Definitions
- the invention relates to a top seal according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such a top seal and on a facade system with such a top seal.
- Such a top seal is known.
- This has a hat-shaped strip profile with two lateral cross struts and attached to this cross struts soft plastic profile.
- the connection of the soft plastic profile with the cross struts by means of a recess in the soft plastic profile, in which engage the cross struts of the bar profile.
- the soft plastic profile is arranged on both the upper and on the underside of the transverse strut and can be sealingly connected via a facade element sealing side sealingly connected to a facade element and one of the facade element sealing side opposite Tragprofildichtungsseite with a support profile.
- the present invention has therefore taken on the task of developing a top seal as described above to the effect that this is as easy to install and at the same time provides a reliable sealing function.
- the object is achieved in that at least one lateral transverse strut of the strip profile means for positive connection and the soft plastic profile has a tear line.
- the means for the positive connection can be formed as a recess either in the strip profile or preferably in the soft plastic profile.
- This positive connection is formed for example by pins with barbed profile or undercuts, for example in the form of a dovetail.
- the tear-off line is important in order to separate a superfluous piece of the compensation profile when overlapping a mullion-transom connecting area.
- the cutting is usually done just before mounting the mullion-transom connection and can be performed manually by a fitter using lightweight tools. These measures facilitate the separation of a corresponding profile part to provide, for example, in one, facade intersection point a corresponding recess.
- the inventive proposal combines the sealing function performing soft plastic profile with the transverse strut of the strip profile.
- the crossbar holds the soft plastic profile.
- various variants are provided.
- the soft plastic profile assume a sealing function
- the strip profile has a sealing function, that is, it forms a sealing plane in conjunction with the soft plastic profile.
- the cross strut extends on the strip profile at right angles to the longitudinal extent of the profile, it being noted that the invention comprises both solutions in which the strip profile only one or two transverse struts (these are then arranged symmetrically to the central axis).
- the strip profile only one or two transverse struts (these are then arranged symmetrically to the central axis).
- supporting profiles which are arranged on the side of the facade often only have one transverse strut, since this is an end piece.
- the two cross braces do not necessarily have to be the same length. Again, the invention is variable and free.
- the strip profile now carries one or two soft plastic profiles, the assembly facilitates considerably.
- the correspondingly equipped strip profiles can be prepared on the workshop side and are also easy to install on the construction site. It is not only simplifies assembly, it also results in a more reliable overall assembly, characterized in that the plastic profiles are safely and reliably arranged at the same time by the correct installation of the strip profile.
- the soft plastic profile has a facade element sealing side and an opposite Tragprofildichtungsseite.
- the soft plastic profile When installed, the soft plastic profile is located between the facade element, which may be, for example, an insulating glass pane and the support profile and seals this area.
- the region of the soft plastic profile, which faces the facade element, thus defines the facade element sealing side, the side which faces the support profile is the Tragprofildichtungsseite.
- the safe-to-install strip profile which is optically perceived and optionally also color-coded, a visual control that over the entire length, possibly also over the entire facade, the essay seal reliably mounted is and the critical area between facade element and support profile is reliably sealed.
- the facade element or Fassaden alternllelement (this may be, for example, a panel, a metal plate or an insulating glass pane) held by a pressure bar, which is screwed between the Fassaden hypothalianan in the facade substructure.
- the pressing bar presses the facade filling element against the supporting profile via an external seal and secures it so.
- the facade filling element is pressed onto the soft plastic profile, while the fastening force acts on both the Tragprofildichtungsseite as well as on the facade element sealing side and perhaps still tightly seals remaining leaks.
- a seal is provided which seals the plate-like cover, in particular glass, with the support profile directly and safely. Due to the fact that the soft plastic profile can be attached to the strip profile, a kit-like system is created which allows a multiplicity of possible combinations of different soft plastic profiles on (few) uniform strip profiles.
- the glass and the Tragprofildichtungsseite adjacent, the cross strut side facing the soft plastic profile is a mounting side for the lateral cross struts of the strip profile. Due to this functional assignment of the side surfaces of the soft plastic profile serving as a seal, a maximum function results for each side of the soft plastic profile.
