Claims (20)

  1. Mixer (1) comprising at least two mixing tools (6a, 6b) and a frame (2) bearing, on the one hand, a bowl (5) for containing the material to be mixed and, on the other hand, motorisation means (4, 8) for rotating the bowl (5) and the mixing tools (6a,6b), characterized in that the bottom of said bowl (5) is solidly attached to a shaft (7) connected to the motorisation means (4, 8,) for driving the rotation of the bowl (5), each mixing tool (6a, 6b) comprises a shaft rotatingly mounted to the bottom of the bowl (5) and which co-operates with the motorisation means (4, 8) so that the rotation of the bowl (5) causes the rotation of said mixing tools (6a, 6b).
  2. Mixer according to claim 2, characterized in that the motorisation means comprise a geared motor connected to the shaft solidly attached to the bowl, a crown gear which said shaft passes through, which is free in relation to this shaft and solidly attached to the geared motor, in that each shaft of the mixing tools has a pinion, said pinions and said crown gear being located substantially in the same plane and being connected together by means of synchronous transmission means.

  7. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises two mixing tools (6a, 6b), the arms of each tool being located in planes perpendicular to one another and in that said tools (6a, 6b) pass through overlapping volumes.
  8. Mixer according to any one of the claims from 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises three mixing tools, positioned at an angle of 120° to each other around the axis of rotation of the bowl (5), and in that said tools pass through overlapping volumes.
  9. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said mixing bowl (5) is substantially cylindrical.
  10. Mixer according to any one of the claims from 1 to 8 characterized in that said mixing bowl (5) is substantially oblong.
  11. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said bowl (5) is mounted on a tilting device making it possible to form an angle α between the axis of rotation of the bowl (5) and the vertical.
  12. Mixer according to claim 11, characterized in that the bowl (5) and the motorisation means (4, 8) form an assembly connected to the frame (2) by a pivoting link.
  13. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said bowl (5) comprises a removable cover (20).
  14. Mixer according to claim 13, characterized in that the cover (20) comprises a trap (22) for inserting the ingredients of the dough to be mixed.
  15. Mixer according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that said cover in dosed position forms a sealed enclosure with the bowl (5), comprising a gas pumping or injection device designed to create a controlled mixing atmosphere in said sealed enclosure.
  16. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said bowl (5) comprises, set into its walls, a device for circulating heating or cooling fluids.
  17. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said frame (2) comprises, in its parts which are in contact with the ground, openings (11) designed to cooperate with the forks of a fork-lift truck.
  18. Mixer according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said mixer is a kneader, the mixing tools being kneading tools.
  19. Industrial mixing system, characterized in that it comprises a mixer (1) according to claims 11 or 12, a hopper (12, 15) and a conveyor system (13) for the mixed material, these three elements being arranged so that, at the end of the mixing process, the tilting of the mixer (1) bowl (5) causes the mixed material to fall into the hopper (12,15), the latter guiding said material towards the conveyor system (13).
