaare gekreuzt werden, was insbesondere dann, wenn an zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden eines Datenkabels jeweils eine Datenbuchse angeschlossen werden soll, zu Zuordnungsfehlern bzw. Anschlussfehlern führen kann, da die Aderpaare an den unterschiedlichen Enden eines Datenkabels jeweils in Blickrichtung auf das entsprechende Ende des Datenkabels gesehen zueinander gespiegelt sind. Weiterhin kann durch das Überkreuzen der Adern unterschiedlicher Aderpaare die elektrische Übertragungsfähigkeit beeinträchtigt werden. Es besteht daher ein Bedarf an einem Anschlusssystem zum Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines mehrpaarigen Datenkabels an Anschlusspaare einer Datenbuchse mit Hilfe dessen das Auflegen der Aderpaare des Datenkabels an die Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse vereinfacht und störungssicher erfolgen kann.
- Aus der
CH 688,947 A5 - Aus der
EP 1 625 539 A2 ist eine Aderanlegekappe für eine Datenbuchse bekannt. - Eine weitere Aderanlegekappe für eine Datenbuchse ist aus der
US 6,524,139 B1 bekannt. - Der hier vorliegenden Erfindung liegt das Problem zu Grunde, ein neuartiges Anschlusssystem zu schaffen. Dieses Problem wird durch ein Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Anschlusssystem erlaubt ein überkreuzungsloses Auflegen bzw. Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines mehrpaarigen Datenkabels an die Anschlusspaare einer Datenbuchse, wobei die eigentliche Kontaktierung der Aderpaare des Datenkabels mit den Anschlusspaaren der Datenbuchse unter Zwischenschaltung der Zuordnungseinrichtung erfolgt, deren relative Drehposition zur Aufnahmeeinrichtung sowie Datenbuchse die Kontaktierung der Aderpaare des Datenkabels mit den Anschlusspaaren des Datensteckers bestimmt. Hierdurch können Zuordnungsfehler bzw. Anschlussfehler beim Auflegen der Aderpaare des Datenkabels an die Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse vermieden werden, weiterhin wird durch das überkreuzungslose Auflegen der Aderpaare des Datenkabels die elektrische Übertragungsleistung nicht vermindert.
- Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden, ohne hierauf beschränkt zu sein, anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

- Die hier vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Anschlusssystem zum Auflegen bzw. Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines mehrpaarigen Datenkabels an Anschlusspaare einer Datenbuchse, wobei im Nachfolgenden davon ausgegangen werden soll, dass die Datenbuchse als RJ45-Datenbuchse mit vier Anschlusspaaren zum Anschließen von vier Aderpaaren eines Datenkabels ausgebildet ist.
- Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass die Erfindung nicht auf die Verwendung an RJ45-Datenbuchsen beschränkt ist, sondern vielmehr an beliebigen Datenbuchsen, die an mehrpaarige Datenkabel anzuschließen sind, verwendet werden kann.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Anschlusssystem setzt sich im Wesentlichen aus drei Hauptkomponenten zusammen, nämlich einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 zur Aufnahme und Sortierung der Kabeladern eines Datenkabels 11, einer Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sowie einer Datenbuchse 13, wobei in montiertem Zustand die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 und der Datenbuchse 13 angeordnet ist.
