  5. Fitting (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said driving means (17) are essentially comprised of a hub (13) of the tumbler (8), formed by two half hubs (13A, 13B), associated with the first (11) and the second toothed sector (12), respectively.
  6. Fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein each half hub (13A, 13B) includes two driving fingers (20, 21), which differ as to their radial length, the first one being longer than the second one and which are designed capable of co-operating with a driving pin (22A, 22B) each toothed sector (11, 12) includes, this driving pin (22A, 22B) being mounted movably in translation in an opening (23A, 23B) extending at least radially at the level of a toothed sector (11, 12).
  7. Fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the movability with a radial component of the driving pin (22A, 22B) in the opening (23A, 23B) of a toothed sector (11, 12) is defined so that, in a first position (24) in which this driving pin (22A, 22B) is located as close as possible to the axis of rotation (9), each driving finger (20, 21) is designed capable of acting onto this pin (22A, 22B) for rotationally driving the corresponding toothed sector (11, 12), while, in a second position (25) in which this pin (22A, 22B) is farthest away from said axis of rotation (9), only the longest driving finger (20) allows the control in rotation of the toothed sector involved, through this pin (22A, 22B).
  8. Fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the casing (4) includes, in turn, means for controlling in radial translation (26) the driving pin (22A, 22B) between these end positions (24) and (25) defined by cam tracks (27A, 27B) defined on the inner side of the side walls (4A, 4B) of the casing (4).
  9. Fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein these cam tracks (27A, 27B) are in the form of grooves on the inner side of these side walls (4A, 4B), in which grooves is maintained an end (28A) or (28B), respectively, of each of the driving pins (22A, 22B).
  10. Fitting (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the magnitudes of these cam tracks (27A, 27B) are defined so as to be capable of imparting to each one of the toothed sectors (11, 12), through the co-operation between the driving fingers (20, 21) and the driving pins (22A, 22B), a determined angular travel distance.
  11. Fitting (1) according to one of the claims 8 to 10, wherein these cam tracks (27A, 27B), in co-operation with the driving pins (22A, 22B), contribute to limiting each one of the toothed sectors (11, 12) in rotation through the tumbler (8).
  12. Fitting (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the sum of the angular travel distances (18, 19) is defined so as to be capable of imparting to a control handle acting on the tumbler (8) a rotation of about 180° consisting of a succession of two substantially equivalent travel distances (18, 19) in the range of 90° allowing to easily distinguish, if necessary, a first and a second way of opening.
  13. Fitting (1) according to claim 2, wherein the toothed sectors (11, 12) are axially offset at the level of the tumbler (8), and the rack portions (29, 30) are, in turn, transversally offset at the level of the transmission support (31) or the operating rod (5).
  14. Fitting (1) according to claim 2, wherein each of the rack portions (29, 30) is extended at its end (34, 35), on the side towards the other rack portion (30, 29), with a disconnecting segment (32, 33) defined in the form of a groove, a set-back, an opening or the like, at the level of the transmission support (31).
