Abstract

Es wird ein Scharnier für eine Schwenktür, insbesondere einer Duschabtrennung, vorgeschlagen, wobei der Schwenkbewegung eine Axialbewegung überlagerbar ist. Hierzu ist ein Scharnierteil in seiner Drehlage einstellbar. Um einen einfachen, kompakten Aufbau bei hoher Belastbarkeit und Standzeit sowie eine optimale Justage und Einstellbarkeit zu ermöglichen, ist ein Halteteil vorgesehen, das kabelformig ausgebildet und/oder seitlich auf einen Gelenkbolzen schiebbar ist, und/oder verläuft eine Sicherungsschraube parallel zur Schwenkachse und ist von unten anziehbar, um das Halteteil gegen ein Verdrehen zu sichern. Weiter werden eine Duschabtrennung mit einem derartigen Scharnier sowie eine Wandhalterung vorgeschlagen.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 oder 4, eine Duschabtrennung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 8 sowie eine Wandhalterung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10.
  • Die DE 20 2004 004 258 U1 offenbart ein Scharnier für eine Schwenktür einer Duschabtrennung mit zwei Scharnierhälften, die über einen Gelenkbolzen um eine Schwenkachse gegeneinander schwenkbar sind. Das Scharnier weist ein in seiner Drehlage verstellbares und mittels einer Sicherungsschraube fixierbares Scharnierteil mit einer zur Schwenkachse geneigten Gleitlagerfläche auf, so daß der Schwenkbewegung zumindest abschnittsweise eine Axialbewegung überlagerbar ist. Das Scharnierteil ist in seiner Drehlage einstellbar. Hierzu weist das Scharnier ein verdrehbares Halteteil auf, das mittels einer tangential eingreifenden Stellschraube in seiner Drehlage einstellbar ist, und mit dem das Halteteil axial in Eingriff bringbar ist.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Scharnier für eine Schwenktür, insbesondere einer Duschabtrennung o.dgl., sowie eine Duschabtrennung und eine Wandhalterung anzugeben, wobei ein einfacher, kompakter Aufbau des Scharniers bei hoher Belastbarkeit und hoher Standzeit sowie eine optimale Justage und Einstellbarkeit, insbesondere auch bei einer Wandbefestigung, ermöglicht werden.
  • Die obige Aufgabe wird durch ein Scharnier gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 4, durch eine Duschabtrennung gemäß Anspruch 8 oder durch eine Wandhalterung gemäß Anspruch 10 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche,
  • Ein erster Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt darin, das Halteteil gabelförmig auszubilden und/oder seitlich auf den Gelenkbolzen aufzuschieben. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist vorgesehen, daß die Sicherungsschraube parallel zur Schwenkachse verläuft, von unten anziehbar ist und/oder das Halteteil gegen ein Verdrehen sichert. So wird ein sehr einfacher Aufbau und Zusammenbau ermöglicht, wobei eine einfache Justage auch bei bereits erfolgter Montage des Scharniers möglich ist. Insbesondere ist die Axialbewegung - genauer gesagt die Drehlage des Scharnierteils und damit Anfang und/oder Ende der Axialbewegung - sehr einfach und auch nachträglich justierbar.
  • Ein weiterer Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt darin, eine erste Scharnierhälfte mit der Schwenktür zu verbinden und die zweite Schwenkhälfte zur Befestigung an einer Raumwand und/oder an einer dem Gelenkbolzen abgewandten Befestigungsseite, insbesondere Schmalseite, auszubilden. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist die zweite Scharnierhälfte mit einer Befestigungsplatte verbindbar, die ihrerseits an der Raumwand befestigbar, insbesondere anschraubbar, ist. Dies führt zu einer universellen Einsatzbarkeit des Scharniers bei kompaktem und einfachem Aufbau.
  • Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nicht nur das Scharnier, sondern generell eine Wandhalterung, wie ein Beschlag, Lager oder Profil, insbesondere für eine sanitäre Einrichtung oder eine Duschabtrennung, und nicht nur ein Scharnier zur Befestigung an einer Raumwand vorgesehen. Einen Befestigungsplatte wird an der Raumwand befestigt, insbesondere angeschraubt. Die Wandhalterung weist eine Ausnehmung mit einem vorzugsweise umlaufenden Rand zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsplatte auf Vorschlagsgemäß ist die Befestigungsplatte in der Ausnehmung derart festlegbar, daß der Rand über die Befestigungsplatte um ein bestimmtes Maß, beispielsweise mindestens 0,5 mm, hervorragt und/oder insbesondere über eine schiefe Ebene in die Ausnehmung ziehbar oder spannbar ist. Alternativ oder zusätzlich ist die Wandhalterung relativ zur Befestigungsplatte verstellbar, insbesondere horizontal und/oder vertikal justierbar und/oder schwenkbar und/oder insbesondere mittels zweier vorzugsweise quer zueinander verlaufende Verstellschrauben. Dies ergibt wiederum bei einfachem und kostengünstigen Aufbau eine universelle Anpaßbarkeit und Justierbarkeit, wobei die Wandhalterung ebenso wie das Scharnier sehr gut gegen die Raumwand spannbar ist.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale, Eigenschaften und Aspekte der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform anhand der Zeichnung. Es zeigt:

  • In den Figuren werden für gleiche oder ähnliche Teile dieselben Bezugszeichen verwendet, wobei entsprechende oder vergleichbare Vorteile erreicht werden, auch wenn eine wiederholte Beschreibung aus Vereinfachungsgründen weggelassen ist.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt zwei vorschlagsgemäße Scharniere 1, die eine Schwenktür 2 einer Duschabtrennung 3 schwenkbar in einem oberen und einem unteren Bereich halten.
  • Die Schwenktür 2 ist vorzugsweise durch eine rahmenlos gehaltene Scheibe, insbesondere aus Glas oder aus einem sonstigen geeigneten Material gebildet. Jedoch kann es sich auch um eine sonstige Schwenktür 2 handeln, bei der beispielsweise eine Scheibe mittels eines insbesondere vertikal verlaufenden Stockprofils, eines umlaufenden Rahmens oder dergleichen gehalten ist.
  • Beim Darstellungsbeispiel verbinden die Scharniere 1 die Schwenktür 2 mit einer feststehenden Wand 4, wie einer Raumwand, Mauer o. dgl. Jedoch können die Scharniere 1 auch einer sonstigen Befestigung, beispielsweise an einer Trennwand, an einem Profil oder dergleichen, dienen.
  • Der Einsatz der Scharniere 1 ist nicht auf Duschabtrennungen oder dergleichen beschränkt. Vielmehr können die Scharniere 1 generell zur Halterung von insbesondere aus Glas bestehenden Schwenktüren Verwendung finden.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt in einer ersten perspektivischen Ansicht ein vorschlagsgemäßes Scharnier 1. Fig. 3 zeigt das Scharnier 1 von der anderen Seite in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Fig. 4 zeigt das Scharnier 1 im montierten Zustand in einem schematischen horizontalen Schnitt, also einen Ausschnitt der Duschabtrennung 3. Das Scharnier 1 weist eine erste Scharnierhälfte 5 zur Verbindung mit der Schwenktür 2 bzw. einer Scheibe und eine zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 zur Befestigung an der Wand 4 auf.
  • Die erste Scharnierhälfte 5 ist insbesondere über eine Verbindungsschraube 7 und ein Eingriffselement 8 mit der Scheibe bzw. Schwenktür 2 verbindbar. Beim Darstellungsbeispiel greift das Eingriffselement 8 in eine Senkbohrung 9 der Scheibe ein und ist mittels der Schraube 8 gegen die erste Scharnierhälfte 5 - vorzugsweise unter Zwischenlage eines elastischen Zwischenlagelements 10 - gegen die erste Scharnierhälfte 5 gespannt. Besonders bevorzugt ist eine zumindest im wesentlichen flächenbündige oder -ebene Verschraubung auf der der ersten Scharnierhälfte 5 abgewandten Flachseite der Schwenktür 2 gebildet. Vorzugsweise ist die erste Scharnierhälfte 5 nur mittels einer einzigen Verbindungsschraube 7 mit der Schwenktür 2 verbunden. Jedoch sind hier auch andere konstruktive Lösungen möglich.
