  2. Device for attaching according to claim 1, wherein said hook (17A), which extends parallel to the support panel (4), on the one hand, includes a tapered end (21) for permitting the insertion, between this hook (17A) and said support panel (4), of the perpendicular wing (11) of the attachment tab (3) and, on the other hand, is designed in the form of a setback in order to be elastically inserted into the opening (15A) in this attachment tab (3) when said support panel (4) substantially stops in the inner corner (12) formed by the two wings (10, 11).
  3. Device for attaching according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic hook (17A) is in the form of an independent part made of plastic or by cutting and bending of a metal blade and designed capable of being fixed, through riveting, crimping, gluing or clipping, against the support panel (4).
  4. Device for attaching according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic hook (17A) is made through a cutting operation performed directly in said support panel (4), followed by adapted bending and/or stamping operations.
  5. Device for attaching according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said locking means (9) include gripping means permitting to make them inactive and permit the detachment of the support panel (4) from the attachment tab (3).
