Definitions

  • a wooden component of the type mentioned is through DE 102 24 903 A1 , by WO 2003 102 325 A3 and through EP 1 511 906 known.
  • Other prior art documents for example EP 0383 693 A1 and US 4,854,103 A and AU 500 292 B2 and WO 95 207 09 A , concern components for the construction of building walls of mainly mineral materials such as concrete. Although these structural elements of mineral type have some design features the same characteristics of the known timber components. But they do not meet the special requirements of the construction of structures made of wood-based material.
  • the invention also provides a corner element for use in a kit and a building in connection with Holzbauslementen of the type mentioned.
  • the building according to the invention has corner elements and wood components in particular use with insulating materials.
  • Timber components of the type mentioned are originally intended for buildings with particularly advantageous thermodynamic properties with respect to the heat and vapor permeability of their building walls. They can be produced with little economic effort on material and labor and have proven to be the best for the construction of buildings in areas with moderate hazards.
  • Special influences of the Earth's movement (tectonics), the weather, the industry and the traffic or warlike shocks, for example, threats of earthquakes, ingress of water, hurricanes or tornadoes and arbitrarily brought about Operations in the environment require special properties that have been able to realize structures of the type mentioned initially only limited and nut with considerable economic effort.
  • the invention is now the general task: to create buildings that can be built with little economic effort, permanently meet high building physics requirements and in particular to withstand the above-mentioned hazards.
  • a particular object of the invention is to develop the known Hotzbauetement without loss of its advantageous properties so that it can be connected to wooden components of the same kind without special economic effort of material and labor in building walls, the action of large forces in all seals , In particular, the action of large shear forces in the direction along the building walls resist.
  • the support plates of a single timber component according to the invention are therefore not as firmly connected to each other as the support plates of the known and previously used timber component prior to its inventive development.
  • the erfordereliche strength between the support plates of a timber component according to the invention arises in connection with adjacent identical wood components in finished building walls in that in the cavity of a timber component, the free end pieces of the supports of an adjacent timber component, protrude and the free spring profiles at the free end pieces of the supports the adjacent timber component in the free end of the opposite, grooves on the support plates of a timber component engage. If spring and groove on studs or support plates have a dovetail profile, the solid connection between each other opposite support plates without the use of glue.
  • the solution to the problem regarding permanent installation spaces is that between the columns about parallel to the support plates aligned intermediate walls are used, which have approximately horizontally oriented longitudinal edges and vertically oriented edges on the finished structure and on both sides along their vertical edges on the mutually facing support walls the supports are held.
  • These partitions are to face inner support plates and wall panels Separate installation spaces with shallow depth of outer support plates and wall panels facing isolation rooms, the outer support plates and wall plates are facing and have great depth.
  • the intermediate walls are formed with high edges running along their edges, which are intended to engage in grooves on the support walls of the supports:
  • the grooves on the Stütz synonymn- should expedient to accommodate the high edges of partitions of wood fiber panels have an opening width in the range of 3 to 8 millimeters .
  • the substantially rectangular intermediate walls have lateral edges with a length equal to the length of the supports and are inserted between the supports such that their longitudinal edges are arranged flush with the ends of the supports interfere with the intermediate walls so arranged the construction of a building wall by joining the timber components not.
  • Wood structural elements according to the invention can be used to particular advantage commercially in connection with particularly adapted corner elements whose essential inventive features are indicated in the appended claims 7 and 8.
  • Another particularly advantageous use of wooden construction elements according to the invention consists in a building having the features according to the invention according to appended claims 9 and 10.
  • the in the FIGS. 1 to 5 illustrated timber components have two support plates 1 and 2, which are approximately the same area rectangular, approximately parallel to each other, spaced apart and in projection normal to their major surfaces are arranged overlapping each other.
  • Flat rectangular, in projection normal to their major surfaces each other covering wall plates 3 and 4 are attached to each one of the outer major surfaces of the support plates.