  • Die beiden Scharnierhälften 5 und 6 sind gelenkig über einen Gelenkbolzen 11 miteinander verbunden, der gestrichelt in der schematischen Draufsicht gemäß Fig. 5 angedeutet und in Fig. 6 gezeigt ist. Der Gelenkbolzen 11 ist vorzugsweise fest mit der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 verbunden, insbesondere in eine Paßbohrung oder -Ausnehmung eingepreßt.
  • Auf die Gelenkbolzen 11 ist ein in seiner Drehlage einstellbares Scharnierteil 12 aufgeschoben, das insbesondere aus Kunststoff besteht und eine zur Schwenkachse geneigten Gleitlagerfläche 13 aufweist, die in der explosionsartigen Darstellung des Scharniers 1 gemäß Fig. 6 dargestellt ist. Insbesondere ist das Scharnierteil 12 im wesentlichen hülsenförmig ausgebildet und im eingebauten Zustand von dem Gelenkbolzen 11 durchgriffen. Im zusammengebauten Zustand greift das Scharnierteil 12 mit dem Gelenkbolzen 11 in ein Lagerauge 14 der ersten Scharnierhälfte 5 ein und bildet dadurch eine radiale Lagerung für das Lagerauge 14 bzw. die erste Scharnierhälfte 5.
  • Die Gleitlagerfläche 13 ist insbesondere an einem ringflanschartigen, bei der Darstellung am unteren Ende des Scharnierteils 12 gebildet. Ein an der ersten Scharnierhälfte 5 gebildeter bzw. angeformter Kragen 15 kann dann in einen das Sicherungsteil 12 umgebenden Ringraum in die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 eingreifen und axial mit der Gleitlagerfläche 13, insbesondere über eine entsprechend ausgebildete Gegenlagerfläche 16, derart zusammenwirken, daß die gewünschte Axial- bzw, Hubbewegung der Schwenkbewegung der Schwenktür 2 überlagerbar ist. Zur Festlegung der Drehlage des Scharnierteils 12 und damit der Drehlager der Axialbewegung weist das Scharnierteil 1 eine Sicherungsschraube 17 auf, die ein Halteteil 18 in einer gewünschten Schwenklage sichert, das seinerseits insbesondere über einen axialen Eingriff drehfest mit dem Scharnierteil 12 in Eingriff steht.
  • Das Halteteil 18 ist vorzugsweise gabelartig ausgebildet und/oder seitlich auf den Gelenkbolzen 11 schiebbar bzw. aufschiebbar. Dies erleichtert die Montage wesentlich.
  • Die Sicherungsschraube 17 verläuft vorzugsweise parallel zur Schwenkachse S bzw. zum Gelenkbolzen 11. Die Sicherungsschraube 17 greift insbesondere von unten in das Halteteil 18 ein und ist insbesondere auch von unten lösbar und anziehbar.
  • Beim Darstellungsbeispiel weist das Halteteil 18 einen radialen Vorsprung 19 auf, der ein Gegengewinde für die Sicherungsschraube 17 bildet. Die Sicherungsschraube 17 ist also in den Vorsprung 19 - insbesondere von unten - einschraubbar. Weiter ist die vorzugsweise im Boden 20 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 ein gebogenes Langloch (Bodenloch 20) für die Sicherungsschraube 17 gebildet, das von der Sicherungsschraube 17 durchgriffen ist, so daß die Sicherungsschraube 17 im gelockerten Zustand in diesem Langloch verschiebbar ist.