- Die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 dient der überkreuzungslosen Aufnahme sowie überkreuzungslosen Sortierung von Aderpaaren des Datenkabels 11, wobei gemäß
Fig. 1 das Datenkabel 11 insgesamt vier Aderpaare 14, 15, 16 und 17 aus jeweils zwei Adern, nämlich jeweils einer ersten Ader 18 und einer zweiten Ader 19, umfasst. Dabei sind die Aderpaare 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 derart überkreuzungslos in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 sortierbar, dass im Uhrzeigersinn bzw. im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gesehen die erste Ader 18 eines jeden Aderpaars 14 bis 17 jeweils zur gleichen Seite der zweiten Ader 19 des jeweiligen Aderpaars 14 bis 17 angeordnet ist. GemäßFig. 1 sind die Aderpaare 14 bis 17 in ihrer in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 aufgenommenen sowie sortierten Position um jeweils 90° rotationssymmetrisch zueinander versetzt. - Die Datenbuchse 13 verfügt über Anschlusspaare, im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel über vier Anschlusspaare 20, 21, 22 und 23 aus jeweils zwei Anschlüssen, nämlich einem ersten Anschluss 24 und einem zweiten Anschluss 25. Bei dem Anschlusspaar 20 handelt es sich insbesondere um das sogenannte Anschlusspaar 1-2 der Datenbuchse 13, bei dem Anschlusspaar 21 um das sogenannte Anschlusspaar 4-5, bei dem Anschlusspaar 22 um das sogenannte Anschlusspaar 3-6 und bei dem Anschlusspaar 23 um das sogenannte Anschlusspaar 7-8, wobei gemäß
Fig. 2 das Anschlusspaar 20 (Anschlusspaar 1-2) dem Anschlusspaar 22 (Anschlusspaar 3-6) und das Anschlusspaar 21 (Anschlusspaar 4-5) dem Anschlusspaar 23 (Anschlusspaar 7-8) gegenüberliegt. - Die Adern 18, 19 der Aderpaare 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 müssen nun an die Anschlüsse 24, 25 der Anschlusspaare 20 bis 23 der Datenbuchse 13 angeschlossen werden und zwar derart, dass abhängig vom Ende des Kabels, an welches eine Datenbuchse anzuschließen ist, sowie abhängig von der zum Auflegen der Aderpaare verwendeten Norm, also abhängig von der TIA/EIA 568 A Norm bzw. der TIA/EIA 568 B Norm, die Adern der Aderpaare 14 bis 17 an die richtigen Anschlüsse 24, 25 der Anschlusspaare 20 bis 23 angeschlossen werden. Hierzu dient die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 des erfindungsgemäßen Anschlusssystems.
- Die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 verfügt an einer ersten Seite über erste Anschlusspaare 26 und an einer zweiten Seite über zweite Anschlusspaare 27, wobei die ersten Anschlusspaare 26 der elektrischen Kontaktierung derselben mit den Aderpaaren 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 und die zweiten Anschlusspaare 27 der elektrischen Kontaktierung derselben mit den Anschlusspaaren 20 bis 23 der Datenbuchse 13 dienen.
- Die Anschlüsse der ersten Anschlusspaare 26 sowie die Anschlüsse der zweiten Anschlusspaare 27 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sind gemäß
Fig. 7 elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden, wobei die Verbindungen zwischen den Anschlüssen der ersten Anschlusspaare 26 und den Anschlüssen der zweiten Anschlusspaare 27 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 paarweise, nämlich aderpaarweise, gegeneinander abgeschirmt sein können. - Die Kontaktierung der in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 überkreuzungslos aufgenommenen sowie sortierten Aderpaare 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 mit den Anschlusspaaren 20 bis 23 der Datenbuchse 13 wird durch die relative Drehposition zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10, der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 und der Datenbuchse 13 bestimmt, wobei hierzu insbesondere die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 relativ zur Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sowie die Datenbuchse 13 relativ zur Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 verdrehbar ist.
- Die korrekte relative Drehposition zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10, der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 und der Datenbuchse 13 wird für das jeweilige Ende eines Datenkabels sowie für die jeweilige zum Auflegen der Aderpaare verwendeten Norm, also für die TIA/EIA 568 A Norm bzw. die TIA/EIA 568 B Norm, durch Markierungen vorgegeben, die der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10, der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sowie der Datenbuchse 13 zugeordnet sind. Diese Markierungen ergeben sich aus
Fig. 3 bis 6 . - Dabei tragen die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sowie die Datenbuchse 13 erste Markierungen, welche die relative Drehposition der Datenbuchse 13 zur Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 bestimmen. Die Datenbuchse 13 sowie die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 tragen zweite Markierungen, welche die relative Drehposition der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 zur Datenbuchse und damit zur Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 bestimmen.
