Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning suspensions according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a device comprises a strainer basket, a housing enclosed thereby, which has an inlet for the suspension to be purified, an accepts outlet for the purified suspension and a reject outlet for impurities.
- the apparatus further comprises a scraper device having scraper blades that pass close to the inner or outer surface of the screen basket.
- the researcher can - seen in an axially perpendicular cross-section - have a wing profile. This causes the following: During the circulation of the clearing the wings exert with their front (head) area a pressure on the suspension to be cleaned in the direction of the Siebkorb Structure to the contained in the suspension accepts through the openings - slots, holes - Drift through strainer basket.
- the rearward (tail) area is designed to exert a suction effect to suck out particles stuck in the openings of the screen basket, generally impurities.
- the practitionerrappell can thus have a wing profile, but also designed differently. They are generally referred to as "Foil”.
- Cleaning devices of this type are generally constructed vertically. This means that the screen baskets have a vertical axis, and accordingly also the axis of rotation of the clearing device is vertical. However, it is also possible a horizontal construction.
- the cleaning devices are generally passed through the centrifugal principle. This means that the suspension to be cleaned is supplied to the interior of the screen basket.
- the accept then passes through the openings of the screen basket to the outside, while the impurities - the so-called rejects - migrate down the inner surface of the screen basket, favored by the action of the clearing device, and be discharged through a reject outlet at the lower end of the screen basket.
- the clearing device is usually located in the interior of the screen basket, and the intuitionrologyn or foils migrate along the inner surface of the screen basket.
- Centrifugal operated cleaning or sorting machines have a disadvantage.
- the space between the outside of the screen basket and the housing wall is usually very limited. It is therefore difficult to design and arrange the clearing device in such a way that it still effectively fulfills its function in the limited space.
- the external arrangement of the broaching their removal must be done before the sieve can be removed, which is a disadvantage, since sieves must be serviced more often.
- a screening device which can be operated centripetally.
- a so-called cleaning drum is used, which is intended to achieve a pumping effect by utilizing the centrifugal force and with the aid of radially acting nozzles inserted into the cleaning drum. This will remove any material that is on the screen surface.
- the invention has for its object to make a cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that a high sorting efficiency can be achieved that the structural complexity is relatively low, that the wear of the passing elements is low, and that the clearing effect of Clearing device is high.
- the said drum has openings through which the material to be sorted can migrate in the direction of the screen basket. These can be kept relatively large area, since the drum is only a space-saving support element for the Foil wings.
- the drum can be manufactured and designed in different ways. So it is possible to produce the drum as a perforated stainless steel cylinder. It can be produced from sheet metal by bending and only subsequently provided with openings, for example, by laser cutting or water jet cutting. This ensures the roundness of the drum. Only then are the Foil elements welded or screwed on. Screwed Foil elements can be easily replaced if they are worn or damaged. Both the drum body and the Foil elements can optionally be made of plastic.
- the drum can be designed as a cage. It can be constructed, for example, of circumferential rings and paraxial rods, the rings and / or the rods carry multifoil elements.
- the drum is generally provided with a lid. This can be welded or screwed to the jacket of the drum. In or on the cover may advantageously be a connection bushing for mounting the rotor to a shaft.
- the cleaning device has a screen basket 1, which is cylindrical.
- the screen basket 1 is located in a housing 2.
- the housing 2 has an inlet 3 for the suspension to be cleaned, an outlet 4 for the accept and an outlet 5 for the rejects.
- the strainer basket 1 can be of any type. In general, it consists of a precious metal sheet with round or slot-shaped screen openings.
- the strainer basket 1 is surrounded by a drum 6.
- the drum essentially consists of a cover plate 7 and a cylinder 8.
- the drum 6 can be set in rotation by a drive 10 connected to the cover plate 7.
- the cylinder 8 has openings, such as holes or slots. They are distributed over the entire cylindrical surface, so that therefore the remaining flow cross-sections are the same. However, an uneven distribution can also be chosen.
- the cylinder 8 may also be constructed in the form of a cage of axially or obliquely extending rods and rings running in helix so that the perforations lie between the rods or rings.
- the area of the openings can increase from bottom to top or vice versa. It is understood that the dimensions of these openings are considerably larger than the sieve opening, since no separation is to be made in them.
- the cylinder 8 carries on its inside a variety of foils 9, which can take over the actual task of Siebfreihaltens optimally. They can have airfoil profile. They are attached in a larger number by means of spacers 13 on the cylinder 8 of the drum 6, for example by screws or welding. See the FIGS. 4 . 5 and 6 , They can be staggered, which has the advantage that disturbing pressure pulsations in the material leaving the device streams are avoided - see again FIG. 6 , Also, a large number of foils 9, based on the square mesh basket area improved the Räum Sign and evened the burden of Siebkorbes 1. Conveniently, a value between 2 and 10 foils per square meter screen area.
- the invention makes it possible that even in tight spaces in the cleaning device, a reamer can be used at this point.
- the radial thickness A is formed essentially by the wall thickness of the cylinder 8 plus twice the protruding height B of a foil.
- the device shown is centripetally flowed through, that is, the suspension flows in relation to the screen basket 1 viewed from outside to inside. It first enters an annular space 11, formed from the cylinder 8 and the cylindrical housing wall. The suspension then passes through the perforations in the cylinder 8 of the drum 6 and passes to the screen basket 1. There, the accepts portion of the suspension is passed through the strainer 1 radially inwardly, so that it enters an annular space 12 and the accepts 4 flows. The reject, however, remains outside of the screen basket 1 and exits from the reject outlet 5.
- FIG. 1 illustrates the centripetal flow of the screen basket.

Description
Siehe
US 4 287 055 A ,DE 30 23 902 A1 ,US 3 545 621 .
Siehe
US 3 545 621 , dortFiguren 1 und 2 .