  • Die Justierbarkeit bzw. Verdrehbarkeit des Halteteils 18 und damit des Scharnierteils 12 beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens ± 5°,
  • Beim Darstellungsbeispiel ist das Halteteil 18 insbesondere in einer seitlich offenen Aussparung 21 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 aufnehmbar und dementsprechend seitlich auf den Gelenkbolzen 11 aufschiebbar. Dies erleichtert die Montage wesentlich, da der Gelenkbolzen 11 auch zuerst an der Scharnierhälfte 6 befestig werden kann.
  • Die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 ist vorzugsweise auf der dem Gelenkbolzen 11 bzw. ersten Scharnierhälfte 5 abgewandten Seite und/oder davon am entferntest liegenden Seite (Befestigungsseite) 22 zur Befestigung an der Wand 4 ausgebildet und/oder mit einer seitlichen Aussparung zum seitlichen Einbau des Halteteils 18 versehen. Insbesondere erfolgt die wandseitige Befestigung des Scharniers 1 an der Schmalseite der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6.
  • Beim Darstellungsbeispiel verläuft die Normale der Befestigungsseite 22 vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Schwenkachse und in der Hauptebene der Scharnierhälfte 6 und/oder kreuzt die Schwenkachse S oder den Gelenkbolzen 11. Im nicht verschwenkten Zustand verläuft die Hauptebene der Schwenktür 2 vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Befestigungsseite 22.
  • Zur wandseitigen Befestigung ist insbesondere eine Befestigungsplatte 23 vorgesehen, die an der Wand 4 befestigbar, und/oder anschraubbar, ist.
  • Die Befestigungsplatte 23 ist vorzugsweise schmal bzw. länglich ausgebildet und/oder mit insbesondere zwei vorzugsweise quer zueinander verlaufenden Langlöchern 24 und 25 versehen. Vorzugsweise verläuft ein Langloch 24 parallel zur Längserstreckung und das andere Langloch 25 quer zur Längserstreckung.
  • Die Befestigungsplatte 23 kann jedoch auch jede sonstige Form, beispielsweise eines Profilstücks oder Formteils, aufweisen.
  • Die Befestigungsplatte 23 wird vorzugsweise mit zumindest im wesentlichen vertikaler Längserstreckung an der Wand 4 befestigt. Die Hauptebene des im wesentlichen flachen oder plattenartigen Scharniers 1 bzw. der ersten und/oder zweiten Scharnierhälfte 5, 6 verläuft im montierten Zustand vorzugsweise ebenfalls im wesentlichen vertikal ebenso wie die Schwenkachse bzw. der Gelenkbolzen 11.
  • Zur Montage des Scharniers 1 wird die Befestigungsplatte 23 zunächst an der Wand 4 befestigt. Anschließend wird das Scharnier 1 mit der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 bzw. Befestigungsseite 22 voraus auf die Befestigungsplatte 23 aufgesetzt. Die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 weist vorzugsweise eine an die Befestigungsplatte 23 insbesondere mit allseitigem Spiel angepaßte Ausnehmung 26 auf, die von einem vorzugsweise umlaufenden Rand 27 umgeben ist. Die zweite Scharnierhälfte 11 ist dann mit dem Rand 27 bis auf die Wand 4 aufsetzbar, die Befestigungsplatte 23 also vollständig in der Aufnehmung 26 aufnehmbar, wie beispielsweise in Fig. 2, 5 und 7 angedeutet.
  • Anzumerken ist, daß sich die Aussparung 21 vorzugsweise an die Ausnehmung 26 anschließt.
  • Die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 ist in der Ebene der Befestigungsseite 22 vorzugsweise bei montiertem Scharnier 1 einstellbar, insbesondere horizontal und/oder vertikal justierbar und/oder schwenkbar. Hierzu ist die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 insbesondere entsprechend relativ zur Befestigungsplatte 23 verstellbar. Dies ist insbesondere aufgrund des bereits genannten allseitigen Spiels von vorzugsweise mindestens 0,5 mm, insbesondere mindestens 1 mm oder mehr, möglich. In vertikaler Richtung ist die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 relativ zur Befestigungsplatte 23 vorzugsweise sogar um mindestens 3 mm oder im wesentlichen 5 mm oder mehr verstellbar.