- the sealing side towards the support profile has a reliable sealing large-scale side.
- the attachment side can have maximum effect and be used for attachment.
- the attachment to the strip profile also over the corner, that is on the mounting side and the Tragprofildichtseite done, for example, in a hook-shaped groove on the strip profile.
- the transverse struts are formed at the end of the positive connection with at least one - viewed in cross section - circular pin.
- two circular pins are projecting from the transverse struts, in particular perpendicularly projecting and opposite.
- the soft plastic profile can be clipped onto the strip profile.
- the soft plastic profile encloses the cross struts from the attachment side on several sides, in particular on three sides.
- the soft plastic profile is arranged on the top and bottom of the crossbar.
- the soft plastic profile forms in a simple manner a façade element sealing side facing the facade element as well as a support profile sealing side facing the support profile.
- At least the lateral end of the transverse strut is thus located between the facade element and the support profile, and is embedded in the soft plastic profile.
- the soft plastic profile provided on the top and bottom is integrally formed or the soft plastic profile consists of two parts, wherein the lateral end of the transverse strut between the two parts of the soft plastic profile is arranged. In order to achieve the success of the invention, it is therefore not necessary that the lateral end of the transverse strut is completely covered by the soft plastic profile. This is a preferred variant according to the invention.
- the pressing force acts due to the attachment of the facade elements by the pressure bar on the support profile ,
- the lateral end of the transverse strut is embedded in or encompassed by the soft plastic profile.
- the soft plastic profile can preferably be formed integrally with in particular at least one hinge, which connects the fastening profile and the compensation profile.
- the gap between the two parts expands slightly, which facilitates the assembly, that is, the attachment to the crossbar accordingly, since first the soft plastic profile on the first page, for example, the top of the Position the cross strut and then tap the other part over the hinge to the underside of the crossbar.
- the strip profile is designed as a hard profile, in particular made of plastic or metal, so as a plastic or metal profile.
- poorly heat-conductive materials are suitable as the metal or light metals, for example aluminum or aluminum alloys, are used.
- the molding profile is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyamide (PA), and more preferably, the soft plastic profile is made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer) or thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- PA polyamide
- EPDM ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer
- TPE thermoplastic elastomers
- the soft plastic profile In order to let the soft plastic profile interlock in mullion and transom construction and thus to create a tight connection, the soft plastic profile has a superimposed mounting profile and a compensation profile, either the compensation profile has a glass seal side or vice versa, the mounting profile a glass seal side.
- a partial profile of the soft plastic profile namely the fastening profile, attached to the cross struts of the strip profile.
- the cross struts of the strip profile between the fastening profile and compensation profile for fixing the soft plastic profile are arranged on the strip profile.
- the soft plastic profile may be formed in two parts, since it is joined together by a cohesive connection to the transverse struts of the strip profile to the soft plastic profile.
- the cohesive connection can be done for example by gluing, welding or vulcanization.
- the soft plastic profile is designed as a molded plastic.
- a corresponding soft plastic profile can be injection-molded onto the transverse strut, wherein, of course, both sides of the cross strut are sprayed with the soft plastic profile (be it one or more parts).
- both sides of the cross strut are sprayed with the soft plastic profile (be it one or more parts).
- the invention also does not require homogeneous materials of the two parts of the soft plastic profile. These can also be different materials.
- the fastening profile and the compensation profile can be connected to one another via a hinge which forms a tear-off line.
- the hinge can be used as a tear-off, but the invention is not limited thereto.
- the tear-off can be arranged in a different area of the soft plastic profile, where, for example, a corresponding material weakening or slitting is prepared and it can also be provided a plurality of tear-off lines parallel to each other.
- the tear line is formed at the level of the transverse struts on the extended lower surface of the transverse struts.
- the Tragprofildichtungsseite is formed over a large area with essentially Tragprofildichtungfunktionen.
- a secure sealing function is achieved towards the support profile.
