Claims (14)

  1. A disengeable lock (10), in particular for a motor vehicle lock mechanism, includes a fixed stator (14), an intermediate sleeve (16) tubular which is rotatably mounted about its axis in the stator and which is axially fixed relative to the stator, a rotor (12) which is rotatably mounted in the sleeve which is fixed axially in the sleeve and which comprises flakes (32) radially movable under the action of a key intended to be axially introduced in the rotor, the rotor (12) and the intermediate sleeve (16) being prevented from rotating relative to each other by the glitters when the key is compliant and an indexer (28) which is axially movable between a position rest and a disengaged position, under the effect of a rotation of the sleeve (16) relative to the stator (14) following the rotational driving of the rotor by means of an incorrect key for moving axially driver (26) to a disengaged position, the driver (26) passing through a transitional position wherein the cam (24) undergoes a residual rotation before being locked in rotation through the indexer (28), characterized in that the displacement, subsequently to this transitional position, the indexer (28) toward the cam (24) pushes the cam (24) in opposite rotation to its rest position.

A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the indexer (28) and the driver (26) are cylindrical parts surrounding the rotor (12) and are movable nested one inside the other, in that the driver (26) is linked in translation on the rotor (12) and in that the indexer (28) is connected in translation in the stator (14).
  3. A lock according to claim 2, characterized in that the driver (26) is disengaged from the cam (24) in said disengaged position and the indexer (28) is integral in rotation with the cam (24), said disengaged position.
  4. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the indexer comprises (28) has on its edge facing the cam at least one guide tab (41) intended to cooperate with a notch (43) carried by the corresponding harvester this notch being trapezoid shape.
  5. Lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the indexer (28) comprises a main ring (38) and two guide lugs (41) trapezoidal in cross section by a tangential plane to the ring, which s extend axially toward the cam (24) from the ring.

A lock according to any one of claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the distance (d1) between the external bases of said guide tab (40,41) of the indexer (28) is substantially equal to the distance (d2) between the end face of the intermediate sleeve (16) and the bottom of the notches (43) carried by the harvester for receiving said guide lugs (41) from the outside.
  7. A lock according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the indexer (18) at least one other guide tab (40) intended to cooperate with a notch (42) carried by the corresponding intermediate sleeve (16).
  8. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the indexer (28) also comprises two guide lugs (40) trapezoidal in cross section by a tangential plane to the ring (38), which extend axially towards the key entry (18) from the ring.
  9. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the intermediate sleeve (16) has two corresponding recesses (42) to said first guide bars and the thresher (24) comprises two notches (43) corresponding to said first guide tabs .
  10. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the driver (26) has on its edge facing the cam (24) at least one guide flange (45) intended to cooperate with a notch (47) carried by corresponding the harvester (24).
  11. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the driver (26) has on its edge facing the keyway (18) at least one guide flange (44) intended to cooperate with a notch (46) corresponding bearing surface by the intermediate sleeve (16).
  12. A lock according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the driver (26) comprises a sleeve (39), two first guide flanges (44) trapezoidal in cross section by a tangential plane to the sleeve, which extend axially towards the thresher from the sleeve.
  13. Lock according to the preceding claim characterized in that the intermediate sleeve (16) comprises two notches (46) corresponding to said first guide flanges and the cam (26) comprises two notches (47) corresponding to said first guide flanges.
  14. A lock according to any one of claims 2 to 13, characterized in that the driver (26) is mobile inside the indexer (28).