  • Zur Verbindung der Befestigungsplatte 23 mit der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 und/oder Festlegung der Relativlage der Befestigungsplatte 23 zur zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 und/oder zur Festlegung der Befestigungsplatte 23 in der Ausnehmung 26 sind vorzugsweise zwei Klemm- oder Stellschrauben 28, 29 vorgesehen.
  • Beim Darstellungsbeispiel verläuft die untere Stellschraube 28 vorzugsweise vertikal und die obere Stellschraube 29 vorzugsweise horizontal. Um eine ausreichend große Materialdicke zur Widerlagerung der Stellschrauben 28, 29 sicherzustellen, ist der Rand 27 im Bereich der Stellschrauben 28, 29 entsprechend dick ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist beim Darstellungsbeispiel die Befestigungsplatte 23 an einer Ecke im Bereich der horizontalen Stellschraube 29 ausgeklinkt und die Ausnehmung 26 komplementär dazu ausgebildet, um in diesem Bereich eine ausreichend starke bzw. hoch belastbare Lagerung der Stellschraube 29 sicherstellen zu können.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das horizontale Langloch 25 der Befestigungsplatte 23 oben und/oder benachbart zu der horizontalen Stellschraube 29 angeordnet, Dies ist insbesondere deshalb vorteilhaft, weil die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 im wesentlichen nur im unteren Bereich in horizontaler Richtung in der Ebene der Befestigungsseite 22 relativ zur Befestigungsplatte 23 justierbar ist.
  • Nach der Justierung werden die Stellschrauben 28 und 29 angezogen, so daß durch Form- und/oder Kraftschluß die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 in der gewünschten Relativlage zur Befestigungsplatte 23 festgelegt wird.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist die Ausnehmung 26 tiefer ausgebildet, als die Befestigungsplatte 23 dick ist. Die Befestigungsplatte 23 ist insbesondere in der Ausnehmung 26 derart festlegbar, daß der Rand 27 über die Befestigungsplatte 26 um ein bestimmtes Maß, vorzugsweise mindestens 0,5 mm, insbesondere etwa 1 mm oder sogar mehr hervorragt. Dies gestattet insbesondere bei welligen Wänden 4 eine weitgehend glatt anliegende Befestigung der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 6 an der zugeordneten Wand 4.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist die Befestigungsplatte 23 insbesondere über eine schiefe Ebene in die Ausnehmung 26 ziehbar oder spannbar. Beim Darstellungsbeispiel wird dies durch eine entsprechende Lage der Stellschrauben 23 und passend dazu angeordnete, vorragende Seitenränder 30 an der Befestigungsplatte 23 erreicht.
    Fig. 5 veranschaulicht das Prinzip für die untere Stellschraube 28, die so am Seitenrand 30 bei der axialen bzw. vertikalen Zustellung angreift, daß die Befestigungsplatte 23 in die Ausnehmung 26 gezogen bzw. gespannt wird. Insbesondere sind hierzu an den Stellschrauben 28 und 29 bzw. zugeordneten Seitenrändern 30 entsprechend geneigte Abgleitflächen bzw. Schrägen vorgesehen, so daß über das Prinzip der schiefen Ebene das gewünschte Hineinziehen bzw, Spannen der Befestigungsplatte 23 in die Ausnehmung 26 erfolgt. Jedoch sind hier auch andere konstruktive Lösungen möglich. Beispielsweise können auch nicht dargestellte Keilelemente o.dgl. eingesetzt werden.