- the facade element sealing side is formed over a large area with essentially facade element sealing functions. Again, a good sealing function is achieved by the large-scale design.
- this also appropriate lip seals and the like are used to further increase the sealing effect.
- the strip profile holding means in particular in the head area or on the legs for holding the strip profile on a support or holding profile.
- this holding means is designed, for example, as a longitudinal groove or projection which forms a clip or snap connection with corresponding holding elements on the carrying or holding profile.
- the strip profile is designed as with a groove or a strip projection for, in particular form-fitting, attachment to a support profile.
- the support profile sealing side is formed over a large area with essentially a Tragprofildichtungsfunktion. So not only a very good sealing function is provided, but also improves the thermal insulation properties of appropriately equipped facade systems.
- the mounting or compensation profile is additionally formed with a groove or guide profile.
- the guide profile may include a protruding centering highlight.
- the groove engages in a groove of the support profile and thus also creates an aligned with a longitudinal side of the support profile outer surface. If a positive transition between Tragprofildichtungsseite and support profile is missing, the Tragprofildichtungsseite the soft plastic profile could slip into the support section direction isolation space or slip out in the other direction.
- the strip profile between an area of the top of a hat profile and the legs has an angle ⁇ of slightly less than 90 °.
- the legs are preferably parallel to the contact force or at an acute angle thereto.
- the head area connects the two legs.
- the soft plastic profile is pressed slightly biased to the support section, at least one leg of the strip profile and the cross braces at an angle ⁇ of slightly more than 90 °, preferably between 91 ° to 95 °.
- a top seal according to the invention can be produced inexpensively in large quantities, which also allows fast mounting to facade systems. This is especially useful for standard profiles and standard profile sizes.
- the soft plastic profile is manually attached to at least one lateral cross strut of the last profile.
- different soft plastic profiles adapted to specific customer requirements, can be mounted.
- the height of the crossbar on a top hat profile of the last profile on the first support profile of the height the cross strut on the hat profile of the strip profile on the second support profile be different.
- the attached to the second support profile strip profile overlap the attached to the first support profile strip profile in connection areas.
- the first and second support profiles are identical, for example. However, the strip profile and the soft plastic profile of the first and second support profile are different. The gaps in the overlapping region of the support profiles are filled by interlocking soft plastic profiles.
- the soft plastic profile for the first support profile is therefore adapted to the height of the transverse strut of the respective strip profile and thus differs from the Weichkuntststoffprofil on the second support profile.
- the soft plastic profile consists of two parts, which are integrally connected by the hinge. One part forms a fastening profile, on which the soft plastic profile is fastened with the strip profile over the transverse struts. The other part forms a compensation profile to a distance between the support profile and the glass sealing side of the compensate for the intermediate mounting profile and could also be referred to as distance compensation profile.
- the height of the transverse struts on the top profile of the strip profile on the first support profile is greater than on the second support profile.
- the soft plastic profile is designed in this embodiment so that the compensation profile includes the glass seal side and the attachment profile the Tragprofildichtungsseite.
- the soft plastic profile with the mounting profile and compensation profile is designed exactly the other way round in the molding profile with a lower hat profile.
- the attachment profile includes the glass seal side and the compensation profile the support profile seal side.
- each compensation profile is cut out. This is easily possible with simple tools in the assembly of the facade system, since only the hinge and the profile cross section of the compensation profile must be cut and between the attachment profile and the compensation profile is a demolition line of the soft plastic profile, which is already prepared as a hinge for it. At the opposite end of the hinge there is a form-fitting, slightly joined connection, which can be released by hand by means of slight tension. The superfluous compensation profile can thus be deducted manually by the fitter.
- the strip profile of the second supporting profile adjoining the first supporting profile at an angle exceeds this. Since the soft plastic profile is arranged on the strip profile, this is also according to the end of the support profile.
- the vertically extending posts are arranged continuously, to which connect at an angle, in particular at right angles formed as a bolt second support profiles.
- the front end of the formed with the smaller height strip profile is arranged in the installed position on a transverse strut of the higher strip profile.
