  • Fixing means are interposed between the cross-piece 5 and the housing 10a, comprising an insert 29 housed in a channel 30 extending axially in the cross-piece 5.
  • the channel 30 has an opening 30a on the side of the cross-piece 5 facing the awning 2.
  • the insert has three threaded holes 31, 32a and 32b, aligned in the direction of longitudinal extension of the cross-piece.
  • the portion of the fabric 2 placed on the cross-piece 5 next to the insert 29 comprises three through holes 33, 34a and 34b, whose size and position match those of the holes 31, 32a and 32b respectively.
  • the means of fixing the cross-piece 5 to the housing 10a also comprise a flange 35 which can bear on the fabric 2, and which has three through holes 36, 37a and 37b, whose size and position match those of the holes 31, 32a and 32b respectively.
  • the flange 35 can be fixed to the insert 29 by means of two screws (not shown) which pass, respectively, through the holes 37a, 37b and 34a, 34b and are screwed into the holes 32a and 32b.
  • the housing 10a is removably connected to the flange 35 by means of a screw (not shown) passing through the holes 13a, 36 and 33 and screwed into the hole 31.
  • a gasket 38 is interposed between the flange 35 and the fabric 2, to act as a seal to prevent the passage of water through the holes 33, 34a and 34b.
  • the cross-pieces 5 can be assembled and fixed to the fabric 2, which is interposed between the housings 10 and 10a, before they are connected to the appendages 9 of the corresponding slidable elements 6 of the guides 4 and 4a.
  • the cross-piece 5 can be connected to all the slidable elements 6 which support it along a single fitting trajectory, since the directions of fitting X are parallel to the guides 4 and 4a.
  • the fitting is additionally facilitated by the fact that the compression of the spring 20 on the fitting trajectory takes place automatically.
  • the stability of the connection is ensured by the fact that, when the projection 9 is fitted into the corresponding housing 10 or 10a, the shoulder 27 and the wings 23a and 23b of the spring 20 interact, by interfering with the surfaces 28 and 26 respectively, to lock the projection 9 with respect to the housing 10 in the fitting direction and in the opposite direction respectively.

Claims (13)

  1. Ausziehbare Markise (1), die Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein an mindestens einem entlang Führungsvorrichtungen (4) beweglichen Querträger (5) befestigtes Tuch (2);
    - mindestens ein gleitend in den Führungsvorrichtungen (4) bewegtes und mit dem Querträger (5) verbindbares Element (6);
    - Vorrichtungen zum Anbringen (8) des gleitenden Elements (6) am Querträger (5);
    wobei die Vorrichtungen zum Anbringen (8) des Typs zum Einrasten sind und ein erstes, entweder auf dem gleitenden Element (6) oder dem Querträger (5) positioniertes Element und ein zweites, entweder auf dem anderen gleitenden Element (6) oder dem Querträger (5) positioniertes Element umfassen, wobei das erste und zweite Element jeweils miteinander verbunden werden können, und ein drittes, zwischen einer ersten Position, die die relative Verbindung zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Element gestattet, und einer zweiten Position, in der das erste und zweite Element jeweils von dem dritten Element in mindestens einer Richtung entlang der Verbindungsrichtung gehalten werden, elastisch verformbares Element;
    wobei es sich bei dem ersten Element um einen Vorsprung (9) handelt und das zweite Element einen Sitz (10, 10a) umfasst und der Vorsprung (9) in den genannten Sitz (10, 10a) einrasten kann;
    wobei der Vorsprung (9) auf dem genannten gleitenden Element (6) eingerichtet und der Sitz (10, 10a) mit dem Querträger (5) verbunden ist;
    wobei die genannte ausziehbare Markise (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - der Sitz (10, 10a) an dem genannten Querträger (5) lösbar angebracht ist;
    - die Einrastrichtung parallel zu den genannten Führungsvorrichtungen (4) verläuft.
  2. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Sitz (10) auf einem axialen Ende (5b) des Querträgers (5) lösbar am Querträger (5) angebracht ist.
  3. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Sitz (10a) in von beiden axialen Enden des Querträgers (5) im Abstand befindlicher Position anhand von Verbindungsvorrichtungen lösbar am Querträger angebracht ist, die sich mindestens zum Teil in einer axial in dem Querträger (5) verlaufenden Unterbringung befinden.
  4. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Unterbringung eine Nut (30) mit einer in Richtung des genannten Tuchs (2) gerichteten Öffnung (30a) umfasst und die Verbindungsvorrichtungen einen in der Nut (30) untergebrachten Einsatz (29) umfassen, der mindestens eine Gewindebohrung (31) einschließt.
  5. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Verbindungsvorrichtungen einen Flansch (35) umfassen, der mittels mindestens einer, mit der Gewindebohrung (31) verbindbaren sowie über die Öffnung (30a) und eine Öffnung (33) des Tuchs (2) verlaufenden Schraube mit dem Einsatz (29) verbunden werden kann, wobei das Tuch (2) zwischen dem Flansch (35) und dem Querträger (5) verläuft.
  6. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Sitz (10a) lösbar mit dem Flansch (35) verbunden ist.
  7. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das dritte Element eine an dem ersten Element angebrachte Blattfeder (20) umfasst.
  8. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Blattfeder (20) mit mindestens einer nachgiebigen Lamelle versehen ist, die geeignet ist, sich in der zweiten Position gegen eine Anschlagfläche (26) auf dem Sitz (10, 10a) zu bewegen.
  9. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 8, in der die Blattfeder (20) durch Zusammendrücken der mindestens einen Lamelle (23a) in rechtwinkliger Einrastrichtung aus der zweiten Position in die erste verschoben werden kann.
  10. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 9, bei der die mindestens eine Lamelle (23a) geeignet ist, durch Wirkung der Behinderung zwischen dem Sitz (10, 10a) und dem Vorsprung (9) während des Einrasthubs des genannten Vorsprungs automatisch in dem Sitz (10, 10a) zusammengedrückt zu werden.
  11. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der auf mindestens dem Sitz (10, 10a) oder dem Vorsprung (9) Endanschlagvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, um das relative Gleiten des Einrastens des Vorsprungs (9) in den Sitz (10, 10a) zu blockieren.
  12. Ausziehbare Markise nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Endanschlagvorrichtungen einen zur Einrastrichtung rechtwinkligen Ansatz (27) umfassen.
  13. Ausziehbare Markise (1) nach Anspruch 12, bei der der Ansatz (27) auf dem Vorsprung (9) auf einem im Verhältnis zur Blattfeder (20) entgegengesetzten Ende eingerichtet ist.