  • Ein unerwünschtes Lösen der beiden Scharnierhälften 5 und 6 voneinander ist beim Darstellungsbeispiel durch eine Madenschraube 31 sperrbar, die seitlich in die erste Scharnierhälfte 5 eingeschraubt ist und in eine entsprechend der Axialbewegung lange Radialnut bzw. Ringnut 32 des Gelenkbolzens 11 eingreift.
  • Der Begriff "Scharnier" ist in einem weitergehenden Sinn auch dahingehend zu verstehen, daß er generell Dreh- bzw. Schwenklager für eine Schwenktür, insbesondere einer Duschabtrennung, umfaßt. Insbesondere ist also die beim Darstellungsbeispiel gezeigte bandartige Ausbildung der Scharnierhälften 5 und 6 nicht erforderlich. Genausowenig ist es erforderlich, daß die beiden Scharnierhälften 5 und 6 zueinander ähnlich ausgebildet sind. Vielmehr können die Scharnierhälften 5 und 6 durch völlig unterschiedlich gestaltete Teile gebildet sein.
  • Weiter ist anzumerken, daß die zweite Scharnierhälfte 6 auch generell als eine Wandhalterung, vorzugsweise in Form eines Beschlags, Lagers oder Profils, besonders bevorzugt für eine sanitäre Einrichtung oder die Duschabtrennung 3, verstanden werden kann, die an der Wand 4 mittels der Befestigungsplatte 23 befestigbar ist. Die obigen Ausführungen gelten dann entsprechend.

Claims (12)

  1. Scharnier (1) für eine Schwenktür (2), insbesondere einer Duschabtrennung (3), mit zwei Scharnierhälften (5, 6), die um eine Schwenkachse (S) gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind, wobei das Scharnier (1) ein in seiner Drehlage verstellbares und mittels einer Sicherungsschraube (17) fixierbares Scharnierteil (12) mit einer zur Schwenkachse (S) geneigten Gleitlagerfläche (13) aufweist, so daß der Schwenkbewegung zumindest abschnittsweise eine Axialbewegung überlagerbar ist, insbesondere wobei das Scharnier (1) ein verdrehbares Halteteil (18) aufweist, das von der Sicherungsschraube (17) festlegbar ist, und das Scharnierteil (12) auf einen die Scharnierhälften (5, 6) verbindenden Gelenkbolzen (11) axial aufschiebbar und drehfest mit dem Halteteil (18) in Eingriff bringbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Halteteil (18) gabelförmig ausgebildet ist und/oder seitlich auf den Gelenkbolzen (11) schiebbar ist und/oder
    daß die Sicherungsschraube (17) parallel zur Schwenkachse (S) verläuft, von unten anziehbar ist und/oder das Halteteil (18) gegen ein Verdrehen sichert.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (18) mit dem Scharnierteil (12) durch einen axialen Vorsprung (19) oder eine axiale Verzahnung drehfest verbunden ist, und/oder daß das Scharnierteil (12) den Gelenkbolzen (11) hülsenförmig umgibt und/oder daß der Gelenkbolzen (11) an der insbesondere mit dem Halteteil (18) versehenen Scharnierhälfte (6) befestigt, vorzugsweise in diese eingepreßt ist.
  3. Scharnier nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsschraube (17) in das Halteteil (18) eingeschraubt ist und/oder das Halteteil (18) axial sichert, daß die Sicherungsschraube (17) bei montiertem Scharnier (1) lösbar und anziehbar ist.
  4. Scharnier (1) für eine Schwenktür (2), insbesondere einer Duschabtrennung (3), insbesondere nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, mit einer ersten und zweiten Scharnierhälfte (5, 6), die über einen Gelenkbolzen (11) um eine Schwenkachse (S) gegeneinander verschwenkbar und insbesondere plattenartig oder flach ausgebildet sind, wobei die erste Scharnierhälfte (5) mit der Schwenktür (2) verbindbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die zweite Scharnierhälfte (6) zur Befestigung an einer Wand (4) und/oder an einer dem Gelenkbolzen (11) abgewandten Befestigungsseite (22), insbesondere Schmalseite, ausgebildet ist und/oder
    daß die zweite Scharnierhälfte (6) mit einer Befestigungsplatte (23) verbindbar ist, die an der Wand (4) befestigbar, insbesondere anschraubbar, ist.