- This arrangement is used, for example, in particular Fig. 1 clear. This means that just in the area in which the soft plastic profile is arranged on the higher strip profile, also cleverly the end of the lower strip profile of the second support profile and so tight at the intersection interacts.
- the arrangement is chosen so that, of course, water, which is obtained in the region of the seal of the transverse bar, can get into the vertically arranged drainage channels of the posts. These drainage channels are located on the side facing away from the support profile of the strip profile.
- the geometric indication "on” refers, for example, to the fact that the front end of the narrower or lower strip profile is arranged above the transverse strut of the higher strip profile. Seen on average, like this in the Fig. 1 is shown, this (of course non-limiting) reference results. In this reference system, the support profile is "below". However, it is clear from the illustration how the arrangement is to be understood.
- connection area in which the horizontally extending bolt connects to the vertical post, is often described as a crossing point, without wanting to understand this so that here actually the two profiles are crosswise, so one above the other. They close to each other exactly to the level, however, it is necessary for the relatively complicated executed sealing courses to make the arrangement so that they are safe and reliable tight even in the crossing area so connection area.
- the preferred embodiment provides that the soft plastic profile is equipped with additional compensation profiles, which are cleverly separated in sections in the region of a crossing point in order to achieve a level and tight interaction with the top seal in the region of the bolt and the post.
- the height of the compensation profiles is adapted to each other accordingly.
- the compensation profile provided on the higher strip profile is arranged on the side facing the facade element, whereas on the lower strip profile the compensation profile is arranged on the side facing the carrier profile.
- the combination of strip profile with the soft plastic profile and its compensation profile each have approximately the same overall height.
- an insulation chamber between the transverse struts, the soft plastic profile, the holding profile of the first or second support profile and formed with a support profile top For better thermal insulation between the weather side and the interior, an insulation chamber between the transverse struts, the soft plastic profile, the holding profile of the first or second support profile and formed with a support profile top.
- the first carrier profile is a post and the second carrier profile is a horizontally arranged bar.
- the hat profile of the strip profile is sealed at the end with a sealing piece. Thus, moisture can not penetrate into the interior of the hat profile.
- the object is achieved by a façade system with a Auflagdichtung with the features described above, wherein the first support profile and the second support section are made of an Alummiumprofil and on one side, which faces the facade elements, has a holding profile.
- the first and / or second support profile is a wood profile with an inserted and fixed, substantially U-shaped, hard, preferably metallic holding profile.
- the retaining profile may be screwed onto the wood profile and having additional barb-shaped arms which engage in a groove which is incorporated centrally in a broad side of the wood profile.
- the first and the second support profile is a steel profile with a thereto, in particular cohesively arranged, preferably projecting U-shaped retaining profile.
- Such an embodiment uses extremely inexpensive material and has a very stable facade construction.
- the facade system according to the invention is equipped with a support profile, which is preferably formed as metal, in particular as a light metal profile, for example as aluminum alloy or aluminum profile. It has on one side a holding profile with which the facade elements are fastened accordingly.
- the use of metal as a supporting profile is alternatively possible.
- an inserted or mounted holding profile is preferably provided, which offers a possibility for fastening the screws of the pressure bar.
- the retaining profile is designed as a screw channel U- or C-shaped on the profillekssver securedd.
- the retaining profile can also be boxy be educated.
- the retaining profile consists of durable and sufficiently hard material, such as metal, light metal, aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
- the retaining profile is realized materially bonded to the metal profile, for example a steel profile.
- the steel profile forms the supporting profile.
- a longitudinally extending guide profile is provided on the support profile, possibly also on the lateral limb of the holding profile, which bears against the support profile. This can be, for example, in section a projection or a groove.
- a holding element cooperating with the holding means of the strip profile is provided on the carrier profile and / or holding profile in a variant.
- holding means and retaining element a snap or clip connection, so at least one frictional, if not form-fitting composite, for the retaining element, for example, a longitudinal strip-like bead or a groove is preferably suitable.