  • the wall panels have major surfaces that are equal to or slightly smaller than the major surfaces of the support plates. Both the support plates and the wall panels have on the finished structure about horizontally aligned, mutually approximately parallel longitudinal edges and laterally on the finished structure about vertically aligned, mutually approximately parallel edges.
  • the wall panels are arranged offset relative to the support plates such that approximately parallel longitudinal edges of the support plates and wall plates on the one hand delimit a free longitudinal edge 5 on the outer surfaces of the support plates and on the other hand, a free longitudinal edge 6 on the inner surfaces of the wall panels.
  • the wall panels relative to the support plates are also offset such that mutually approximately parallel edges of the support plates and wall plates on the one hand limit a free high edge 7 on the outer surfaces of the support plates and on the other hand, a free high edge 8 on the inner surfaces of the wall panels.
  • the support plates 1 and 2 in the FIGS. 1 to 5 shown timber components are held by four rod-like elongated supports 9 at a distance from each other.
  • the supports are approximately parallel to each other and to the side edges of the support plates and to the Longitudinal edges of the support plates approximately perpendicular-aligned and arranged in a row at equal distances from each other. These distances determine a grid, which is again made by the sum of the distances between the two outer columns in the row to their nearest vertical edges of the support plates.
  • the supports 9 have a straight line. Central profile with a substantially rectangular cross-section and form between the support plates approximately at right angles to aligned support walls 10, which divide the cavity between the Tagplatten in chambers about the same length and width. At these support walls can be provided to the support plates approximately parallel aligned dovetail grooves 11, are used in the drawing not shown latch for connecting adjacent timber components.
  • the supports 9 have along their edge sides dovetail profiles 12 which engage approximately equal dovetail grooves 13 on the inner surfaces of the support plates 1 and 2 and thus form a two-fold positive connection between supports and support plates.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 show that the approximately perpendicular to the edges of the support plates 1 and 2 and approximately equally long supports 9 are arranged offset evenly with respect to the longitudinal edges of the support plates 1 and 2 upwards, with their dovetail profiles 12 along its edge sides only partially engage in the same length equal dovetail grooves 13 on the support plates and so connect the opposing support plates only partially together.
  • the supports have about the same length free end pieces with equal long free dovetail profiles, which protrude evenly over an upper, limited by the upper longitudinal edges of the support plates longitudinal end face 14.
  • de support plates remain the same length end pieces of the dovetail grooves 13 on the inner surfaces of the support plates free.
  • FIG. 4 The drawings show a modified embodiment of the timber component according to the invention. Similar as in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3 the drawings are to the edges of the support plates 1 and 2 approximately parallel aligned and approximately equally long supports 9 evenly with respect to the Longitudinal edges of the support plates 1 and 2 arranged offset. They engage with their Schwatbenschwanzprofilen along their edge sides only partially in the same length equal opposite Schwalbenschwanznuten 13 on the support plates and connect so the opposing support plates only partially together.
  • the supports also have about the same length free end pieces with the same catch free dovetail profiles and leave the same length end pieces of the dovetail grooves 13 on the inner surfaces of the support plates free.
  • the free end pieces of the grooves intended to receive the free dovetail profiles of the free end pieces of supports of adjacent timber components in the composite of a finished building wall.
  • the embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the one after FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the supports 9 are arranged not offset upwards but downwards with respect to the longitudinal edges of the support plates 1 and 2. Accordingly, their free end pieces with the free dovetail profiles do not protrude beyond the upper longitudinal end face 14 but beyond the lower longitudinal end face 15, and the free end pieces of the dovetail grooves 13 are accessible from the upper longitudinal end face 14.
  • This modified embodiment has the advantage that the free end pieces of the supports and their free dovetail profiles are protected between the free longitudinal edges 6 of the wall panels, which protrude beyond the lower longitudinal edges of the support plates.
  • This in FIG. 5 illustrated timber component has approximately rectangularly shaped intermediate walls 16 which are inserted between the supports 9 and approximately parallel to the support plates 1 and 2 are aligned and have approximately horizontally aligned longitudinal edges and vertically aligned edges on the finished structure.
