Claims (3)
- Procédé pour renforcer une zone de paroi d'une garniture tridimensionnelle pour des contraintes élevées de couple, dans lequel on découpe dans une bande étroite une platine présentant un contour extérieur courbe essentiellement régulier, puis on procède au formage et découpage fin de la platine à l'aide d'un outil de formage et de découpage fin composé d'un poinçon, d'un contre-poinçon, d'une matrice, d'un anneau de retenue et d'une plaque de guidage, de manière à obtenir un corps en forme de coupelle, on forme sur ledit corps un bord périphérique pour une denture et on renforce l'épaisseur de paroi (s) de la zone de paroi (10) entre le bord (8) et le corps (2) de la garniture par un déplacement ciblé de matière à l'aide d'un filage à froid opéré en au moins deux phases dans des directions d'écoulement (C, D) opposées, obliquement par rapport au déplacement de poinçon (SM), de telle sorte que le déplacement ciblé de matière compense approximativement l'écoulement de matière causé par le formage dans la zone de paroi (10), caractérisé en ce que dans la première phase, on fait d'abord couler la matière située au centre de la platine (2) dans une direction identique à celle du déplacement de poinçon (SM), de telle sorte que se forme dans un espace (14) ménagé dans la matrice (12), sur le côté opposé extérieur (G) de la platine (2), un volume de matière (V) selon la direction (C), obliquement par rapport à la direction du déplacement de poinçon (SM), et dans la deuxième phase, on déplace ledit volume de matière (V) qui s'est formé, par un filage à froid opéré dans une direction (D) opposée à celle de la première phase, dans un espace (18) ménagé dans la plaque de guidage (11), de telle sorte que se forme entre le bord (8) et l'estampage (6) du corps (3) en forme de coupelle, la zone de paroi (10) avec une épaisseur de paroi (s) adaptée à la contrainte exigée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajuste le renforcement de l'épaisseur de paroi (s) dans la zone de paroi (10) par un choix de taille et de forme des espaces (14 ; 18) dans la matrice (12) et la plaque de guidage (11 ).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on ajuste l'épaisseur de paroi (s) à une charge de rupture adaptée à l'application respective.