- the Fig. 1 shows in cross section a top seal according to the invention, which is arranged in a sealing system on a facade system.
- Two soft plastic profiles 1 are attached to a last profile 2.
- the strip profile 2 is hat-shaped in cross-section and has two lower transverse struts 2a, 2b, which could also be referred to as arms.
- Circular pins 21, seen in cross-section, are integrally formed on these transverse struts 2a, 2b.
- Each on one side of the strip profile 2, on a transverse strut 2a, 2b encloses a soft plastic profile 1, the pin 21 of several, in particular three sides, namely top, bottom and side (outside).
- the side of the soft plastic profile 1, on which the transverse struts 2 a, 2 b are, is the attachment side 16 of the soft plastic profile 1. Due to the undercut, the soft plastic profile 1 is held on the transverse strut 2 a, 2 b.
- the soft plastic profile 1 can either be manually inserted on the transverse struts 2 a, 2 b, or it can also be mechanically attached to the transverse struts for the production of large quantities and if necessary additionally glued and welded.
- the advantage of the separation of the strip profile 2 from the soft plastic profile 1 is that a soft plastic profile 1, depending on the application or strength of a glass filling can be selected. It happens that different seals are required left and right. Either because the discs to be filled have different thicknesses or are inclined at an angle. It may therefore be advantageous to equip a standardized strip profile 2 with differently designed soft plastic profiles 1 only shortly before assembly, in the manner of a modular system. In the in the Fig. 1 However, the soft plastic profiles 1 shown are not different, but identical.
- a façade system is usually constructed of vertical uprights and horizontally standing bars connecting the uprights.
- the support profiles 3, 4 are identical for posts and bars.
- the post seals for posts in comparison to the top seals of the bars are different.
- the Fig. 1 shows in cross-section a first support profile 3, which usually represents a vertically upstanding post.
- the Fig. 2 shows, in contrast, in cross-section, a second support profile 4, which represents a usually horizontally arranged latch.
- a hat profile 24 "of the strip profile 2" is flattened, that is, the cross struts 2a, 2b have a lower height to a hat end of the strip profile 2.
- the strip profile 2 'of the post has In contrast, a higher hat profile 24 ', that is, the transverse struts 2 a, 2 b are arranged lower on the strip profile 2'.
- the soft plastic profile 1 is essentially made of two, substantially made of solid material profiles, which on one side, which forms the outside to the top seal, integrally, hingedly connected by a hinge 17 and on the opposite side by a triangular tongue and groove connection compressed or glued or joined together in the manufacturing process.
- One part of the soft plastic profile 1 forms a fastening profile 10 for attachment to the transverse strut 2a or 2b on the strip profile 2 and the second part of the soft plastic profile 1 forms a compensation profile 18 'or 18 "to the height difference of the different height cross-struts 2a' and 2a" compensate, so that the support profiles 3, 4 always have the same distance to the glass sheets.
- the fastening profile 10 ' is arranged directly on the first support profile 3 adjacent to a Tragprofildichtungsseite 14 and the compensation profile 18' is arranged with a glass sealing side 12 thereon.
- the latch, the compensation profile 18 " is arranged directly on the carrier profile 4 with a carrier profile sealing side 14.
- the attachment profile 10" is arranged above it and has the glass sealing side 12 on the outside.
- the hat-shaped strip profile 2 ', 2 can be easily fastened to the support profile 3, 4 during assembly, it can be clipped onto a holding profile 5.
- a form-fitting, rounded tongue-and-groove connection is provided Fig. 1 and 2 3, the strip profile 2 ', 2 "has a groove 22, which corresponds to a bead 52 on the retaining profile 5 of the respective support profile 3, 4.
- a bead on the strip profile 2 within the hat profile and the strip profile 2 to be clipped into a groove of the retaining profile 5.
- the retaining profile 5 is formed integrally with the supporting profile 3, 4 as an aluminum profile and projects perpendicularly from it in the middle of a broad side.
- the U-shaped retaining profile 5 has a corrugation or a screw for receiving the threads of a screw.