- Gemäß
Fig. 3 bis 6 trägt die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 eine einzige erste Markierung 28, die im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel als "TIA" ausgeführt ist. Demgegenüber trägt die Datenbuchse 13 mehrere erste Markierungen 29 und 30, nämlich die ersten Markierungen "A" und "B", die an verschiedenen Seiten der Datenbuchse 13 aufgebracht sind. Durch Relativverdrehen der Datenbuchse 13 zu der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 wird entweder eine erste Markierung 29 der Datenbuchse 13 (also eine Markierung "A") oder eine erste Markierung 30 der Datenbuchse 13 (also eine Markierung "B") an der ersten Markierung 28 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 ausgerichtet, nämlich derart, dass sich die ersten Markierungen von Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 und Datenbuchse 13 in derselben Ebene ergänzen, nämlich gemäßFig. 3 und 4 die ersten Markierungen 28 und 29 und gemäßFig. 5 und 6 die ersten Markierungen 28 und 30. Demnach wird inFig. 3 und 4 die TIA/EIA 568 A Norm und inFig. 5 und 6 die TIA/EIA 568 B Norm zum Auflegen der Adernpaare 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 an die Anschlusspaare 20 bis 23 der Datenbuchse 13 verwendet. - Wie weiterhin
Fig. 3 bis 6 entnommen werden kann, ist jeder ersten Markierung 29 bzw. 30 der Datenbuchse 13 eine zweite Markierung 31 bzw. 32 zugeordnet. Diese zweiten Markierungen 31, 32 der Datenbuchse 13 dienen der Bestimmung der relativen Drehposition der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 relativ zur Datenbuchse 13 und damit relativ zur Zuordnungseinrichtung 12, wobei der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 entsprechende zweite Markierungen 33 bzw. 34 zugeordnet sind. - Die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 muss relativ zur Datenbuchse 13 derart verdreht werden, dass eine zweite Markierung 31 bzw. 32 der Datenbuchse 13 mit einer entsprechenden zweiten Markierung 33 bzw. 34 der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 in Übereinstimmung gebracht wird, und zwar derart, dass die demselben Aderpaar zugeordneten zweiten Markierungen 31 und 33 bzw. 32 und 34 von Datenbuchse 13 und Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 in der gleichen Ebene liegen wie die sich ergänzenden ersten Markierung 28 und 29 bzw. 28 und 30 von Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 und Datenbuchse 13, und zwar am gleichen Rand bzw. zur gleiche Seite der ersten Markierung 28, 29 bzw. 28, 30. Dies zeigen
Fig. 3 bis 6 für die beiden unterschiedlichen Enden eines Datenkabels 11 jeweils für beide Anschlussnormen. - Die zweiten Markierungen 33 und 34 der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 entsprechen Markierungen der Aderpaare, wobei diese zweiten Markierungen 33 und 34 die überkreuzungslose Ablage bzw. Aufnahme der Aderpaare in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 vorgeben. Die Adernpaare sind derart in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 abzulegen, dass dieselben in den durch die zweiten Markierungen 33 und 34 der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 vorgegebenen Aufnahmepositionen überkreuzungslos abgelegt werden.
- Die ersten Anschlusspaare 26 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sind vorzugsweise als IDC-Kontakte und damit Schneidklemmen ausgeführt, die zweiten Anschlusspaare 27 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 sind hingegen vorzugsweise als Pinkontakte ausgeführt. Die als Pinkontakte ausgeführten zweiten Anschlusspaare 27 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 ragen in montiertem Zustand in die vorzugsweise als Buchsen ausgebildeten Anschlusspaare 20 bis 23 der Datenbuchse 13 hinein und sind mit diesen elektrisch leitend kontaktiert.
- Die Aderpaare 14 bis 17 des Datenkabels 11 sind in montiertem Zustand des Anschlusssystems elektrisch leitend mit den als IDC-Kontakten ausgeführten ersten Anschlusspaaren 26 der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 kontaktiert.
- Die Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 ist vorzugsweise an der Datenbuchse 13 drehbar und unverlierbar gelagert. Gegebenenfalls kann eine Zwangsführung zwischen der Datenbuchse 13 und der Zuordnungseinrichtung 12 vorgesehen werden, wobei dann abhängig von der Zwangsführung entweder ein Auflegen der Aderpaare nach der TIA/EIA 568 A Norm oder nach der TIA/EIA 568 B Norm zugelassen wird. In diesem Fall sind dann für die jeweiligen Anschlussnormen unterschiedliche Zuordnungseinrichtungen 12 erforderlich.

