Blister de vente (1) pour un rouleau (4) doté d'une bande enroulée (41), comprenant une base en forme de plaque (2) avec une face avant (21) et une face arrière (22) plates, une partie de blister (3) moulée en forme de godet en saillie sur sa face avant (21) et fixée sur la base (2), et le rouleau de bande (4), qui est maintenu de façon imperdable dans un espace de blister (31) formé par la base (2) et la partie moulée (3), dans lequel le rouleau de bande (4) est maintenu de façon apte à tourner dans une position dressée par rapport à la face avant (21) de la base pour le déroulement de la bande (41) dans l'espace de blister (31), dans lequel il est prévu dans la base (2) un passage (5) à travers lequel il est possible de saisir l'extrémité extérieure (414) d'enroulement de la bande et de l'amener vers l'extérieur, dans la région située devant la face arrière (22) de la base pour le déroulement de la bande (41), et dans lequel il est prévu sur la base (2) au moins un élément de coupe (7) pour couper la bande enroulée (41) tirée vers l'extérieur, dans lequel la base (2) du blister composée de coupons (210, 220) formant la face avant (21) et la face arrière (22) est assemblée en double couche, de préférence en carton ou en carton-pâte, de préférence par collage, et dans lequel le passage (5) est formé dans les deux coupons (210, 220), dans lequel la base (2) du blister est formée par un élément découpé (20) en carton ou en carton-pâte, qui est plié en double couche avec le coupon de face avant (210) et le coupon de face arrière (220) autour d'au moins une ligne de pliage (25, 26) articulant l'un à l'autre les deux coupons (210, 220), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (7) de la base (2) du blister est formé par un élément de coupe, de préférence sous la forme d'une lame de couteau, fixé de préférence par collage, autour duquel l'élément découpé (20) est plié dans une région de transition (24) entre le coupon de face avant (210) et le coupon de face arrière (220), et en ce qu'une partie séparable par déchirure (62) limitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement (631, 632) est formée au moins dans cette région de transition (24), et recouvre au moins partiellement l'élément de coupe (7) ou le dégage après la déchirure.
  2. Blister selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le passage (5) de la base est fermé et peut être ouvert pour, à l'état ouvert, libérer vers l'extérieur l'extrémité d'enroulement (411) de la bande.
  3. Blister selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le passage (5) de la base est muni, pour l'ouverture, d'un élément d'ouverture (6) séparable de la base (2), qui est formé de préférence par une partie à déchirer (61).
  4. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le passage (5) de la base présente un élément de guidage de déviation (52), qui dévie la bande enroulée (41) lors de son extraction hors du passage (5) et la guide pour l'appliquer sur un objet (9).
  5. Blister selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (7) est prévu de préférence avec une arête de coupe (71) sur un coupon (23) de la base en saillie sur la partie moulée (3) du blister, derrière l'élément de guidage de déviation (52) dans la direction d'extraction de la bande enroulée (41) s'étendant sur ce dernier.
  6. Blister selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de bande est un rouleau enroulé (4) de bande adhésive sur une face (41) avec la face adhésive (413) située de préférence vers l'intérieur de la bobine, dans lequel l'élément de guidage de déviation (52) est associé à la face de bande sans colle (412).
  7. Blister selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (7) associé à la face sans colle (412) de la bande (41) est également disposé et réalisé sous la forme d'un élément de pressage pour presser la face adhésive (413) de la bande adhésive (41) sur un objet (9) à munir de celle-ci.
  8. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (7) est prévu dans la région d'un bord (251) de la base (2) formé de deux couches de matière, qui est réalisé sous la forme d'un bord d'appui destiné à poser et à guider l'emballage (1) pour appliquer la bande (41) sur un objet (9).
  9. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (71) de la base (2) du blister est associé à une face de bande (412) de la bande enroulée (41) extraite du passage (5) de la base, tandis qu'un dispositif d'appui (8) sur la face arrière (22) de la base est associé à l'autre face de bande opposée (413) pour la fixation détachable de la bande enroulée (41).
  10. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la base (2) du blister est formée par un élément découpé (20) en carton ou en carton-pâte, qui est plié en double couche avec le coupon de face avant (210) et le coupon de face arrière (220) autour d'au moins une ligne de pliage (25, 26) articulant l'un à l'autre les deux coupons (210, 220).
  11. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de coupe (7) présente une arête de coupe (71), qui coïncide avec une ligne de pliage (26) se pliant vers l'intérieur, par laquelle le coupon de face avant (210) et le coupon de face arrière (220) de la base (2) sont articulés l'un à l'autre.
  12. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture de sortie (51) du passage (5) est réalisée dans le coupon de face avant (210) et une partie de matière séparable (61) est réalisée par un affaiblissement de la matière (631, 632) dans le coupon de face arrière (220), dans lequel la partie détachable (61) recouvre l'ouverture de sortie (51) pour fermer le passage (5) ou la dégage après la séparation.
  13. Blister selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie à déchirer (62) recouvrant l'élément de coupe (7) est d'une seule pièce avec une partie séparable par déchirure (61) s'étendant en dessous du coupon de face arrière (220) de la base jusqu'en dessous de l'ouverture de sortie (51) et recouvrant celle-ci, dans lequel l'élément à déchirer (6) ainsi formé recouvre à l'état non déchiré l'élément de coupe (7) et ferme l'ouverture de sortie (51), tandis que, après la déchirure, il dégage aussi bien une arête de coupe (71) de l'élément de coupe (7) que l'ouverture de sortie (51), dans lequel l'élément à déchirer (6) est de préférence adapté à la largeur de la bande enroulée (41), de telle manière qu'après la séparation de l'élément à déchirer (6), il apparaisse sur la face arrière de l'emballage (22) un creux en forme de canal pour le guidage de la bande.
  14. Blister selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à déchirer (6) est réalisé et disposé de telle manière qu'il puisse être saisi pour la déchirure aussi bien sur la face avant (21) de la base que sur la face arrière (22) de la base.
  15. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie (51) et la partie à déchirer (61) recouvrant celle-ci pour la fermeture sont disposées de telle manière que le rouleau de bande (4) se loge par son sommet côté base (43) dans l'ouverture de sortie (51).
  16. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces extérieures tant du coupon de face avant (210) que du coupon de face arrière (220) sont revêtues de laque.
  17. Blister selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le coupon de face avant (210) formant la face avant (21) de la base est revêtu, au moins dans la région d'application de la partie moulée (3) du blister, d'une laque de soudage, par laquelle la partie moulée (3) du blister est scellée à la base (2).
  18. Blister selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le coupon de face arrière (220) formant la face arrière (22) de la base est revêtu d'une laque résistant à la chaleur qui reste solide à la température nécessaire pour la réalisation de l'assemblage scellé (11).