- the corrugation can be milled or be incorporated in the extrusion process with.
- a corresponding compensation profile 18 ' is cut out of the soft plastic profile 1', which corresponds in total to the width of the top seal of the bolt.
- the compensation profile 18 "of the soft plastic profile 1" with the overlapping length is separated at the hinge 17 forming a tear-off line, so that the projecting compensation profile 18 "can be disengaged during assembly.
- top seal according to the invention has a large-area glass seal side 12 and an opposite large-area Tragprofildichtungsseite 14.
- the support profile 3, 4 requires no special shape for receiving the soft plastic profile 1 as a sealing material, in contrast to receiving profiles according to the prior art.
- a support profile 3, 4 made of aluminum, as in the Fig. 12 is shown, for guiding the soft plastic profile 1 should be a slightly positive transition, at least partially present, for example, a groove or a guide profile 33 may be in the form of a groove.
- a groove or a guide profile 33 may be in the form of a groove.
- the hat profile 24 of the strip profile 2 terminates to the top seal of the first support section 3, the hat-shaped recess is filled by a sealing piece 6.
- Fig. 1 is right the incoming latch profile, which in Fig. 2 is shown, indicated. Due to the different heights of the cooperating cross struts in the crossing point, these do not collide.
- the flatter top seal of in Fig. 2 shown bar profiles lies on the higher top seal of the post profile Fig. 1 on.
- the compensation profile 18 is cut out, which is particularly well with the tear line, for example on the hinge 17 or elsewhere.
- Isolation chambers 26 are formed between the cross braces 2b, the soft plastic profile 1, the holding section 5 and a part of the Tragprofildichtungsseite 14, which serve for better thermal insulation between the weather side and the interior.
- the Fig. 3 shows the first support section 3 with a top seal in cross section and a connection to a top seal with the strip profile 2 "and a soft plastic profile 1" of the bolt in the side view.
- the Fig. 4 shows a particular embodiment of the strip profile 2.
- the base of the U-shaped hat profile 24 closes the leg projecting from the base each at an angle a of slightly less than 90 °, for example 85 ° up to 89 °.
- the cross struts 2a, 2b to the U-shaped legs of the hat profile 24 from the strip profile 2 an angle ⁇ of slightly more than 90 °, preferably 91 ° to 95 °.
- a cross-sectionally triangular groove 19 in the mounting profile 10 of the Tragprofildichtungsseite 14 provides additional sealing, as well as a secure guide and thus an aligned transition from the aluminum profile to the soft plastic profile.
- Fig. 4 shows the essay seal according to the invention in section. It is easy to see that a "hat-shaped" cross-sectional area results.
- the soft plastic profiles 1 are seated on the respective outer ends of the transverse struts 2a, 2b. These cross struts are shown horizontally oriented in the drawing.
- the compensation profile 18 is located on the side of the transverse struts 2a, 2b facing the filling element.
- leg 27 In the upper half of the leg 27 is formed as a groove or groove holding means 53, which with the bead as a holding element 52 (see Fig. 1 ) cooperates as a clip or snap connection.
- the structure of the strip profile 2 is substantially symmetrical, the two legs 27 are connected at the top by the head region 28, wherein a C-shaped profile extension adjoins the head region in the upper region, for example the insertion of a further seal (not shown). to enable.
- This forming groove also serves to guide fasteners to be used, such as screws.
- the Fig. 5 shows a non-inventive embodiment for producing a top seal with a particularly pronounced groove 15 in the soft plastic profile 1 for receiving the transverse struts 2a, 2b of the strip profile 2.
- the cross struts 2a, 2b no pins, but are smooth, seen in cross section rectangular surfaces, so that the soft plastic profiles 1 are not clipped, but easy and easy to insert.
- Such an embodiment is useful in a method in which the soft plastic profile 1 are mechanically attached to the transverse struts 2a, 2b and additionally preferably glued or welded. Thus, large quantities of the top seal can be made.
- a tear line on the hinge 17 can, as in Fig. 6, 7 shown, in the amount of the lower surface of the crossbar 2a (that is aligned with this) be.
