Description

The invention relates to a wooden floor, in particular for outdoor areas such as terraces or the like with at least two spaced planks or panels, wherein between the planks or panels, an air gap is formed, wherein in the air gap between mutually facing side surfaces of two adjacent planks or panels at least one fastening device is arranged for the planks or panels, wherein the fastening device has at least one inserted in at least one molded in the side surface mounting groove clamping element, wherein the clamping element has at least one receiving bore for a fastening screw.

In particular, in the case of wooden terraces, planks are laid at a distance of about 6 mm to 10 mm from each other in order to allow the material wood own sources and shrinkage and to consider the constructive wood protection. In many cases, however, a closed area is desired for several reasons. A ship's deck-like closed surface is visually appealing and increases security, as a fall of small objects, such as jewelry or money, but also of dirt and waste, is avoided. In particular, the risk of accidents is avoided in connection with heels of lady shoes. Furthermore, a closed surface is easier to clean.

Known systems show joints that are filled with Spritzfüllmaterialien. However, this is complex and very problematic when "working" the wood (swelling and shrinking). Terrace floors generally do not have to be 100% watertight, as roof decks, for example, have a second drainage level underneath and / or a substructure is provided which, depending on the application, either drains or leaches water.

Rather, it is important that the construction allows the wood to swell and swell without the seal falling out or water (ice) getting under the seal and being unable to drain, causing damage.

The DE 296 11 303 U1 describes a wood tile for a wooden floor, which consists of a lower layer of multi-layered wood and a solid top layer of precious wood, the narrow edges of the wood tile on the upper half all around a dovetail profile and at the bottom Half of the narrow edges is also round about a half a joint width on the contour of the top layer projecting stop edge attached. The stop edge is provided with a flexible foam strip. After laying the joints between the wood tiles in the dovetail profile above the stop edge with silicone, acrylic or with a commercially available plastic-coated grout waterproof and tear-proof sealed, the grout has a flexibility.

From the AT 006.531 U1 is a flat panel for floor coverings known. The panel has a plurality of sheet-like elements of thermally treated wood, wherein adjacent side surfaces of the flat wood elements form a gap, which is filled with an elastic, water-repellent plastic or sealant, which forms a visible on the useful side of the panel structural element.

Furthermore, the reveals DE 100 45 475 A1 a parquet element with a wooden panel, which is glued in three solid wood layers and which is protected by a waterproof and dirt-resistant, laterally attached permanently elastic joint. The joint - rectangular in cross-section profile - can be sanded uniformly down to the rebate base.

Sealed and filled joints have the disadvantage that they are relatively expensive to produce.

From the CH 571 134 is a floor covering with several layers of individual panels known, the individual elements of the floor covering are separated from each other by joint strips of elastic material.

From the EP 0 665 347 A1 a wooden floor of plate-shaped floor elements is known, wherein an air gap is formed between the floor elements. The mutually facing side surfaces of two adjacent floor elements each have a groove, wherein the two grooves form a narrowing to the surface of the wooden floor, dovetail-shaped in cross-section space. In the room a sealant or glue is provided.

Wooden tiles, which are laid at a distance from each other, are from the DE 296 11 303 U1 known. The gap between two adjacent wooden tiles is filled with a foam strip and with a silicone-, acrylic- or plastic-coated grout, wherein the filled with the grout space is formed by a dovetail-shaped groove in cross-section.

From the publications DE 20 2005 002 602 U1 and DE 20 2004 017 477 U1 It is known to use a disc-shaped holding means for fastening laying and / or shuttering material, which is laterally inserted into disc grooves of terrace boards. About a fastening means, such as a screw, the disk-shaped holding means, such as a dowel joint, is connected to the substructure. The disadvantage is that in the groove accumulating water can not drain, which is why a rapid drying is prevented. As a result of the waterlogging it can thus come after a relatively short time to moisture damage of the wooden floor.

The US 2004/0020136 A1 describes a wooden floor with a drainage system, wherein in the gap between two boards a multiple kinked gutter is inserted in lateral grooves of the boards. The gutter is located to Tel area on the grooves, so that a rapid drying out of penetrating water is not guaranteed. This can lead to moisture damage.

The object of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to avoid moisture damage in a wooden floor with little effort.

According to the invention this is achieved in that in a wooden floor of the type mentioned, the clamping element is corrugated or grooved on the underside, wherein the clamping element is formed by a metal plate, preferably made of stainless steel, and that the mutually facing side surfaces of two adjacent planks or panels each having a groove and the two grooves form a narrowing to the surface of the wooden floor, dovetailed in cross-section space that in the space an elongated, flexible sealing element is used, wherein the Groove in the transition to the surface of the wooden floor has a first curved portion whose radius of curvature is preferably greater than 2 mm, that the groove in the region of the largest width of the space has a second curved portion whose radius of curvature is preferably greater than 2 mm and that on the second curved portion adjoining a side surface sloping flank, which has an angle of at least 3 °, preferably about 5 ° to the surface of the wooden floor, wherein the fastening means is arranged below the grooves.

It when the clamping element is mounted on both sides in each case a mounting groove of the adjacent planks or panels is particularly advantageous.

In order not to weaken the board this groove milling is preferably not continuous but only partially carried out at a distance of the battens.

The mounting groove is milled by at least 2 mm deeper and at least 5 mm longer than the inserted clamping element in the board, the clamping element is preferably at least 1 mm thinner than the mounting groove and slightly grooved on the underlying bottom, or as a wave-shaped sheet metal plate trained, whereby penetrating water can dry out again, a capillary action is largely avoided, and ensures the natural working of the wood.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the clamping element in plan has two mutually remote, convex, preferably circular arc-shaped sides. A simple production is possible if the mounting groove is concave in plan, preferably circular arc. It may be formed by a slot cutter which preferably has a diameter of about 100 mm and a width of about 4 mm.

