Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for operating a heat pump device.
- Heat pumps for heating heating water have been known for years.
- heating is provided by the condensation of refrigerant under high pressure and thus at high temperature, while the heat is transferred to a heat transfer medium, for example heating water.
- the liquefied refrigerant is then expanded in a throttle device, for example an expansion valve, and then evaporates while absorbing ambient heat in the evaporator of the heat pump.
- the refrigerant vapor is compressed by the heat pump's compressor so that it can then be liquefied again in the heat pump's condenser.
- DE 1 229 558 shows a heat pump system for the simultaneous generation of useful heat and cold that can be stored, with air as the working medium.
- Switching elements are installed at at least one point in the circuit, with the aid of which the closed circuit can be wholly or partially interrupted and air can be fed into and released from the circuit in at least two different ways.
- WO 02/053399 shows an arrangement for cooling or heating with a first heat exchanger for releasing or removing heat into or from a heat reservoir and also relates to a method for switching between a cooling mode and a heating mode.
- a second heat exchanger removes or releases heat from or into a room to be cooled or heated.
- the arrangement has a compressor, an expansion element and means for switching between a cooling mode and a heating mode.
- the switching means are integrated in a module.
- JP2001-304714 an air conditioning system with CO2 as a refrigerant is disclosed.
- the CO2 refrigerant (gas refrigerant) emerging from the compressor is cooled by a cooler and is cooled in the supercritical area between the inlet and the outlet.
- the air flow passing through the indoor heat exchanger is heated by the cooling heat in the indoor heat exchanger, and this is blown into the room as warm air to perform the heating.
- An accumulator is a four-way switch valve that selectively connects an outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger to the pressure port and the suction port of the compressor.
- EP 0 019 736 shows a heat pump system with a refrigeration circuit, which is characterized by a compressor with a discharge line and a suction line, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger and each heat exchanger with a plurality of heat transfer circuits, which are arranged to provide a refrigerant series flow through the circuits when the heat exchanger is used as a condenser, and a parallel flow of refrigerant through the circuits when the heat exchanger is used as an evaporator.
- the heat pump can be used to cool the heat transfer medium such as the "heating water” can be used.
- the "heating water” can then, as it flows through the room heating surfaces, which become room cooling surfaces in cooling mode, absorb heat from the room, which is then transferred to the condenser of the heat pump, which functions as an evaporator in cooling mode, so that the 'heating water 'is cooled.
- a disadvantage of conventional reversible heat pumps for heating and cooling is that when the cooling circuit is reversed, the direction of flow through the heat exchangers on the refrigerant side changes. Since the direction of flow on the secondary side, on which either (heating) water or air flows, remains unchanged, when the refrigerant circuit is reversed, a countercurrent heat exchanger becomes a cocurrent heat exchanger with reduced efficiency and an increased mean temperature difference between refrigerant and water or . Air. This reduces the coefficient of performance of the heat pump in one of the two operating modes. Reversible heating heat pumps are therefore generally optimized for either heating or cooling operation and do not achieve optimum coefficients of performance in the other operating mode.
- the method is used to operate an air / water heat pump with a compressor, a first heat exchanger through which water flows, an expansion valve, a second heat exchanger to which air is applied, and a first and second switching valve.
- the first and second switching valve can be switched in at least a first and a second operating mode of the heat pump device in such a way that the compressor, the first heat exchanger through which water flows, the expansion valve and the second heat exchanger exposed to air are each connected at their first end to the first switching valve and can be coupled at their second end to the second switching valve. This is done in the steps.
- the first and second switching valves are switched in such a way that the first heat exchanger, through which water flows, acts as a condenser at its first end with the compressor and at its second end is coupled to the expansion valve.
- the compressed refrigerant flows from the compressor to the first heat exchanger and from the first heat exchanger via the expansion valve to the air-charged second heat exchanger (30) and from the air-charged second heat exchanger (30) back to the compressor, in the second operating mode Cooling, the first and second switching valves are switched in such a way that the first heat exchanger as an evaporator is coupled with its first end to the expansion valve and with its second end to the compressor.
- the refrigerant flows from the compressor to the air-charged second heat exchanger, which works as a condenser, from the air-charged second heat exchanger to the expansion valve, and from there to the first heat exchanger as an evaporator and finally back again the compressor.