- the tear can also at a sufficient distance from the crossbar 2a are underneath, so that only substantially the hinge 17 must be cut off, as in the Fig. 6 is shown.
- all figures are not true to scale but only shown schematically.
- the Fig. 8 shows an inventive embodiment of the crossbar 2a with two opposite, vertically projecting pins 21a and 21b.
- Such a configuration may be useful, for example, in custom-made, which are not machined, that is, the soft plastic profile 1 is not mechanically raised to the last profile 2, but the soft plastic profile 1 is manually attached to the crossbar 2a or clipped only at the site ,
- the soft plastic profile 1 is loaded from above and below with pressure and clips into the pins 21a and 21b. Only schematically is the tear line corresponding to the hinge 17 in the Fig. 8 shown.
- FIGS. 9a to 11a show a different design options of the soft plastic profile 1 prior to attachment to a variant not according to the invention of the transverse strut 2a.
- FIGS. 9b to 11b show the corresponding different embodiments of the soft plastic profile 1 on the cross member 2a in the attached state.
- the Fig. 9a shows a soft plastic profile 1 with a hinge 13. Due to the hinge 13, the soft plastic profile 1 can be easily unfolded when attached to the crossbar 2a, it can either be coated with adhesive and then joined together or welded in the manufacturing process by heating with the crossbar 2a ,
- a hinge 13 is in the Fig. 9a and 9b as well as in the Figures 10a and 10b a not to scale, circular recess 11 and 11a, 11b shown schematically.
- the 10a and 10b show a further non-inventive embodiment with two hinges 13a and 13b.
- the soft plastic profile can thus be opened even further become. This may be advantageous for a special bonding or welding process of the soft plastic profile 1 with the crossbar 2a.
- Fig. 11a and 11b show a non-inventive variant of Weichstoffstoffpropil I, consisting of two parts 1a and 1b, which are attached to the cross member 2a, wherein the part 1b, the compensation profile 18 '' according to the Fig. 2 can be, but not necessarily be.
- the compensating profile 18 '' may also be an unillustrated attachment underneath it, and the second parts 1a and 1b are then assembled into a one-piece soft plastic profile, for example glued and / or welded.
- the Fig. 12 shows a corresponding support profile 3, 4 made of aluminum, which can be used both as a first and second support section 3, 4 and thus can be used both as a bolt as well as a post.
- the aluminum has preferably only on a broad side projecting centrally and vertically arranged the retaining profile 5.
- the retaining profile 5 is U-shaped and has on the outer legs in the upper region on both sides of an outwardly bulging bead 52. At this outer bead 52, the strip profile 2 can be clipped with its groove 22.
- a screw 54 in the form of a corrugation that can be milled to accommodate screws.
- the sealing soft plastic profile 1 can be positioned very accurately to the end edge of the aluminum profile, a guide profile 33 in the form of a groove or a guide bar is triangular shaped on both sides of the broad side to the support section 5 in the vicinity of the end surface.
- a support profile 3, 4 has a minimum number of grooves in contrast to aluminum profiles according to the prior art, so that an extremely resource-saving, easy and inexpensive to manufacture support profile 3, 4 made of aluminum is provided.
- the aluminum profile is seen in cross section made of geometrically simple shapes.
- the Fig. 13 shows in an alternative embodiment, the support section 3 made of wood.
- the holding profile 5 is inserted into a centrally disposed to a broad side of the support section 3, 4 recess 35.
- the holding profile 5 has barbs 56, which prevent slipping out of the wood.
- the holding profile 5 has the bead 52 for clipping the strip profile.
- the soft plastic profile 1 seals with a large-area carrier profile density side 14 directly on the support profile 3, 4 from. Larger grooves or barb profiles are not required.
- the Tragprofildichtungsseite 14 is substantially smooth and large area.
- the Fig. 14 shows in cross section the support profile 3, 4 made of steel.
- the retaining profile 5 with bilateral outward bulge 52 is welded or screwed in this case either cohesively.