  5. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Normale der Befestigungsseite (22) senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (S) bzw. zum Gelenkbolzen (11) verläuft und diese bzw. diesen kreuzt und/oder daß die zweite Scharläerhälfte (6) in der Ebene der Befestigungsseite (22) vorzugsweise bei montiertem Scharnier (1) verstellbar ist, insbesondere horizontal und/oder vertikal justierbar und/oder schwenkbar ist.
  6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Scharnierhälfte (6) relativ zur Befestigungsplatte (23) verstellbar ist, insbesondere horizontal und/oder vertikal justierbar und/oder schwenkbar ist und/oder insbesondere mittels zweier vorzugsweise quer zueinander verlaufender Stellschrauben (28, 29) und/oder daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) mindestens eins, vorzugsweise zwei, insbesondere quer zueinander verlaufende Langlöcher (24, 25) insbesondere für Befestigungsschrauben zur Verbindung mit der Wand (4) aufweist, besonders bevorzugt wobei die Befestigungsplatte (23) ein im montierten Zustand horizontal verlaufendes Langloch (25) benachbart zu einer horizontal verstellbaren Stellschraube (29) aufweist.
  7. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) schmal und/oder länglich ausgebildet ist, und/oder daß die zweite Scharnierhälfte (6) eine Ausnehmung (26) mit einem vorzugsweise umlaufenden Rand (27) zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsplatte (23) aufweist, insbesondere wobei die Befestigungsplatte (23) in der Ausnehmung (26) derart festlegbar ist, daß der Rand (27) über die Befestigungsplatte (23) um ein bestimmtes Maß, vorzugsweise mindestens 0,5 mm, vorragt und/oder wobei die Befestigungsplatte (23) insbesondere über eine schiefe Ebene in die Ausnehmung (26) ziehbar oder spannbar ist.
  8. Duschabtrennung (3) mit einer Schwenktür (2) und mindestens einem Scharnier (1) zur Schwenklagerung der Schwenktür (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Scharnier (1) gemäß einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.
  9. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenktür (2) eine Scheibe aufweist, die rahmenlos gehalten und insbesondere mit der ersten Scharnierhälfte (5) verschraubt ist.
  10. Wandhalterung, vorzugsweise in Form eines Beschlags, Lagers oder Profils, insbesondere für eine sanitäre Einrichtung oder Duschabtrennung (3), mit einer Befestigungsplatte (23), die an einer Wand (4) befestigbar, insbesondere anschraubbar, ist, wobei die Wandhalterung eine Ausnehmung (26) mit einem vorzugsweise umlaufenden Rand (27) zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsplatte (23) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) in der Ausnehmung (26) derart festlegbar ist, daß der Rand (27) über die Befestigungsplatte (23) um ein bestimmtes Maß, vorzugsweise mindestens 0,5 mm, vorragt, und/oder
    daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) insbesondere über eine schiefe Ebene in die Ausnehmung (26) ziehbar oder spannbar ist und/oder
    daß die Wandhalterung relativ zur Befestigungsplatte (23) verstellbar ist, insbesondere horizontal und/oder vertikal justierbar und/oder schwenkbar ist und/oder insbesondere mittels zweier vorzugsweise quer zueinander verlaufender Stellschrauben (28, 29).
  11. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) mindestens eins, vorzugsweise zwei, insbesondere quer zueinander verlaufende Langlöcher (24, 25) für Befestigungsschrauben zur Verbindung mit der Wand (4) aufweist, insbesondere wobei die Befestigungsplatte (23) im montierten Zustand horizontal verlaufendes Langloch (25) benachbart zu einer horizontal verstellbaren Stellschraube (29) aufweist.
  12. Wandhalterung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsplatte (23) schmal und/oder länglich ausgebildet ist.