- the direction of flow of the refrigerant through the second heat exchanger exposed to air and the direction of flow of the refrigerant through the first heat exchanger through which water flows is the same in both the first heating mode and in the second cooling mode.
- the two switching valves are arranged such that the first heat exchanger through which water flows, the expansion valve, the second heat exchanger through which air flows and the compressor are coupled in parallel between the first and second switching valve.
- Fig. 1 shows a heat pump device according to a first embodiment.
- the heat pump has a compressor 10, a first heat exchanger 20 (condenser), a second heat exchanger (30) (evaporator), an expansion valve 40 and a first and second switching valve 50, 60.
- the two switching valves 50, 60 are arranged such that the first heat exchanger 20, the expansion valve 40, the second heat exchanger 30 and the compressor 10 are coupled in parallel between the first and second switching valves 50, 60.
- the two switching valves are preferably designed as a 4-2-way switching valve.
- the heat pump device is switched to a heating mode.
- the compressor 10 is thus coupled to the first heat exchanger 20, the first heat exchanger 20 to the expansion valve 40, the expansion valve 40 to the second heat exchanger 30 and the second heat exchanger 30 to the compressor 10.
- the two switching valves 50, 60 are switched in such a way that the compressed refrigerant from the compressor 10 to the first heat exchanger and from the first heat exchanger via the Expansion valve 40 can flow to the second heat exchanger 30 and from the second heat exchanger 30 back to the compressor 10.
- Fig. 2 shows a heat pump device according to a second embodiment.
- the heat pump device is shown in cooling mode.
- the structure of the heat pump device according to Fig. 2 corresponds to the structure of the heat pump device according to Fig. 1 .
- the difference between the heat pump device according to Fig. 2 and the heat pump device according to Fig. 1 consists in that the two switching valves 50, 60 are switched differently in order to enable cooling operation. According to Fig.
- the in Fig. 2 The refrigeration circuit shown can also be used for reverse cycle defrosting of an air / water heat pump.
- Fig. 3 shows a heat pump device according to a third embodiment.
- the structure of the heat pump device according to Fig. 3 corresponds to the structure of the heat pump device according to Fig. 1 or 2 .
- the difference between the heat pump device according to Fig. 3 and the heat pump devices according to Fig. 1 or 2 consists in the two switching valves 50, 60 being switched off.
- the refrigerant can flow back from the second heat exchanger 30 via the switching valve 50 back to the compressor 10.
- the refrigerant in the first heat exchanger 20 can flow via the switching valve 50 to the expansion valve 40 and in turn via the switching valve 60 to the first heat exchanger 20.
- the refrigeration circuit has thus been divided into two separate circuits.
- Fig. 3 a situation is shown in which the evaporator of an air / water heat pump is defrosted using hot gas defrosting.
- the heat pump device is also an operating mode for circular defrosting.
- circular defrosting is the energetically more efficient form of defrosting air-loaded first heat exchangers 20, since a proportion of the heat is used for defrosting, which was generated with a coefficient of performance greater than 1.
- this heat is provided by water. The situation is critical if the water is cooled down to near freezing point during reverse cycle defrosting. In this case the defrost must be stopped.
- Defrosting is primarily carried out by reversing the circle. Due to the possibility of using both defrosting methods, if operating conditions arise during the reverse cycle defrosting in which the first heat exchanger 20 (evaporator during defrosting) threatens to freeze, the defrosting of the air-admitted first heat exchanger (during defrosting of the condenser) by the hot gas defrosting to be continued. This ensures trouble-free and energetically efficient defrosting.
- zeotropic refrigerant is used in an air / water heat pump, then, due to the lower temperature of the refrigerant at the evaporator inlet, relatively more ice or frost forms on the air outlet side of the first heat exchanger. If the first heat exchanger is switched as a cross-counterflow instead of a cross-flow during defrosting, improved defrosting can be provided. In such a case, the hot gas with the highest temperature enters the first heat exchanger at the point where the greatest ice formation or frost formation occurs.

Description
WO 02/053399 - In
JP2001-304714 -

- In
Reifbildung auftritt.