Claims (9)
- Anschlusssystem zum Auflegen bzw. Anschließen von Aderpaaren eines mehrpaarigen Datenkabels an Anschlusspaare einer Datenbuchse:a) mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) zur Aufnahme und überkreuzungslosen Sortierung der Aderpaare (14, 15, 16, 17) des Datenkabels (11), wobei die Aderpaare zueinander versetzt in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung derart Aufnahme finden, dass eine erste Ader (18) aller Aderpaare im Uhrzeigersinn bzw. Gegenuhrzeigersinn gesehen jeweils zur gleichen Seite einer zweiten Ader (19) des jeweiligen Adernpaars angeordnet ist;b) mit einer Zuordnungseinrichtung (12), die an einer ersten Seite erste Anschlusspaare (26) zur elektrisch leitenden Kontaktierung derselben mit den in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung aufgenommenen Aderpaaren des Datenkabels und an einer zweite Seite zweite Anschlusspaare (27) zur elektrisch leitenden Kontaktierung derselben mit Anschlusspaaren (20, 21, 22, 23) der Datenbuchse (13) aufweist, wobei die Anschlüsse der ersten Anschlusspaare und der zweiten Anschlusspaare der Zuordnungseinrichtung elektrisch leitendend miteinander verbunden sind;c) wobei die Kontaktierung der in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) aufgenommenen und sortierten Aderpaare des Datenkabels (11) mit den Anschlusspaaren der Datenbuchse (13) durch die relative Drehposition zwischen der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10), der Datenbuchse (13) und der zwischen dieselben geschalteten Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) bestimmt ist, nämlich derart, dassc1) die Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) und die Datenbuchse (13) erste Markierungen (28, 29, 30) tragen, welche die relative Drehposition der Datenbuchse (13) zur Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) bestimmen, undc2) die Datenbuchse (13) und die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) zweite Markierungen (31, 32, 33, 34) tragen, welche die relative Drehposition der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) zur Datenbuchse (13) und damit zur Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) bestimmen.
- Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieselbe zum Auflegen der Aderpaar eines vierpaarigen Datenkabels an die Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse derart angepasst ist, dass die Aderpaare (14, 15, 16, 17) jeweils um in etwa 90° zueinander versetzt in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) Aufnahme finden.
- Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Datenbuchse (13) als eine RJ45-Datenbuchse ausgebildet ist, wobei die Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse derart positioniert sind, dass das Anschlusspaar 1-2 dem Anschlusspaar 3-6 gegenüberliegt und das Anschlusspaar 4-5 dem Anschlusspaar 7-8 gegenüberliegt.
- Anschlusssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) eine einzige erste Markierungen (28) trägt, und dass die Datenbuchse (13) mehrere erste Markierungen (29, 30) trägt, nämlich eine Markierung (29) für ein Auflegen der Aderpaar nach der TIA/EIA 568 A Norm und eine Markierung (30) für ein Auflegen der Aderpaaren nach der TIA/EIA 568 B Norm.
- Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn eine Auflegung nach der TIA/EIA 568 A Norm erfolgen soll, die relative Drehposition der Datenbuchse (13) zur Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) derart bestimmt ist, dass die entsprechende erste Markierung (29) der Datenbuchse (13) an der ersten Markierung (28) der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) ausgerichtet ist, und wobei dann, wenn eine Auflegung nach der TIA/EIA 568 B Norm erfolgen soll, die relative Drehposition der Datenbuchse (13) zur Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) derart bestimmt ist, dass die entsprechende erste Markierung (30) der Datenbuchse (13) an der ersten Markierung (28) der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) ausgerichtet ist.
- Anschlusssystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder ersten Markierung (29, 30) der Datenbuchse (13) jeweils eine zweite Markierung (31, 32) zugeordnet ist, an der zur Bestimmung der relativen Drehposition der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) zur Datenbuchse (13) und damit zur Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) eine entsprechende zweite Markierung (33, 34) der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) ausgerichtet ist.
- Anschlusssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Anschlusspaare (26) der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) von IDC-Kontakten und die zweiten Anschlusspaare (27) der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) von Pinkontakten gebildet sind, wobei die in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) aufgenommenen Aderpaare des Datenkabels (11) mit den IDC-Kontakten der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) elektrisch leitend kontaktiert und die Pinkontakte der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) mit den Anschlüssen der Anschlusspaare der Datenbuchse (13) elektrisch leitend kontaktiert sind.
- Anschlusssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungen zwischen den Anschlüssen der ersten Anschlusspaare (26) und den Anschlüssen der zweiten Anschlusspaare (27) der Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) paarweise gegeneinander abgeschirmt sind.
- Anschlusssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuordnungseinrichtung (12) an der Datenbuchse (13) drehbar und unverlierbar gelagert ist.