  • the longitudinal edges of the partitions are longer by the width of two high edges than the free distance between two columns. These high edges along the edges of the intermediate walls protrude into opposite grooves 17, which are located in the support walls 10 of the supports. Due to the connection between Hochrändem and grooves, the intermediate walls are fixed to the supports between the support plates and separate Installatiorisschreib 18 shallow depth of isolation rooms 19 large depth.
  • the intermediate walls 16 of the timber component after FIG. 5 are preferably made of wood fiber boards.
  • the grooves 17 on the support walls 10 preferably have an opening width in the range of 3 to 8 millimeters.
  • the depth of the installation rooms is according to the distance of the grooves of the one support plate 20 to 30 millimeters, preferably 20 to 25 millimeters.
  • the isolation spaces have a depth of 150 to 250 millimeters, preferably of about 200 millimeters.
  • the Eckbauelement shown in the drawings is that it has a cross-sectionally approximately square column 20, which is composed essentially of two oppositely disposed front panels 21 and 22 and two oppositely disposed side plates 23 and 24 preferably made of wood material and an isolation space 25 for the Contains absorption of insulating material between the plates.
  • the front panels are about a width equal to the distance between the support plates of a timber component connected by supports between the outer surfaces of the support plates.
  • the side panels are wider than the front panels and project beyond the outer surface of one front panel 21 at least on one side with exposed high edges 26.
  • the width of the exposed high edges 26 of the side plates is approximately equal to the width of the exposed Höchr selected 7, 8 on the outer surfaces of the support plates 1, 2 of a timber component.
  • connection post 27 is attached at the first front panel 21 in the middle between the exposed high edges 26 of the side panels.
  • This post has an approximately rectangular cross section with a Qüerterrorismsmother approximately equal to the distance between the interconnected support plates, a timber component measured between the inner surfaces of the support plates.
  • a second connecting post 28 is attached on the one side plate 23 in the middle between the finished structure about vertically aligned edges of the column with dimensions approximately equal to the dimensions of the first connecting post.
  • the connection posts extend along the edges of the support plates of adjacent timber components. They protrude into the cavity between the support plates and thus positively connect the adjacent timber components with the corner component.
  • the lower ends of the connecting posts 27 and 28 have a distance from the lower end of the column 20 approximately equal to the width of the free longitudinal edges 5 and 6 on the outer sides of the support plates 1 and 2 and on the inner sides of the wall plates 3 and 4.
  • These sleepers have a width approximately equal to the distance between the wall plates (3, 4) of a timber component, which are interconnected by supports, between the inner surfaces of the wall panels. Their height is approximately equal to the width of the free longitudinal edges 5 and 6 on the outer surfaces of the support plates (1, 2) and on the inner surfaces of the wall panels (3, 4) of a timber component.
  • These thresholds are to be designed and fixed at a finished structure on a foundation floor approximately at right angles to each other. Their directed towards a corner of the building end can be located under the lower ends of the connecting posts 27 and 28 of a Eckbauelements and support these posts. They are also intended, for example, in timber construction elements of the embodiment of the FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5 fill the space between the wall panels and the lower longitudinal end faces 15 of the support plates, support the support plates and so form-fitting and frictionally connect the bottom of the finished building timber elements with the foundation floor. With cross-sectional profile in the form of steps not shown in the drawing, according to the invention, ground sleepers can also stretch between the support plates (1, 2) to the lower ends of the supports 9 raised from the longitudinal end faces 15 and divert vertical forces to the foundation floor from these supports.
  • Wooden construction elements of the embodiment according to FIG. 4 require the use of sleepers with special cross-sectional profile on finished structures. Although such thresholds are not shown here but close to the expert due to the explanations of the thresholds 29 and 30 in thought.
  • Timber components and corner elements according to the invention are used for the manufacture of structures by the invention that in the insulation of Eckbauium and wooden components first insulating materials used under the influence of weather and vibration variable volume or poured or blown or stuffed with reduction of the volume and that at least one permanently elastic second insulating material with as constant as possible elasticity and under pressure elastically variable volume under and / or between and / or is arranged above the first insulating materials.