This mounting option is particularly advantageous to avoid longitudinal misalignment joints or miter joints to offset the surface.

The sealing element preferably consists of a hollow profile. Characterized in that the sealing element is inserted into the dovetail groove, falling out of the sealing element is prevented from the joint.

The flexible sealing element can optimally balance the swelling and shrinkage of the wood.

It is particularly advantageous if at least one groove has substantially the shape of an "S".

In addition, in the transition to the side surface, the groove can have a third curved region whose radius of curvature is preferably greater than 1 mm.

The S-shape of the groove has several advantages. On the one hand, a secure seat of the sealing element is ensured in the groove, wherein the sealing element is prevented by the wedge-shaped shape of the groove from falling out. The groove has a chamfer to the surface. Alternatively or additionally, it may be provided that between the groove and the surface of the wooden floor, a curved transition region is formed whose radius is greater than the first radius of curvature. The chamfering and / or the rounding of edges causes a chipping is prevented. Even a sanding of the surface of the wooden floor is easily possible.

Between the first and the second curved region, the groove may be formed with a flat first flank, wherein preferably the flank with a normal to the surface at an angle between 5 ° to 30 °, preferably between 10 ° and 20 °.

In order to avoid a jam of penetrating water and moisture, it is advantageous if adjoining the second curved portion a sloping side surface to the second flank, which has an angle to the bottom surface of at least 3 °, preferably about 5 °.

The profiling is designed so that the sealing element is held firmly down. In rain and wet, the wooden board swells, the sealing element is compressed and further seals. If the wood shrinks due to dehydration, the seat of the sealing element becomes looser, but falling out is prevented. Incoming water is discharged downwards (constructive wood protection).

The S-shaped profiling of the groove prevents weakening of the board at the edge and also allows subsequent milled the groove on commercial profiled decking.

The boards are laid, for example, by means of spacer blocks to an exact distance. Distanzktötzchen but can be omitted if the clamping element in at least one, preferably in each end region has a preferably flexible spacer.

The sealing element is easy to use and can also be removed if necessary, or replaced. Removing the sealing element is also important because the attachment of decking often hidden in the joint takes place. The removal of the seal allows access to the attachment points and thus allows removable inspection openings.

Also at the longitudinal joints, the seal is introduced in the same way and glued by suitable adhesives with the longitudinal seals.

The sealing element is preferably made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or silicone.

The installation of the sealing element is also possible in already laid terraces.

With the help of a specially designed milling cutter and a powerful router, it is possible to groove already laid floors with relatively little effort.

The wooden floor 1 has a plurality of mutually spaced apart planks 2 or panels, etc. on. Between the planks 2, an air gap 3 is formed. The side surface 2a, 2b of each plank 2 has a groove 4a, 4b, which forms in cross-section substantially an S-shaped profile. Between the two grooves 4a, 4b a dovetail-shaped in cross-section space 5 is provided, in which a trained as a hollow profile sealing element 6 is arranged.

Each groove 4a, 4b has a first curved area 7a, a second curved area 7b and a third curved area 7c, the radii of the curved areas being at most 2 mm (first and second area 7a, 7b), or 1 mm (third area 7c) amount. Between the groove 4a, 4b and the surface 8 may further be provided a chamfer 13 or a curved transition region. This avoids sharp edges. Between the first and the second curved portion 7a, 7b, a substantially flat first edge 7d is formed, which with a normal 8a on the surface 8 an angle β of 5 ° to 30 °, preferably about 15 °, spans the first curved portion 7a runs to the surface 8 of each floor 2 from. The third curved portion 7 c is formed adjacent to the side 2 a, 2 b of each board 2. Between the second and the third curved portion 7b, 7c, the groove 4a, 4b is provided with a sloping second flank 7e, wherein the sloping second flank 7e to the surface 8 of the wooden floor 1 forms an angle α of about 5 °.

This allows any penetrating water to be drained down easily. The illustrated construction of the board 2 allows unimpeded swelling and shrinkage of the wood, without the sealing element 6 falls out and without causing damage by penetrating water. The sealing element 6 itself consists of weather-resistant TPE or silicone, is easy to use and also easy to take out again.

Fig. 3 shows a variant in which the sealing element 6 conceals fasteners 9. The fasteners 9 formed for example by clamping elements 13 (flat steel) are inserted into fastening grooves 10 which are formed in the sides 2a, 2b of the boards 2. In order to facilitate the assembly of the planks 2, each clamping element 13 has an elastically bendable spacer 14 in each end region 13a, 13b ( Fig. 7 ). In holes 11 of the fasteners 9 mounting screws not shown are used with which the planks 2 can be adapted to a substructure 12. In order to ensure an unobstructed water flow, the fastening means 9 are not formed continuously over the entire length of the air gap 3, but only partially and spaced from each other.

This mounting method can also be used for boards with low heights, eg 25 mm, as in Fig. 4 is shown. If the planks are equipped with drainage grooves on the underside (commercially available), plastic inserts can be dispensed with.

The clamping elements 13 can be formed, for example, by corrugated metal flakes made of stainless steel, with two convex circular-arc-shaped sides 13a, 13b in plan view ( Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 ).

The fastening grooves 10 are correspondingly concave circular arc-shaped and may be formed by a Nutenfräser, which preferably has a diameter of about 100 mm and a width of about 4 mm.

In order to prevent accumulation of water, everywhere sharp edges are avoided wherever possible and instead provided defined radii of curvature of at least 1 mm to 2 mm.

Fig. 8 shows the arrangement of the clamping elements 13 at several laid planks 2. The clamping elements can be arranged both on the long sides, as well as on the front sides, as well as miter joints. It is reliable prevents warping of the planks.
