Abstract
Vorgeschlagen ist ein Rollenelement (1a, 1 b) für ein schwenkbewegliches Maschinenteil (2), das vorzugsweise als Schwenkhebel (12a, 12b) eines hubvariablen Ventiltriebs einer Brennkraftmaschine ausgebildet ist. Das Rollenelement ist auf einem mit dem Maschinenteil verbundenen Rollenbolzen (3) gleit- oder wälzgelagert angeordnet und weist eine in dessen axialer Richtung gestufte Außenmantelfläche (6) mit benachbarten und im Durchmesser voneinander verschiedenen Axialabschnitten (7a, 8a, 9a, 7b, 8b, 9b) auf, zwischen denen jeweils eine Ringstirnfläche (10a, 11 a, 10b, 11 b) verläuft, wobei das Maschinenteil über wenigstens einen der Axialabschnitte in radialer Richtung des Rollenelements abgestützt und über die eine oder mehrere Ringstirnflächen in axialer Richtung des Rollenelements geführt ist. Dabei soll das Rollenelement in sich starr ausgebildet sein. The roller element is slidably mounted on a roller bolt (3) connected to the machine part and has an outer circumferential surface (6) stepped in its axial direction with adjacent and diameter-different axial sections (7a, 8a, 9a, 7b, 8b, 9b ), between which in each case an annular end face (10a, 11a, 10b, 11b) extends, wherein the machine part is supported over at least one of the axial sections in the radial direction of the roller element and guided over the one or more annular end faces in the axial direction of the roller element. In this case, the roller element should be rigid in itself.
